    Lifestyle packs and wwe packs are randomly and automatically getting activated on my phone, and money is being deducted from my account, when i did not apply for or try to activate any of these. Every time i send a message to stop these services but they getting activated again and again.

    Please resolve it asap, as this has been happening for more than four times, and i've lost close to rs 200 in this nonsense.

      Hi vodafone team,

      I am a vodafone customer from a long time and face some problem in past and same were resolved by customer care executive. But this time no one is able to help me.

      Below are the details of issue;

      I have received a call from vodafone marketing dept and offer me 20 gb extra data on same plan (Same rental rs. 349/-). I have accepted then she told me it will be change on next billing cycle with no extra charge as vodafone is providing this benefit to all his customers who are with vodafone from a long time.

      When my next billing cycle started i received a msg that my plan has been changed which has rs.999/- rental.

      I have called customer care on 198, 1st time satpal singh attended me but not able to help me so i called to transfer this call to senior but he clearly denied and said he will not transfer the call. I told him, if he did not transfer the call i will escalate this to your higher authority but he said that you can and disconnected the call.

      Then i have called again, this time mr. Sudhanshu picked up the call and put on hold for more than 1 hr by saying this he is transferring my call to senior.

      After this i called again and mr. Sachin picked the call and raise my request and told me i will be receive a call from vodafone concern team and will defiantly help you.

      Today i received a call from vodafone (# was[protected]. I have discussed all scenario with him he told me that he will check all my details and call again after 10-15 min but i am not receive a single call or msg from vodafone yet.

      Why this is happen with vodafone?
      Why your marketing team provide false and fake information and try to fool customer.
      Are you understand that customer are illiterate or not know any thing.
      What i understand with you slogan "happy to help"?, is this help of a customer, i think it should be "happy to make fool of customer".

      I need a proper response from your team and want to a valid action against that lady who provide false information and those guys who are not ready to help me.

      Also need to change my plan with previous one

      Looking forward your help and proper action on it.

        Regarding the outstanding payment.

        My number has been switched off since july 23/24 2017.

        I have repeated it time and again that:

        1st : i had international roaming activated on my number on july 22nd, 2017. - if you say that the international roaming was not activated then it is the mistake of the customer care representative who informed me that the activation has been competed over the call.

        2nd: since my number had been switched off since july 23rd/24th - how can i be charged for no usage?

        A separate email on the outstanding bill states that : as per our records, the last payment received from you is rs. 2459.37, which is credited to your account on 19-jul-17

        How can i have used services of approximately 20k inr in a matter of 4 days?

        I am not willing to bear the glitch in processed bill. The roaming charges are 16, 540 inr, whereas my number is switched off since july 22, 2017. My number was switched on just for a day while travelling. The roaming charges should not be added when the number is switched off and also discontinued after the credit limit is reached.

        I have a track record of almost 7 years with this number.

        I request you to look into the issue.

            I have requested for mobile number portability from vodafone to airtel due to no 4g coverage on my area and poor network reception in my place.

            Though i raised this request on september last week it's still not yet processed.

            Though i paid the bill, the request is being rejected each time stating i haven't paid the bill. When i enquired with customer care they asked to ignore the message as it's already approved.

            But i got a call from airtel stating it's rejected from vodafone end.

            I m not sure where is the miss but this is unacceptable. I can't keep on waiting for months to do the porting. I want a resolution for this today itself. Kindly assist on the same.

            I won't change my mind so dont try to. I want to do the port as early as possible.

              I have switched my number into vodafone before 2 months, before switching i asked about range and call quality to vodafone store. That store told me that we dont have any range issue or call drop issue.

              But due to weak range i didn't receive calls and lot of call drop happened. I made complaint against that issue with vodafone customer care but they failed to give solution.

              I lost lot of opportunities and business due to vodafone so i want rs. 200000 as compensation.

