I'm using this num in vodafone network. According to the suggestion of my frnds about vodafone service i had changed from airtel to vodafone.in my num conference call is not activated. I had complained this in two ways. Through customer service 2times and through message 3times but still it is not activated. Summiting this to u with the hope and please rectify. Thanking you...

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Satyanarayana Y from Visakhapatnam (A.P), i am using Vodafone number. Vodafone Customer care people are irritating me since last month (September 2017). I have been paying my Post paid bill as per your bill generation (25th of every month). But still your people are generating every week a new bill against my PORT out and finally rejecting. I am trying to PORT out for Other networks due to Your network is very poor with heavy Call Dropping . I have been complained several times but no use. Finally i took decision to PORT out to other networks.
As on Today your people generated bill 6 times within 40 days of time. And rejected even after paid that week bill also.
I had several times spoke with 199 or customer care people, every time they are skipping with adjustments game. I need Clarification why your people are playing such a foolish games with customers and behaving.

I hope you understand and do the needful.

    I receieved a call from vodafone after port out request. I was getting better plans in jio. So vodafone person offered me a plan where in for 6 months i will get a bill of 499+ taxes every 6 months. I confirmed this twice. Now they are telling me that is monthly plan. My current plan was 299+ taces and i wanted less tariff plan they instead increased it.

        I would like to quote something on the worst experience i had with vodafone: "i totally understand that i need to pay the bills on time as i am using their service. However, i have some personal issues which couldn't let me pay the bill till now also adding to this i work in graveyard shifts where i can't answer any calls in the mornings as i sleep till night and they sent me a demand draft for 1325 rupees. I can pay the bill right now. However, now i've asked them to explain me as they barred my outgoing service on some particular day and charged me full amount of 500 for 2 consecutive months like late payment fee and all and including the 299 rental plan where they have already barred my outgoing service" the chat rep stated me that even though the outgoing service is barred it's a rule that i need to pay the complete bill and he keep on saying that it is valid and i didn't pay which pissed me off.

        Now, i've asked them to justify me the reason in why i need to pay the full amount where they have already barred my outgoing service from a long time and why did they charged me for the service which i haven't used. Upon doing that they sent me a demand draft and the chat rep clearly ignores my request and keep on saying that i didn't pay the bill and it's valid.

        Their rep's call me 10 times a day and irritate me even if i say i'll pay it. Everyone have their own problems and all you need to do is to wait for sometime and get back but not by sending a demand draft.

        I have used airtel in the past and was never been this unhappy and they never charged me any extra late payment fee and all and they never sent me any demand draft for the same.

        This is horrible customer service experience. Vodafone being a international company didn't hired best people. I have spoken with their chat support team and have got the worst response ever. The rep didn't even understood what was i am taking about. He was keep on saying that it is valid when i have already explained everything. The supervisor name is umesh and the rep was totally insane as he didn't even understand what i was talking about.

          I am using vodafone maharastra number [protected] since last 3 years.
          Last friday 3rd november my number got deactivated without any prior notification, i consulted to nearest vodafone service center and submitted my document and photo but still my sim is not activated, also i consulted vocanfone customer care but response is too late.

          Request you guys to help me on this. It is impacting my day to day activity and business.

            Dear sir/madam, my name is captain suresh chandran. I'm a serving officer in the indian navy and presently serving at okha/gujarat. I'm a vodafone subscriber and my mobile number is [protected] (A post paid connection). My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. My complaint about poor services of vodafone and deliberate harassment. I had requested for porting out on 12 oct and then again on 30 oct. Details are as follows: -
            12 oct
            1. Request for porting out sent by sms and porting out number received - vg342715 on 12 oct 17.
            2. Pending bill as on 12 oct 17 - rs 1449.42
            3. Amount paid to clear pending bill and anticipated extra amount - rs 1675 (Transaction id - jhmp[protected])
            No action initiated by vodafone to port out despite repeated calls from vodafone enquiring about reasons for seeking to port out and despite having cleared all pending bills including an extra amount of rs 225.58.

            30 oct
            1. Request for porting out sent by sms and porting out number received - vg124685 on 30 oct 17.
            2. Pending bill as on 26 oct 17 - rs 1425.99
            3. Amount paid to clear pending bill - rs 1425.99 on 03 nov 17

            Sms received from vodafone confirming nil outstanding balance on 03 nov 17.
            My porting out request is still pending despite repeated calls from vodafone and telephonic confirmation by me. Various emails have also been sent to ms vaishali on vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com

            Despite having confirmed by sms the reason for porting out i have been harassed by multiple calls seeking reasons from me time and again. The same can be confirmed from my call records. I have also received a sms alleging that vodafone is unable to get in touch with with me when the actual fact on ground is the contrary. I had called on [protected] regarding this sms and re-confirmed my request. The standard response has been that my porting request is being processed and that it will take seven days. The porting out request of 12 oct lapsed due to gross and deliberate inefficiency of vodafone.

