Dear sir /madam,

I'm using vodafone postpaid no. Bearing no. [protected] since last 4years and every time i complaint about any of the service they always hesitate to provide end to end resolution.
In recent times i have changed my rental plan to 349 rental month in which i was offered free income, outgoing to any network n std free calling and free sms n also from 2g internet services but unfortunately when i receive the bill it again rs900 which i think is completely nonsense.
So o request there should be a lesson learning for vodafone because they hardly care for customer services.

    The vodafone is promising a recharge of 458.00 rs, unlimited voice calls and 1. Gb data everyday.
    But not all given 1. Data to customers daily,
    While using only 100 to 200 mb they are sending data alert saying that you have used 90% of your internet pack.
    I am trying to contact the vodafone customer care executive 04/12/2017 but not solve this related.
    And today i call to customer care and diverted to voice call messages. I have never faced this much cheating from any other companies in india.
    Still continue cheating me and other peoples. I request to vodafone, plz stop fake offer.

      * i am a vodafone postpaid customer. I had opted for international roaming plan of 149 (Approx)
      * i only had opted for receiving otp codes as the indian no is linked will all my banking services.
      * first initial months worked fine and i used to get a bill of 900 rs/month approx which was as expected until on one occasion i got a bill of more than 3000 rs/month
      * on liaising with customer care i found that they activated a larger pack for international roaming, without my consent. And emailed me the following details below :



      Hello mr. Rana,
      This is with reference to your concern raised vi twitter for your vodafone number [protected].

      We have checked bill dated 15/10/17 and found that charges of rs. 1500/- levied towards auto international roaming pack. Said pack has been activated for cited number on 29/08/17. Once any user availed international roaming service with rental of rs. 149/-, our team tried to contact you to provide roaming pack available with us.

      Since, we were unable to connect auto roaming pack has been activated for your number [protected] on 29/08/17.in said pack, if any usage found initiated rental of rs. 500/- charged and benefit can be availed for next 24 hours. Basis usage while in international roaming, you have been charges accordingly and we are unable to waive off these charges.
      Adjustment of rs. 118/- (Including service tax) towards late payment charges has been processed on 17/11/17. Post mentioned adjustment, there is an outstanding of rs. 3021.49/-. We request you to clear the same to avail uninterrupted services.
      I hope i was able to assist you today. Should you have any additional questions, please let me know and i will do my best to address them.

      * as per the above email i agreed for international roaming of 149, i did not give them any authority for a roaming pack

      * in the second paragraph of the email they referencing a no [protected] which is not even mine

      * it is clearly visible and evident as per the email that they enabled a higher roaming pack without my consent and mixing this with someone else no

      * i flagged this issue since november 2 - 2017 since then my services are barred and after repeated requests, this issue has not at all been addressed. It's been more than a month and they only have one standard reply "our team is looking into it and will contact you asap" but no real action to resolve or even address the issue

      Expected outcome :

      * i would expect the charges to be corrected for that specific month.
      * i should not be charged for any services after 2nd of november as my services are barred since then.
      * i would want to settle the account as am not at all satisfied with the service provided by vodafone.
      * and would demand a strong action against the telco which first slapped unauthorized bills then stopping the service and not addressing the issue at all.

        I want my money back
        I recharged for 69 rs and i got this msg regarding the access fee with only 0.67 recharge this is absolutely false. I don’t expect that the access fee would be this high and plus what it is? U guys are charging tax plus access fee a it’s pojntles recharging it.. I am pretty disappointed
        Rchrg of mrp rs 69 on 07/12/17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0, gst rs 10.53, accessfee rs 58.47, new bal rs 0.67. Transid onr[protected]..
        I want my money back look into this matter.

          I'm using vodafone for the past 3 years. But suddenly I didn't able to receive or dail a call.
          Its saying that, your service has been barred temporarily.
          Please help me...
          I thought that only vodafone is the best telecom service and I recommended everyone to use vodafone but now I'm really disappointed.
          I want you to help me. I think that you'll solve my problem and make me happy.
          Now I'm very disappointed.
          Can't receive and make any calls.

            I'm having problem while sending the SMS from my moble. It shows the error like 'message not sent'

              I have been using vodafone from past 4 years & i am pretty much happy with your service, but from past couple of months i have to say you this that i am quite disappointed with your service team. I had lodged a complaint on nov-18-2017 and i got a response from them on 20 nov 2017 ([protected]). They have asked to do some changes on the phone setting i have changed it. But things have moved from bad to worse. I cannot access internet 4g speed in local/ moving within city/roaming. This is truly ridiculous. I need solution asap.

                I have recharged rs. 446/ pack with recommendations of m/s magala telecom, milap nagar uttam nagar, new delhi. With facility of 70 days data+ local std free calling but your company recharge only simple recharge not with a spacial pack. I contact with your customary care but they told the said pack is closed now and you can't get special pack. This is the cheating with costumer. Again recharge on 06.12.2017 for rs. 509/- as i requires data and calling.
                Pl check your record and refund my amount for 446/-that is charghed by cheating. If your company closed any scheme should be communicated to all recharge centers.

