    I am using my prepaid idea number from last 7 years. I port my number to vodafone from last 5 months &
    From last 3 months i am in qatar. My number is registered in all the places including banks. Vodafone has deactivated my number. I can't lose that number as i need that number for my bank transactions from qatar. It is not possible for me to come to india to activate my number. I need to activate my number asap.

      I have been using postpaid connection-[protected] since 2007 now i want to convert to prepaid as no good offers and billing is high in vodafone postpaid.
      I approached to your official many times but they did not provide proper information and response as well, it is worst service on this.

        Sir,
        I got post paid connection [protected] in vodafone. I paid monthly dues regularly, because of my financial crisis i could not be able to pay june and july so i went to vodafone showroom at krishnarao tank street, madurai and request my postpaid to prepaid connection and paid all the due. After that they avoid by telling reasons.in the mean time they genereted rs 495 bill again i went to show room for my prepaid request again and again they simply avoid me and has not given service of prepaid. For the past 5 months i have not used this number for outgoing calls i switched off that number. But now they generated rs.2077 for that unused service now they torturing me for the payment. They send me bill and telling that i used out going calls to my another number [protected]. Kindly take necessary steps.

          The worst customer service i have ever seen, i have used all the telecom services but no one cheat customer like vodafone are doing, my billing amount is 349 rupees but # charged me rupees 1569 rupees, ive sent a complaint already couple of week before mentioning there is some vas services are active on my account without my request, vodafone frauds making customers chutyes,
          They just active some plans without our knowledge and charge huge bills.

Told it will be done soon. Called 199 & visited branch several times. No action. Tweeted to @vodafonein a week back. Standard reply 'will call shortly' am a senior citizen, a heart patient and diabetic. Being harassed by vodafone for past 2&1/2 months. Resolve earliest.

              Hi i am Wendy Mascarenhas. I had a vodafone number [protected]. I had a pending bill of 706.82 and i paid 1500 by mistake on 10th October i was told i will get the refund amount of 793.18 by cheque in 45 days, and i was told to pay cash of 250 for a prorated bill as i asked them to change the ownership of the number to my friend Steven, hence vodafone store took the payment of 250 and changed the ownership of the number and said i will get a chque of 793.18 by post after 45 days. Finally i recevied a chque of 546.26 by post which has a incorrect name the name on Chque is "WENDY MAASCARENHASMANAGER", so i cant evenn deposit the chque. Then i called the vodafone customer care to ask why i recevied a chque od 546.26 instead of 793.18 so they told me that cut 246.92 for the 793.92 for the pro rated bill which i already paid in cash, and they dont have any record of the cash payment. They are not logging my complaint by saying that account is closed and i am syuck with not getting my refund back.

                On 25.11.2017 (Saturday) i was trying to recharge my vodafone number '[protected]' with the recharge of inr 396/- via vodafone android app installed on my mobile but the same was not completed. I tried the same twice and both of the time payment was deducted from my credit card account but recharge was failed. Please help me out to get the money back in my card.

                This is reference to my mail to appelliate authorities of Vodafone, but all the time company was fail to fulfill what they committed on mail, I have log & send lots of mail about them are not log the appllie on 198 with a service request number but appelliate authorities never get Reply or informed me ?????
                Why 198 is not log the appllie,
                As per the TERI guideline they have to update the customer on time, but without I asked about update them they reply, Allway their team & manager make a fake commitment like they provide the Booster but after commitment they not log the complaint against them .

                As per the guideline about network team they are not visiting my place from last 6 month & they said they resolved the issued, kindly also let me know without visitng the customer who they resolved the issued, what they thnk we are the fools,

                  Hello sir
                  My name is vinay arora i am end user of vodafone services with the number [protected].
                  My number has full dnd active on my number.
                  But still i got calls from different number asking for loan, insurance, credit card etc etc.
                  I have lodge complaints many times in vodafone. But they always closed it without calling me or without informing me about the action taken or you can say without providing resolution.
                  Please take action against them.
                  I willn't stop until i got resolution from them over the call

                    Every time i try to make a call a recorded message of length 10 sec plays to link my phone number to my aadhar card. It's irritating, i understand i have to link my mobile to my aadhar card to keep my number active, but forcing me hear this every time i try to make a call is invading my rights as a consumer. When i tried contacting their customer care they told me this wont stop until i link my mobile phone number with my aadhar. Is this correct?

I had received the port code but the code used for port the no. Is different code. It has been ported from harsha telecom rambachan chowl venoba bhave nagar mumbai
                      I used that no. For a long time it is very important no.
                      I am giving the proof of my bills and last call details. Hope to get best result.

                      I still have port code which I received from reliance.But the code that Vodafone used to port my no. Is different from mine one.
                      It was a forged port process. Responsible should be taken under concern. It is also a responsibility of Vodafone to port with correct procedure.

