I am really pained and absolutely livid and would request vodafone to respond to this matter.

Please refer to the sr nos[protected] and the subsequent sr nos[protected] and[protected] and i would like you to please listen to the voice recordings of the same in addition to several other calls made, including the one that was done today with one mr biswajit das, who was the floor supervisor.

In short, on the 4th of november i had accidentally activated the international services on the vodafone app on my phone and after realising that within a few hours called the call centre asking them to deactivate it immediately.

I was told that the same was not reflecting yet on the system and once it would happen then the needful would be done. Just to be on the safe side, i also told them to ensure that i am not charged as well.

But as luck would have it, despite these assurances, when i received the bill on the 19th of november, the entire amount was reflecting. I have been in india throughout that period and i had clearly indicated that i was only browsing through the options and by mistake i had pressed the activate key.

When i again spoke after the same, i was promised by an agent that the same would be reversed and i got the reversal amount of 5900 and the revised bill on my app. The amount was deducted and the correct amount was levied. This was on the 30 th of november

However, to my utter surprise on the 5th of december the entire amount of 9667 was deducted as a direct debit instead of 3767 that was showing on my account and app.

I immediately again called up and asked what was the reason and was told that there was a mistake and that the amount would be remitted asap.

Today while speaking to biswajit das, he informed me that 9667 was remitted back on the 8th of december. I asked him if he could indicate to which bank account was that amount refunded. He could not answer that.

I checked my axis bank account and that amount had not yet come in. Over an above that, i am now receiving calls to pay 3767 which is simply preposterous!!!

In the first place

1) vodafone charges me 5900 extra for service that i accidentally activated and immediately pointed it out for de-activation

2) inspite of assurances that entire amount gets billed and also debited despite assurances.

3) after taking it up strongly, then vodafone refunds the amount and corrects the bill to 3767, but on the 5th of december, they decide to debit the entire amount of 9667.

4) then vodafone promises to refund the entire amount of 9667, which they supposedly claimed to have done on the 8th of december, for which there are no references. I have no record of receiving that payment to date.

5) to add insult to injury, now vodafone is asking me to pay 3767 as the outstanding amount now!!

How ridiculously can vodafone operate with this kind of erratic and uncaring behaviour??

And today your floor manager has the audacity to tell me that this amount is not refundable and i have to bear the charges for a service that i accidentally activated, never used and almost within a few hours of activation requested for deactivation.

And that too after vodafone clearly reversed the amount and it was reflecting on my app.

Now instead of rectifying this situation and apologising for the goo[censored]p, i am being told that i have to pay for a service that i never used at all.

How can vodafone renege and go back on a commitment made, even though very late and then tell a loyal old customer that it was a mistake???

Can you guys make a mistake on a service request that was pending for 20 days??

    As i was traveling to dubai i had activated international roaming but i didn't get any message regarding internet usage so i used google map for sometimes. After that i got mail that my bill is around rs. 15000. So what can be done now i don't have that much money to pay my bill because i'm out of a job also from last few months please confirm waiting for your reply

      Today vodafone west bengal circle has didected rs 35 from above fone no. When we called it's customer care they denied to take any complain.
      They informed a value added service was activated on 9th dec. Which was not correct.
      We want to understand from vodafone
      - in prepaid service if there is not sufficient balance, how a value added service was activated?
      - if a service was added why a sms was not been served to customer?
      - why negative balance was not shown?
      - why vodafone wait until 18th dec for deduct mony?
      - why fone call/sms was not given to customer requesting to recharge?
      - why vodafone cannot laudge written complain and provide doc no to customer for such complain?
      - if vodafone don't want to take any complain than what for customer complaint no. 198?

      Hope will receive some satisfactory answer from vodafone. Unlike their customer care officer, they will not ignore the valued customers.

        Vodafone india calls up every day asking me to port to vodafone. Despite my number being a corporate number, i've received over 4 calls a day from vodafone regarding the same. I would want them to delete my number from the database so that i do not get any calls in the future. They have called me from different numbers everyday after i blocked their previous numbers. If this happens again, i'll file a case in the consumer court.

