Hi,

I am using vodafone prepaid connection since 2008. Vodafone deducted amount for unwanted service from my main balance without my knowledge.

On 15/11/2017 vodafone detected rs.49 from my balance without my knowledge. I didn't get any sms or notification. Today i am checking my balance history and found rs 49 deducted on 15th november. I called customer care and requested them to return my balance but they refused to do so. This same thing happened with me couple of times previously. I am really frustrated with this. Please stop harassing customer by activating some unnecessary pack. I want vodafone to deactivate this service immediately and pay back my deducted amount rs.49 without any delay. And requesting vodafone to further not deduct any amount fraudulently.

    Our following numbers still not ported out:

    We have cleared the outstanding and we have made payment in excess in cash at vodafone outlet mobile world store, shop no. 14/15, sr. No.29, sawant park, pune-satara road, dhankawadi, pune - 411043 on november 3, 2017.

    The inefficient staff at the above mentioned vodafone store did not transfer the amount to vodafone till november 8, 2017. After visiting the store in person on november 8, 2017 the amount was transferred, for which acknowledgment via mail is received on november 20, 2017.

    We have followed all the procedure to port out, till date porting out is deliberately not done from your end. Please port out above connections immediately without any excuse and delay. If the numbers are not ported out immediately, we shall have no option other than to lodge a police complaint against those concerned, please note.

      I have got two connection from vodafone one is dongal and mobile.. Since march and even before i raised a complaint about call drop and speed issue on both connections. However not never got satisfied answers neither the issue got solution.. Even after consistent follow-up and complaints... After getting irritated with such situation... I decided to cancel both connections... Now when i have already informed them to cancel the connections they are still following for payment for those months wherein, i have not got satisfied service... Also the customer service is also hopeless and talking to the customer roughly.

        Hi,

        I have two numbers which i ported from idea cellular prepaid connection.
        The numbers being [protected], [protected], the vodafone store at gandhi bazaar converted both to postpaid. (Aggressive marketing?) mentioning that i could convert it back to prepaid within 2 months.in the process, they charged me rs 500/-. After observing for a month i found that the charges were and asked them to change it to prepaid. They did not agree. I cancelled the postpaid connection of [protected].in the other connection, i opted for the lowest priced slab which in total would not exceed rs 150/-. I was questioned as to why i want to change. It's a universal rule we need value for any money paid. Next, i am asked to verify my aadhar on adaily basis. Even after verification three times.. I decided prepaid would be the best as it involves the least interaction with your organisation. I have paid all my bills to date. There is no refund or credit to my account. I get the stereotyped reply verify your aaadhar.
        I want te refund to my credit and better-behaved people will help your organisation. I am sorry if my communication is strongly worded.
        But i definitely expect areply. Which i can confide with my acquaintances in cas i have to change the service provider

          I am calling Vodafone regularly customer care informing them I am not getting any network in Devika Tower Nehru place 13 floor from last 6 month .Not getting signal and data properly . Every month Vodafone assure me that our network team will contact you and rectify your network problem . Till date no improvements from Vodafone .

            Before filling consumer case complaint i am writing to vodafone...

            Dear vodafone,

            This is vishal budhwar from jaipur and bought new connection (+91-[protected]) from vodafone last month. I given my dl for address proof with my photograph.

            After submitting all documents my sim started properly and after few days some one came to my residence address to verify address physically. He note down all information properly.

            Recently i got my bill at my home address and i paid full bill amount thru paytm.

            From 15th nov 2017 vodafone stop out going services without any reason. I asked customer care for this event then they said its because address verification not done properly and they redirect me to vodafone store.

            I went to vodafone mini store near shyam nagar metro station, jaipur and got very very poor reply from guy sitting there that pls go to main store as its not done thru here.

            I again complaint to customer care on phone and lodge full complaint on 18 nov 2017 and got reply from cc executive that it will be solve with in 24 hrs.

            On 20th nov 2017 my in coming also blocked with out any reason.

            Today i went to vodafone main store at ridhi sidhi, mansarover, jaipur. I got token no: 345 - 21 nov 2017 - 05:03:34 pm

            I waited for my number till 05:40 pm (Almost 35 min) and once my turn came your executive (Miss ekta) stared chatting on phone as well as to other staff. It really very very poor services and behavior.

