My balance 2 time auto cut 1 store automatically active. Meine active hi nhi kiya, mujhe to pata hi nhi kese hoga, ek baar 198 par se refund kiya phir 30 minutes ke baad automatically phir active kiya, phir call ki, phir refund huya, ab kya night me ye hi kaam karta rahu, mujhe kisi store me intrest nhi hai, mera balance automatically cut mat karo.

    I felt Vodafone is charging hefty amount from its customer... because of too much increase in prices. For sending one sms you have to recharge for 179 rs is this fair ...they are saying ...u can't send sms even i[censored] have amount in your main balance what kind of service is this ...your forcing customer too much for an sms...i find that no plan is available for sending sms below 179 ...in all plans they are saying you can't send sms.what kind of service is this ...what's is use of such plans ...whats use of having balance in my account even if I can't send sms...it's unfair according to me...if my recharge is over and if I have to port then I have to recharge for 179 is this fair ...it's too much ...my mobile number [protected]...

      Mobile no [protected] currently on Vodafone RED plan with monthly rental of 799. This plan has been upgraded to higher rental plan of 999 without any communication / or seeking acceptance from Consumer. The simple reason i was given when i had to reach out to customer care after surprised by the bill amount is that the 799 plan has expired & automatically upgraded. But my simple question is how come you can raise the rental without my consent, raise a bill & make me liable for a decision vodafone has made & following up for pending dues with penalty. If the plan does not exist anymore, i should be intimated & taken verbal or written acceptance for change of plan. The term auto renewal, auto upgradation is being smartly used by telecom companies to their benefit to charge customers left right with no ethics of business conduct. When i was informed, It is my right to continue the services at higher rental or disconnect depending on my financial capability to spend on monthly basis for a mobile connection. Consumer in this case had no say & i would like to bring it to kind notice of vodafone that i'm ready to pay as per my 799 plan till date & switch to another plan of my choice if 799 no more exists but I cannot continue with your auto upgraded plan nor pay the excess amount charged on me & resulting penalties for delayed payment till resolution. I also seek support not to disconnect services till resolution is met considering the ongoing case seeking resolution

        I'm not able to call from my vodafone no to other service provider such as Airtel/Jio. I have registered complaints 6-7 times in Vodafone customer care yet they are not resolving. It has been 4-5 months since I raised complaints. My monthly recharge is going waste.

        Kindly resolve this issue.

          A. In the bill generated on 25.11.2021 there are 350 INR added for incoming calls which are missed calls

          b. In the bill to be generated on 25.12.2021 I could see 1050 INR for missed calls.
          To my surprise a call from +[protected] vodafone vi number came yesterday, which I DID NOT PICK UP for that also 70/- INR got added.

          It has been very very serious, trying to connect to their stupid Vi system but they keep repeating dumb messages.
          If this is not resolved, will advise all the persons to quit using vodafone in future.
          This is very troublesome and harrassing.
          Requesting consumer complaint to take it forward effectively.

            The morning I got this message, that I have been charged to access games and videos. I didn't access anything. In fact, I didn't use it most of the time. And they are charging for what. Are they are drunk or company is planning to steal customers amounts by this. I have charged for 7 rupees, but why I didn't ask anything for. This was the company fault, they are planning to steal money from customers by the allegation, you have done this access. I think I will better overcome from Vodafone network They are useless. They have already in loss, so they are doing like this, stealing money from customers.

                I was using the number [protected] with a plan of ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_125_2.
                This plan was automatically changed to Entertainment 299 without my conformation and approval.
                I use this number with a simple and basic keypad handset and do not need any add on features and data.
                this is just used for calling and messaging.
                VI india is looting consumers without there knowledge.

                Need the same basic plan for just calling and messaging without any addons

                  I am VI customer and have family plan with VI. I have problem with network issue and calling issue from the VI network. I tried to call 198 and 199 customer care number but there is no option for talk to customer care representative. I visited VI store couple of times but they are unable to resolve the issue and even very rude behaviour. Please advise me what I have to do for this issue.

                    Hi I am Tapajoy Sarkar recharged 78 rs pack by free recharge online portal on 19th dec 2021 to validate this mobile no- [protected] though it recharged successfully but still it stops me to make out-going calls on this recharge pack it validates my no for 89 days and also I top-up rs 10 and still I am unable to make calls.

                    vodafone mobile company make so many hassles and complexities on their recharge plans and also to get info by dialing 144/198 or to check balance and validity whatever! if someone tries to check vodafone balance then this company shows balance 1 / balance 2 and so on!
                    every time this company skyrocketing the price of each and every pack or shorten it's validity. very annoying to make or to connect call in vi customer service. I tried 4/5 times unable to connect call.

                    don't know why this recharge pack hovering on online and every recharge pack has no detailed information or has some kind of misinformation.

                    I need a quick resolution within 24 hours as mobile is a very important and mandatory things in our every days life so please do it quick. I am not asking you to refund me but asking for to able to make calls and extend it's validity as it saying on online portal.

                      I am using vodafone india sim. Today I receive a message from them that I have chosen handset inbuilt game and I have been charged 25 rupees. I never requested for this subscription. This is completely wrong and cheating. Previously also, vodafone had cut my money from account by illegally subscribing me to offers. I never subscribed for those offers. I was able to unsubscribe from all of them because deactivation option was available. But for handset inbuilt games there is no deactivation option. This is cheating. I want refund of my money 25 rupees.

                        I am not send sms from my Vodafone sim from last 1month. I call 199 service centre so many didn't get proper response. They ask me to visit service centre, so I did. They said the problem will be fixed in 24hrs they raised an complaint but still issue was not fixed.

                        So then again called service centre they said problem is in my mobile. So inserted sim to another mobile still problem was their.

                        Again call service centre they saying problem is your handset. I said I tried with other mobile (mi, Vivo, sumsung) still problem I not solved again they're claiming problem is with your handset.
                        Really I am confused I tried with 4 handsets still in all mobile I was not able to send sms.

                        Vi service centre is not interested in solving the problem. They're just ignoring.

                          I was a VI postpaid customer. I have opted for MNP from VI to a different Network. I had security deposit with VI. At the time of MNP, I was informed that I will get the full refund for the security deposit within 45-60 days from MNP. Its been 70 days since the MNP was done.
                          I was told that the cheque will reach me within 45 to 60 days. However, no cheque has come.
                          After contacting the customer care, they told me that cheque is issued and dispatched. But it will take another 45 days to reach me. Also, no tracking ID was provided to track where the cheque is.. I think they dont want to refund the amount and want me to get frustrated and stop following up so that they can embezzle the entire amount.

                            I am an Airtel subscriber with relationship no.[protected] with mobile no. XXXXX070707. I just found out that there is a Vodafone subscriber with the same phone number as mine.
                            Vodafone issued a connection with the same mobile no. XXXXX070707 as mine with relationship no. 80799491 activated on 18-november-2021.

                            One phone number has been issued to two subscribers which is creating a loss to my business.

                            The customer care executives are not responding.

                              For the past 2-3 month different VAS are getting activated on my number [protected] withot my consent again and again.When ever i call customer care they just said i must have activated.
                              I dont even use that number for call or internet, it is just link to many different things so i only use it for otp.

                                  Kindly refund the amount deducted from the main balance for sports pack activation by default from vicms. if this is not resolved complaint will be filed in consumer court for deducting money without informing.

                                    I have been charged more than 100 rs in the last months regarding some gaming services to which I have never subscribed too. randomly a message will pop saying the XYZ amount is deducted from your balance for the gaming services unannounced. when asked they told me there are no value-added services active on your number. then why I am being charged.