                Dear sir me apka last 10 year se sim card use karta hu lekin har bar balance cut hota rehta he jo 3-4 bar ese hi cut ho raha he ye galat bat he aur apke yaha complain karne ke bad ek hi bat bat bolte he ki ap ne net use kiya jabki rat ko 12 baje tak mera free calling aur free net tha aur mere mobiles me balance rs.315 tha aur rat ko 12:00 beje apka massage ayaa ki apki validity puri ho gai bad me mene mera net data close kar diya tab mere ko mssage aya aki apke khate me rs.256 he mene vo adha ghanta late bandh ki net uska charge samaj kr phone rakh k so gay subah dekha to vapas mera main balance rs.193 tha to mene costemer care me bat ki to vo ulti sulti bant kar rahe he jiska mere pas recording he aur bol rahe he ki apne net use kiya jab ki me bandh karke so gaya to kese use hoga me ye mera sim car last 10 year se use kar raha hu pehle yese problame nahi hote the lekin pichle ek sal se yese probleme ane lage jisme iske pehle bhi apki company wale sorry bolke payment refund kar dete he yeto galat he pehle katate kyo he jo bad me refund karna pade aur agar bat na kare to to hamare paise aise hi gaye ye 100-150 rupe ki bat nahi he lekin ye problem aa raha he vo accha nahi he aur mera jo apke bharat mali - aur minaxi se bat ki customer care me jo bat usne ki vo bahut galat he aur mene meri office me hi vodafone ka 10-15 simcard mere staff ko diya he jo me sab ajse hi cancel karavuga aur abhi ye jo staff me dono ne bat ki vo dono custome care ke layak nahi he...                       - this is on activating international roaming pack called iroam free of rs 3500 for 10days.
                      - i had chat with executive of vodafone with reference[protected] with respect to activation of above pack from 11th november. I was confirmed that this is all set and shall be on from 11november
                      - when i landed in uae on 11november, this pack was not on.
                      - i had chat with executive with reference[protected]. I was asked to deposit rs 5000 deposit for this plan activation. I did deposit the same immediately.
                      - to my surprise plan 599 was activated which means receiving and calling means a lot of money.
                      - suddenly i saw my mobile bill crossing rs 6000 etc and was asked to deposit rs 5000 as interim bill which i deposited on 12 th november
                      - same matter on 13th and i deposited rs 5000 again.
                      - then i asked my india office on 14th to check my plan of rs 3500. Why it is not on and if not, please activate immediately.
                      - same was activated on 14th november
                      -through two below chat message requests,
                      9th nov:[protected] and 11th nov:[protected] i requested to activate uae iroam free of rs. 3500 pack on.
                      On 9 nov also it was confirmed yes. After landing in 11 nov at uae, plan was not on. They made me deposit rs. 5000 om 11th nov. Later put me on rs 599 plan and made me pay rs. 10000 as interim bill.
                      - i ended up in paying rs 10000 for no mistake of mine.
                      - now on 16th i am starting back for india and cell phone is not having signal.
                      - i am betrayed by vodafone here and want my all bill back.

                          I have purchased a sim on 1.11.17 and on 3.11.17 it disconnected. When contacted to distributer he say your number churned go to vodafone centre. Vodafone centre say your mobile number churned as you have more then 9 connection on your name and we cannot start this number again. When we complaint via e-mail to vodafone wb circle they say your number churned due to wrong activation. Which is true i am not understanding. They are making fools to me. After taking money they are not responsible for customers. Bogus company poor service staffs are knowledgeless. Need to complaint at trai.

                            Bollywood gossip pack wrongly activated by your team - rs. 75 deducted - please refund.

                            This is the third instance where any pack was wrongly activated from your end. At first instance, we contacted customer care and then they were able to get it de-activated and we got the refund (I could not recollect which pack it was). We missed out on the second time and now this is the third time.

                            We were unable to get in touch with mumbai vodafone customer care for the entire day on +91-[protected] number (When we contacted them, we could only listen to the options menu and once, we select any option, we had to listen to the options menu again and again) and also on 198 through our vodafone number.

                            When we contacted on "91-[protected]", twice they said, they have de-activated and we will get a refund in 30 minutes which never happened. On the third instance, customer care guy said to contact vodafone mumbai number: +91-[protected]/+91-[protected].

                            Both these numbers aren't effective in addressing the complaint. And customer care is saying that we might have clicked any button because of which this pack got activated. But for your information, we never activated it and that too this has happened thrice in last 3-4 weeks.

                            When I called vcare they told me while browsing net I accidentally clicked for that option, I am 100% sure I didn't clicked anything like that...

