    Vodafone is the worst service provider. Call disturbance and disconnection are the daily issues. Signals are too weak even in local home circle. Daily at night the signals goes out of range.

    Customer care people are highly illiterate and uneducated. Voice quality is worst. Both incoming and outgoing calls are difficult to attend. Even customer care calls are charged. They are not free.

    I am repenting that why i switch to vodafone??? Very soon i will switch to airtel...

    Vodafone is maha cheater. Signals never comes in full range.Voice call quality is worst. Airtel voice call quality and signals are too much better than ### Vodafone.

      I have recharged with 396 and make call any number free and 1 gb data every day for 70 days. But they regularly cut my mobile balance and tell me that it's for data usage over 1gb though i didn't use data more than 700mb in that particular day. And its become a regular incident and they didn't give any last deduction status also. And when i am calling their complaints help line number they misbehaving with me. Please help me otherwise they make my life a worst by looting money every day. If there is any possibility of getting ₹396 return i will immediately port my number then.

        Sir,
        On 19.11.2017 i had visited your vodafone store at margao with token 202. My mobile was deactivated by the company on 18.11.2017 on the ground that i have exceeded rs 750 credit limit and as such i had to pay rs 803/- to activate my mobile. Upon inquiry i was informed by staff on duty that certain value added services such as how to vedios & songs are activated and that is the reason for increased bill. I informed the staff on duty that i had not activated any such facilities my self and it is the work of your sales promotion staff because they were harassing me everyday and i refused to even entertain them as i am not interested with such value added services. I instructed them to immediately restore my connectivity. Your duty staff informed me that activation will take place only in the evening as it takes time. To my horror my mobile connectivity is not yet restored even today morning on 19.11.2017. I am a senior citizen operating a insurance agency and the above illegal action has put me to great inconvenience and financial loss. The bill issued to me and payable on 12.11.2017 was paid by me before the due date. I have not received any bill for rs 803/- which vodafone is now asking me to pay. I was on post paid plan of rs 399/- at present and the company used to send me bill in electronic mode.
        I am made to unnecessarily suffer for the past three days without connectivity and had to suffer financial loss of lakhs of rupees and mental torture of being out of contact with my children.
        I request you to conduct a deemed fit inquiry and fix responsibility for my suffering and immediately restore my connectivity. I will be constrained to file a complaint with consumer forum if my connectivity is not restored by today.

          Since last 15 days i am trying to opt for port out on my vodafone number. But always i get "can't send message with vodafone in - error 10". I called customer care and he told me to check my sms centre number. I found it correct. The point to note is that i get error only when i message to 1900, rest all message to other numbers are fine.

          I was already disappointed with the decorating network and call drop of vodafone now by doing this they have firmed my disappointment.

          My message format port 9* to 1900. Kindly resolve this issue soon. You can't hold your customer base like this. Very disheartening.

            I had moved the following numbers from postpaid to prepaid

            In the vodafone store, technopark, trivandrum. The request was taken on 23-nov to to deactivate the postpaid and move to prepaid as on 25-oct. I had paid the bill till 25th and also had given the amount in cash @store for the first recharge. But due to technical issues @ vodafone side, prepaid activation happened only on 30-oct. Again vodafone issued me a bill for charges till 30-oct, which included mostly taxes from 11-30 oct for both the numbers.

            I tried calling up helpdesk, they told me contact store. When i tried to contact store, the store manager was not at all ready to listen anything and asked to contact helpdesk. After trying to convince her for some time she told she will call me back. Which never happened.

            Due to technical issues @ vodafone the delay happened and why is customer asked to pay.

            Hope you will take prompt action for the bill reversal

              I am user of vodafone from last couple of years but i am totally shocked that after payment of my old mobile bill and get that account closed on date 28.03.2016 with conformation of your customer care executive for payment of bill of my mobile no. [protected] of rs.1400/- and he say that i will never get any bill in future. Hence i had make payment.
              But from last 2 weeks your c. C. E. Again call to pay bill of my closed mobile no. [protected] of rs. 1000 or above.
              Also i am totaly shocked that my other mobile no. [protected] whose outgoing calls barred by your customer care executive for non payment of my old no. Bill.
              It is not fare to closed all calls whose bill is in credit and not as per rules and regulation of tri.

