Dear sir,

I am using vodafone post-paid mob. No [protected], since long time, making all the bill payment on time without fail.
Now vodafone have suspended my mob no., for the reason of not making old payment of rs 534.85/- although i have made the same payment on time. I have copy of the payment receipt (Attached here).
I was getting mails for this payment reminder many time, i have replied with payment proof to each time, no one bothered in replying to my single mail. Now have received legal notice too, again i have contacted their legal team and provided all the proof of payment to mr ravindra shukla, he said that the payment will be update and i can ignore the notice. But after all this discussion they have suspended my no. Today.

Requested you to look into this matter, i am suffering a lot due to suspension of this mobile no., please note this is my main no. I cannot afford suspension.

    Hi,
    Automatically activating value added services which i never requested. My balance is null and scared to recharge again. I called the customer care they didn't resolve the issue. Everyday i got different service activation message. Every time i cancelled it. What should i do? I lost money whenever tried to recharge. Whenever i tried to contact customer complaint number it won't connect also. Pathetic.

      I am vashishth joshi, a loyal customer of vodafone for over 10 years. I am compelled to write to you about my complain on high charges levied in my bill for the month of october 2017.

      I had requested for international roaming after taking all the relevant information from customer care. I had visited algeria and senegal in october 2017 for which i had requested for limited roaming facility. I was informed of only a nominal charge of about inr 100 - 150 per billing cycle, provided i do not use any other extra facilities like incoming / outgoing calls and internet data and all. I was convinced and got the roaming for a month.

      Upon return to india, i received a bill for the month when i was abroad and there were very high charges levied. I was surprised and called upon the customer care dept. And was attended by some ms. Sonali who informed me that charges was because i had made a call abroad, which i refused to accept as i had never placed any call using indian card. I had my local service provider's card and used its services only. I was then told that evenif i had cut the incoming calls, i would be levied the roaming charges, which was a huge tariff price. I refused to accept it as i was never informed of such things and ask her to get me the recording whereby i was given the information for roaming or check it on your own to be satisfied that no such information was ever conveyed. I then requested to put my complain to higher authority and get it resolved but she was adamant that there is no mechanism for complain for such issue. I was furious as i was being driven to a way where there is no solution but take what they offer (And that is exorbitant charges for the services which you have never used). I ask her to atleast give me a reference number for my complain and she kept denying until i was at a point whereby i had to bring in the legality. Complain number is[protected]Date: 09/11/2017)

      I am surprised to see that even after waiting for 10 days, no one called me up or send me any communication showing they have taken efforts to resolve the issue. Rather, when i called up again to customer care a man (Mr. Bhanu) who attended me gave me some random information that i had made call for this many minutes and all.. But he again reiterated the same things which i was informed of during my earlier call. Again, there was no solution but false promises that they would look into the matter.

      I am really very disappointed and would like to change my service provided, if the issue is not resolved.

        These people are irritating the customers...
        I went to store to migrate my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid...
        This person sandeep given me a new sim and told that within 2 days new sim will activated and taken balance bill amount.
        But, sim not activated here... These persons rejected my request by not mentioning any reason.
        Today (23.11.2017) i went to bangalore rt nagar store also called to customer care number 198. Customer care people told to raise a complaint here.
        Sir, i want to give a complaint on a. Sandeepa for giving such a # and inconvience to me. So, plz take action as soon as possible...

          I had a number with vodafone and i wished to surrender it. I know that my bill cycle starts on 1st of every month. So i paid all my dues for the previous month on august 1st and placed an request to cancel the number on august 2nd. They asked me to send a mail to the customer service through my registered mail id and i did the same.

          I received reply stating that the cancellation request has been registered and the number would be cancelled within 7 days. I received a call back and they too confirmed the same.

          So, i received a bill the next month to be charged pro rata basis till august 9. I paid it too honestly. However, the number was reactivated automatically without my consent and every month i receive bill for rs.300+.

          I had to mail them again, call again and the same thing happened. It was promised again that the number would be deactivated within 7 days and the bill amount was waived. However, now i have received bill for november too with late payment fees. Late payment fees was charged for the bill that was waived off and not paid by me. I feel really bad.

          I wonder what the problem is with the customer support.

          I am convert to 4G Sim but msg system is loss and outgoing and incoming msg is stoped i Complent 198 coustmer care 2, 3, times but not resoled the complent you are not saport plz I am chang the company mathed send.

            In 3 days i have deduction of currency inspite of having unlimited plans. Its really bad condition on the part of customer that they are exploited and this is an unethical behavior by vodafone.
            I am on 509 plan and i haven't used complete data on 22nd nov but still i am charged 10 rs for browsing (140mb left as per my vodafone app for that day), and 2days back when 392 pack ended on last day i was charged 45 rs for call, it was last day for my 392 plan to expire.in vf app it states that plan expires on 21st nov, but still they charge me 45 rs for calls on that day, when asked customer service they inform me that plan expired at 5 pm, they expect customer to know time of recharge 84 days back? In my vf app no where time is mentioned, nor i get any intimation of that. Total misguiding for profit?
            On 23 rd nov i had 509 plan activated which is for 84 days, on 24 th nov 3.00am i receive msg stating my unlimited plan has expired.
            Trying to contact customer care but it's of no use it's not getting connected, pathetic customer service.
            Recharge for big bonus plans but still they will exploit the customer by deduction of currency, it's just day light robbery and misguiding customers for benefits. Kindly take actions for the same.

