Hi.
I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But I cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.

      My international roaming planning has been activated since 11 november and i have reached china yesterday after noon since then twice i have been in touch with customer care that my out going is not working on rs5000 rental plan but the issue stands unresolved. Kindly do the needful as what is the point me paying such large amount and not getting service. I am here for work and can’t keep calling customer care for this. The resolution given to me is useless [protected] is my number

      My Husbands norway international roaming - outgoing calls are not working . I have also put that 5000 Rs package plus 1000 rs talk time. Not even able to reach the prepaid customer care for once in past 3 days.I am diconnecting the call after being in line for 40 min. He is getting the signal but outgoing calls are not possible. customer care is poor and plus 6000 Rs in the drain.

        I can not talk to conference call and can not use Internet speed is very poor and I can not talk to customer care executive. Very time try to talk customer care but not happen.
        I link my adhar no. to my sim but after two days my sim outgoing is gets closed.When i go to vodafone store they said me there is problem in your in phone, but when check my phone there is no problem in my phone.

          Please deactivate my postpaid number: [protected].
          I had applied for prepaid number by the same number.
          The vodafone gallery people told me that it will get activated within 3 days.
          They have still not activated the prepaid card.
          I wasted 2 hours in the line at the gallery.
          Vodafone people have called me thrice. But i want to now deactivate it.
          Please deactivate this number.

          The network of Vodafone is very bad the range automatically goes ani come back it goes on repeting I m very tired of it

            This is regarding my two previous complaints regarding vodafone refusing to change ownership of prepaid number which is in my name to my wife's name (She has been using it since last several yaears) since this number has to be linked with aadhar.
            We have visited the store 3 times but the issue is still unresolved. They are insisting to change to postpaid for 3 months and then to change back to prepaid. What can be done to get this simple thing resolved.

              From last 2 to 3months vodafone is automatically debating money from my main balance. Also free calling services automatically stopped without any message. After calling to customer care also they are not reverting back my main balance and start the free calling services. My mobile no-[protected]. I did contact vodafone customer care and they just told me to get registered with trai without any additional information provided. I could not get any information from anywhere to resolve this issue. I need to get my number unblocked from this. Please help me to resolve this issue at earliest time possible.

                  I want to complain against vodafone mobile service.
                  They are charging very high and which is not possible for normal customers
                  I am sharing my personal experience.

                  My father and mother brought two postpaid sim vodafone.
                  Next month will was in more than 1000 rs for both mobile for internet
                  And call usage. As per their offer everything is free in the plan so how it is possible for them to charge this much of amount.

                  Also my mother don't know how to use internet.

                  We visited nagpur vodafone care office in manish nagar nagpur
                  He shows in this system usage data and charge.

                  This company is totally fraud and cheating customers.

                    I am a senior citizen and using vodafone number [protected]. I have been adding balance to my mobile phone and selecting rate cutter plans for local and std, but i always had the feeling that the balance deducted is more than i have used. Last month my son recharged 111 talktime and rs. 194 plan for unlimited local & std calls. This 194 plan got over yesterday night and my son was recharging my mobile for rs.349. When he saw my balance in the vodafone, he was shocked that the 111 rs. Had reduced to 27 rupees only. When we called 198 vodafone, we were told that some astrology service was activated on my number and rs.21 was being deducted every week and that too for last 6 months. I has no way to check valid deduction for the last 6 months, but thanks to this unlimited plan and rs. 111 recharge, i could confirm that vodafone has been cheating me of my hard earned money. Very did satisfied with vodafone. My son has recharged rs.349 plan, so i will have to be with vodafone for 28 days, but after that it is certainly port out of vodafone to jio. Vodafone company - you are working very hard to ensure that your loyal customers feel dissatisfied and cheated by vodafone. And decide to go away from vodafone to jio at the first possible moment

                      I requested a data pack on 9 september for 144. I again requested as i didn't get the pack on the first request. I stopped trting after then as i didn't receive data pack even after second request.

                      Later on, two days after, on 11 september 2017, i recharged for 96's data pack. I got the data pack of 96. And surprisingly, those two requested packs on 9th september also got activated and i was charged 288 additonal amount.

                      When i called the customer care they were like we can refund only one. And for another enjoy the data n bla bla...

                      Why should i bear the additional cost. Why should i take data only because of their delay!! My time loss! My money loss! Who will bear these losses!!!

                      Vodafone! Improve yourself!! Improve your service!!!
                      Otherwise you know very well - there are lots of bigger player in the market.