                            Please refund the said amount to my account since I've not done anything to activate Such apack
                            Bollywood gossip has been activated to my phone without my consent. I never requested this please refund my money to my account

                              I am a respected citizen of the society and i duly respect others as i know how to deal with people in the society...

                              I want to share an experience which i got when i unfortunately reached vodafone store in delhi... It is a branch situated in geeta colony, delhi-31.

                              I asked them to convert a postpaid connection to a prepaid connection which is with the name of my mother lalita arora..
                              I have all the id proofs, photographs and an' noc 'because my mother cant walk so she was unable to go to the store.. She allowed me to persue the formalities on her behalf... But the staff are so reckless, helpless and foolish that they say it cant be done without the person whom id proof is linked to the number.. They talk so loudely and in appropriate that it was a moment of embarrassment for me in front of other customers..

                              I have almost 10 connections of vodafone in my family and that is what i deserve in the end by the mobile company i trust..
                              So, today only i have decided to change and port all the connections of my family to other mobile company connections..

                              I want to register a complaint against a employee of the vodafone store situated in geeta colony, delhi-31..

                                Hi... I have initiated a mail in the month of july'2017 to disconnect the connection and i have received the acknowledgement mail as well. The connection is not in active since then. All the dues are paid. I have the id for permanent disconnection and reversal of the amount, id's are mentioned below... These id's are created after paying all the dues..

                                However, i am still getting mails from vodafone for bill payment when the connection itself is disconnected and not active...

                                I would urge the company to look into this and stop this kind of harassment..

                                  I wanted to bring this into ur notice about ur staff in customer service dept. Recently happened to enquire about linkin aadhar card wit my mob no in d nearest vodafone store which is in chennai nanganallur (1st main road) ur staff workin there doesn't care about customers at all, they don't respond, they made me wait fr an hour for just enquiry and they were rude, couldn see their ids to mention their name. I was so much frustrated and if ppl like this are your staff then i'm sorry everyone wil b switchin from vodafone to other networks. Staffs who are not interested to serve a customer should b sacked and don't kno for wat purpose they r working. Take necessary action otherwise ppl wil no longer use vodafone. This is for ur information.

                                    I am submitting an issue of fraud against vodafone mini store. I am a very old and regular customer of vodafone. Near about 2 years before i got a postpaid connection of vodafone from your vodafone mini store, awadhpuri, kalwar road, jhotwara, jaipur. At the time of process of postpaid connection the owner of that mini store had collected rs.350/- as a security from me and given a slip of receipt (Which is enclose with this mail). Now i want to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection of vodafone. So i visited this mini store on 08th oct.2017 and gave an id and a photo to process for prepaid connection. Vodafone mini store owner mr. Kuldeep gave me a 4g prepaid sim. At the time i requested him to adjust my security money rs.350/- for my current due bills. After his acceptance he told me to deposit difference money of bill so i paid same time that difference amount of rs.150/- but there is not do any process to porting my connection till date. I have already visited 5-6 time to that mini store but nobody give me any satisfy answer. They wants to clear all dues before process of porting but does not have any solution of my security money. Atleast he has made my 40 days waste. Is this vodafone service?
                                    Mr. Kuldeep singh is working as an employee in another company (N. B. C., hasanpura, jaipur) and he does not meet at mini store. Many time i tried to contact to kuldeep but he does not giving any response and not attend my phone calls.
                                    Sorry to say but owner of that mini store make a fraud with vodafone company. Also. …. How…? Please read it very carefully-
                                    At the time of taking postpaid connection i paid sum of rs.350/- as a security money but that amount doesn’t deposit in vodafone companies accounts and also my (Customers). You can check my monthly bill in which security amount show as nil. It's clear that security amount of rs.350/- has used by mr. Kuldeep for his personal purpose. How a customer faith on vodafone? It’s not a single matter my another family member also cheated as same matter.
                                    I don’t understand how i get my money back. It is request you to please take any necessary action and adjust this amount in my current mobile bills. It is not a matter of rs.350/- but also a fraud matter made by vodafone store with customer and vodafone company.
                                    It’s humble request you to please take out proper solution otherwise i shall put this matter to higher authority of telecom service