              I take a new plan 499 rs on 12 august around and the bill is generated/ coming to my mail or id is 1284.84 rs

              It should be 499+your service tax =600 rs around, i was expecting, which is always as expecting in every month is 600 around

              I don't know how it comes and i did not interested to pay extra money, and that would be lead to cancellation the my sim/data plan or close to internet connection by my self
              So kindly please pay the attention

                Myself vikram from chennai, requested my no [protected] to port into vodafone from reliance. Have walked in vodafone mini store, which is in avadi. I have informed to the agent working there, my current plan was 299/- all unlimited except roaming outgoing. Also sms free 100/day. She replied me. Vodafone has the same plan and i would get 21 gb every month for six months and will be exposed after that as mnp order. Once my no activated on 18/11/2017, i could see only 1 gb only and nothing more. So they have charged extra after i have crossed my 1 gb limit. And it's been charged extra now. So here who's mistake. When i try to chat with the customer service executive, no proper way to connect with them and i need to keep repeating every time in web chat. If i get any call in between, i couldn't connect with the same person. Also when i told about where i walked in to the mini store to get new vodafone sim, they incorrectly raised a complaint. But i came to know that only because i got call from another customer service executive, who called for just informing about my plan. I wonder why this much of mis communication and no body resolved my problem. Since my first day o[censored]sage from vodafone network, i feel very irritating as i just spending so much time to get help to resolve my issue but none really helped. Moreover if i get connected with any other person, i needed to repeat everything from the beginning and expecting me to have patience. I really worried now as i can't port this no to any other network as it's just one week's time. This is my official no. Am really very dissatisfied with such kind of poor service i have ever seen. Because i will be in huge loss. Will lose my business from the place where ever i have provided my no. I am in pathetic situation. I really fed with this kind of poor service from vodafone network. Today one executive asked me to get an appointment with vodafone store. But i was chatting with her by sitting at railway station like a beggar and i was very late to work and am in trouble now. I am afraid this network put me in this kind of huge loss. I really don't know how i am gonna bear this problem.

                Hi,

                In My Parents Vodafone Mobile # [protected] and [protected] a caller tune is activating without our request. We canceled it 3-4 times but even next day again activating.

                Please deactivate it permanently. We don't need it.

                      I am a new vodafone user of kolkata circle with mobile no.[protected] (Right no.). And in the first recharge i tried it via vodafone online recharge amounting rs.509/- with transaction id - jcmp[protected], which was wrongly recharged to a wrong number probably of the same circle-[protected] (Wrong no.).

                      Kindly make the reversal of the said amount as a recharge amount instead of the pack amount. As i have again entered the same pack of rs.509 (Unlimited calls+ 1gb 3g net/day for 84 days) to my current mobile no. So reverse me the amount as a topup money.

                        There are repeated instances for vodafone postpaid accounts, payment is not getting registered @ vodafone, even after two weeks of debit from icici bank internet banking.

                        I spoke to reshma and mohammad at around 7.10 pm on 21 nov 2017 for about 40 min.

                        Reshma asked me to check if payment is reverted by icici bank. I checked.

                        No, payment is not reverted back.

                        This is complaint against your executive saraswati and her senior for putting the call on hold for more than half an hour and not resolving the issue permanently. Called on sat 18 nov around 11 am. Just check your records.
                        Sorry to say i am frustrated with pathetic service from vodafone and its employees who even shy away from talking to customers accepting the issu

                          A) i got the postpaid bill for oct./nov.17, which was increased (Rs.99 to 199) without my consent. When i complained that i would report to trai and would port my number, the customer service staff told me that the charges for this bill would be reduced to earlier one but from this month it would be more (Already the new month has started).
                          I told that i wish to continue on same plan as in sep./oc.17, but the staff told me there is no such arrangement.
                          What is this system by vodafone. They are cheating the customers. Without our consent how they change the plan or tariff.
                          B) a few years ago when i crossed a border from karnataka to maharashtra my balance of more than rs.450 became zero and next few days i could not use my phone. If i recharge, it would go to zero again. On complaint the person said by mistake it went to international roaming.

                            I requested for porting from idea to vodafone. Was provided with the sim, 2 days back.
                            I am in big trouble now. Idea has ported out my number but vodafone has not activated my sim. So my number is not working from last two days.
                            I seriously made a mistake to port my number to vodafone.

                              Hi,

                              I am using vodafone prepaid connection since 2008. Vodafone deducted amount for unwanted service from my main balance without my knowledge.

