I was submitted my postpaid billing complaint to vodafone customer care, nodal & appellate officers on chat, email, telecall, facebook & twitter.
I'm waiting to get it solved from 11 november till today.

I’m using vodafone red499 plan for my postpaid. My complaint is regarding the national roaming outgoing calls are charged me before the completion of 6 months from enrollment of tariff.

(At the time of switching to vodafone postpaid, vodafone representative confirmed me about the offer of free national roaming incoming & outgoing calls).

Past billing details for reference –

1. June 2017 / paid bill 318.14 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 92:00mins / charges – 0.00

2. July 2017 / paid bill 390.25 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 260:00mins / charges – 0.00

3. August 2017 / paid bill 581.9 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 236:00mins / charges – 0.00

4. September 2017 / paid bill 606.18 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 333:00mins / charges – 17.45

5. October 2017 / paid bill 664.25 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 150:00mins / charges – 60.30

6. November 2017 / bill 1337.37 rs

National roaming outgoing calls = 697:00mins / charges – 626.80.

National roaming outgoing calls & their charges in the month of september, october & november are self explanatory.

I request vodafone to do the correction& send me the revised bill asap.

Vodafone please avoid to cheat customers in future.

    Vodphone no [protected] charged 513 rs last month.
    Special number 585858 and they said i spoke for 57:10 minutes for which they charged for rs.513/- but i dont know which no is this even the time is night time, i never called any one in this timing even you can check my last 2 years bill. First-fall vodaphone network is very week call is not active even 20 min, every in min call will be disconnect and they said the call is run 57 min it is fake they charged unnecessary, please help

      Inside home not revived any one off dots network than out of home single or two dotes network realiese but i have not proper use in internet or voice services

        This is to inform you that vodafone has started charging for making missed called. We hv been trying to call in number in tunisia but the number was never picked then also vodafone charged us for isd approx. R. 5500
        It is really strange. We also filed a complaint to their appellate office then also nothing happened.. When we asked for the proof of talking they refused to provide

          I ask vodafone how dare your customer care call center staff mr. Santosh kumar (Name as said by him) can insult and misbehave / misconduct with me so severely over phone (At 5.50 am on 01.11.17) with so much of abusive languages (Not worth to be written here) and threaten me to even disconnect my vodafone number, unless i immediately 'withdraw my complaint'? In his hindi version the english transcript is "aap bangali-log itna der tak shote ho keya? Sala tu abbhi phone rakh. Vodafone-ko tera baap-ka jaidad samajh rakkha hai keya? Abbhi-ke-abbhi tera sikayat waps le le, nahin to tera vodafone-ka connection-hi cut dunga mein." the above statements were however not continuous, but in a discrete manner.

          Then he himself put down the phone without listening to my complaint in detail, about 'net balance not been available' after pre-paid recharging, that i inserted through vodafone website. He seemed being more interested about going in to the maximum details (!) of my sbi debit card e. G. Card no., cvv code, password etc (Which are forbidden to be shared with any outsider) what i used for the above recharge, attributing the 'delay in getting the net balance' to it. He seemed being under influence of something / substance immoral and extraordinary... With too much abnormality. Is he (Or any other vodafone staff) is authorized with free hand, to deal with your customer in such a highly objectionable manner? Does it reflect how 'careful' vodafone customer care is? I have already reported that in my e-mail dated 03.11.17.

            I had changed my plan on my two numbers in june'17. However, the concerned vodafone store did not change it nor did it inform me that the plan was not changed. I came to know two months later that the billing amount was high because of not changing the plan by vodafone. The plan was finally changed in september 2017 but vodafone is not reversing the excess amount charged to me in june, july, august and september.

            I have written to all the teams including [protected]@vodafone.com and also appellate. However, there is no response / action from both the ids. When called on the mumbai nodal number[protected] and appellate number[protected], there is either no response, no action. The calls are either disconnected or transferred to customer care division where the customer care executive is unable to do anything about the complaint and asks to call on the nodal / appellate numbers only. This is sheer harassment and fleecing by vodafone. Can someone help me get my refund?

              With this mail, i want to convey that i have been suffering from worst telecom services from vodafone and repeated call drops.
              I have been suffering from call drops on vodafone network since last 1 month.
              I have been using this vodafone network since 3 years in ahmedabad. Then i got mnp to vodafone delhi circle around 1.5 months back. Since then, i have been getting this problem.
              I called on customer care around 7 times day before yesterday, and 3 times today. Every time i couldn’t convey my problem because of these call drops.

              Secondly, i was told during mnp that i would be getting 100 rs off on my 499 plan for the first 3 months, but they charged 499 only.

              Thirdly, i have paid my mnp balance transfer of around 636 rs last month only, but they have added this money again in my new bill also.

              Now i have had just enough from your side.
              It was a big mistake i opted for this network, even when i was getting some better plans from other service providers. Being a loyal customer, i was not thinking of such services.
              But i am left with no option, but to address my complaints to trai too.
              I will surely put this on other social media also, so that other people don’t suffer like me.

                  Actually i wanted to sell my nikon d5600 brand new camera, and i did chat with the buyer. His name is h singh, as he mentioned, but in phone conversation he told his name as harish singh, he we met at mandi house metro station gate no 4, he just offered me the thing what he was eating, he checked the product and decided to purchase for 45000 as it is brand new. I got little bit of giddiness after eating the snacks he offers, suddenly he disappeared, he stolen my mobile phone, gold ring, please please please help e to find him out... On quering customer care, they asked to fix an appointment with vodafone for physical verification. I fixed the same, but none of the representative came for the physical verification. After 2 days my number is suspended by vodafone. I again called and fix the appointment again, but they say you may have to wait 3 more days for the represntative to...

