I have wrongly recharged another registered number in Vi app. Today I recharged Rs.699 plan (3gb/day data) to the wrong number [protected] instead to my number [protected].

I have attached the payment receipt for your reference. Kindly process and transfer the recharge from this number [protected] which has already active 2gb/day plan to my number [protected].

Both mobile numbers are in the same chennai circle.

        I am unable to send messages for UPI verification and messages to other people even after updating SMSC number in messages app of phone. It stopped working yesterday. A day before that it was working fine and sending messages. please resolve this issue else I may port my number.

          I don’t understand one thing. SMS is basic facility which all company should provide. On 99 ₹ recharge why this service is stopped. You are making us pay more for basic service. If my calls are limited and i need less data pack why you want me to make recharge of 179 or above. I dont need unlimited calling. When we send SMS, you can charge on that like 1 ₹ or 1.5 ₹ but stopping service is not a solution. You are depriving me from using this service even if we are ready to pay for this service. In India people are 1st Money conscious then brand conscious. You are actually looting customers. 1st you are looting by keeping every recharge validity 28, 56 & 84 days. Customers are paying for 13 months and not for 12 months. How will you survive by keeping same rate that of Airtel ?
          Sleep over it and stop that 28 & 56 days service pack.

            Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone no [[protected]]

            However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

            This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

            Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply se we can't do anything.

            Even after paying premium charges we r receiving such services.

            Request to immediately sort out the issue

              On Dec 13th 2021, callertunes service was activated on my Postpaid Vodafone mobile number. I hadn't activated any such service myself. My mobile was not even in use during this activation process. It was after some time that I noticed the activation. I immediately deactivated the service but the charge was still added to my monthly bill. I complained regarding this and was told that as this was a one-time thing, the charges would be waived off from the final bill (attached). That matter was closed.
              But again today, on 18th Feb 2022, the same thing happened. Callertunes service was activated without my permission. The whole message thread from Vodafone is attached. I deactivated the service, but the charges are again shown on my monthly bill (attached). This is for a service that neither have I activated willingly nor I have used a single time.
              This cannot keep repeating again and again. It's a wastage of time and money, and a matter of sheer inconvenience for me.
              I would like the callertune charge to be waived off from my bill and for the company to not activate this service again without my doing so.

                  I pay previous balance since 12 February 2022 and send slip to your customer mail it i.e [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and said 72 ya 96 hrs to resolve and start outgoing calls but now 120 hours+ my service is not started.
                  todai I go in consumer court. I pay 8000 for VVIP no. But I think this VVIP no. Buy someone's whose pay more than me. 3years I pay this no. Bill

                    I recently migrated from vodafoneidea postpaid to prepaid. I was told 24hrs time it will take to activate i checked with customer care if I can activate outside india and person said yes. Now I am not able to dial 59059 to activate my sim

                      [protected] Vodafone mobile number is not in use since last three years. It was closed during lockdown as email received from Vodafone personal after payment. Still Vodafone people use to call and asked for money.

                        I've been charged some amount every month for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games.

                          Have shifted from Post paid VI connection to Pre paid VI connection in May'21. I was told by VI tean team that deposit amount will be refunded by way of cheque and will be despatched within 30 working days.

                          Now almost 1 year 7 months completed. When i have given to complaint to VI team they informed me that they will send the cheque. They initially told me that cheque was sent to my old address as per Aadhar. That time about cheque despatch information i did not get and there is no intimation / information from VI Team.

                          In 3rd January'2022 they confirmed me that cheque will be sent to me within 30 working days.

                          Whenever i am reminding VI Team by sending the mail Customer care department is assuring me that very shortly they will send the cheque.

                          But no confirmation.

                          Request you to take suitable action and inform the concerned to refund my deposit.

                          If the customer delays one day VI will charge late payment charges of Rs.50/- minimum. For 1 year 7 months delay what penalty i have to charge.

                          Request you to help and solve the issue

                                Please look into it unwanted amount is getting deducted from my main balance for some contakt gaming service which I haven't subscribed, otherwise I will port my number into other network, and no help from Vodafone customer services and APP chat as well(getting BOT to chat)

                                  Credit back my balance as I have not opted for any value added services. Please stop charging and deducting our balances without our consent. As always you make our balance ZERO for not using your No use services. My mistake I got my number port to Vodafone, I should port my number back to Airtel.

                                    Hello, I'd taken a voice assistance service, I got an unsatisfied answer from VI employee. and they continues charges me an additional costs than the tariff plan. I didn't get any solutions from VI customer care. VI employees don't know how to treat their customers and also it seems that they are unqualified. I need a solution from this.

                                    I hope this forum will help me and give me a solution for the issues occurred.

                                      I am consumer of Vi since many years as a postpaid user no. [protected], after 4G services rolled out i have been complaining for non availability of 4G in my home indoor. Since past 4 years they are just excusing about non availability of 4G. My home area is locates in city Rajkot, Gujarat however they said that coverage enhancement not feasible and the same excuse they are giving me since past 4 years. I have raised too many complaints but no resolution provided yet. I hope you will help me out on this matter.
