Vodafone is not allowing me deliberately to port my number [protected] to other service provider. They have been sending ad hoc bills of no less than 850-950 instead of scheduled plan of 499 per month. Inspite of clearing all the amount before due date they are shamelessly noncooperative and providing fake information from mini stores and stores. They are lying over phone and disconnecting line after keeping on hold for long durations. It is absolutely my choice to decide which service provider i will be subscribing to. The worst, shameless, insanely unprofessional and fraud customer service i have ever experienced... Either show some humanly courtesy and resolve the issue or else i will not pay a single paisa to vodafone and use this document for further legal proceedings.

      I have made port request to change location circle to pune as i shifted there in march and to avail local offers. I have submitted my documents to hinjewadi pune based vodafone gallery on 4th november 2017 to activate my number[protected] post port request but still its not yet activated i'm calling to customer care but not getting expected answer. He is simply saying it will get activate within an hour.
      Later he stopped answering my call. From yesterday ie 10th nov 2017, i'm trying to reach representative but no response and number is still inactive. My vodafone app is not working due to same.
      Being a paid customer i have made all payments on time but this time such behavior was not acceptable.
      Kindly take action orelse i will change it to new servirce.

        I am not geting benifits against my recharge of rs396, which was confirmed by castomer care through call and messages...insted of getting the confirmed benifits i am getting talktime of rs 332 against recharge of rs 396...
        Even no one from your vodafone store is helping me out...

          I am standing in vodafone store and complaining. Past one hour i am waiting for my turn but unfortunately out of 10 staff only 4 are here, wherein 6 are enjoying their lunch neither bothering about customer service nor about the long queues. I am still waiting. Its been more than an hour. Horrible experience and when i called the manager, the staff here is saying he is upstairs and eating. What kind of service is this when you are promoting so much about customer satisfaction

            I have been chasing vodafone customer care to change my number 763xxxxxx3 from the month of august.
            The postpaid service to the number is disconnected in august month itself.
            But prepaid service has not yet been activated.
            I have been keep calling customer care, every time they give one reference number and telling the service will be activated in 1 day but till now my prepaid service is not activated.
            They also asked me to visit the vodafone store and submit my documents but whenever we submit the documents they give new prepaid sim and asking me to pay the bill for postpaid service every month.
            Please note that i have made the request to convert my number to prepaid in august month itself and i have unnecessarily paid the september month bill without any service from vodafone.
            Now october month bill also came. I will not pay this amount as vodafone has not changed my service to prepaid since august but keep sending the bill for every month.
            I am totally frustrated with the service provided by customer care and the madurai north veli vodafone store.
            Can you please look into this matter to remove these bills and activate my prepaid number?

              Hi,

              I was done porting from vodafone to airtel, this process took 7 days to get airtel network, before that the vodafone was deactivated my sim card and saying that we are processed from side, so you need to contact with airtel only. Because of this i lost my business calls. I need proper explanation from vodafone with intimating disconnected sim card.

                Its been a week since i cannot send sms to anyone. It always comes as a sms failure report. However i am able to receive the messages. And i am tired of trying the vodafone customer care numbers. They never connect. Always it is just like a loop saying to press 9 to talk to customer care and then again the same menu repeats. Very poor service by vodafone. I really thought it would be a good network but it has been less than a month and this is my second serious problem with the carrier. I think i should change the carrier itself if it is not addressed sooner.

                    I cannot send sms from vodafone sim. I think it might be change of message centre. Please guide me the correct message centre number. Usually i had brought sim in andhra pradesh and now i am using in karnataka. Please tell me how to get out of this problem. Also let me know, how to manage my message centre numbers, whether it is according to area or is it permanent number?

                        I have submitted i request at vodafone office for porting my sim from gujarat to rajasthan. I have submitted my first request on 30.09.2017 since after 6 times but not received any response. Please do the needful i have deposited money for new sim received the same. But till date it note get actived. I have visited 6 times to their office but they didnt responsed well. They every time said it will get activeted next day but didnt happen.

                          Hi there, i am facing issue from vodafone who has been wrongly charging on my mothers number from past 6 years. I had never opted for itemized bill, and whenever my mother use to get message regards bill payment, i use to make the payment without checking the bill (My mistake i trusted vodafone too much), in the month of october in 2017 i just went through my mothers bill and i saw she was being charged rs 50 for itemized bill and from the year 2011 they have been wrongly charging her month after month.