          I am a vodafone customer for past two years and i wanted to port my number from vodafone postpaid to prepaid. But i could not send any messages to 1900. However i could send message to any number from my mobile.

          Is this a cheap trick to withhold their customers?. I like to lodge this as a compliant and my vodafone number is [protected].

          I have already raised a compliant with vodafone customer care and i don't believe they will resolve this issue [complaint number :[protected]], and i have suspicious feeling that they will take long time purposefully.

          I got a message from vodafone stating that the issue got resolved, also I checked by sending message to 1900 .

          I have been running around the voda stores since the past 10 days.
          These cheap low lives will do anything to delay and NOT PORT your number.
          I sent a request and confirmed on 8th Dec. Cleared my bills and paid extra Rs.50 for any outstanding ### that they will claim.
          On 14 Dec received a SMS stating it was rejected due to outstanding bill.
          Reached out to Voda Chat and got a confirmation stating that the message is wrong and my port request was accepted and I will get a confirmation by 15 Dec.
          NOTHING.
          LIKE WHAT THE FK?
          I went to Voda store again yesterday and they stated I have outstanding bill.
          FKING THEY ARE DELAYING IT FOR NO REASON. I THREW ANOTHER Rs.100 and came home.

          Got a call just now, stating my porting request has been sent because of "network issues" and a ticket has been raised for rectifying the network issues. It will be resolved by 26 Dec.
          I DONT FCKING WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE WITH THIS NETWORK.

          These people are absolutely pathetic, money grubbing pigs.

          NEVER EVER GO FOR VODAFONE!!!

            Sir,
            I have blacklisted vas service 5 month ago, but it is charged in every bill, getting waived off by calling customer care. But this month they charged rs 732, and harassing me to get waived off, they are saying i have intentionally downloaded vas. I have called customer care service, they have registered my complain, but not waiving my money. I have also wrote mail & visited vodafone store, but they denied to waive off putting finger to me. But customer care is accepting the fact that i have blacklisted the service 5 months ago. Every vodafone person is telling that this waiving off is to be done by senior manager but not giving any contact & harrasing me for making payment. I have paid rs 2000 out of rs 2975 bill amount excluding vas amount.

              Just after login in my vodafone it show only outgoing call but incomming call is not show
              Call detail should show incoming, out going call even with miss call
              Even our childrens are use this mobile so we can moniter their activity because if they delete their call then we cant see their call history after login form my pc. So their must be a complete call history updated on online account for outgoing ands recived call with detail

              Now i am asking about that assurance, she avoiding my call.

              if i call from some-other number, she picking and giving a bad response.

              Also speaking unnecessary words.

              This is not fair.

              Paid 300 for this.

                  I had complained about the data speed being very low in my area. The vodafone executives called and reported that the complaint has been resolved.
                  I did not see any change so raised the complaint again. The executives told that one technician will come and resolve the issue. No one came and i am facing the same problem.
                  Very worst service from vodafone to a customer who is related to vodafone since 6 years

                    I need to change plans for my fathers phone number [protected]
                    He is suffering from neurological problem and not being able to change his plan. His current plan is talkmore299_b it is required to be changed to some plan which will be within rs100/- and it will be only for talk time and message.
                    Please provide details to my number [protected].
                    I am really disgusted with the way vodafone has served, many a times there representatives after giving mail have not responded.
                    The stores are so crowded that i have to wait for 1 hour to 2 hour for resolving the simple issue.

                          I am having vodafone mobile connection bearing mobile number [protected]. For the billing period 16.11.2017 to 15.12.2017 company has charged rs.224+gst for content downloads under vas. After complaining to the customer care as a gesture they waived off the rs.224+gst and said that i was used vas while browsing internet and clicking popups and ads. But i am sure that in my my browser settings popups blocked and i am not clicked any ads during browsing. But on 17.12.2017 once again they charged rs.99+gst extra for content download under vas, even though i was not browsed any thing in browser except balance checking in vodafone app. This looks like scam by vodafone and they are looting public money like leeches. Customer care told that they are helpless to stop adding these vas. Vodafone app is the main source for spreading these popups. I wonder that even a single message not received for availing any service. Hence concerned may look in to the matter and provide justice to customer.

