Worst Service levels at the Vodafone Gallery - Santacruz (West), Mumbai branch.

I have been facing non availability of Mobile Data since 31st Dec hence called up the Customer Care No. 199 only to be told that I must upgrade my SIM only then will the Mobile Data start working properly. How does one upgrade their SIM ?? Only by visiting their Vodafone Gallery and not over the phone. I have visited the Vodafone Gallery multiple no. of times since yesterday but to no avail. First met a lady named Ms. Madhu Gupta at around 11.30am who did something on my mobile phone, later took a Live photograph of mine and also verified my ID documents (Aadhar Card). This process took approx. 30 - 45 mins. Post which I was given a New SIM Card and told, now your calls (Incoming & Outgoing) as well as SMS will not work for atleast 2 hours (ie around 1.30 pm). Diligently I waited longer and replaced the Old SIM with the New SIM at around 3.30 pm & to my surprise, it just did not work !! I called up Customer Care on 199 again (Since I believe No Vodafone Gallery has a dedicated No. of their own and everyone has to route their issues/concerns through Customer Care only !!) to be told that the request for the Change of SIM has been rejected. When I questioned them WHY the only reply I got was, visit the Vodafone Gallery they will give you complete details. SO again, I land up at the Vodafone Gallery at around 5.30 pm & when I ask for Ms. Madhu Gupta, she obviously was ignoring / avoiding to attend to me hence I was asked to meet another guy by the name of Mr. Sohail. Fine - it didnt bother me much as long as my issue was getting sorted but alas again the same story. False assurances, again checking and rechecking of documents which were uploaded by their team itself. The worst is - Mr. Sohail asking me why did Ms/ Madhu give me a New SIM card ? I mean - how on earth would I know that ?? Isnt there any kind of internal coordination ? Anyways, again at the end of this 30 odd mins I am told, everything is sorted, wait for an hour, it will all start working properly & I will give a call personally at 7.00 pm to confirm the same. As I type this message on 02nd Jan (11.00 am), neither has anybody bothered to call the alternate no. shared nor has the problem got resolved. Later last evening at around 7.30 pm, I called up the Customer Care on 199 again and insisted on speaking with the Supervisor/Manager - after about 15 mins I get a call from Ms. Riddhi who supposedly was the Floor Supervisor. I narrated all my issues again with her only to be told in the end, that Customer Care attends only to Billing related issues & for any other issues we must visit the Vodafone Gallery personally which is absolutely ridiculous !!

Being the Customer Service industry myself, this no. ([protected]) is my sole primary no. used not only for personal but also all my official transactions which is now completely out of action since yesterday !!

My Vodafone Bill is due today but how do I pay ?? since all my Bank Accounts are linked with this No. only ...

Is there any solution at all ??

    These people are the worst in terms of actually providing smooth services other than their special packs they keep charging for. Unfortunately, i may even part with the phone number if they continue doing what they doing. I can't afford them and can't send sms to port out.

            My mobile number is [protected] the vodafone telecom company has blocked my number without any request from me so i would like to know who has played this scam of getting my sim suspended, i would like to get the details of the footage if somebody has done personaly from gallery or want to know the nunber from which the request has been made else il take it to higher authorities by filing and RTI on the company

              MY number is [protected] and name is bhuvaneshwari I cannot send SMS TO anybody it always says Vodafone IN error 50 it showed negative balance on Vi so I recharged 170 but still it is negative, while troubleshooting on Vi it says this number is barred from sending messages

                  I applied for data entry online work through quicker. Then on 27.12.2021 Shreya Sharma called me from [protected] and explained me about the work. Then she has taken my details like aadhar no, email, account number. Then she said to deposit 2000 as registration fees for the account details in which amount is to be deposited Mr Ashok Chawla called from [protected] and texted me the account details [protected] Account Name...Vodafone IFSC ...KKBK0005033. I deposited the 2000 on 27.12.2021. then he forwarded me sample work file and work file from email [protected]@gmail.com. he then said that verification department will call and after verification will refund 2000 rupees. Then next day Vinod Sharma from verification department called from [protected] and asked to deposit 2499 as agreement charges and after that 5700 ...2000+2499+1000 (cash back) will be refunded by the same day. I deposited the said amount and sent screenshot on email as told by them but no cashback was provided. Today i.e 29.12.2021 I called Ashok Kumar and he informed that Vinod Sharma is on leave so my accounts verification is delayed. He himself made me to talk to accounts department and then they said I further need to deposit 1210 as GST charges. When I calculated GST it amounts 810, I cross questioned and he said it company's term. Luckily I got same reviews on complaint site and sending this complaint for solving the issue at earlier.

                      Vodafone deduct my balance on different VAS services.
                      They deduct Rs. 25.00 on Contakt gaming services
                      another 45.00 on Wellness_45
                      inbuilt handset games 25.00

                      I checked in online, it's shows you have no any VAS services.

                      I didn't activate any VAS services at all.