            I asked hey why my number is stop then she said some issue of address verification was there from our side so it will be start shortly. I was shocked that how you people handle customers.

            Without any logic how can you stoped my services? Where i am not on fault.

            I asked her to give me in writing then she said not possible from our end as we have no rights to give anything in writing. Then i asked give me store in charge name & number, but again she denied to share me number.

            After my request that please call manager then ms. Manju khatri appear and asked same reason that its verification problem our side and your services start tonight. I asked her to give solution in writing then she given me request no:[protected].

            I am still surprised that if problem from your end then why you vodafone stooped my services? If you had any verification problem then you must call me once before stopping my connection. It is really very bad experience with vodafone services. Your all stores are having cctv coverage then vodafone team must check behavior of staff and communication skill of staff.

            As i am not satisfied with vodafone services so please check my matter properly and reply me on my mail. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

              My number is suddenly inactive, so i asked to customer care they are saying that your number is not in use that's why your no. Will be inactive. But still am using the sim and also am doing time to time recharge and if it's about aadhar card so still their is no confirmation regarding that from supreme court. I asked to them every time different custome person is saying different think, i don't know what to do for that.

                Hi vodafone care,

                I'm madankumar and i was using postpaid connection from vodafone on the mobile number [protected] and account no[protected]. I have submitted the request to close my connection on 06-may-2017 at a vodafone center at coimbatore, tamilnadu. A week later i've received a call to confirm the disconnection and i've mentioned to close the connection again. I've paid my pending amount rs.410 on 24-june-2017 at vodafone center in tiruppur, tn. But i've received an email from vodafone on 21st july to pay my due amount. I immediately reported this to vodafone customer care and they told that the connection was active till that day despite i've asked to close the connection. They told it 'll be processed and took a complain on this and gave me the reference number[protected] for this request.

                But 20-aug-2017, again i've received an email from vodafone to pay my due amount. Again i've called vodafone care and got to know that number is still in active. I've stopped using that number from 6th may as i've given deactivation request and i couldn't understand why my number was still in use. So i've given request again and the reference number is[protected].

                Hence i've sent an email to "corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com" as the mobile number was taken in chennai circle. And i've received multiple acknowledgement from chennai corp care every month that my account is closed and no outstanding amount is pending. But i keep on getting the bill payment emails every month.

Please look into this issue and please close the number [protected] and also clear the due amounts.

                Please stop sending out bills for the closed account/mobile number. Expecting a prompt and precise service to have faith on future relationship with vodafone.

                  I swap my number from airtel to vodafone on 11th november and since then i am facing issue with slow speed of internet. They changed the sim, did all the troubleshooting, tried changing the phone still the same issue in all cases. Escalated to vodafone they dont have any answer.
                  -request to fix the internet speed issue asap
                  -its annoy to do all troubleshooting again and again when i call them.
                  - tried escalating over email, but they only have answer that number is not reachable.
                  -when i sms to port out with in 20 min i got call from them.
                  -i asked for recordings where they tried and my number was not reachable with date and time, no answer on that.
                  -escalated to nodal officer, no answer.

                    I had to get a new nano sim for an already existent micro sim and i had approached a vodafone care center in perambur.
                    The customer care executive had refused to process my request and also misbehaved with a consumer.
                    The executive was misbehaving to a previous consumer in a worse manner and was blaming him for a problem that he had approached the centre with.

                      I raised a request on 14th nov 2017 for porting, on 15th i submitted it to airtel and got new sim by paying some amour.

                      Got calls daily from that day from vodafone customer care to retain. I did not agree to it.

                      I don't owe anything to them, but created a fake bill to stop the porting.

                      They stopped my porting, when i contacted they mentioned it was created by mistake. Then they knocked it off and told to again raise request for porting.

                      My question, why the fake bill was created. Why the porting is stopped without my permission.

                      I want to file complaint on vodafone for this

                        Yesterday i recharged my vodafone number with pack 396rs which was supposed to give me daily 1gb 4g data. But forget 4g, it hardly gives 3g speed. Sometimes it automatically connects 2g. Seriously i've never been such depressed with internet speed in past. Then i contacted costumer service, but they reacted as if i'm an outsider while they own some big company. I wish i can go to the past and stop myself from buying vodafone sim card.

