    Dear team,

    My mobile no is [protected]. Network provider is vodafone. I have ported in from airtel to vodafone in the current month. My first recharge was 499/- and plan was unlimited std and local calls with 1gb 4g data/day. But problem is i am not able to call unlimited sometimes its said you have no sufficient balance. Also customer care number 198 is so poor. It's not move to executive after given proper dtmf.

    Kindly take care of it and also take proper action.

      So many time to compliant but not any response every time they says that there is a technical problem with internet and the problem is solve within 2 hours.

      Now i trying to contact with customer care there is not any option is reached to customer care

        4g mobile internet is not working in my area since 1 week and the customer care executives are hanging up my calls everytime. I have called thrice but got no resolution till now. 4g starts working when i go to a different location but doesn't work at my home. It is very painful as i have to use 3g and it has a lot of latency. Moreover i am getting call drops at my home. Please solve this issue as soon as possible or i would be forced to port out to another operator. Contact me to get my area and phone details.

          I need very urgent help from most reputed network company.
          I am 40 years old woman and using vodafone services from last 13 years.
          Today i got a call from unknown caller ([protected]) and he threatened to kill me and abusing me very badly.
          As a woman i got very very scared from this accident. So i am requesting to you please take urgent legal action to that person before getting delay.
          I have switched off my that number because of threatened.

            On 02/11/2017 i received my vodafone bill for mobile number [protected] against the billing period from 01.10.2017 to 31.10.2017. My relationship number is[protected]. An outstanding bill amount of rs 821.28 charged during this period. I can understand each and every part of the bill except the charges deducted against value added service charges. An amount of rs 476.00 charged for calling a special number 51717 of duration 34 minutes 10 seconds on 29/10/2017 at 12:20:17. This special number 51717 according to the bill is a special number under value added services (Vas). The strange thing is that i never called this number from my mobile. After receiving the bill i called this number from my other alternate vodafone number [protected] & [protected] but surprisingly the number does not exist at all. I further searched the number 51717 over google and i discovered that many people had complained earlier regarding absurd billing against the special number 51717. I was extremely disappointed that how this happened to me. I am using vodafone postpaid services for the last 7-8 years but i never faced such humiliating issues. My other alternate vodafone postpaid numbers are [protected] and [protected] which i am using for the last 7-8 years and i had no complains earlier. Later i ported my parents numbers [protected] & [protected] to vodafone for their good services. I never failed nor defaulted any month's bill but after reviving this bill against number [protected] i am quite astonished. I paid an amount of rs 221.00 against the vodafone number [protected] on 21/11/2017 at 18:25:23 transaction id jcmp[protected]. But i did not pay the rest amount as it is absurd and illogical. On 24/11/2017 the outgoing services were blocked due to my non repayment. I called the vodafone helpline number [protected] and lodge the complained and unblocked the barred services. Again on 25/11/2017 the outgoing services were blocked and i called the vodafone helpline number to unblock the barred services. The helpline informed me to clear the outstanding dues so that the services are continued.

            Sir, this is very unfair and i think that this is a way to cheat people and take money forcefully.

              I have been using vodafone services since last 3 years with 3 different numbers.

              This complaint is regarding my number -*. This is a postpaid conncetion with red 499/- plan.

              Before describing my reason to write mail and lodge compalint, i request you to please visit my profile with you and check my usage and bill payments, call recordings (So that you might have an idea what i am experincing right now)

              It has been nearly 10 months i have been using this number. During this period, there were some minor issues for which i have contacted your customer care and the issues has been resolved at the earliest.

              But major problem arised with my november'2017 bill, for which my bill due amount was rs.1006.54/-.

              Ideally, it should be rs. 499 + gst = rs. 588.82/- (No idea which calculator you guys use where it was 1006.54/-.)

              I was both surprised and shocked to see the bill as because i use this number only for calling purpose that too for official purpose.

              There is unlimited local + std calling mentioned in plan. So i was pretty sure, this wasn't charged for merely calling!

              So i went through the bill for november (I don't check my bills normally, because i don't have time to). It was mentioned there in the bill that an amount of rs.354/- has been charged for using some vas services (I even don't know what the hell it is!)

              Since then series of calling customer care, proving them that i have not used any vas and then waiting for their mercy in form of refund started.

              Herein to mention, my last call experience where the guy kept on hold as most of the time he wasn't even responding to my queries/questions (As because football match which he and his fellow colleagues were watching was more important!)

              I asked him several times, if he cannot solve my problem then either lodge a complain or provide me the mail id to do so. But according to him, my problem was not worth to lodge a complaint (I wonder which issues you consider as worthy)

              While discussing this at office, i discovered that all of my colleagues (Who also use your services) are experiencing the same conditions.

              To conclude, i want to inform you people that, we, the customers are not fools. We pay you through our hard earned money, that is why even a rupee is valuable to us. I will be paying only rs. 588.82/- for november bill and will not pay any penalty or carry forward amount.

              As already informed to your employee, i am going to port my number very soon. Not only that, i promise you that will not suggest any friend or colleague to use vodafone.

              And one more thing, deactivate any vas on my number. This is just another way of yours to fool people and collect money.

              Hope this time and this way, i am audible to you.

                    As i am transfered to gujarat, i want to close my rajasthan no [protected],
                    Myself harish raisinghani yesterday i have cleared all my dues, visited the vodafone store there they given me [protected] no for deactivation of no.
                    But on this no they refused to close the no saying that they can't do the same.
                    They were asking me to visit rajasthan, it is not possible for me to visit rajasthan for this thing.
                    Kindly react coordination within diff. Departments. So that customers get better service and are not irritated. Kindly close my no at the earliest.