              I had enclosed my account statement herewith of rs.1400/- payment.
              Please check your call record what your executive say for bill payment on dt.28.03.2016.

              I request you to please do needful and please start outgoing call service of my [protected] mobile no.

                  Dear sir,
                  My vodafone mobile no is (Protected) i am applied porting from vodafone network to bsnl network on 02.11.2017 and i have time up-to 16.11.2017.
                  On 06.11.2017 vodafone care called me to clear the outstanding bill for further process so i did same on 07.11.2017 i paid the total bill and asked the vodafone care to help me for porting as soon as possible but until 16.11.2017 my request is not proceed. On the same day i called vodafone care to remove network and the care person told your network will removed by 16.00hrs on 16.11.2017. But till date they didn't do any thing and from last two days i am trying to talk with vodafone care i am not connected, today (18.11.2017) i called vodafone care and spoke to manager his name is raghavendra he is telling to resend the msg and we will proceed and again it will take 15days.. So now i want to know that why vodafone care is not told me that i have to re send the massage on their first called for billing, why no detail information
                  Or any sms regarding rejection o[censored]pc and why they waste my valuable time. Now i am not going pay any bill and re send any massage again for porting i want immediate action and i want porting immediately

But i received massage saying (Raju jadhav has initiated a payment of rs. 300.00 towards your vodafone postpaid bill through m-pesa. It would be credited in your vodafone account within 4 hours. To know status of payment updation, please dial *199*1*3#.) how can possible that mr raju jadhav has initiate my payment, when i am paying directly to vodafone.

                      I am an vodafone customer for many years and have 5 connections in my name and used by my family. I was happy with vodafone network till last year. The network has deteriorated because of which there are call drops, voice breaks/unclear. I had raised this issue with vodafone customer care last year but the issue was not resolved. I too didn't follow on the matter however as the issue deteriorated more i have to take an mtnl connection. I decided to move to different network and raise the port out request on 5th-6th october. I got a call next day asking me to not port out and give 7 to 10 days time to resolve the network issue. It was also told to me that the technical team will visit my place if required to inspect the network signal. This time vodafone customer care took all 5 nos from me to inspect the issue.
                      There after neither there was any call from technical team nor anybody visited my place and no one from vodafone customer called me.
                      I send out a port out request from second number around 22nd october 2017. I was called then and the same thing was re-assured. When i inquired about my complaint number of 5th october, i was told that this was closed and i was shocked to hear it.
                      I failed to understand how can they closed the complaint without even informing to me. I told the customer care to re-open the complaint which they refused. After insisting for some time they re-open the complaint but i realize later they lied to me and instead opened new complaint. I had also told them to put my comments on this bad experience because i was getting multiple calls and i have to explain the same thing to all of them on same day. I was assured that my feedback was logged so that i need not to explain the same thing because the history will have the record.
                      However this was another lie and shock to me when i was told that there are no feedback logged and this i came to know on 2nd or 3rd november 2017.
                      It seems vodafone care were recording things only what they want to which is unfair and biased.
                      I have told the customer care clearly that i will now clear all outstanding dues only if my network issue is resolved. However there are now follow up calls on daily basis asking to clear dues and now even the collection team have started calling me.
                      I am being told now the problem is going to take 3 moths to resolve and i cannot trust this too.
                      For past 1 month there have been lies and trouble from vodafone customer care and this is really frustrating. I feel this as harassment to me and my family who are owning the vodafone connections.

                      I wrote to appellate mumbai on the issue (Email dated 4th nov) and i got a call on 5th november telling me that within 3 days engineer will visit my place but nobody turned up (Second time). Then i was called again for home visit but again nobody turned up neither i was called to explain why nobody turned up and o followup there after.

                      There are total of 9 complaints raised on 4 nos listed below. 4 complaints for network issue and 4 are for against outstanding payment alert and service disabling. 1 complaint is against the vodafone customer care.

                      My request,
                      Vodafone must stop outstanding payment audio alert, stop calling me and should not deactivate any services due to outstanding payment till they resolved the network problem.

