My vodafone number is - [protected]. I was on the rs 409 plan o[censored]nlimited calls and data pack of 1 gb/day which expires on 10th january, 2018! Today at 11:58 there was a deduction of main balance due to the internet usage! I also received the message saying no data pack is active on your number! Due to this message, i had to call the customer service, where i talked with customer care executive who didn't even mention his name, i asked him that why was the balance deducted to which he responded saying due to over usage, so i asked that why didn't i receive any message saying your data pack has expired, to which he replied that you have dnd services activated, so i told that without my information of data pack pack being expired, how can the balance be deducted, so he replied saying "once it is deducted, we cannot do anything", so i told him to handover the phone to someone with higher authority where i had a talk with "mr. Bipin", when i inquired about my issue, he replied saying "the system is down we cannot do anything and i should call them again after 2 hours", while just 2 minutes ago one of the executives gave me the information from the system, also his tone was something which wasn't acceptable at all! I have attached below the screenshots of both - 1) when the recharge was done, 2) the message saying there is no data pack active!
For this complaint, i would request vodafone to refund my balance, and also teach their executives as to how to handle the customers and how to talk! And for more information i also have the call recording if required!

    No 4G signal strength at MALABAR COUNTY 1 Dr.Ambedkar University Road, b/h Nirma University ahmedabad charrodi village 382481, Here I can't connect 4G /3G network to my mobile & I can't use my mobile data pack efficiently...very poor network service*, calls are disconnet, Please Solve this network problem as son as possible Now. Very poor service provided by vodafone here.. 4g andb3gservice is working like 2g and for your kind information I am using 6 postpaid connection, amd not happy because of Issue of the Network and call dropping . Based on my friends suggestion recently i ported into idea 4G they had given me better quality, there is network issue on all vodafone mobiles.Here no speed of Internet and also I can't call anywhere on any network.Very poor and pathetic service.simply I am wasting my money in this sim i[censored] will not take any action regarding this matter I will change it. Please expedite this on high priority within 48 hours .

      We the people living in and around police station of harirampur p. O - harirampur pin - 733125 dist - dakshin dinajpur, west bengal have been using vodafone network but sad to mention that we do not get connectivity near police station area and facing problem in surfing internet browsing. At this stage we are unable to continue with the service and have to take decision to dport out for another service provider like jio which has good connectivity.
      Request to do something so that we can continue with your service otherwise we shall have to port out in bulk. Mobile numbers [protected]/[protected]

        I have three mobile connections of vodafone; two at my office address at fountain and one at my residential address at matunga. I was proceeding to canada on 28th june, 2017. By way of abundant caution, i visited the vodafone stores at sion on 20/06/2017 seeking advice about keeping my mobile connections in safe custody and represented to them that during my trip to canada then, i will be only using whatsapp facility through wifi. As i was informed by the person at vodafone store that whatsapp would not be available if the mobiles are kept in safe custody, i preferred to opt for the minimum plan without any roaming facility. Accordingly as advised i deposited a sum of rs.1500/- with the vodafone stores. On my return to india on the night of 24/10/2017 i was shocked to get messages of heavy dues from vodafone. Therefore after somewhat getting over the jetlag i visited the vodafone store in sion again on 2/11/2017 and was baffled and non plussed to learn that my consolidated dues against my three mobile connections worked out to over rs.5000/- after deduction of the advance payment of 1500 made by me on 20/6/2017 against the mobile connections. Not only that the services against one of my mobile connection was already disconnected. When queried about the excessive billing, i was further shocked to learn that the international roaming facility, which i had specifically declined to accept before my departure to canada on 28/6/2017 was activated on 11th july, 2017 during my absence. I therefore protested against this and i am accordingly lodging this complaint. You are requested to lookinto this matter and restore the services of my mobile connection with immeidate effect particularly taking into account, i have never been a defaulter during the last more than 10 years as vodafone customer.

          I was out of the country for 7 months and when i came back to bombay i couldnot speak on the the number which i had earlier coz when i tried to refill the money on that number it said the number is not active.
          When i went to the vodafone centre they said my number is deactivated since 2006 which was shocking for me coz i have been actively using this number upto march 2017. Please help...

          It has been over a month now that i have not been able to send sms from my mobile number o[censored]p east circle [protected]. I am in roaming now in delhi region. When i called customer care they asked me to verify my id proof by submitting an id which i did. But the problem is still persisting even though i have checked the sms service centre number and everything.

              Today (9th november 2017) around 12 noon, i received a message from vodafone customer care that rs.42 has been deducted from my balance due to subscription to bodafone lifestyle pack. I never subscribed to it. Even before this has happened couple of times. I ignored it in the past but now i cannot let this happen again and again.
              I request vodafone to cancel my subscription immediately and return my money!!

