I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] with rs. 196 on 24 dec 17 through "kotak"net banking. The amount has been deducted from my account but not processed by vodafone rather i received a message from 190 quoting 'your request to recharge 196 cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is onr[protected]'.
Again i recharged rs. 110 on 16 sep 17. I don't know in present world of competitiveness, how much time vodafone want to so called "process". Kindly help

    Today first time I went to first choice services center but experience was very bad. They charged 432 for ONE FRONT SHOCKER and 432 each for REAR TWO SHOCKER. When I raised issue for extra charged they revised for ONE FRONT SHOCKER from 432 to 318 and 432 each for TWO REAR SHOCKER

    Now my question is charged is right or wrong

      I had a call from porting department provide me an wrong information on plan

      She told me that all my current extra benefits will be there as it is and she told me new plan with 20 gb and other 30 gb so you will get 50gb but she provide me and wrong information after plan change i got 35gb only when i talk with costumer care they told me that wait foe 48 hours but still all the things are same.

      Never trust vodafone from now onwards

        I have been trying to port out from vodafone for more than a week now but unable to send sms to 1900. I am able to send sms to all other numbers. Then i read at several places on the internet that vodafone blocks sms to this number. If this is true, it is as shameful as it can be.

        I have contacted customer care, nodal officer but nothing has worked so far. I am amazed at how such a simple problem cannot be solved. This must be one of issues they would have faced.

        I have also tried to switch handsets but it doesn’t help.

        Vodafone - you are only agitating me more by not allowing me to port. Worst case, i will change my number but you are going to get very bad recommendations from me. Please fix it asap.

          Hi, am using vodafone from past two uears. Recently i changed from postpaid to prepaid. From two days no net work or signel. When i call customer care they suggested to change phone, i tried by changing slot. It worked for half day again am not getting signle. Am tried of this if you are not able to solve this, just let me know i will port to other net work.

            Actually i am so disappointed the way of approach by vodafone customer care from vodafone store (Camproad junction, selaiyur branch).
            This store acting like a government office. When ever we go they use to say "server is down", since all other vodafone store are working well. I dont know how come this store alone gets server down frequently... I went three times to this store but my job never get done (For convert my postpaid sim to prepaid). Everytime i use wait for around 40 min, since only 2 or 3 customers were in queue before me. They suggesting customer to go other vodafone store to get the job done, then why this store was opened??? And the showroom executive telling me with attitude that i[censored] want u can complaint to any where. How worst behavior is this??? Vodafone store should take some steps to shutdown this type of worst vodafone stores, else customer wont stay back.

              Dear officer,

              I would like to introduce myself as kanika johri, d/o mr rajiv kumar johri and holder of vodafone number 97113*8 since 2011.

              Vodafone has informed me that trai has detected bulk promotional activity being initiated from this number. Therefore, the number has been blocked since 11:53 am on 22 december 2017. I have spoken to the vodafone department and they have asked me to appeal to trai regarding restoration of the service.

              This is causing me great inconvenience as this is the number linked to my bank account, as well as other places. I am a survivor of a very severe stroke and have faced several health issues, and i also provide counselling to patients who are suicidal. This number is also with safdarjung hospital, who call me from time to time to provide such counselling.

              I would like to state that i have not been engaged in any business promotional activity. I am a student who has worked as a volunteer in a national level quiz competition which aims to increase awareness about ‘safety science’. This is not a business activity. It is not charged. It is simply a means to inform children and teachers on how they can ensure their safety in school, at work and home.

              I am willing to meet your officer in this respect and explain the situation if need be. I would like to request you to kindly ask vodafone to reinstate my number 97113*8with all the services that i was enjoying prior to the suspension.

                I am complaint about my vodafone bill.you do not forget my bill.
                When you have said that you will paid 1000rs .my bill will forget but you did not forget my bill 1505 rs on 23 november 2017. And other complaint are i say you transferred my postpaid sim into vodafone prepaid .but you did not change.
                So, i will write this complaint

                  I have got a vodafone number of mumbai circle. I am in karnatak state and will be in karnatak till april - may 18.
                  Aadhaar is a pan india document. Can't linking of aadhaar be done pan india.

                  The deadline for linking is feb 2018 and just to link my number to aadhaar i will have to just travel to mumbai. It involves incurring of financial cost and time.

                  Would appreciate if linking of my mobile number of mumbai circle in karnatak circle made possible. Either with their store in karnatak or link online.

                  Would appreciate a positive solution to the above concern.

                  Indian government has made it mandatory to link aadhar with phone, bank and other such services.
                  This is a very poorly planned initiative. There's no provision to do it outside of circle. There's no provision for home visit for elderly people who can not visit the store. Secondly everyone does it differently. Long back I asked vodofone thru this forum, what is the provision for elderly people who can not visit the store. They are silent about it. Till date they have not resolved my complaint.

