My vodafone number [protected] was blocked for sending sms from three month before When i asked customer care they asked me to register in TRAI. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. how to unblock?

    I already had a internet pack but my currency has been deducted and at 11.58,, i got an sms saying i have used internet and my currency has been deducted for no reason because i already use an 80days plan where it has 1gb of internet per day and also the vodafone app is also not working at all.

    After talking with the customer care executives, they are saying we are sorry and we can understand your problem but we cant solve the issue

      Dear concern,

      Nobody has called me for address visit & verification... And updated status that verification agency called & that time mobile was not reachable even they have not tried anymore & i have not received missed call alert.
      How pathetic is this vodafone service???
      I called to vodafone customer care no. & they have confirmed me that they are sending request once again for address verification but it will take four days to start after submitting request & completion of address verification...
      After that i have visited vodafone nearest store for this problem but same thing they have confirmed.
      Could you tell me who will bear this four days blockage cost. This is very important that i am going to recharge my other sim of @ 399/-rs. Cost.. Same cost will be debit from vodafone coming bill.
      Vodafone is just working in a very unprofessional manner which is not acceptable for the working professionals due to this mistake of vodafone my work is hampering badly.
      Even vodafone not responding of client e-mails.

        My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI. I registered in TRAI but there no response. Actually I did not do any kind of marketing message . I will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

          My name is udhaya kumar i use vodafone network few months before, my old vodafone postpaid number is ([protected]) i have stopped using the number because of my personal reason. After that i never use the number but your network send a msg for bill payment, i pay money by ur collection agent through manual. After that i get confirmation from him and call through cancellation.

          From last month onwards i receive a msg from your side for bill payment again for same number. I was shocked and because of bill payment again. I contact a number mentioned in message they told to check status and confirm again. These things happen regularly and i answered so many times but none of them were clear the issue.

          My question is

          Why i pay money for unusage.

          I’m tired of answering the calls regarding this they torturing me. And they put me very stressful regards this.

          I hope you understand my problem. And waiting for positive response from your side.

            Sir, before 2week i purchase a sim of voda rs. 445 he give me a plan unlimited calling with internet for 84 days. Last 2days i will not make any call. I call back to customer care these guys are misguiding me he says com change the rule you will recharge your voda sim minimum 10 rs. Bal than the plan will activate, so i recharge but my 10rs. Recharge is over so again i will not make any call even custmer care also. Please sir do something.

              I have two with same network of you. Last week check offer on my cell.in that we saw one offer (401-unlimited voice call and 1gb net for 70 days) and no necessary condition will not displayed in that. So we recharge that offer.. We used that in two days. After that we find problem. We contact customer care of vodafone. He said, only 250 calls per day and 1000 calls for per week. Then am asked to him. Why u display on offers unlimited voice calls. He simply said that denoted to covering of customer... So customer are all trusting and then recharging. If condition are mentioned clearly, am not recharging that offers.

                I have recharged on 9th november of this month with the suggestion of vodafone costumer executive that if i'll recharge with 348 then i would get 1gb data per day and so unlimited calling for 28 days with t&c applied.
                But i have got only 10 gb additional data at once and then i never get any kind of data balance from vodafone.
                I called many times to vodafone but they are just wasting my time and instead of that i'm got nothing.
                Sir i request you to resolve my problem

                  The phone was kept on custody in the month of april 2017. Then bill for the months are as follows:
                  May - rs. 1077.16
                  June - rs. 1012.00
                  September - rs. 1159.95
                  October to november - rs. 1893.91

                  Phone was activated by the company and had to pay the charges of safe custody 3 times.

                  Last time the phone had has been put on safe custody was 22nd september 2017.

                  Have been receiving calls regarding the payment of the last bill since last week and the person on the other end says that i will handle the matter but pay your bill otherwise your connection will be discontinued.

                  Have complaints in person in the store a few times and every time they say that we have sent the email and your problem will be resolved. Still no resolution.

                  Being a student it's hard to wait in on long queues to get the same answer of problem being resolved and getting the bill sooner or later.

                  It's been a mental harassment.

                    Right now my number is from Vodafone Mumbai. I am sending SMS to 1900 for porting out to Vodafone Rajasthan. I am trying to send message to 1900 to obtain porting code but even after several days to efforts using different handsets, I am unable to send the message to 1900, I do not know if Vodafone has stopped my message to 1900 or not. I really need to get the porting code. All my bills are cleared (everytime) and I have a NR 3000 deposit with Vodafone. Everytimes I try to send the message, it shows can't send. Please help me in resolving the problem.

                      We have two postpaid connections and one prepaid. We wanted to convert prepaid connection into postpaid which is on my daughter's name. No is [protected]. Request was given 10 days back but still that connection is started as verification was failed. Actually second time nobody was turned up for verification. Your staff at hadapssar service centre are not cooperative. Address given for my daughter is the same one which is for other two connections. But still you people have created ruckus. I am considering porting of my three nos to other service providers. We have been faced lot of harassment and irritation due to poor service.

                      We have visited your service centre 5 to 6 times. Your verification man or services centre people are lying.

                      2 day before am buying 346 rs pack after buying, he said that offer not apply to ur number, and my amount goes in main balance.i call customer care he said am not doing anything.
                      Since i am using Vodafone i am facing this in my locality.poor network coverage and i am unable use internet. It always shows 2g network. I think i made mistake choosing Vodafone. Network is so poor that even whatsapp massage can not reach.

