It's a corporate number and we do have a few corporate numbers with Vodafone, I went recently overseas and when I came back this particular number is not working anymore I did send many emails to Vodafone but they keep sending the automatic reply that they will contact me in the next 48 hours but no one contacts me so far its been like more than one month now.
One person told me this number is maybe port to another person?

Vodafone had Deducted money of Rs 25 for some contakt gaming service without my consent. And there is no way for unsubscribing from this service..
I want to unsubscribe out of this service and my money had to be returned back...

I am using Vodafone number for more than the past 5 years and was using the corporate plan on my number with a monthly tariff of Rs. 199.

Without any notice and prior consent, my tariff was increased and I was not notified.

This unnecessary increase is not at all acceptable.

I am not willing to pay for their unfair services hike. Also Vodafone has irresponsible customer care teams who are not able...

I haven't activated any games portal in my phone (Mob. No. [protected]). I am being charged for access of Becafe Portal and Handset Inbuilt Games. But, I have not activated any such services. So please deactivate these portals as soon as possible....

My recharge amount is deducted for services which I didn't subscribe in vas. Vi chat shows no active vas but regularly amount is being deducted from my account. Contakt gaming services and players club services amount is being deducted please do stop it....

I lost my phone so blocked my number. I got a new sim replacement from the vi store, now Vodafone is not activating my sim for more than 10 days. When I visited the Vi store to enquire about non activation of sim, they are forcing me to convert to postpaid in order to get the sim activated and get the kyc done....

Wrongly charged for games and videos
Continuously charging me for this since last 2 months. I have lost almost 1000+ money in this stupid unknown subscription...

Have sent a request to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com requesting for cancellation of subject number on 23rd Sept 2021, After which i got a call from executive two days later (25th Sept 2021) wanting to know the reason for cancellation. The dues which was as on 23rd sept was cleared and sent screen shot to the same mail id.

After two months, 26th Nov 2021, Vodaphone calls me and tells that i have outstanding amount of 1752/-,...

My name AMRITPAL SINGH my Vodafone Idea number [protected] in Kapurthala Punjab, I have recharged 129 which has unlimited calls 2 gb internet and 100 sms valid for 28 days but my sms facility has been terminated If you want to recharge 179 then you will get sms suvida but my old recharge of 129 which I used to send to sms is not being done, this company is cheating people.

Please registered the compaint old recharge cheat benifit...

Today, I received a message as follows
"Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
You have been charged Rs. 25
Your balance is Rs. 117.15"

I have never activated such useless games but still without confirmation they just deducted 25Rs.
I want a refund for the same and check that this shouldn't happen again or else I have to change service provider....