                        Hello my name is rajan kumar and i am vodafone's costmer and my complaint is that vodafone network works fine everywhere but Wherever I am at home, there is a network problem, calling happens, but the data does not work, I have to run with jugaad And now i have net more than 100gb data and my sim is postpaid and 500 rs bill is not a problem that 500 rs bill is there But if I tell the network speed that better, then my father had said that I refused to get WiFi installed.Because I thought that Vodafone's network is good, it is only right, but what is the use net is worse than 2G, I am telling right.That is better than your net then other network is better than your price but good net gives but no one my complaint it was because maybe you can fix it

                            I was in Iraq till Oct 2021 and my Vodafone SIM was working properly (mobile No. [protected]). but since I shifted to Mongolia on 12th Oct, the SIM is not registering on any network here. This has become a big issue because all my OTP's come on this number.

                            I cant find any way to contact VI in India through email or app.

                              1. Suddenly my rental has been increased from 199 to 299 without informing
                              2. When I raised that why bill is higher then I got to know that the rental has been increased and that 199/- plan is not anymore available
                              3. I raised a request to deactivate the number I didnt want to pay higher bill which took me atleast 3-4 times chats with their stupid customer care agents
                              4. They asked me to pay the bill first then only the number will be deactivated which I did to get rid of that, and the number got deactivated as well
                              5. And now after a month I have again received a bill for the bill cycle when number was not even active
                              6. And when raised this issue to the helpdesk their idiot customer care agents dont undersand this simple thing and asking me to pay the bill when the number was not even active

                              Here is the proof that I paid the bill and request to deactivate the number on 15th Nov however received the bill for period 11th Dec- 19th Dec

                              I went at store of vodaphone asking to deactivate my prepaid sim.. and the manager said to me to think about again. And i come back again because i already decided to deactivate my sim, but that Manager named Linda say just take out the sim.. thats it and it gonna deactivated.
                              And after 3 months i just noticed im still paying monthy to them.. even i didnt use the data and that number.
                              Its not my fault, and this is their responsibility to do there job. What service they have!!! I asking a refund and they gonna tell to me i cant!!! What the ###

                                Just now (23 December, 2021), I recharged a tariff of INR 99/- (28 days validity with 200 mb data), all rounder pack. But even after 30 minutes, balance is not credited to my Number [protected] (west bengal circle SIM),
                                I am attaching the Payment 'RECEIPT' for your kind apprisal.

                                I had to call my mother in law, for her health.
                                But sadly, I could not connect. the dialer tone suggests as "You are unable to Call".
                                This sad plight of our telecommunication in our country (sadly, INDIA aka Bharat), the sad state of the dacoity by MNC (Vodafone) from the pocket of AAM people...see the condition of hon'ble PM's digital India...

                                However the Telecaller said...I will get the money back...in 3-4 days...Money is not a thing that can replace the "state of mind" while I could not connect to my relative...
                                It is embarrassing situation while the country is on the verge of 5G...
                                The Damn Dacoit VOdafone has stolen my money earlier, too...

                                My objection is " I seek a Sure Remedy for this condition". For God's sake...No one (common labourer) knows, what scythe has been used to drench their pocket by the blue collars...
                                Please take immediate action so that the system must not face any corruption...anymore...save us from Dacoits...

                                I seek an immediate refund...as well as compensation (in terms of full 2 years recharge) for the loss of time and hackle which is deliberatly done in the name of system failure, while my payment is successful (myvi.in) ...attaching the receipt...for your kind perusal...

                                    My balance 2 time auto cut 1 store automatically active. Meine active hi nhi kiya, mujhe to pata hi nhi kese hoga, ek baar 198 par se refund kiya phir 30 minutes ke baad automatically phir active kiya, phir call ki, phir refund huya, ab kya night me ye hi kaam karta rahu, mujhe kisi store me intrest nhi hai, mera balance automatically cut mat karo.

                                      I felt Vodafone is charging hefty amount from its customer... because of too much increase in prices. For sending one sms you have to recharge for 179 rs is this fair ...they are saying ...u can't send sms even i[censored] have amount in your main balance what kind of service is this ...your forcing customer too much for an sms...i find that no plan is available for sending sms below 179 ...in all plans they are saying you can't send sms.what kind of service is this ...what's is use of such plans ...whats use of having balance in my account even if I can't send sms...it's unfair according to me...if my recharge is over and if I have to port then I have to recharge for 179 is this fair ...it's too much ...my mobile number [protected]...

                                        Mobile no [protected] currently on Vodafone RED plan with monthly rental of 799. This plan has been upgraded to higher rental plan of 999 without any communication / or seeking acceptance from Consumer. The simple reason i was given when i had to reach out to customer care after surprised by the bill amount is that the 799 plan has expired & automatically upgraded. But my simple question is how come you can raise the rental without my consent, raise a bill & make me liable for a decision vodafone has made & following up for pending dues with penalty. If the plan does not exist anymore, i should be intimated & taken verbal or written acceptance for change of plan. The term auto renewal, auto upgradation is being smartly used by telecom companies to their benefit to charge customers left right with no ethics of business conduct. When i was informed, It is my right to continue the services at higher rental or disconnect depending on my financial capability to spend on monthly basis for a mobile connection. Consumer in this case had no say & i would like to bring it to kind notice of vodafone that i'm ready to pay as per my 799 plan till date & switch to another plan of my choice if 799 no more exists but I cannot continue with your auto upgraded plan nor pay the excess amount charged on me & resulting penalties for delayed payment till resolution. I also seek support not to disconnect services till resolution is met considering the ongoing case seeking resolution
