This is to inform you that the postpaid number in the name of Mohit Sharma has been closed by Vodafone in the month of October 2021 and still I am receiving bills every month even after repeated calls and requests.
On January 7, 2022 I again received a bill of Rs. 1150 which I had to pay as the email said it is a notice from the court and I decided to close this for good. I have screenshot of the bill paid for...

Vodafone decides to make huge profits by charging excessive amount to every postpaid customer. Without my consent/will vodafone starts charging me 299 additionally every month from September 2021. After questioning the authorities no one is helping to resolve the matter, they don't even seem educated to understand the concern. They only fill a 2 page template and respond to my mail. My question to them is "why should I pay for the services...

Internet is too slow and keeps doing to and frow between 2g and 4g. No stable connection is present....

Everytime I top up, there are deductions and my balance rapidly goes down to almost zero even though I don't have any active subscriptions. This is so frustrating, why are there such hidden services and deductions being done without user knowledge and permission....

I have sent repeated sms for porting of my vodafone no [protected] to 1900 but every time it shows failed.
Kindly arrange to get me Porting UPI Code so I can port my numbers.

Today got a message on my number phone that

"Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 20"

Where as nothing was used. Vodafone keeps taking away the balance adding things without consent....

VI formerl vodafone is a bunch of thieves!! This is a well known fact as these crooks arr looting people of their hard earned money. I recharged my number and these frauds self activated services that brought my balance to 0. There customer service is unable to help (as usual) and such fraud companies are openly running their business in our country...

I have accidentally recharged my mobile numberxxxxx (wrong number) instead of recharging to another mobile number yyyy (correct number) an amount of Rs. 2899/- transaction id : ONR[protected] .
I have recharged my mobile number on 29 December 2022. and by mistake I have again recharged 1st Jan 2022 also in the same number with same amount.
Kindly refund my recharge amount....

On 11th January, I was deducted 20 INR for Fun portal it seems which I never activated or gave permission for VI(Vodafone Idea). Attached screenshot for reference. Please help to stop such fraudulent and unnecessary deduction. We can track these ### deductions but just imagine the village people and their innocence and how many deduction they might have done without notice.

In Aalo town of Arunachal pradesh Vodafone stopped internet connection for last one month. Not able to use even 2g speed. When contacted to customer care, they told that Vodafone is unable to provide any service in this reigon. But recharge is compulsery....

As I recharged for my friend a topup offer, unfortunately it comes under unlimited callertune offer, 78 rs deducted from my account, so please refund this amount for the recharge purpose and deactivate the callertune offer....

Hello, the number [protected] i used for more than 7 years was deactivated 18+ months back. It was deactivated because i was out of state and i had not made any calls in more than 90 days. So i tried to reactivate it immediately, but was told it cannot be done and i have to pay for the number because its now vanity number and charging 10 k . It has been more than 2 year. No one is currently using that number and i have been to many vodafone...

I never opted for any access to Games World. But I received a message that I chose for the access for the same and hence, they deducted Rs. 22.
Also, they deducted Rs. 35 for Re.1 store. I never opted for any such scheme. I want my refund of 57 rupees....
