Hello, I'd taken a voice assistance service, I got an unsatisfied answer from VI employee. and they continues charges me an additional costs than the tariff plan. I didn't get any solutions from VI customer care. VI employees don't know how to treat their customers and also it seems that they are unqualified. I need a solution from this.

I hope this forum will help me and give me a solution for the issues occurred.

    I am consumer of Vi since many years as a postpaid user no. [protected], after 4G services rolled out i have been complaining for non availability of 4G in my home indoor. Since past 4 years they are just excusing about non availability of 4G. My home area is locates in city Rajkot, Gujarat however they said that coverage enhancement not feasible and the same excuse they are giving me since past 4 years. I have raised too many complaints but no resolution provided yet. I hope you will help me out on this matter.

      I am not able to Send SMS from my device. I have recharged my mobile multiple times. Every time I try to send sms it gives error 29. I have raised the query with Vodafone but the issue is not resolved. Stop ripping me off.

        My current plan is of Rs 399/- . Due to my financial condition i am not able to afford this plan and have been asking vodafone to change my plan from past 1 month to Rs 299/-.

        I have been tired of calling customer and mailing them . on mail they add some person for approval who does not response and also does not seem right person.

        Vodafone has also rejected my port out request. I have nowhere to go and tstucked with this company

            I have never requested for bcafe portal. But today, I have received a message stating that Rs15/- are charged for this. Please stop such deductions, and refund me the deducted amount.

              I’ve been a VI user from over 15+ years and now since I hadn’t recharged lately my number is says incoming and outgoing services barred. What kind of customer service is this? I’m unable to contact any call center or helpline. If I’m case of emergency how can I contact any one in times of the pandemic? I live alone and I’ve been sick over a week. IM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CONTACT WITH ANYONE! What do they want me to do? Kill myself? This is torture!

                      Re.1 Store subscription activated on the prepaid number without consent of the user and amount of 35 deducted. This service was activated by the service provider and not requested by user and amount is deducted each month. The service also cannot be deactivated by the instructions provided.
                      Consumers please be aware of this as there is a new way to rip of people.

                        Hi.. there are so many stray dogs in our society and we are having fear about that. Everyday they bite to peoples and they are being dangerous day by day. In every two three month ### gives birth and the count of dogs are increasing day by day. Condition is worst . Kindly try to catch them and provide a solution.

                                This has been constant issue for me, in past they deducted lots of balance money from my phone number with automatically activating VAS, "I added the money balance in my phone number was because some bank numbers aren't toll free and they need actual balance for sms service & callings."
                                And just now I'm recieving continuous sms from Vodafone for activation of VAS which I didn't requested for.

                                    I have got a message saying
                                    " Hello!
                                    Thank you for choosing to access Telesync Games.
                                    You have been charged Rs 10
                                    Your Your balance is Rs.89 "

                                    Please look into this issue because I may happen again and be ignored and no action will be taken . Because charging for something like games is not what I have ever subscribed for.

                                      We were Airtel users for a family package. We get calls from VI marketing with offers of family package of 5 connections at Rs999 saying as we had been old VI users and VI is trying to get its old customers back. However we are billed for 1299rs after we port from AIrtel to VI.
