[email protected]'s response This is reference to my mail to appelliate authorities of Vodafone, but all the time company was fail to fulfill what they committed on mail, I have log & send lots of mail about them are not log the appllie on 198 with a service request number but appelliate authorities never get Reply or informed me ?????
Why 198 is not log the appllie,
As per the TERI guideline they have to update the customer on time, but without I asked about update them they reply, Allway their team & manager make a fake commitment like they provide the Booster but after commitment they not log the complaint against them .
As per the guideline about network team they are not visiting my place from last 6 month & they said they resolved the issued, kindly also let me know without visitng the customer who they resolved the issued, what they thnk we are the fools,