                Whenever balance is done there is decrease in amount in new balance say Rs.0.01. a confirmation message after recharge says the amount is taken for access fee say Rs.34. this is not the first time these deductions occur in balance. this is for the 3rd time. kindly take action for this complaint.

                  I have been facing the issue of slow internet speed since 2 months. Instead of 4g i am able use in 2g speed connection for my vodafone number [protected] which is a postpaid connection. For mumbai circle. I complained them on 20th november 2017 regarding this issue then they registered my complaint and said it will get resolve by maximum 26th of november. I called them on 27th november they said we have not able to solve it. I am taking this issue to higher level and again registered the complaint and said it will be solved by max 4th december. I called them on 6th december they said sorry we not able to solve this issue and reason they gave was that we don't have proper network there it will take 3 months to solve till date you have to use slow speed connection for more 3 motnhs. It have been very very bad network encounter for me and it also affecting my business.

                    Vodaphone mobile [protected] was online recharged on 05 dec 17 with rs.40/- utilising federal bank internet banking. During recharge process a message was displayed after a long pause that there was technical problem in topping the recharge amount to my mobile account. But the recharge amount has been debited to my bank account. Till now the amount is neither credited back to my bank account nor my mobile account is topped up. Request to resolve the issue asap.

                      Second complaint: on receiving the monthly bill of my post-paid mobile connection [protected] with vodafone, i note with utter surprise that i have been billed rs 93, 099/ for international roaming. I have an auto-activated international roaming package for 500 rs per day. I had traveled to africa from 2nd to 5th nov, 2017. Despite that i have been billed as detailed. Whilst i was in africa, i never received any message or warning to suggest that i am being charged extra for the same. On 4th nov, i received a message saying i have been over my credit limit of 14, 000 rs and my connection was disabled. I could do little sitting in africa. On return to india, i spoke and wrote to vodafone complaining about the disconnection. This was promptly restored without any mention about bills. But now i have been presented with this shocker.
                      My queries are as follows:
                      1) if my credit limit is rs14, 000/, how have i been billed rs 93, 099?
                      2) if this was not covered by the international roaming package, why was i not informed?
                      3) why has my connection been blocked?
                      I strongly refute your clandestine way of billing customers.

                        Hello vodafone i have done the recharge of 75 inr for main balance instead of getting balance i got data pack.., when i spoke with your agent regarding the situation of not getting my balance he behave rudely he put my calls on mute and he did not give any solution. Again i asks him to transfer my call to senior he didn't give any suggestion nor any reply he continuesly put my calls on mute. Is this the service you provide to your costumer the way he speak to the costumer is very arrogant i was hearted with his behaviour.

                              Vodafone charged me rs 1200 for an 90minute conversation to the number 51717. They are not sharing the information about who received this money. They say its astrology.

                              Bill dated 25/10/2017 and have found that calls - special numbers recorded in accordance with your tariff plan on your number hence you have been charged of rs 1293.00/- for same.

                                Hi my self nitin patel, i have a prepaid connection from vodafone and my mobile number is [protected]

                                Before few months i have converted my connection from postpaid to prepaid with final payment paid what they asked i have a receipt of that.

                                From today they have deactivate my sim and i got different answer from customer executive.

                                On first call they told me your payment approx 106 pending to pay that why your card deactivated

                                On second call they told due negative verification your card deactivated

                                How it possible with out paid of payment my new prepaid card activated?

                                I am facing so much difficulties due to this type of misbehavior.

                                How can i get justice?

                                  Hi, today i checked offers on vodafone and get offer 19=19 and when i check i get rs 19. After this for reduced call rate i checked offer and found 12=[protected]@30p, 84d. And i have activate this. After conformation i make a call and end the call i get my you last call charge rs 8 for 5 mint. I have attach all images for this and hope resolve this issue.

                                    I neeta harishankar ingale hold a vodafone number [protected]. More that 3 months this number is not in use but still i don't know for what reason they have charged me the amt of 2250/-

                                    As after visiting sion vodafine branch they first asked me to get the xerox copy of aadhar card and pancard,

                                    After visiting for the next time they ask me to mail them on vodafone. [protected]@vodafone.com which according to mails it is not a valid mail id.

                                    I request you to waive off my charge and disconnect my number.

                                      I am having problem with vodafone services for the above said number [protected] as i am not receiving signals in my office, i have been complaining with the executives every now and than but the problem is not resolved yet on the contrary they have disconected my number and have sent a bill of rs. 183/= which i have not paid since i have not used the number, kindly get me permission to port in any other company with the same number.

                                        I recharged with rs 348 plan, 1 gb and umlimited talktime for 28 days,
                                        Money is deducted from my account but recharge is not done.
                                        Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
                                        The redirected page is also not getting refreshed.
                                        Please look into the issue as soon as possible.
                                        Please refund the deducted amount to my bank account immediately..
