I have getting attest 10 telemarketing calls everyday to my VI Number [protected] even thought DND is active. Some calls prefixed by 172 are made repeatedly 3-4 times daily in a gap of 15-20 minutes, some calls from KreditB is made repeatedly even though I have repeatedly requested the company not to disturb me. I am now being too much disturbed and irritated due to these unwanted calls. Even though I block every such calls but call from another numbers arrives.
Please stop all these telemarketing call into my VI numbers [protected]

    Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
    Srinath here, I have been a customer with Vodafone for the past 12 years. I had opted for postpaid and my agreed plan was Rs 99 +GST ( 300 min free call).
    Three months back Vodafone changed the plan without asking me and taking my confirmation and concern.I have asked them multiple times how they can change the plan without informing me.
    I followed up with Vodafone and sent nearly 10 emails to the team, but they did not show any interest in addressing my concern. Also I clearly told them that since I am not using the new plan which Vodafone has activated without my approval, I can not pay the bill.
    I have asked them to provide the bill as per my old plan so that I can pay the bill on time.For this also they have not responded.
    Then I clearly told them I will go for a new number. and it is a pain and mentally pressure.
    For the past 12 years I have paid the bill on time promptly .You can check my history.
    I told them if they can not address my concern then I do not need their service 3 months back itself.
    Also, my incoming and outgoing is also barred by Vodafone for the past two months.
    They do not show any respect to the customers.
    I know I have not made any mistake and have paid the bills on time. It has been an mental torture to me for the past three months and wasted my time for their mistake. I will raise my concern for this mental torture for the mistake done by Vodafone and would demand them to pay Rs 2000/-.
    Now they simply stopped the service for the past two months and demanding me to pay the monthly charge of Rs 299+GST/ month. which has accumulated to Rs 974.00 till date. This is not acceptable to me or to any one else.
    Btw, the actual pending due as per the old plan was 116.00 rupees which I was ready to pay earlier. But they demanded to pay the bill as per new tariff which I have not agreed upon. Now I will pay the due balance of 116.00 if I get a mental torture compensation of 2000 rupees.
    I can provide all the proof if needed.

    Not paid a single rupees. VI Cheat to customer very long time. I am also a Vi Customer fro 2013 onward. I also received wrong Bill as ISD Call charge under fixed Plan(Rs399/M) in one Post paid connection

      The Re 1 Store is active on my number [protected] even without subscribing and there seems to be no way to unsubscribe. Already tried Sending the STOP message few times but in vain.

          I have been using this number for more than 16years but haven't faced any issue with bill amount.but to my surprise my December 2021 bill issued by the company has ISD calls of 23 different number. My pack is of 399+ GST which comes to 470 approx every month.but this month bill is of 2344 rupees.When asked about this to customer care executive they says it is genuine.and can only give discount of 250 rupees.now if have made those call then why discount..but i haven't called any such number.in fact in my whole lifetime with this number from hutch to voda I haven't called any ISD number. And in 1month how can I make 23 different calls. Please check those call with my IMEI number of my phone as I think any mischievous things is happening with my number. I want full waive expect my regular plan package cost.

            I am unable to send porting message since 20 days. Even I spent 155 for a pack with validity for 24 days just to send a single message but it is not getting sent. Customer care team are giving alibis again and again after they've missed their TAT twice. I need immediate resolution before my pack gets over and I have to recharge again.

                Why I'm getting charged money for the services which I have not subscribed .
                This is cheating with customer and pathetic service where I'm not able to stop such services . I have attached screenshot of same . Please resolve this at earliest.

                  I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games.
                  I received the message today, here it is:

                  Hello!
                  Thank you for choosing to access Games World,
                  You have been charged Rs. 22

                  Why is Vodafone behaving in such a cheap way cheating customers. You think we are fools sitting here!!!

                    I was using the idea Vodafone connection since 12 years and everything was working fine. BUT on Jan 13th 2022, Â the Internet speed is reduced to 2G and no signals anymore. I called customer service and also confirmed I am in excellent network coverage area.
                    1) I am living in the same house since many years, my phone has no issues. Both my idea Vodafone numbers stopped receivin 4g, and it internet speed is only 2G since last week. Some issues happened within the Vodafone tower.

                    In spite of multiple follow ups, Vodafone could not give me a answer or reslove my issue. I recently recharged my phone for 1 year, I need refund of my amount (1790 rupees) so I can cancel and switch on to a different network.
                    See message from Vodafone below.

                    Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. APR-V[protected] but are unable to resolve it completely. We are concerned about your issue and continue our efforts to improve our network in your area. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

                      Postpaid number deactivated by Vodafone but still receiving bills every month

                      This is to inform you that the postpaid number [protected] in the name of Mohit Sharma has been closed by Vodafone in the month of October 2021 and still I am receiving bills every month even after repeated calls and requests.
                      On January 7, 2022 I again received a bill of Rs. 1150 which I had to pay as the email said it is a notice from the court and I decided to close this for good. I have screenshot of the bill...

                      Hi,

                      This is to inform you that the postpaid number in the name of Mohit Sharma has been closed by Vodafone in the month of October 2021 and still I am receiving bills every month even after repeated calls and requests.
                      On January 7, 2022 I again received a bill of Rs. 1150 which I had to pay as the email said it is a notice from the court and I decided to close this for good. I have screenshot of the bill paid for Rs. 1150.
                      Again today (on the 16th of January 2022), I have received another bill from Vodafone of Rs. 239 asking me to make the payment again.
                      Please note that the number has already been deactivated by Vodafone itself in October 2021. Kindly take action as I am being harassed repeatedly by this nuisance.

                          Vodafone decides to make huge profits by charging excessive amount to every postpaid customer. Without my consent/will vodafone starts charging me 299 additionally every month from September 2021. After questioning the authorities no one is helping to resolve the matter, they don't even seem educated to understand the concern. They only fill a 2 page template and respond to my mail. My question to them is "why should I pay for the services I did not request for, I am not even using it" Vodafone is forcing me to use 299 plan. Someone pls look into this.

                              Everytime I top up, there are deductions and my balance rapidly goes down to almost zero even though I don't have any active subscriptions. This is so frustrating, why are there such hidden services and deductions being done without user knowledge and permission.

                                  Today got a message on my number phone that

                                  "Hello!
                                  Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 20"

                                  Where as nothing was used. Vodafone keeps taking away the balance adding things without consent.

                                    VI formerl vodafone is a bunch of thieves!! This is a well known fact as these crooks arr looting people of their hard earned money. I recharged my number and these frauds self activated services that brought my balance to 0. There customer service is unable to help (as usual) and such fraud companies are openly running their business in our country

                                    I'll soon be porting all my 8 VI numbers to other service provider and will be dragging these crooks in consumer court very soon. I am a lawyer in high court and will ensure such fraud companies should pay for their deeds
