Sir, i have been given a connection saying rs.270/- rentals with unlimited calls and 21 gb data for 28 days. On 4th day when i came to know that unbilled amnt is rs.270, i immediate rushed to vodafone store and there i came to know that it was rs-499/- rental. I asked there to cancel the connection or make it prepaid as i am not in a situation to pay this amount. But vodafone refused to accept this on the ground of lock in period. I left without any solution.

Now i have been given a bill of rs1500/- which i am not able to pay it.

Kindly settle the matter

    Sir,
    I (Prachi investments pct ltd) hetal dinesh patel was having reliacen communication mobile number as [protected]. Now recently rcom has announced closure of telecom service so i had given application to port to vodafone. Person named swapnil chavan from vodafone kulkarni garden office visited our office on 30oct2017 for collection of documents for porting. Alldocuments with required prrofs was collected by above said person. Now this mobile number is not activated in my name but same is activate in the name of salma kanchi in satara.
    I was having mobile number [protected] form last several years and i have all proofs such as bills, bill payments through cheque book which i am attaching through this letter. Person form vodafone and vodafone has cheated with me so i request you to give my mobile number back to me.
    Above said number i had updated in banks accounts/aadhar/ etc. If any thing wrong happens than vodafone, executive from vodafone who collected forms and person in whose name number has been activated will be responsible.

      Vodafone provides unlimited calls pack with unlimited 2g internet. However, daily sending texts that, i have reached daily limit, weekly limit for calls and debiting from main balance. Does limited package will have the name o[censored]nlimited or unlimited packs can have daily, weekly, limits..?? No any information has been provided prior to recharge or till they have not provided the terms and conditions. Simply texting that you are chargeable at rs.30/min.

      I, Krishna Deo Singh lost my mobile with Vodafone seam no. [protected] and lebara [protected] today on 15th November 2017 while I am on a visit to London. My mobile is Samsung J5 version. Please do the needful to block the number of Vodafone seam and the device forthwith. Complaining to ;Lebara separately.

        My number [protected] is coip cug connection as i am paying all the bills but when i contacted customer care they told me that because of some technical issue at that time it is tagged under cocp account hence i cannot change this to prepaid now... I need urgent action on this plz change my number from cocp to coip and i want this to be prepaid connection

        You have to go outside to get a signal. Forget about internet. It’s about normal phone as well. Pathetic service.

          To avail the international roaming facility i purchased a prepaid plan on 9th october 2017 of rs 1684 /- on vodafone no. According to plan, it will give facility of incoming, outgoing, sms and net facility. But after reaching australia i did not get any facility mentioned in the plan. I informed several times to vodafone team by email. I contected on customer care and wrote mail to vodafone customer care. They are not giving any answer and not refunding the money to me.
          Kindly take necessary action for refunding the charged amount.

            The following complaint i've posted in fb on 16th nov and untill unless some fake information like ppl working as well as they tried to call me but not reached so see how strong ur betwork is. As i've already puzzled with ur ground staff as well as cs team hope some responsible ppl going to talk back

            I'm a very old customer of yours since 2011 (Using corporate plan tied up jubilant food works ltd) and during these days the kind of service you are providing it seems that customers are not required to you. Adding a new customers is not a rocket since but keeping the satisfy with commitment you did is real business trick bossbut i think your whole management don't believe on that policy as reasons are various which i personally faced.
            During porting about a year back wirhout even login you puzzled me more than 2 months fake reasong up your senior lavel. For reference you can check my tweet details...

            About last 3 month back i've complain for network 2 times they have closed my tickets without even verifying, onece they said due to durgapuja ppl are on leave so will help later and now from last 1 and half month they called me 2-3 times that engiare going to visit my place but no one yet came...