                      I am still waiting for solution. I visited vodafone store 3 weeks back but i was not satisfied by the response. Vodafone customer care on 7th december told me that the issue will be resolved by 11th December. Nothing has happened since then and none from vodafone network have called.
                      They have also closed the 5th october complaint.

                      I am still waiting for resolution from Vodafone. It has been almost 3 months since the complaint was logged for network issue and i have not been given a solution to the problem.

                      I would like to know if Vodafone wants to resolve the problem.
                      I am still waiting for solution. I visited vodafone store 3 weeks back but i was not satisfied by the response.                         I have been charged for vas which i have not used in case of last two months bills. Billing justification is unsolicited. Moreover, even after requesting to the vodafone store to rectify my bill no action has been taken so far. There was no call from vodafone regarding settling this matter as promised by vodafone store personnel. I expect action from vodafone as soon as possible.

                          In total rs 400/- has been deducted from my mobile service provider account by activating different services and when i had called customer executive after deduction they had returned my money once and again deducted the same amount on very next day and at this point of time not returned total deducted amount and all customer executives of the service provide different information.

                            Sir, for last many days amount for various services are deducted from my pre paid account. On 2nd nov refund was taken be me after registering complaint. Again amount was deducted on 3rd nov and was refunded after complaint. Further, an amount of rs. 75.00 was deducted from my account on 06 nov 2017. After calling at complaint number non of the executive spoken to me and again and again same computerized system starts dial 1, dial 2 etc. But no executive spoken. On 08 nov i visited vadafone store, from where the lady executive spoken in head office and intimated that amount will be refunded, but no refund was made. Again today on checking of my amount it is seen that some amount has been deducted from my account without my knowledge and while trying to speak to executive same things are repeated and no executive spoken nor from my number but also from other number. As such it is requested to refund my both the amounts and do not disturb in futhure failing which i will be forced to leave the service and switch to other provider

                              I was having a vodafone connection of mumbai region with mobile number [protected]. As i got shifted to bangalore 1.5 yrs back in june 2016. I asked to disconnect my connection many times to customer care executive but they were not disconnecting service. Without using card i paid bill of rs.700 per month from july2016 to january 2017 and requested many times to disconnect connection. Heres local vodafone stores are not accepting my application of disconnecting postpaid service as the
                              Sim card is of mumbai region. After paying bill company again restart postpaid service hence i have not paid bill of february 2017 to avoid my financial loss. So, in march2017 because of not paying bill my postpaid connection disconnected so also company was charging me ahead new bill monthly. I have given complaint before in may 2017 on consumer complaint portal about by falsely charging bill without using postpaid card and not disconnecting postpaid service even after repeated requests. But no any action vodafonecompany has taken.
                              So also vodafone company was giving me monthly bill till july 2017. Then in july-august 2017 i got mail to pay last bill of rs.746/- to avoid legal action against you.
                              I don't have any problem to pay this bill but vodafone company again starts postpaid service after paying bill without considering request of customers for disconnection of postpaid service.
                              So, i am requesting hereby not to start my postpaid connection after paying this last bill of rs.746/- i called to customer care executive about this issue but they are not properly responding. If after paying this last bill vodafone company again starts my postpaid service and charge me new bill, i will not pay it and will not responsible further.
                              So, please consider my this online request to stop my postpaid service and not to start again after paying last bill and please stop financial exploitation of customers by charging bill illegally.

                                But in this only 1gb 4g data in one month n if i use extra than extra bill add.

                                  Already i bore a big loss of a business deal of 5 lakhs because of this action from vodafone.

                                      I have activated internet pack of inr 650 for 10 gb due to my large usage of internet. I have received 270 mb of data after i have activated my pack. It is a very large scam of taking money from people and not providing service. It is a complete fraud and unethical. Trai should be stricter in dealing with such service providers.
                                      I am having problems with vodafone for a very long time. Unfortunately they will not let you port out of their system. Moreover, their consumer care is rude and unhelpful.
                                      If vodafone is unable to compete with its contemporaries, it should not strive to provide internet services in india. Instead of complaining to cci about jio, vodafone should try and improve their own services.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