                          Mr. Palanivel who claims himself as store owner behaved with me in a rude manner. He talks very loudly. I was asked to wait by him telling that another woman has to come for the postpaid to prepaid convertion work. He was chit chatting with another person meanwhile. I was made to wait for 10min after which when i asked how much time to wait. He replied in a rude and ill treating way that it will take 10 more min and you should have some patience. After a while that lady came and started shouting at me telling that you are not the only customer and we handle 100 customers per day. She hesitated to tell her name. Such type of people should never run a customer service centre. Very bad treatment by a long standing vodafone customer. I hope concerned authorities would look into the issue so that it wont happen with anyone else..

                            Since september, i had been chasing vodafone to speak with any executives to connect with me for the unnecessary charges that has been charged against my number [protected].
                            After' n' number of follow ups and mental stress, finally you guys have stopped my number without any solution.

                            This is too much.
                            Such big brand and not even a single face who help in checking the case.
                            After a follow up of more than a month, i request vodafone to close my number and i shall not be liable for any outstanding against my number [protected].

                            You have lost a loyal customer to vodafone.
                            For further concerns, i am still available on [protected].

                              I recharged my vodafone prepaid number [protected] with plan 458 on 16 nov 2017.
                              The plan offers free call to all network and 1 gb data per day for 70 days.
                              While the free calls have been effected the data plan is not received. On contact with the customer care the apn setting was revised. It did not help. There after on contacting customer care again he confirmed that the sim was being reconfigured. I was to remove sim and then switch on after 24 hours.
                              This was done today but did not help. I am continuously getting data alert. This means that while data is available the same is not made available on my number. Though since 16 nov i am receiving sms of 1024 mb data renewed daily but 0 mb usage.
                              Customer care of vodafone is not accessible.
                              Please configure data on my number at the earliest.

                                From this number[protected], today (21/11/2017) i have received a call that my debit card is blocked and to reactivate it i have to share my card number, cvv & other details. To which i have politely replied that i won't share any of these details over phone. Then things have taken ugly turn there, the spammer started to abuse me incessantly.

                                I am very much offended by it and thinking of lodging a police complaint for the issue.

                                I hope vodafone will take strict action against the said number.

                                  I have no idea about lifestyle pack and an amount of 35 has been deducted once and next 50 has been deducted deducted from my account on rental of weekly basis without my knowledge. I have never subscribed for this pack.

                                  I called the customer care of vodafone, they did not help me for it and did not provide me enough information about the scheme too.

                                  Could you please look into this issue and resolve this issue of mine and help me get reimbursed for this nonsense.

                                    Iam devanand. Currently using vodaphone no.[protected] post paid. I have raised port migration from vodafone to airtel several times. Every time it has been rejecting by vodafone team by providing several reasons eventhough iam paying advance amount than outstanding. Now currently i have raised 4 th time port migration request and it is still pendjng with vodafone team and no action has been taken by the team and i have written several emails to release or accept my porting request but there is no response from them either emails or calls. Request you to help me on this issue.

                                        I have to write this email to you abruptly because the level of harassment has now exceeded my tolerance.
                                        Vodafone sales team has set new standards in terms of mental harassment. They are after my life to get my number ported into vodafone. They are so annoying and irritating that they dont even mind in calling a person 60-70 times a day (I dont think that even any wife calls her husband so often). It has been a daily routine for last 6-7 days. Pfa snapshots for yesterday’s call logs only.
                                        They are so persuasive that they wanted me to believe that i actually want to port my number in vodafone.
                                        These cheats came up with a new idea where they guided me to stop such repeat calls by texting port to 1900. After which they ask for the porting code i received from 1900.
                                        At first, i couldn’t believe that such a reputed network do such fraudulent calling... But unfortunately its true (Even truecaller says ur number as ‘vodafone goons’)
                                        I also tried to escalate the issue via sending a message at their fb page & sent emails to mr. Sunil sood and all other escalation points, but it seems that those folks are also least bothered about their brand perception and didnt even have a courtesy to call back.
                                        Please spare me life by avoiding such calls? Also need an apology call along with the action taken against these cheats?

                                        P. S. I’ve received two more calls twice while i m writing this message.