                  Digital India is useless, we can not even digitally talk on the same network across rooms. The network is poor. I still don't understand in this era or digital india (??????????) when there are so much advances (???????) in computer, networking and tele communication why each circle data with mobile service providers is still isolated, why each circle has a different call center number and why you can not proceed with any actions on phone number of one circle thru another
                  we are a million years still away from digital india.

                    Rupees 15/- deducted from my prepaid vodafone no.[protected] on 20.12.2017. I have made complain to vodafone store on 21.12.2017 03.06.26pm vide token no.335. They told me that within 2 hrs your money is refunded in your account. Without any sufficient reason they deduct my money. Once again i request you to kindly give me the credit of rs.15/- in my account without any further delay...

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      I have requested to convert my vodafone number from postpaid to prepaid and asked to get my deposits cheque. This request was done before 3 months.

                      Now my card is converted to prepaid and was waiting for my deposit cheque but when i visit vodafone store they told me that the balance was deposited to my prepaid account without letting me know.

                      I would like to get my money back. I don't want to convert my money as prepaid balance anymore.

                      This is really shame policy of vodafone.

                      How did they used my deposit to balance without informing me.

                        This is my indian number and ian come to uae for a year. I had been to vt mumbai vodafone gallery to convert my post paid connection to prepaid the agent told me no need to port it as he is giving me a good deal 99 rental i was ok with it and in just 2 days i got a bill of 15000... However i told them i would be paying it by jan as my account is blocked and i am coming to india by jan. The person called me from vodafone [protected] sunil and started abusing me... Being a lady he was just jot listening i told him i would pay the amount...

                          Sir, there is no vodafone network in my office. My office staff 10 people all are vodafone customer. And other company network have in office like airtel, idea and jio.                             This is vishal kumar mishra new customer of vodafone through [protected].

                            I was customer of tata docomo and because of their slackness i switched it to vodafone because of their better service and privilege.

                            I got message from vodafone that if i will recharge through vodafon application on my mobile then i will get @ gb data. Then i recharge rs 105/- and nothing got on my number.

                            Again i saw rs 179 offer on my vodafon application and i dial customer care to ask that if i can convert my main balance to activate that plan and he told yes, for that i recharge 105 to maintain proper balance,

                            I send a request to recharge that offer.

                            I got message same time that i got 1 gb of data. And i dial to customer care executive to confirm my service. He told that it will take ten minutes.

                            I dial some place and i cut my main balance same time i dial to customer care.

                            Then i saw that you people are so smart and such type persons you have recruit. He told that you will get only data. Then i asked that if you have any recharge of 179 who is having privilege of 1 gb data. He did not have any answet. He told that your call service will start from 1200 hrs mid night.

                            Still i do not get that privilege of rs 179 recharge.

                            Vodafone people are not capable to handle customer and i am temporary in vodafone because of their services.

                            Vodafone india customer care number neither toll free nor paid was not picked by any one. My amount has deducted in them also.

                            Settle out my problem and credit my deducted amount which i lost in call after service activation.

                              Thanks. I would like to share some things about this issue. Before writing complaint here (Complaint consumer), 3 times i did speak to customer care and visited 1 mini vodafone store. But result remain same, they said that "we can not help you, you should have register with trai as tele marketer". But i am not a tele marketer and i did not send any marketing message and i used to send messages to well known friends only. Vodafone is not maintaining good relationship with customer. Last 8 years i have been customer of vodafone. But they did not inform and not giving any warning but suddenly they stopped service. Very very poor...

                                I tried activating a pack of 450 (An offer) it didn't work, since i had taken a loan i first used a recharge, (I have never recharged this number after getting this sim) after the recharge the offer finally worked... And in another 40 mins (Probably) a lifestyle pack (Of rs. 14) got activated, i'm not even sure why? Or how can you plz explain whats the use of it? (No info was provided)

                                      I have a vodafone prepaid mobile [protected] in my name meena goswami. I find that couple of days back they have added a caller tune and deducted rs.30/ from me without any request from me. I find that their customer care number do not provide for lodgement of complaint asking for refund. Also the internet sites provided by them do not open and there is no way for asking the refund. The company has made it as difficult as possible to lodge such complaints. This is cheating and fraud.

                                      Also when we get a call from other vodafone nymbers they first propt us to copy the incoming caller tune wasting our precious time and making it possible to mistakenly press a button that will send a request from me for a caller tune and they will deduct money from me immediately. This is devious and unfair means used by vodafone india. Due action must be taken.

                                        I have been cheated with rs. 34940/- through my sbi credit card on 19/12/2017. On that day when i was busy at my work, i got two phone calls from a lady (Mob. No. [protected]) at 15.31 and at 15.34 on my mobile phone. She has made 5 fraudulent transaction of amounting to rs.34, 940/- from my sbi credit card.

                                        Please take necessary steps against the person who is holding the mob. No.