                            I recharged my vodafone with 399 and got 1 gb per day offer. It worked for some days then suddenly the internet stopped working. I contacted the customer care they told me that my cellphone is not working. I put in different sims like idea and airtel they work splendidly. Now how can that be a cellphone problem? I contacted the customer care again but then they wont take my call.
                            I registered an email complaint but still no response. This unscrupulous of these people to not assist customer and say that its customer's fault whereas it is clearly a technical problem on their end. I have already tried changing the apn setting but that doesn't work.
                            Now this is a good scheme get people to join the network. Get them to recharge high values, then don't provide any service and leave them hanging about.

                              Firstly, i get a sim from vodafone store amritsar opposite subhash juice bar the employee name vikrant deal me wrong i am here for minimum plan of rs 200 and confirm about it but next day when i check my plan it was of rs 499 i changed it with calling customer care.. Secondly, i want to change from postpaid to prepaid then the person named jatinder from same store deal me wrong ask me to pay the bill and your prepaid sim get activated within 4 hours i pay but the sim which i get is not activated for 2 days then i call customer care they said it was not activated because of a month not completed to get sim.. The employee over here are out of mind i must say they dont know the procedure or they dont want customer to join your network.. I again ask about two person vikrant and jatinder who not deal well.. They deal customer like they are sons of store executive... # #...

                                I have been using my vodafone number for the past 10 years but as we are outside india i was not using my number from last couple of months.

                                I had used my number last in the second week of october 2017.in december i decided to use the number and i realized that there was no service on my phone.

                                I immediately called vodafone customer care and told them about the issue.

                                They told me that the number has been allotted to some corporate user.

                                I was shocked and asked then how could they do so. He told me that if the number is not active for couple of months it will be recycled.

                                I then tried calling that number to check who has been allotted with my number. However no one seems to be picking up the call.

                                I am really disappointed with vodafone for this as they did not bother to intimate me even through mail or sms.

                                I have all my banks connected to me through my vodafone number. Even my bank statements and other personal information go to that number.

                                Please help me to get my number back.

                                  I settled my vodafone bill for rs. 2500/- against total due of rs. 4700 which vodafone created wrongly. The collection team promised me that they will close all dues and i agreed to paid 2500/- however even after closing the vodafone number permanently. The vodafone collection team is still chasing me and asking that there was no settlement done and i have to pay remaining amount.

                                  This is just a fake commitment done by vodafone collection team. My all comments and call record is held with vodafone customer care but they dont check it and collection team is chasing without checking internal record.

                                    Erroneously recharge with amount i. E rs. 176 against mobile no [protected] which was not fulfill the requirement. Thereafter call to customer care for refund some amount. Roll back not possible, this type of answer is real cause of attract to go another network except vodafone network. As a vodafone user must have some roll back policy after also use of offrs. Quick reply should be excepted by customer care on [protected].

                                      Vodafone costumer recharge for 348 offer 56 days call and data free but when i recharge i don't get any benefit and company take no action upon my complaint.. I have proof of the recharge offer and recharge details.. Company costumer executive hold my phone so many time my all work is not done because i don't have net pack and company did not take any action.. Email regarding my complaint soo many time but no action taken by the company

                                        I guess i hv made a crime to port out of vodafone as they are continuously behind me after generating my port out request. Its second time in a month that i m trying the port to another service provider. First time they called me almost everyday to ask the reason, which they are not bothered to solve. Those calls were rrally irritating and harrassing. Their whole purpose is to retain the client by hook or by crook. They cancelled my port request without my consent. Now again i have raised port request and again they hv started calling me from unknown cell numbers.

                                        2 photo is the msg by vodafone which shows that i got a bal of 0.99 rupees inspite of recharging for a offr of tatktime of 25 rupees for rupees 25.
                                        I am complainting about Shree Ganesh Televenture Vodafone Mini Store authorised person who are not activated my number from last 15 days, and he is not recieving my phone call he is always massaged me "I am busy call you later" but he never called me and nor recieved my call.
                                        This is not the way to behave with customers