                                      I’v contacted vodafone mg road office in vijayawada twice in this week regarding my connection transfer from post to pre-paid. I’ve been to this branch few days ago and i was waiting for almost 20 minuets and no one bothered to enquire or provide any assistance to me. Most disappointing part is there are barely 8 -10 guest’s and the staff are very relaxed and busy with chatting in their mobile and having fun between the colleagues. Thanks god after a while i had a chance to meet one of the agent and she told me that i need to bring the person on which the connection has been registered. So after couple of days i brought my mother along with me and there even i waited initially for 15 mins and later i managed to find some one at the corner and she gave us instructions that we can’t cancel the post paid before the bill date. So initially we decided to hold on till the month end and after couple of minutes as per my mothers request i decided to cancel now itself. Then i was waiting for the same lady who assisted us earlier however she seems busy, so i approached another counter and the guy told that it’s impossible to cancel at this stage, then i pointed out at her and told that him that she agreed to convert the post to pre-paid at this stage by obtaining the full payment in advance and for which he replied me back rudely that then go to her and do it rather than finding out the proper information from her. Later i waited for another agent almost for 10 mins and i see there were couple agents came back from short break and settled on their desk so i waited for couple of minutes and approached the female name shaleen (Sorry if i spelled wrong), since she’s the one who i dealt with when i came first time to this branch couple of days ago, so i told her the issue and i informed her that i brought my mother in which the connection is registered with. But she rudely replied back saying that don’t you see i just came to my desk and my system is not even properly connected yet. I’m surprised the way each and every agent rudely responds to customers being in a customer service industry. Seems like this branch staff has serious attitude problems and they badly need training on how to respond or treat customers. I’ve been a loyal customer to vodafone since 2007 and it’s been 10 years we haven’t switched our network regardless of challenges we faced with networks as well as other issues but it’s very sad to experience a rude behavior from the customer service agents who are wearing on top of their name tags which says “happy to hlep”. And she told us that go to the corner desk where another colleague durga prasad was sitting and she mentioned that give the proofs to him and then come back here i’ll do the rest. So we approached that counter and mr. Durga prasad is busy dealing with his family friend it seems and he asked me what and i told him the issue but it seems he wasn’t interested and he was talking with his friend and completely neglected me and i asked him clearly are you going to assist me or do i need to go back to her then he called another agent who’s besides him and asked can you take this customer for which the other colleague replied back saying that his system has some problem. So i waited again for 10-15 mins but there is no response from anyone. Even the female who initially assisted me was free but still she didn’t bother to call and look after my issue. So i see another desk agents customer was leaving from the far and i approached that counter and his name is bhanu. When i approached his desk he was about to rush for something and after requesting him he accepted us. So we informed him the nature of the issue and he was polite of all the staff that i met. He agreed to convert the connection and requested for aadhaar copies and a passport size picture, since no one provided us the information to get picture i asked him if i can submit the picture tomorrow however he told the fact that they need to process these documents and proofs everyday by 5pm for all the activations and deactivations which is understandable and he gave me a solution that since he saw my mother he promised me that i don’t need to bring my mother tomorrow when i come with passport size picture. Overall it was a disappointing experience and it spoiled our mood by the way the vodafone customer agents received and treated us, this has given me a green signal to go a head and switch to other network provider and i decided not to recommend vodafone to anyone in future as well. I would appreciate if someone could give me a courtesy call to know better about the inconvenience caused to us as well as to receive some tips on how to provide excellent customer service.                                         Hi,

                                        I had ported to vodafone in the month of august and i recharged of amount rs 445 (84 days plan). I made a cash payment of rs 445 at vodafone gallery around mid august and number was activated on 29th aug. However, the same recharge was not activated on my account and i was not able to perform outgoing calls due to no balance. I had to make recharge payment of rs 349 to be able to perform outgoing calls.
                                        I just had a word with vodafone customer care representative and he informed me that vodafone received a payment of 349 rs from me and it has been forfeited by the 445 rs recharge that i had done before. I repeat again that i had to recharge the amount of rs 349 because vodafone had not activated my rs 445 plan immediately and delayed it for more that 1 day despite of payment done a week early.
                                        I must say i am utterly disgusted by the fraud that vodafone is committing and it does not have decency to refund my recharge money at least. If this is the service i am getting in vodafone, i have to rethink of sticking to vodafone as my service provider.
