I am having vodafone prepaid connection with mobile no.[protected], last night (5th nov 2017) at 11:59:59 my previous data & voice pack was expired so i have recharged it with rs. 409 for daily 250 mins & 1 gb 4g internet for 70 days
After recharge i got sms for successful recharge and after 10 mins. I got sms that my data service is active.
But on data on mode i got 0 bit transfer speed so tried to reconnect after restart the device but the situation is same, so i called to 198 and vodafone lady representative says that your device is not working please change your device,
After that i told representative that the same device was working still last night and it is not working after new recharge, so she said that i book your complaint and you will assist on 11th nov. 2017 at 12 noon, after that she cut the phone.
So i call again to 198 and ask if you solve my problem on 11th nov 2017 then will you extend my scheme for next 5 days after expire of current scheme?, and will you pay the loss to me because of your company problem?, she said that company will not extend a single day (Means vodafone company is establish to robbed indian citizens, and as per my view it is my duty to tell this matter to supreme court regarding vodafone company policy)
I checked the same sim card in another mobile but the situation was same (Data is not working in another handset also), so i add another card in my regular device and start the data service and data service is working on another sim
So i visit vodafone care office and he talked to their head office and they reset my setting at their level and told him to switch off the mobile and power on after 10 mins. And data will working, but after 15 mins. When i switch on the mobile the data is still not working and due to this i loss peace of mind, and i also my health is getting weak and i am not able to fulfill my work as i am completely busy in thought that what should my future will?
Whats my fault that i am unable to get service for which i already pay in advance and also the company said that they will not extend the same period for which they were unable to provide me service?
Is indian government sleeping?
Is news papers and channels are right that indian government is only for these foreign companies who robbed the country?
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please deactivate the post paid number [protected] as I do not use the number any more.