                        Sir my phone no is [protected]. Before one week i have recharged 196 rs from my vodafone app for 28 days all free call. But today it call facility is not available. While i contacted with customer care they told, that facility was for one week (1000 min). What should i do because that offer was for 28 days but no call facility is available today

                          I had bought vodafone 4g enabled sim card from vodafone showroom of bajajnagar, nagpur under my name kanchan joshi on 9th nov 17. They said it will be activated next day but it did not. I called customer care they didn't help. I went back to store again taking my complaints on 11th nov. The guy at ztore told me it will get activated by 5pm 11th nov. But it hasn't been activated

                            Dear sir/ madam,

                            Last month 18/10/2017 my vodafone india has changed my postpaid plan automatically from 49rs/- to 349rs/- without my knowledge and permission
                            And immediately noticed then i am complained several time (More then 10 times) to change to my previous plan 49rs/- till date on 12/11/2017. But there is no response, they are saying give me 48 hrs. Every time. And last month i additionally paid 300rs in wallet yo planned for 5 months usage i paid additionally. I think they planned to rob that money. Kindly shootout my problem as soon as possible.

                                So, this is part of an existing complaint of mine. I've already complained to your customer services and recieved the same speel via email that you clearly give all your other customers about taking their explicit consent for activating vas on their phones. This is not true!

                                I reiterate that i have not subscribed to any service online. Given that all my messages come from the vodafone number id vd-vfcare i am fairly certain they are from vodafone and not an online marketing ad i mistakenly clicked on. Besides which, i have an ad blocker on my mobile, so i don't accidentally subscribe to spam or pop-ups.

                                So far i keep getting repeatedly subscribed to numerous services - such as the vodafone how to video that i ended up being subscribed to, twice yesterday - without being consulted or asked. I am not sure how this happened. I also do not know what double consent you are talking about. I don't ever get any message from vodafone seeking my permission to deduct cash from my account. I simply get a message informing me that i have been subscribed as per my (Non-existent) request and that a certain sum has been deducted from my balance accordingly. That's more that 90 rupees that i lost yesterday. Then i have to stop your service by sending an sms to 155223. While it stops the service (Which i will point out i never wanted in the first place), it doesn't refund my money. As i write this, i have received yet another message from vodafone, this time informing me that there isn't enough money in my account to activate the how to video service but that they're willing to hold my request for the next 7 days! Which is hilarious and ironic because i've spent the last 2 days loosing money over and de-activating this very same service, twice! And of course there's no money in my account. Your "service" took them! I'm also not going to recharge again, because you're simply going to take more money from me! Also vodafone, i am seriously considering migrating to another service provider.

                                  I am your loyal customer since 2011
                                  I had no complaints till now, but, since last 4 day you people have troubled me a lot
                                  Unnecessary and unwanted services are getting activated on my no. [protected] and all my balance of rs 114 has been deducted
                                  Even after my repeated complaints balance is still getting deducted
                                  So i am porting to airtel being fed up from your service and customer care
                                  Kindly stop looting your customers like this
                                  I am trying to call customer care, even that no. Is not connecting now. This is ridiculously irritating and i am taking you people to consumer court for constant harrassment.

                                    Vodafone is not allowing me deliberately to port my number [protected] to other service provider. They have been sending ad hoc bills of no less than 850-950 instead of scheduled plan of 499 per month. Inspite of clearing all the amount before due date they are shamelessly noncooperative and providing fake information from mini stores and stores. They are lying over phone and disconnecting line after keeping on hold for long durations. It is absolutely my choice to decide which service provider i will be subscribing to. The worst, shameless, insanely unprofessional and fraud customer service i have ever experienced... Either show some humanly courtesy and resolve the issue or else i will not pay a single paisa to vodafone and use this document for further legal proceedings.

                                        I have made port request to change location circle to pune as i shifted there in march and to avail local offers. I have submitted my documents to hinjewadi pune based vodafone gallery on 4th november 2017 to activate my number[protected] post port request but still its not yet activated i'm calling to customer care but not getting expected answer. He is simply saying it will get activate within an hour.
                                        Later he stopped answering my call. From yesterday ie 10th nov 2017, i'm trying to reach representative but no response and number is still inactive. My vodafone app is not working due to same.
                                        Being a paid customer i have made all payments on time but this time such behavior was not acceptable.
                                        Kindly take action orelse i will change it to new servirce.