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    I am sunil pandey from ahmedabad. I had converted my number [protected] in postpaid number with only 99/- monthly rental plan. But vodafone activate 349 plan without intimation. When i noted that plan so vodafone executive says that to pay 400 then he will revert it back, but sir vodafone company didn't refund it. I have paid total amount 950/-. When i have converted my number in prepaid as it is. The exceed amount 676/- is credited to my prepaid ballance it's not fair sir, because if i pay more than bill amount then company need to refund in as cash or cheque as per policy. But vodafone credit it to prepaid ballance. Now what will i do of prepaid amount? I am regularly trying to mail nodal officer gujarat/mumbai but they always explain company policy. One day before diwali i have visited a vodafone customer care bapunagar ahmedabad. I saw so many customers like me cheated by vodafone company. Some people say that bill amount are more than monthly rental plan which is cheated by vodafone company. I know 676/- amount is minor amount for that issue but you know sir, vodafone has so many customers and some customers are poor. If vodafone can cheat me. So how can we believe vodafone will not cheat poor customer. Please help me sir. I have complained that issue to vodafone nodal officer also but not get proper response and solution. Please sir help me to get cash or cheque of my account. I don't want as prepaid ballance to use again in vodafone. For further communication call me at [protected].

                      Vodafone is the worst network i have ever used in my life they dont provide any offers and poor customer service. I am very disappointed with their service. I used to recharge for atleast 300+ every month and still no offers for me. They provide offers only to customers who dont use their network much. I gave port request and the representative called and asked me to wait to get offers. Really disappointed with poor service and expensive plans

And till 14 day go until i have no port sim bsnl to vodafone. His person during 14 day miscommunication. And change plan according. Sir i have request to take action against vodafone company this emploer. And stop this port request. Sir present time i have block bsnl sim and no service vodafone sim.                           I recharged my phone for 294 (Internet pack) on my vodofone number and then i got messages stating that the recharge has been successful. After that i began browsing and then realized this morning that 160rs has been deducted. I contacted the vodafone customer care and they say they need 24hours to look into it. I have neither received 294rs on my call balance or anywhere+ i need to bear the additional cost of 160 for browsing. Telephone companies are looting people's money in the broad daylight.

                            I have deactivated my connection in june 2017 and i still get bills every month. I have raised complaints and they say connection is closed. Then why am i getting bills each month. Been several times to store and no proper response. I am not satisfied with the connection as well as customer service. Please send me an email providing connection close details and stop sending mails every month with bill. I am so frustrated with this service and that is the reason for deactivation.
                            My latest complaint was on oct 22nd, 2017 and even after that i got bill again.

                              0n 12/10/2017 my balance deducted rs. 29 without my consent after that when i called in their customer care they said this plan activated by your side but after forcing them they said your balance will be credited with in 24 hrs but till nw balance is not credited after calling many time they said now your refund is not given to you and also they transfer his senior executive but after 1 hr their senior management not receiving my calls tht so i complaint this lodge so kindly resolve my problem asap.

                                My father is a senior citizen and has used phone number [protected] since 2005. He has never requested or used data services and doesn't even know how to use it. On 13/11/17 vodafone deducted rs 170 from his phone for data claiming that data services were activated. This seems like a racket to loot customers and senior citizens. I spoke with their customer care team who informed me that data services were activated at the time of registration of the number 10 years back. It only comes as a surprise that there has never been data usage prior to this. The registered complaint number provided to me was [protected]. There seemed to be no sense of ownership or willingness to provide a solution from vodafone. Upon further probing i was told to send an sms to deactivate service that should have never been activated to begin with. A shame that a company of this magnitude provides such poor customer experience.

                                  I got this mail from vodafone company for which i was already told that i'm paying the amount but i want full details of my bill and deduct over charges that i'll never pay at any cost but they always refused i said it clearly to the company that please disconnect my number as i wasn't continue to the same company but they don't even consider my request, still i got so many recovery calls and mails. The number which i was using got so many voice calls call drops and i had made so many complaints about the same but they don't give any attention. Now i got this kind of mails even they were harassing me with multiple calls and threatening.

                                    Hi,
                                    Yesterday ( on 12th November, 2017) 45 rupees were deducted from my Vodafone account. I called the customer care and reported the issue to them. They gave me a time of 9 hours to wait. I did not get any refund instead today I got another deduction of 60 rupees. I did a complaint again and within 10 minutes I faced another deduction for some other service that I never used with my vodafone number.
                                    I am no more able to contact customer care of vodafone. There is a loop of selection for me in their automatic answering machine. There is nothing left for me in vodafone now other than switching to some other network. Please help me on this issue.

                                      I have recently ported my number to vodafone
                                      I ported because my friend was getting 1gb/day 3g/4g and unlimited calling at rs.401 for 70 days validity
                                      But they are not such providing me woth that pack despite the sim cards of being of the same state...in fact we study in same university
                                      They are asking rs. 347 from me for only 28 days validity whereas my friend is getting 70 days validity for rs.401
                                      Hence this is my complaint