                          Resp. Sir/ madam,

                          I mr. Rohit ravindra khandge,
                          I am writing you to inform you about the inconvenience and trouble caused to me due to the false promises made by vodafone executives to me.
                          This is regarding the below-mentioned number which was active few months back and was disconnected by vodafone due to delay in the bill payment.

                          After the above-mentioned number was disconnected i received a call from [protected], the lady who had called me claimed to be a vodafone executive and asked me to clear the bill, she gave me a proposal saying that if i didn't want to keep the number she can provide me with a discount of rs. 500, but i insisted to keep the number and said her that i won't be able to visit the megastore until next week due to some physical incapability. So she assured me that she will send a person to my place from chinchwad vodafone megastore to receive the payment and activate the number for me. I was thankful to her about that.
                          After this conversation with her, on the same day in the afternoon two people claiming themselves as vodafone executives named abhijeet naik contacted me from number +91 [protected] for my address, and when they reached my place as per my given address they collected 1525/- inr from me as my pending bill amount and gave me receipt of the same which i have attached here, also they gave me a new sim card with no. "[protected] synt" printed on it, assuring me that it will get activated with my disconnected no. +91 [protected] within 24 hours and they also demanded 100 rs activation charges for which they won't be able to give me a receipt, as it was very urgent for me to activate my number +91 [protected], i paid them 100 rs and its been 5 days now i am waiting for the sim card to get activated.
                          I also called customer care but they said that they won't be able to provide any info and i will have to visit a megastore personally. As i mentioned above that due to physical disability i won't be able to visit the store for next few days, so i asked them to aleast do me a favour that please don't issue my number to someone else and take some strict action on your executives.
                          But still no response from their side.

                            Dear team,
                            I have been recharging my no. With your rs348 prepaid plan from last 2-3 months. These month on 13th i by mistake recharged my no. By rs349 instead of rs348, under which i got only 2 gb data pack to which i am not satisfied with the recharge plan, whereas under 347 plan you have given 28gb data pack plus unlimited calling, so my point is why customer is getting lesser benefits under 349 plan than 347 or 348 plan.
                            To address these concern i called your customer care support team to switch over my recharge plan from 349 to 348 but were unable to do it.
                            These was the worst experience i had with mobile operator.

                              Today i got an offer message for local and std call 30paise/min for 56 days on my no [protected]. When it is done i got another message for successfull, but it shows my mobile call to any other mobile will be 1.3p/sec, and to landline will be 2.5 paise/sec.

                              Whats the matter, i want clearification on it, this is irretated situation for me, i am using vodafone prpaid from last 10 years if vodafone will not solved my problem then i and my family will defnetly choose other teleservises

                                I am dhaneshkumar jayantilal parekh. Originally i had reliance sim cards but as it closed down, i went for a vodafone sim.
                                As per government rules i submitted my aadhar at the time of sim purchase. My name in aadhar reads as "parekh dhaneshkumar jayantilal". But my cards has been issued in the name of "parekh jayantilal" who is my late father (Expired 2013).
                                Now when i ask the vodafone store opeeatos at munjmahuda vadodara, they say it's their system fault i. E. It takes first and last names. Hence ij i wish to change the name on my cards i need to convert it from prepaid to postpaid.
                                Well i needed a prepaid card only so why do i change for a fault in your system. I won't change to postpaid.
                                You need to understand the name pattern aadhar follows. I clearly stated my name while purchasing your sim

                                Please look into the matter and change the card to the name of "parekh dhaneshkumar jayantilal" in my prepaid cards.

                                    This is with respect to the reference no.[protected] raised by subhangi your customer call representative.
                                    My outgoing calls are deactivated from 9th nov 2017 till date due to billing amount of rs.6300 which exceeded my daily limit of rs.2000. Vodafone has charged rs.5000 as data charges (International). I was on tour and my phone was in aeroplane mode from 5th to 9th nov and i had no roaming activated on my phone. My company had earlier sent a request for international roaming but later had asked to cancel the service. I have attached the cancellation mail received from the vodafone customer care person. On what basis you have charged such a high amount on to my number. Meanwhile, subhangi had agreed to activate my outgoing calls and she said that parallel they would look into the matter. Its been more than 4 days and i am not able to make any calls or use my internet.

                                    Such a pathetic and bad service by vodafone customer care people! Totally disappointing and disgusting. I had earlier plans for switching to airtel but now i regret not switching over.

                                    Request you to look into the mater asap.

                                      I called customer care to know about my offer exclusively for data+ calls monthly pack. They said rs. $449 offer pack is available and i recharged for the same amount. But the offer is applicable so it got reflected as normal recharge in my main balance. Without knowing this i started using my data.
                                      For that they deducted rs.150.
                                      After this incident i tried to reach customer care for 5 to 6 times. First timer they said will try redeem the amount which is deducted as tax. I asked for request number which he raised suddenly he dropped the call.
                                      Then again i called them to know whether the request has been raised or not, asked me to wait for 20 mins then dropped the call.
                                      I tried to register the complaint, after giving complaint number dropped the call while talking.
                                      And as a lady try i called them again, what is the solution for this and one girl named divya barathi from vodafone chennai picked the call and said she will follow up and give a call back for me.
                                      Till now there is no response from them.