            On 07 nov at i had called the vodafone consumer care number at 1219h from [protected] to check about my porting out request. During the ensuing conversation i was told that this number is for delhi and that i would have to speak to gujarat vodafone consumer care and enquire. It was also intimated that i could send my complaint by email on nodal. [protected]@vodafone.in.
            Subsequently as advised i called up gujarat consumer care number [protected] at 1225 to check about the status of my porting request. After a 10.13 minutes long conversation i was assured that my number will be ported out. The individual on line, one mr pritam, when queried confirmed that i have no bill amount outstanding and that i will be ported out.
            Incidentally the mail sent to the mail id given by the delhi office bounced.
            Today, 08 nov, i again received a call from vodafone at 1532h, from [protected] with the same query as to why i wanted to port out. The entire story was repeated with the vodafone agent. The same assurance of the request being under process was given.

            It was now very apparent that vodafone is not aware of any earlier conversations or complaints/requests and the aim seems to tire out the consumer with deliberate and harassing calls. The deliberate intent also seems to be to delay the process and then blame the consumer for not having cleared the bill accrued in the interim and claim that the process has timed out.

            Request vodafone resolve the issue and port me out at the earliest.

            All mobile calls from and to vodafone have been recorded by me to support my complaint. A check of the call records by / at vodafone will bear out my complaint.

              There is problem in sim network as the sim is ported from tata docomo to vodafone. There is no network available in sim. If some how network comes it automatically goes. And it shows emergency call only. My no. Was ported on 18 oct 2017. And from then onwards no network is availble. Sim replacement have been done by vodafone care. But no network available. Due to network i am bearing huge loss. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                I am living in nanak puri colony kaithal haryana... Pin code is 136027... I have 3g phone and have a vodafone sim card having unlimited data and calls plan... The download speed of any file from any site is about 80-100kb/s even when my data limit is not exceeded... And the network always remain at point 4... So please solve the problem... I have recharged with 498 plan of frc

                  Hi.

                  My vodafone number: [protected]

                  I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime i try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I have added balance and now rs.14 in my account. Still i cannot.

                  I changed my number from postpaid to prepaid in jan'17 after clearing all bills in store itself. Today morning vodafone execute called me and asked to pay the pending postpaid bill (After 9 months). So i wanted to change the network.

                  Please help on this

                      I own a reliance comm. Number [protected] over a month now, all of a sudden i started getting sms about porting it to vodafone. Now i tried to recharge it via freecharge that too failed. When i dial my number i get a audio feedback from vodafone that the number is not operational.

                      I had never initiated any number porting with vodafone. I had been getting some random calls from saying that those are from vodafone customer care and they ask me to forward message coming from them to 1900 which when i ask why they want me to do it, they just hang up.

                      My number is illegally used in porting process. Please help/advice me on what needs to be done.

                          I have just moved from idea to vodafone. My sim is showing active.

                          I am able to make calls and use data services but not able to send text messages. It showing error 69. Is this related to wrong message center number?? If yes, please let me know correct message center number and procedure to update it on my handset.

                          Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I asked the vodafone customer care to activate international roaming plan 2 days before leaving to the us.
                            They informed that the system is down and they could do it after 24 hours. I waited for almost 72 hours but nothing happened.
                            When i reached us there was no network on my mobile, as they have stopped the services.
                            I was absolutely lost there and had no clues what to do.
                            Later after 2 days they managed to activate the plan.
                            I almost spent 180$ for 2 days because they were not able to activate the plan on time.
                            Note: the problem was with vodafone itself because their systems/application was having issue.
                            Why should i get impacted as a customer.
                            I need vodafone to take serious action on this and get the money spent by me because of their poor infrastructure.

                              Hi i have visited my village - kaland, town sardhana in meerut district o[censored].p but there is no vodafone coverage at all..i have to stay here for 10 days but now i am wondering how to make calls...please provide better signal coverage otherwise i have to switch to idea networks

                                I'm a vodafone user sorry i was!! I recharged 148 rs. As to get free v2v calls for 28 days & 1gb data but when recharge done successfully the message was deducted 125 rs. As access fee and 22.85 as gst charge when called to customer care to get help the person told me that "you've done wrong recharge 149 should have done to get that offer so he told that i'll do it top up of 148 and you will get this by an hour." when it doesn't happened i called again then one female assistant told that you've done wrong recharge and as per recharge you will get 50mb only!! This was in 148rs 50mb in jio era!! #!! Vodafone and when i tried to use net that 50 mb was also not allotted so i called again and then third person told me that your account balance is in negative i. E. -12.30 so please recharge 15 rs then you will get access to your monthly plan he was the first who accepted that the plan recharge of 148rs was right so, i did 15 rs of recharge and once it's done again access fee deducted 12rs and gst 3rs. Then, i got frustrate but i called again then different assistant telling me that you've done sms recharge so you won't get talk time to get service recharge 20 rs but now i'm porting to idea!!

                                    My complain may be very short. I think vodafone has barred my number form there customer care. I am trying to contact vodafone customer care since last 1 week but i am not able to do this the reason there ivr is not allowing me to speak to them. When ever i am pressing 9 to speak to customer care there ivr automatically get reset and reppets the same old script
                                    . And the fact that there t&c is not maintained anywhere for a particular recharge soni need to speak to them. Plz help me just to know why they have barred my numbers

                                    No my problem has not solve it connect me to salce department and .I just need one valid reason and salce desk denies to transfer to mobility I need reason. No sorry no apology bolt reasons.