                      Pls deactivate my vodafone haryana postpaid no. [protected] Immediately and port it to my prepaid number as I am requesting from last one month to vodafone and get vodafone bill balance payment otherwise I am unable to pay the balance bill in future to vodafone.
                      I am requesting vodafone stores and customer care frequently but nobody providing me the resolution. So I am rating vodafone zero star company with worst customer support and worst vodafone app.

                        I have not subscribed to any value added services, nor have i purchased anything ; but my balance getting deducted automatically . I have recharged on 20/11/2017 with rs. 50 . The balance was Rs. 43.81. Everything was fine, until 25/11/2017 . Within a hour rs. 40 have been deducted without any reason whatsoever .I checked whether i have any value added services activated accidentally, but i found none, no vas was active . Everytime the message " Please enter 1 to purchase, or enter cancel to dismiss " - I pressed cancel . Rs. 40 got deducted within a hour . I am extremely concerned over this issue . I request to resolve the matter at the earliest .

                          I have recently converted my vodafone no from post paid to prepaid
                          Before conversion, i was asked to make a payment despite me informing them that a direct pay is setup from the bill date.
                          Thus, vodafone received double payment.
                          They recignise the double payment but are not providing the refund.
                          First one of their members confirmed on mail it would be reversed, however it would take 60 days. When i objected how can the reversal take 60 days when ecs takes maximum 5 days, now they're advising as to convert this prepaid talktime after 45 days.
                          I have already asked to shut the number as neither my post or prepaid is number is working and to refund this duplicate, yet i am being denied

                            Dear vodafone team.,

                            My name is d. Hari baskaran, i am residing at 422., sai baba nagar, tirupattur taluk, vellore district, tn - pincode 635601.
                            Since., 2013 september on wards, i was using the vodafone postpaid connection for almost 3 yrs 6 months., i was regualarly paying on time. I was subscribing premium plans like rs.2499/- and rs.1999/- plan. I was good repayer.

                            During december 2016., i was missed my mobile and simcard during my travel in bus. I was reportedly to local vodafone collection center, while written the letter. They say, the sim card was blocked, we will intimate you when the sim card ready.. Due to that, i paid my dues at that center and my due was rs.3000/- during that day itself.

                            Last week, i got one call from express courier, they sais "the courier was not delivered to your house door number", i was surprisely shock, immediately, i was check the sender address of that consignment of letter", finally, i come to know that. The courier was sent by vodafone collection team at chennai who is representing lawyer team and the person name is mr. Ravi kumar and his mobile number is [protected].

                            When we have a talk about the letter, he says that, the uncleared bills was generated by vodafone and we are representing the letter too. He replied like that, but, i replied about my phone number was already missing, also, i have already the payment of my simcard when i missed., but, i am surprisingly shock and he told to me pay, the fifity % of pending dues., the actuall due are rs, 6945/-, but, he quoted rs.7455/- and he asked me pay to his account, with the amount of rs.4500/- initial paymanet and remaining you have to pay after get a simcard again. But, i am asking about my re activate of my simcard and also, i am expecting the authiorised persons contact details of chennai vodafone team. But.. He started scolding with abusing words to me and threatening like anything. I am scared.

                            I never say that, i can not able to pay anything like that, i ask the authorised letter or authorised vodafone center through that, i can able to pay the dues and able to get, my simcard back as a activate mode. But., i did not get a healthy reply.

                            I am upset.., please initaite the necessary action about the person and provide me a suggestions that, how to process fruther?

                              Hello,

                              My mobile number is :91 [protected]
                              I had called up the vodaphone customer care and informed to cancel/disconnect my number and asked to change prepaid since i need to travel outside india for long period.

                              Vodaphone customer executive had acknowledged to my request and they mentioned me not to worry and necessary steps are taken to cancel my post-paid connection.
                              Based on my request, i can see my service request raised in your portal, please find the attached for reference (Sr #[protected] dated : 15-sep-2017). By having this sr i was sure vodafone will fulfill my request and provide good service to their customer.

                              For not of my mistake, i need to undergo unnecessary trauma to handle this issue. Currently vodaphone is making harassing calls and asking to pay monthly bills without making disconnection.

                              Please provide necessary action to convert postpaid to prepaid connection.

                                I am not able to send sms to 1900 for mobile number portability.
                                When i am sending sms 'port ' to 1900, i am receiving an error that message failed to send.
                                I am not facing any problem while sending sms to other numbers.
                                Why is vodafone blocking this number? Please resolve this issue. I want to change to other operator. Please send me the upc for porting.

                                  Hi all,

                                  Same thing has kept troubling me for around 2 weeks now and despite my so many customer care requests the problem is not resolving. They keep deducting my balance and subscribing to useless value added services everyday. I cannot recharge my balance due to this fear and am apprehensive that this can land me in trouble during any emergency.

                                  I am also shocked to see that this problem is common with them and they are not trying to resolve it.

                                    I got my recharge done on 24.11.2017 at 9:30 pm of rs. 395. The recharge is a pack which includes 1 gb data/day & unlimited local + national calls for 70 days and so says the message which i received. Now, all of a sudden i'm getting a message on 25.11.2017 at 1:15 am stating that credits to my m-pesa account have been blocked due to regulatory non-compliance. Earlier, i could check my remaining data, now i can't. My active plan is being shown as invalid, data remaining is shown 0. Moreover, the unlimited calling plan is being shown to expire on 30.11.2017.

                                    My question is what sort of nuisance is this and is this the kind of treatment vodafone gives to its customers, despite knowing the fact that their customers can switch their loyalty to other service providers as well if they do such kind of deceptive tricks. Then what difference do they make exactly and how are they any better than the rest? Why should i be still sticking on your side?

                                    I demand an urgent solution