                              On 15/11/2017 vodafone detected rs.49 from my balance without my knowledge. I didn't get any sms or notification. Today i am checking my balance history and found rs 49 deducted on 15th november. I called customer care and requested them to return my balance but they refused to do so. This same thing happened with me couple of times previously. I am really frustrated with this. Please stop harassing customer by activating some unnecessary pack. I want vodafone to deactivate this service immediately and pay back my deducted amount rs.49 without any delay. And requesting vodafone to further not deduct any amount fraudulently.

                                We have cleared the outstanding and we have made payment in excess in cash at vodafone outlet mobile world store, shop no. 14/15, sr. No.29, sawant park, pune-satara road, dhankawadi, pune - 411043 on november 3, 2017.

                                The inefficient staff at the above mentioned vodafone store did not transfer the amount to vodafone till november 8, 2017. After visiting the store in person on november 8, 2017 the amount was transferred, for which acknowledgment via mail is received on november 20, 2017.

                                We have followed all the procedure to port out, till date porting out is deliberately not done from your end. Please port out above connections immediately without any excuse and delay. If the numbers are not ported out immediately, we shall have no option other than to lodge a police complaint against those concerned, please note.

                                  I have got two connection from vodafone one is dongal and mobile.. Since march and even before i raised a complaint about call drop and speed issue on both connections. However not never got satisfied answers neither the issue got solution.. Even after consistent follow-up and complaints... After getting irritated with such situation... I decided to cancel both connections... Now when i have already informed them to cancel the connections they are still following for payment for those months wherein, i have not got satisfied service... Also the customer service is also hopeless and talking to the customer roughly.

                                    The numbers being [protected], [protected], the vodafone store at gandhi bazaar converted both to postpaid. (Aggressive marketing?) mentioning that i could convert it back to prepaid within 2 months.in the process, they charged me rs 500/-. After observing for a month i found that the charges were and asked them to change it to prepaid. They did not agree. I cancelled the postpaid connection of [protected].in the other connection, i opted for the lowest priced slab which in total would not exceed rs 150/-. I was questioned as to why i want to change. It's a universal rule we need value for any money paid. Next, i am asked to verify my aadhar on adaily basis. Even after verification three times.. I decided prepaid would be the best as it involves the least interaction with your organisation. I have paid all my bills to date. There is no refund or credit to my account. I get the stereotyped reply verify your aaadhar.
                                    I want te refund to my credit and better-behaved people will help your organisation. I am sorry if my communication is strongly worded.
                                    But i definitely expect areply. Which i can confide with my acquaintances in cas i have to change the service provider

                                      I am calling Vodafone regularly customer care informing them I am not getting any network in Devika Tower Nehru place 13 floor from last 6 month .Not getting signal and data properly . Every month Vodafone assure me that our network team will contact you and rectify your network problem . Till date no improvements from Vodafone .

                                        Before filling consumer case complaint i am writing to vodafone...

                                        Dear vodafone,

                                        This is vishal budhwar from jaipur and bought new connection (+91-[protected]) from vodafone last month. I given my dl for address proof with my photograph.

                                        After submitting all documents my sim started properly and after few days some one came to my residence address to verify address physically. He note down all information properly.

                                        Recently i got my bill at my home address and i paid full bill amount thru paytm.

                                        From 15th nov 2017 vodafone stop out going services without any reason. I asked customer care for this event then they said its because address verification not done properly and they redirect me to vodafone store.

                                        I went to vodafone mini store near shyam nagar metro station, jaipur and got very very poor reply from guy sitting there that pls go to main store as its not done thru here.

                                        I again complaint to customer care on phone and lodge full complaint on 18 nov 2017 and got reply from cc executive that it will be solve with in 24 hrs.

                                        On 20th nov 2017 my in coming also blocked with out any reason.

                                        Today i went to vodafone main store at ridhi sidhi, mansarover, jaipur. I got token no: 345 - 21 nov 2017 - 05:03:34 pm

                                        I waited for my number till 05:40 pm (Almost 35 min) and once my turn came your executive (Miss ekta) stared chatting on phone as well as to other staff. It really very very poor services and behavior.

                                        I asked hey why my number is stop then she said some issue of address verification was there from our side so it will be start shortly. I was shocked that how you people handle customers.

                                        Without any logic how can you stoped my services? Where i am not on fault.

                                        I asked her to give me in writing then she said not possible from our end as we have no rights to give anything in writing. Then i asked give me store in charge name & number, but again she denied to share me number.

                                        After my request that please call manager then ms. Manju khatri appear and asked same reason that its verification problem our side and your services start tonight. I asked her to give solution in writing then she given me request no:[protected].

                                        I am still surprised that if problem from your end then why you vodafone stooped my services? If you had any verification problem then you must call me once before stopping my connection. It is really very bad experience with vodafone services. Your all stores are having cctv coverage then vodafone team must check behavior of staff and communication skill of staff.

                                        As i am not satisfied with vodafone services so please check my matter properly and reply me on my mail. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