            Today i've call on 199 talked with shamim regards billing issue like this...
            Last months on 25th sept i've changed my monthly plan (Red for busainess_349) and executive informed that rs 50 bill discount usually i used to get they are not going to for that month as plan is getting change on the middle of the month and i was ok with that. Now this month you have made my bill with the rental of rs.399/- now the answer which i got from your executive shamim like he tried to manipulating me with his silly knowledge in the various way like..
            1. Its a company policy that i will be charge rs 399 per month
            2. Due to 1 gb data per day i have been getting rs 50 i'll be charge extra per month
            3. Due to plan change again this month i've charged rs 50 extra.
            Now while i asked him to transfer my call to his boss he said boss is not on the table and not announced name of boss is beyond company policy
            Also he said me believe him that someone would call me back in next 1 hr but not ready provide complain id as assurity
            Finally kept the receiver away aviode taking me. Now its an already passed ayaw no one call. For justification you can take out may call record ([protected])

            My question is why to ran away from customers, its just training issue and my experience of whole i'm sure your whole management use to follow the same path as experience i have been getting in my tenure.
            Stop manipulating customers and thinking yourself a only claver jackal.
            Hope justified answer as well as solution will be provide!!*

              For 2-3 consecutive months, i have failed to make my vodafone post-paid bill payment, as i no longer reside in india and don't use the sim due to the same reason.

              I have given my alternate number to my sister which was linked to the vodafone number. Therefore she receive constant calls from the vodafone customer executive that the number has been de-activated, as kindly pay the outstanding bill amounting rs: 1, 391.83/-.

              On my behalf, my sister have made the payment on 1st september 2017 for my de-activated vodafone number 981*644.

              Since the number is de-activated by the company itself, still they have generated new bills against it and forcing me to pay new bill amount costing nearly rs: 1, 000/- plus.

              And constant calls are made to my sister for bill payment, but whenever she ask's for an acknowlegement that the corresponding number has been de-activated, the customer executive immediately disconnects the call.

              Why should i pay the latest bill if the number has been de-activated by the vodafone company and same has been settled in the month of september 2017.

              I won't be paying bills for the de-actived number and i want an acknowlegement from vodafone that my particular post-paid number has been successfully de-activated and i will no longer receive any new bill.

                My name is balaji and i am using vodafone number [protected] corporate connection i have requested to change the connection from corporate to personal on letter head (Noc) with personal document yon 24th oct in nirman vihar vodafone store i have got new sim, no is[protected], i called several times in customer care, to know the status of my request care rep informed me that there is no such request is raised. Later i got a mail from vodafone on 26th stating that your corporate connection other numbers bill is due once you pay then only we will allow your number to transfer and unbar outgoing calls, as i already informed them that i am not the authorized person to make payment i cannot help you in payment matter still why my outgoing in not unbarring when there was no bills were due in my number and when a number want to come out of corporate group and when you got the noc from the company no point of forcing to be there with corporate requested you do needful and quickly as its been almost a month now.

                  This is the second time vodafone deducting some amount for strange reason .if we want to get something they need many confirmation but for deduction nothing need they will send you message. Something is active and deducted some amount . Message have authorization of network.It is like robbery.

                    I was charged an access fee of 81.39 rupees for a recharge of 99. The rest of the money was cut as taxes and my previous zero balance remains zero. Please look into the matter. I have also copy pasted the message i received soon after the transaction was made:-

                    Rchrg of mrp rs 99 on 20/11/17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 2.51, gst rs 15.10, accessfee rs 81.39, new bal rs 0. Transid onr[protected]..