He is mentally torturing me and i am very upset due to this issue. Please help me asap.                   Message : -
                  Technical pick - saibaba (Bse code: 538557) buy @ 22.05 target 42 - 54 for 20 days. Sl 21 trade qty 5000. Refer disclaimer call generated by angel broking arq

                  I am regularly flooded with such messages from other bulk sms providers
                  Like md-stkgru, ad-wlgain, ad-kotaks, etc., even though my number is registered for blocking unsolicited commercial sms and calls. As the senders' number is not available, i am unable to block such smses.
                  I do not want to receive such smses.

                  Kindly take action on such senders and enable to block such bulk sms senders. If that is not possible, kindly inform me the method to block such smses.

                    Am facing network issue in particular place and have raised the complaint on 03/09/2017 complaint id[protected] still these complaint is still not resolved. Am facing lot off problem due to unable connecting any calls while am sitting in place also it is lacking my business. Request you to kindly resolve the issue on priority.

                    Not:- if issue is not resolving today am going to change the network.

                      I have applied for mnp at vodaphone store, vikas road, preet vihar nirman vihar - e 356, vikas mark, opp. V3s mall, new delhi, delhi 110092. I have tried trice from dated 20/10/2017 to 3/11/2017. The executive of the store gave me some unrealistic excuses every time. Please take a necessary action in the regard and do complete the mnp process at the earliest.

                        Hi,

                        I have submitted porting request more than one time. It is being rejected due to all stupid reasons. Now i have even paid 2 months bill amount and the request is rejected saying there is due amount.

                        I had given multiple requests to improve network but it never happened. Now when i am going to port i get multiple calls daily and then it gets rejected stating some stupid reasons.

                            I am using vodafone from last 4 years and i am facing many prombelms from last 2 years but i was ignoring that, but now it's on height i am traveling internationally and i took the international roaming plans and i received the messages also but now i got the bill of rs 54000.. First thing i went singapore for job but i didn't selected and i am a job oriented person i don't understand how can they give me 54000 credit limit as i owe only 2000 credit limit..
                            I want to take some serious action against abhijeet deepak gupta who is the team leader i vodafone customer care who was very rude and i want vodafone company to verify this and in future also they should assure that i will not get this kind of # messages or else i will take a strict step as i don't have a 3000 in my account how can i pay 54000??

                                मी दिनाक २२/०५/२०१७ रोजी पोस्टपेड चे प्रिपेड साठी बिल भरणा आणि प्रिपेड करण्यचे चार्ज ४२० सह भरले मला सीम बदलून दिले गेले.आणि २ दिवसात तुमचे सीम प्रिपेड होइल असे सांगण्यात आले .परतू चार्ज घेवून सुद्धा सीम प्रिपेड झाले नाही.त्या नंतर मला augest 2017 ला बिल भरणा करून नवीन सीम देण्यात आले आणि तुमचे सीम प्रिपेड होइल असे सांगण्यात आले.परंतु मला आज पर्यत सीम पोस्टपेड चे बिल भरावे लागत आहे .मला आज पर्यत ३ वेळा सीम देवून सुद्धा प्रिपेड होत नाहीये या गोष्ठीबद्दल वोडोफोने स्टोर NSK RD NSK 03 RETAILER DATTA MANDIR RAJAN COMPLEX MANGER MR RAHUL GARAD यांना चौकशी केली तर त्यांनी सदर माहिती पुरवण्यास नकार दिला आणि अर्वाच्य भाषेत माझ्याशी संवाद साधला जर आपल्या कंपनी कडून ३ वेळा सीम बदलून देवून सुद्धा माझा मोबाईल क्रमांक प्रिपेड होत नसेल आणि वोडाफोन स्टोर चा स्टाफ धमकी देत असेल तर या साठी ग्राहक न्यायालयात जाव लागेल माझा मोबाइल क्रमांक ९७६५१२७६१५ दुसरा क्रमांक ९८२३१३१४४४

                                  I have purchased new vodafone sim and recharged rs.445. After that when i use my internet in my area street no-2, sec-44, noida that time no network & no internet access is possible in my new vodafone mobile no [protected]. I have complained regarding this in vodafone customer care. He/she told me that vodafone tower will arrange for your area. So please sir do something needful asap.

                                    Sir... I have a vodafone number [protected] registered on tarun sharma. Meerut. Now i want to go with telenor thru mnp. I have completed all process like. Upc, request, aadhar card etc. But after 2 months my number not transferred. Then i contact to telenor store they told me your request rejected by vodafone due to mismatch upc but i have entered right upc. After that i have take a new upc but when telenor executive try he has received a message at his system that this number is in the process to mnp. Telenor saying that this is responsibility of vodafone but when i contact to vodafone customer care they told me that this a fault of telenor. Sir i have very tired plz provide me a perfect solution. I want to join telenor

                                      My voda fone no is [protected] i got msg and a linq of voda app that if i will install this app than they will give me 1 gb data but they didnt give data and use to mail me daily sorry i will help you 24 hours,,,, 48 hours etc and today they deduct my balance also withaou making any call... And when balance will finish than they told me for recharge... Dear sir almost i am facing so much problem due to vodafone so kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