                          When i mailed them on vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com all they said is they cant reverse the amount and when i replied to their mail its been more than 15 days and i have not got a reply from their end.

                          When i called them on 198 all they asked me to do the mail cause they cant help me with it (Have voice recording) of executive and floor manager.

                          And when i informed them that the due date of bill payment has been passed and i will not be making the payment unless my problem is solved they said they cant help me for the same as well. As i have to make the payment and if i do not they can disconnect the service.

                          Its basically a scam that they are running with customers who trust them.

                          I regret that and i think opting out from vodafone (All numbers which are serviced by vodafone) is the best and would never recommend any one.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have applied for mnp of above mobile at vashi stores navi mumbai. I have submitted the prepaid form with all documents for porting mobile connection. I got the prepaid sim card and executive told me that your mobile connection will activate after seven days. I have visited vashi stores after seven days, thrice and the executive (Ms. Shilpa & mr. Sameer) told me that your request is rejected and we can not activate your prepaid card and you buy postpaid sim card otherwise you go to another mobile service provider i. E. Airtel, idea etc. This practice is not good, it will effect your company's reputation. So please take a right action as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased your prepaid sim (Mobile - [protected]) with 84 days plan having 1gb data/day. Data speed is so slow that i can't use it for even browsing, to check mails, forget about youtube. You are cheaters, to compete gio you have started cheating customers. If my net speed doesn't improves after this complaint, i'm gonna throw this vodafone sim and will never buy vodafone sim again.

                                    As per your daily sms communication guidelines, i went to one of your vodafone mini store in beawer, rajasthan to link my aadhar number with my mobile number [protected] on 3/11/2017. For this they charged me 20 rs. When i said that this is false charge then they said that if you want service give us the money other wise go else where in very rudely manner. As i had the time constraint that time so i paid the 20 bugs and linked my number with aadhar.

                                    Please return my hard earned money back to me and take a strict action against the owner/ dealer of the mini store as they may have continuing this practice from long time. This is going to impact your company image as well in this competitive market.

                                      This is the second time i have tried porting out from vodafone but i am repeatedly receiving unnecessary chargeable vas getting added. I have already paid the entire bill along with some extra amount. The number is [protected].

                                      Before proceeding further let me clarify the following things:

                                      1. I have not explicitly downloaded any of these any time, neither from any link, play store or vodafone app, infact i don't even have vodafone app installed on my mobile.

                                      2. I am not someone who will do this by mistake, i am very well verse with what content has been downloaded. I am a very old vodafone postpaid customer and this has never happened to me before even for once.

                                      3. No other person is using my mobile or number with or without my permission.

                                      I have applied for a number port to another circle around ten days back (This is the second time) and it should have been successful till now. During the time of port request i also paid all my bill amount along with some extra amount for the upcoming few days, my bill was in negative.

                                      It is very clear for me that all of a sudden at the time of porting my number to another circle, the port is getting delayed and unnecessary subscriptions are added on my number without any such requests from my end which has never happened during my association with vodafone till date.

                                        With great grief i write this.
                                        On 8th i recharged for inr 125 as i was travelling to delhi and my existing offer pack does not work on roaming jus after i recharged i see a msg that, inr 90 is deducted against a subscription which self did not select for. Also the msg read if i wish to deactivate the subscription i msg on a toll free number requesting to deactivate, and i did follow the instructions to deactivate but to my surprise the money was not refunded. This atrocity of private mobile network provider is intolerable. Without the consent of the customer company deducts the balance but for reimbursement a customer has to call the customer care, which should not be the case. If it's an auto debit then there has to be an auto credit as well which isn't is the case with this service provider. The cherry on the cake is even after speaking with the customer care executives the money hasn't been credited back and it's been more than 48 hrs, when self spoke to the executives that this matter would be taken up at the consumer forum, they seem to have a casual attitude towards that too. Which also makes me question if these forums are for the benefit of the consumer or favouring the corporate giants. The service provider promised to reimburse the amount back to me by 1800hrs dated 09th november 2017 and they failed miserably and while i write this complaint i understand the money hasn't been credited yet. Such atrocities against the regular tax payer of this country is unacceptable. If educated lot of the society have to go through such situation i wonder what is happening to the majority of our people who haven't had the privilege of education or who isn't aware of such hideous acts of corporates. This is exploiting the ignorance of people and looting them.in the midst of high level scams this nation has faced we fail to see that there are smaller scams amounting to large figures. I demand a refund and also the damages there incurred.