                      Hi,
                      First i would like to highlight that vodafone has worst and pathetic customer care. The executives sitting on the other side are rude and do not listen to the customer even i[censored] r calm and polite. If at all u are successful in telling the complaint, they put u on hold for forever and they blame you for your own complaint. And when u say u want to talk to supervisor they either disconnect your call or put u on such a long hold that u disconnect yourself out of irritation and wastage of time. They are really unprofessional and this has happened all the time with me despite of being such a loyal customer to them. I’m short of words to explain how pathetic, rude, unprofessional their executives are.
                      Now my complaint is that every month i recharge my number for inr 348 with 1 gb data/day for 28 days and every month when it’s due i receive the message to recharge again. If vodafone checks my record then they would find i have been doing it regularly without any hassle to them or me. But this month i did not receive any intimation to recharge my number and i continued browsing internet hoping i have my data recharge. After deducting 368 inr from my main balance i received the message that my pack has expired. Now i do not have tendency to remember all of my recharge dates from previous month. If they would’ve intimated me i would’ve recharged on time. Since, i do not see my fault here, they should refund my main balance amount.
                      Also, i have told my irony with customer care when i tried explaining the same thing, they kept me on long hold so that i disconnect myself and the other executive disconnected my call. So yes i called them twice and explained same thing. You can also listen to the calls and see how they behaved with me even when i was being polite and patient.
                      Please resolve this query at the earliest convenience.

My cell number was unable to talk the complaint number 198. I m embarrassed due to poor Services nd require my monies

                            I recharged through app for 348 on nov 6th which was saying unlimited mobile date and unlimited calling "even while roaming" as i was in need for it while roaming. After 5 days while at roaming they were charging for each call and when i called they said its some mistake and my account is already enrolling with roaming free. But again when i compiled about charging, they said the offer is only for those who did after nov 12th. Even i checked the scree shot i took on nov 6th also all the online news about airtel and vodafone who started unlimited call while roaming on nov 6th. I'm using this telecom for last 10 years but this was something so unexpected, cheating. Hey vodafone, if you guys really need money, just beg for it. I'll provide as charity, never cheat anyone like this. If its not going to get solved by this. The only thing infront of me is to go consumer court. Not for money. Just to let them no dont cheat anyone.

                              Vodaphone number 0091 [protected] up*w) has been not used for few months as i am in the uk. As iam going to india within a week, i found 'no service'. I thought it was not having any credit and i charged on line for inr509 vide transaction jic[protected] with icici direct debit. I telephoned the customer service up (W) and found that the above number has been allocated to someone else on 10 september as the mobile has not been used for a much longer period. Please block this transaction and arrange refund to direct debit card.

                                I have been told by customer care service that my sim card no [protected] will get port from up east to delhi ncr after december 1 so i recharged it with 509 and it got it ported and lost my recharged amount i complaint it and i was told that that it will get refunded but it has been many days and still i have not received my amount back please do it as soon as possible

                                  I ported my number from Mumbai to Pune in Oct -17 end. I was told that within 6 days the SIM card will get deactivated and a new SIM was issued to me.

                                  As expected withing 5 days the original SIM got deactivated. I inserted the new SIM and called up the specified customer care number. Identified myslef, gave my aadhar number and completed the verification.

                                  I was told that within 15 minutes the number will be activated and I can proceed with recharge. However for subsequent 10 days recharge simply did not happen because their systems did not activate my number at all. It's after a long gap of 10 days their system activated my number on its own. We were clueless why it's not working for 10 days.

                                  Users interested to port their numbers on Vodafone may take a note of this as their procedure for circle transfer and portability is just the same.

                                      Vodafone is the worst service provider. Call disturbance and disconnection are the daily issues. Signals are too weak even in local home circle. Daily at night the signals goes out of range.

                                      Customer care people are highly illiterate and uneducated. Voice quality is worst. Both incoming and outgoing calls are difficult to attend. Even customer care calls are charged. They are not free.

                                      I am repenting that why i switch to vodafone??? Very soon i will switch to airtel...

                                      Vodafone is maha cheater. Signals never comes in full range.Voice call quality is worst. Airtel voice call quality and signals are too much better than ### Vodafone.

                                        I have recharged with 396 and make call any number free and 1 gb data every day for 70 days. But they regularly cut my mobile balance and tell me that it's for data usage over 1gb though i didn't use data more than 700mb in that particular day. And its become a regular incident and they didn't give any last deduction status also. And when i am calling their complaints help line number they misbehaving with me. Please help me otherwise they make my life a worst by looting money every day. If there is any possibility of getting ₹396 return i will immediately port my number then.
