I have blacklisted vas service 5 month ago, but it is charged in every bill, getting waived off by calling customer care. But this month they charged rs 732, and harassing me to get waived off, they are saying i have intentionally downloaded vas. I have called customer care service, they have registered my complain, but not waiving my money. I have also wrote mail & visited vodafone store, but they denied to waive off putting finger to me. But customer care is accepting the fact that i have blacklisted the service 5 months ago. Every vodafone person is telling that this waiving off is to be done by senior manager but not giving any contact & harrasing me for making payment. I have paid rs 2000 out of rs 2975 bill amount excluding vas amount.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
These cheap low lives will do anything to delay and NOT PORT your number.
I sent a request and confirmed on 8th Dec. Cleared my bills and paid extra Rs.50 for any outstanding ### that they will claim.
On 14 Dec received a SMS stating it was rejected due to outstanding bill.
Reached out to Voda Chat and got a confirmation stating that the message is wrong and my port request was accepted and I will get a confirmation by 15 Dec.
NOTHING.

I went to Voda store again yesterday and they stated I have outstanding bill.
FKING THEY ARE DELAYING IT FOR NO REASON. I THREW ANOTHER Rs.100 and came home.

Got a call just now, stating my porting request has been sent because of "network issues" and a ticket has been raised for rectifying the network issues. It will be resolved by 26 Dec.
I DONT FCKING WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE WITH THIS NETWORK.
These people are absolutely pathetic, money grubbing pigs.
NEVER EVER GO FOR VODAFONE!!!