And mr habibul rehman have inform that i have played some games. The guys was so pathetic he was in so much hurry that he didn't want to listen to me and when i was try to convey my problem he is not listening he is talking to his clueg. Of you want to listen our conversation you can chek that je is talking to someone. He jist ignoring me. He just want to disconnected the call. If i am the owner of the company i will terminate that guys right now. They dont know how to handle the customer. Making bad impression of vodafone. They are just taking nonsense thing to me. I never played any thing. They are making fool to the customer. I want my all money to be refund which was deducted from your side. Other wise i will port that number. Resolve quickly. I want immediately action on that guys also who was the senior authority in call center of vodafone. (Dnt ignore my mails i will mail continues till that the employee couldn't be terminate from the organization)

                          I mistakenly recharged with 75 as a balance top up recharge but resulted in 400 mb 2 g internet. I wanted to recall that request through service agent as i did not want this offer. Even the telemarketing companies giving you 10 to 15 days item return time of the purchased goods. That offer i selected by mistake but the very next step i did not want to use it when came to know the offer. Even i didn't use a single bit of data pack. I wanted to convert it into balance top up. But they don't understand such things, they are not flexible with customers. Worst support. Whenever with same situation with other telecom companies they do understand and helps you.

                            For the past month, I've been getting a lot of calls, unnecessarily despite telling the caller to not disturb me from different phone numbers. This is too much of an intrusion which is not tolerable.
                            Respected sir /madam, warm greetings. I am unable to send sms from my vodafone. Every time i attempt to send an sms from my vodafone, it says "message sending failed". How can i rectify this problem. I shall be much appreciated if you help me to fix this problem at the earliest. Thanks.

                              My internet is working. I am recieving incoming calls but unable to make outgoing calls. I cleared the cache, rebooted my phone, restarted my phone nothing seems to be working. I tried reaching the customer care but it wasn't of any help. I don't want to factory reset my phone. Is there any other step whixh could be followed? Urgent. Please revert back.

                                I recharged my voda number with a rs 509 unlimited calls+ 1gb data per day validity 84 days. While i was making the payment the page crashed and i did not get any receipt. I recharged again with the same plan. Thereafter i got a msg that the amount has been deducted twice.
                                I called up voda customer service to refund one amount back as the recharge amount is same and the double recharge happened erroneously.
                                The cust service agent told me it cannot be done as the 2 nd recharge overrode the first one and is now in valid.
                                The two recharges have happened in a span of hardly 10 mins. Yet they refuse to refund the money or give a credit note.
                                They reiterate the same thing on call and email saying that refund not possible.

                                  On receiving the monthly bill of my post-paid mobile connection with vodafone, i note with utter surprise that i have been billed rs 93, 099/ for international roaming. I have an auto-activated international roaming package for 500 rs per day. I had traveled to africa from 2nd to 5th nov, 2017. Despite that i have been billed as detailed. Whilst i was in africa, i never received any message or warning to suggest that i am being charged extra for the same. On 4th nov, i received a message saying i have been over my credit limit of 14, 000 rs and my connection was disabled. I could do little sitting in africa. On return to india, i spoke and wrote to vodafone complaining about the disconnection. This was promptly restored without any mention about bills. But now i have been presented with this shocker.
                                  My queries are as follows:
                                  1) if my credit limit is rs14, 000/, how have i been billed rs 93, 099?
                                  2) if this was not covered by the international roaming package, why was i not informed?
                                  3) why has my connection been blocked?
                                  I strongly refute your clandestine way of billing customers.
                                  I am porting all three connections i have with vodafone if this is not resolved in 24 hours.in addition, legal recourse shall be adopted as necessary.

                                    As per the directions from vodafone store, stadium bypass rd, kunathurmedu, palakkad, kerala 678001.

                                    I migrated my vodafone sim [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I paid all the offer rates as they mentioned.

                                    The sim got converted to prepaid on[protected] and from the same date itself i am facing internet connectivity issues. I tried to connect customer service by that i came to know that it is barred.

                                    After that i went to the vodafone store palakkad near stadium bypass rd, kunathurmedu, palakkad, kerala 678001, i came to know that there is no one to control the service staffs. One mr. Sreeraj from the store behaved in such a worst manner in front of other customers rather than to assist me in a proper sence.

                                    I request to take necessary actions regarding issues i faced from the vodafone group and the vodafone store manager palakkad.

                                      I receiving data alerts every minutes on my mobile as well as on email. I have already sent "no info" to 1925 which didnt work.

                                      I am complaining about this since more than a month now, customer care executive every time says we will resolve it in 72 hours which didnt happen.

                                      Does vodafone executive know how to deactivate data alerts!!!
