I have recently lost my vodafone sim card
I have been using it for many years and it was in the name of my uncle who is in abroad.
But when I enquired about taking a duplicate sim, I got the information that the person should come from abroad for it.
When the same thing happened in other service provider, the method was to provide the identity proof for verification.
Now what is the way to get a duolicate sim since...

1) Vodafone is still not enabled as all the very low recharge should have outgoing SMS facility as per TRAI rules but it is not enabled yet and minimum recharge amount is Rs.179/- which is very huge amount for subscribers like me and big pressure for common people to just send one SMS for PORT.
I don’t want to continue to use the Vodafone service because they have always low network coverage even in the city areas. They do not have...

I replaced a damaged Vodafone sim with a new vi sim with same number.
But the store charged 300/- Rs. When i asked for the bill they denied and said you will get an sms of that.

I have recharged data pack of rs903 with 3 GB per day today And even after successful recharge through phonepe app, internet is not working .
I am unable to use net from last 3 days . On 6th Dec I did a recharge of 299 rs and no internet was coming and then today I did recharge for 903 rs still no internet is coming .
Is vodafone down ?...
