With utmost Regret and disappointment I beg to state the trouble I faced with Vi Services. I am Sanjeev Kumar Mishra residing in Rohtak since last 3 Years. I am using the Vi Postpaid number since long . My Phone lost in a journey on 17th of January 2022 in Delhi. Since then I have visited Vi Stores 5 Times for issuing my new sim as a replacement and each time I got a new one . but nonetheless made active and working since then. I even lodged a complaint to customer care on 21st January 2022, but that too got cancelled. The worst part is that, the requests are getting repeatedly cancelled/rejected without any notification to me on my alternate number/ registered e-mail ID.

On Asking about the update, the Vi representative told me that my sim replacement/ exchange request keep getting rejected due to some documentation issue.

    I want to register a complaint about call drop, every call I make or receive gets its voice-breaking continuously. My family is also using the Vodafone network and facing the same issue. Kindly rectify it asap else I would be left with no other option than porting out.

      I have never requested any services from Vodafone. But you are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my Vodafone topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. Vodafone is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance.

        Rs.15 balance was deducted for "Bcafe Portal" value added service without my consent or approval. I had chosed or asked for the service by any means as such, and yet the money was deducted.

          You have been charged Rs. 25 again
          Many times they have deducted the money on every recharge.
          I haven't requested for any service like that

              Hi
              I am trying to send port sms but it shows error message.

              As per new rule recharge amount should not be factor for sending sms.

              Without money in the account the sms should be allowed to sent but Vodafone is trying to block my port sms.

              Kindly help on this issue.

                Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

                Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

                Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

                  Rs5/-from my Vodafone balance deducted without my permission saying for choosing to access sports pack. The deduction have been made 2 to 3 times before this also. I tried to deactivate this pack but I always get a reply that no VAS services is active on my vi number.
                  Now please help me to deactivate this pack otherwise my balance will be exhausted due to this deduction frequently without my knowledge.if this problem is not solved than I will have no option than to port this number to other company.

                    Last night from 1:30 am to 7:30 am today, when my mobile was switched off, at 6:47 am you are showing 834 MB data usage in Vi app. Showing data usage even when mobile is off, The magic can happen only in Vodafone Idea.

                    You have done this wonderful work with me 2nd time.

                    Please investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

                    Revise the data and add it to my account.

                    In case of any inconvenience please contact on my alternate number.

                                  I have getting attest 10 telemarketing calls everyday to my VI Number [protected] even thought DND is active. Some calls prefixed by 172 are made repeatedly 3-4 times daily in a gap of 15-20 minutes, some calls from KreditB is made repeatedly even though I have repeatedly requested the company not to disturb me. I am now being too much disturbed and irritated due to these unwanted calls. Even though I block every such calls but call from another numbers arrives.

                                    Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
                                    Srinath here, I have been a customer with Vodafone for the past 12 years. I had opted for postpaid and my agreed plan was Rs 99 +GST ( 300 min free call).
                                    Three months back Vodafone changed the plan without asking me and taking my confirmation and concern.I have asked them multiple times how they can change the plan without informing me.
                                    I followed up with Vodafone and sent nearly 10 emails to the team, but they did not show any interest in addressing my concern. Also I clearly told them that since I am not using the new plan which Vodafone has activated without my approval, I can not pay the bill.
                                    I have asked them to provide the bill as per my old plan so that I can pay the bill on time.For this also they have not responded.
                                    Then I clearly told them I will go for a new number. and it is a pain and mentally pressure.
                                    For the past 12 years I have paid the bill on time promptly .You can check my history.
                                    I told them if they can not address my concern then I do not need their service 3 months back itself.
                                    Also, my incoming and outgoing is also barred by Vodafone for the past two months.
                                    They do not show any respect to the customers.
                                    I know I have not made any mistake and have paid the bills on time. It has been an mental torture to me for the past three months and wasted my time for their mistake. I will raise my concern for this mental torture for the mistake done by Vodafone and would demand them to pay Rs 2000/-.
                                    Now they simply stopped the service for the past two months and demanding me to pay the monthly charge of Rs 299+GST/ month. which has accumulated to Rs 974.00 till date. This is not acceptable to me or to any one else.
                                    Btw, the actual pending due as per the old plan was 116.00 rupees which I was ready to pay earlier. But they demanded to pay the bill as per new tariff which I have not agreed upon. Now I will pay the due balance of 116.00 if I get a mental torture compensation of 2000 rupees.
                                    I can provide all the proof if needed.

                                    Not paid a single rupees. VI Cheat to customer very long time. I am also a Vi Customer fro 2013 onward. I also received wrong Bill as ISD Call charge under fixed Plan(Rs399/M) in one Post paid connection
