Daily I am getting messages of balance deduction for services like bigwin battlefield game and bigwin portal, telesync games and videos but I never subscribed to any of these services andwhen I talked to their customer care support ..they simply say that they can't stop it because it's option is not available.please deactivate all these services for my number and stop these useless deduction.

    Hello, I’m complaining about the services Issue which I was facing, they never resolved my complaints and also they are number one Liers please do not trust them, every time I speak to them I take screenshot where they promise. The same I have taken a screenshot that my final bill will be 699/- but they have charged me more than 1000/- even though the sim was deactivated and disconnected on non usage of the services. The agent mentioned that our team will call you and get offers and after a week i had to wait again to disconnect the services and they have charged on the same. I need a resolution on the same from them

              Had asked for a family plan number to be closed. The agent messed up by just delinking [protected] but forgetting to close the account.
              Without intimation the collections team started calling my senior citizen mother and my college going daughter and threatening them. I called a number of times and was given false promises. But then my number and afterwards my daughter's number was blocked. I kept requesting that their complaints team is taking time to revert hence I should not be penalized. I was coldly informed that i had to pay the 907 rupees before any action. I ended up paying that amount too just so that my daughter is not stranded outside without a phone.
              I was then called by a Team Leader on a weekend night and promised that this would be escalated as they accepted the fault post investigation. But since then there has been no response and I have followed up again. I was promised a callback from a Manager and an associate ended up calling me. And he was extremely rude and unhelpful. This call was today i.e. 11th Dec 2021.
              Complaint number given to me was[protected]not sure if this is correct)
              Please ask Vodafone to check the calls I have made from [protected]. I can share the multiple call recordings of the collections team and the conversation with this really rude agent today.
              Its been over 30 days since I logged my complaint and I have absolutely no revert.

                Dear sir,
                All i want to complain about is what is the authority of telecom company to restrict the SMS service to their wish??All we need is Main account balance to send a SMS but why they are restricting and forcing only certain recharge tariff(a big amount)is required to send a SMS?Charge for SMS is 1-3 rs, although we have that main account balance, who are they to stop the service to their wish?its purely interruption of consumer rights.
                Hope a necessary action from your side..

                  I have recently lost my vodafone sim card
                  I have been using it for many years and it was in the name of my uncle who is in abroad.
                  But when I enquired about taking a duplicate sim, I got the information that the person should come from abroad for it.
                  When the same thing happened in other service provider, the method was to provide the identity proof for verification.
                  Now what is the way to get a duolicate sim since many of my bank accounts have this number since I have been using it for a long time.

                          1) Vodafone is still not enabled as all the very low recharge should have outgoing SMS facility as per TRAI rules but it is not enabled yet and minimum recharge amount is Rs.179/- which is very huge amount for subscribers like me and big pressure for common people to just send one SMS for PORT.
                          I don’t want to continue to use the Vodafone service because they have always low network coverage even in the city areas. They do not have any single plan to increase the network coverage or provide good services instead they have millions of ideas how to increase the price and how to take the people money forcefully and legally.
                          2) I have already tried for mobile number portability after recharging Rs.149 as per earlier complaint but tele-verification is keep failing during MNP process. I am struggling MNP for more than 6 months though I am using prepaid SIM and think about post-paid customer how much they would have struggled and how much money would have extracted from common people by Vodafone.
                          3) Could you ask not only Vodafone but also other telenetwork to implement free SMS facility for PORT 1900. It would be great beneficial for common people.
                          4) There are more number of people ready to switch BSNL but Vodafone network is intentionally cancelling tele-verification and keeping recharge amount very high for not to switch easily.

                              I have been a Vodafone user since 10 plus years. Recently the tariff was increased and I was informed by mail but my consent was not taken whether I want to continue with their service.
                              I spoke to the costumer care executive n complained about the tariff rise. He assured me that for the next 6 billing cycles, the company will give me a monthly discount of 100 rs.
                              I received the bill and there was no discount .
                              I again spoke to the floor manager Mr. Ajinkya who said that there is no such discount company policy.
                              That means I have been cheated and misguided by the vodafone customer care executive.

                                Vodafone is a thieves company. I recharged my Vodafone number with Rs 79 plan and i got Rs64 as talktime but only within a week I checked my balance and it was 19rs approx but i hardly done 1-2 call of 1min maximum so how they deducted my balance and even I don't get any message for what they are deducting. After that i checked my balance after a week and i saw that the balance is only 0.56 Rs when I checked the spend money of my pack then I found that they deducted Rs49+7+5 as game charges but i didn't played and heard about that games (bigwin battlefield) now I have 13 day validity but with only 0.56 rs balance so what I can do now. This is a very big scam which is done by Vodafone every month last month they deducted for Re1. Store but i didn't heard about that also . So it's my request to stop this fraud of Vodafone.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have recharged data pack of rs903 with 3 GB per day today And even after successful recharge through phonepe app, internet is not working .
                                      I am unable to use net from last 3 days . On 6th Dec I did a recharge of 299 rs and no internet was coming and then today I did recharge for 903 rs still no internet is coming .
                                      Is vodafone down ?

                                        Store manager : Mr. Kiran (He refused to give his surname, even after asking 3-4 times, when I insisted further, he gave me a random surname of Sreenivasa)

                                        I was appalled by the behavior and the set of arbitrary rules about the migration from Postpaid to Prepaid of my Vi number.

                                        The Vodafone store manager denied doing it now, as I was in middle of my billing cycle. He asked me to come on 26th of Dec as the billing cycle starts from 26th Dec. After complaining about this repeatedly, that it is not possible to come on an exact certain date, he eventually told that I have 1 week after the last billing cycle. Otherwise he was not ready to tell such detail, which I believe is another way of hiding things and fooling the customer to miss the cycle and harass him, so that the customer give up on migration.

                                        What kind of harassment is this? It this a new method to make sure that consumer has only 25% chance of satisfying this arbitrary "requirement"?

                                        I was ready to pay the Pro-rata monthly bill, from 26th Nov to 8th Dec (Today). I was in the store, I cannot run away with the SIM, but these rules are ridiculous, the store manager refuses to listen anything further.

                                        Also, I wanted to register a complaint, but he said that he won't file the complaint as this will be rejected. This is purely harassment from VI and from the store, who has no complaint box at their premises.

                                        The company should use legible methods to retain customer, rather than using such laughable and unethical methods to extract money from the customers, these rules must be displayed with bold letter, rather than on the bottom of the bill which are difficult to read even with a magnifying glass.
