Hello, the number [protected] i used for more than 7 years was deactivated 18+ months back. It was deactivated because i was out of state and i had not made any calls in more than 90 days. So i tried to reactivate it immediately, but was told it cannot be done and i have to pay for the number because its now vanity number and charging 10 k . It has been more than 2 year. No one is currently using that number and i have been to many vodafone stores but they are not letting me get a sim with that number. Please let me know how to get my number back.

    I never opted for any access to Games World. But I received a message that I chose for the access for the same and hence, they deducted Rs. 22.
    Also, they deducted Rs. 35 for Re.1 store. I never opted for any such scheme. I want my refund of 57 rupees.

      Vodafone has changed my postpaid mobile number plan without any intimation and activated high cost plan.
      I lodged various complaints but no resolution moreover customer executive talking pathetically.
      Customer executives are forcing me to deposit bill as per changed plan and saying that old postpaid plan is not available therefore plan has been changed without any intimation.

        The customer service has resolved the issue by issuing the credit. However it is not clear why VI deducts without getting the customer confirmation in first place.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have never requested any services from Vodafone. But they are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my Vodafone topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. Vodafone is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance.

        I haven't activated any handset inbuilt games in my Vi sim. But amount of RS.25 as been deducted without any confrimation.

          My Company Name is Taxer Advisory Private Limited.
          I am a Consumer of Vodafone idea Limited Account ID Is[protected].
          I have been using 5 no.s under the Account Id[protected] since a long time.

          My Bill was fixed @ Rs. 1764 (Rs. 299*5 + GST). But from last 4 months I have been getting huge bills on my ID. After complaining we are informed from Company side that 1 of our No. ISD Calls are being done, that is why Bill is coming huge.
          But I have checked that not even a single ISD call is being done from this No. We have associated with Company since long and you can also check our past bills. There are not any ISD Transactions.
          we are unnecessarily being panicked from Company side by sending over Bills. So you are requested to Intervene to revise our bill and delete ISD Charges so that we may clear our dues and continue services.

          I have also written a Complaint regarding the same at Vodafone Store but there
          is no positive response from their side also.

          Many times requested to Please deactivate ISD Services from all above 5 No.

          I already mailed more than 15 times and Call to all representative

            I received an SMS on 12th October 2021 on my number saying
            “Thank you for choosing Contakt Gaming Service… You have been charged Rs 25.00 Your balance is Rs 88.00”
            Checking back I can see how frequently money has been cut from my account with similar messages like “power deal, content game box, gaming service, data power etc .
            I have NOT activated any of these services on my number.
            It is unlikely Vodafone is specifically targeting me. So it is highly likely, from the 50 million or so subscribers, if Vodafone sends out a similar message to even one million of their unsuspecting subscribers, it is a cool Rs. 25 million being skimmed (charges Rs. 25.00 deducted into one million). It goes without saying, targeting a larger section will gross them mind boggling amounts.
            Most o[censored]s do not check the messages minutely and considerable number of subscribers is not literate and tech savvy to realize they are being systematically being robbed.
            I believe this is a serious matter of embezzlement which has probably gone unnoticed.

            I tried getting in touch with Vodafone (13th October) via their complaint number 198. Interesting to note: the main menu of the automated answering system does not have a choice to talk to an operator.
            Instead they promptly say you have exceeded your number of tries and simply disconnects the line. (too many tries being 3 tries). What are we talking about? Unlocking a SIM?
            If the caller is fumbling with the choices, the standard procedure would be to automatically direct the call to an operator for assistance. But in this case, Vodafone prefers the customers go through hoops and loops and get frustrated.
            Finally when I got to talk to an operator (through a choice hidden in the submenu) he started conversation in Hindi although I had registered my preferred language as English. When I asked to converse in English the operator said he does not understand English and hence cannot converse. At this point I asked for the floor supervisor. Promptly he put me on hold and vanished. I held on for about five minutes and got tired of listening to the endless jingles and disconnected.
            The point being, when the subscriber knows how difficult it is to get some positive response from the so called help desk, they would rather not call and simply write off the deductions.

              I had received a message from Vi that 49rs. had been charged from my account by choosing mydelights powered deal. I had not subscribed to anything prior, hadn't clicked on any sketchy links nor was this deal made with my consent. And seeing as though I'm not alone in this case and it has been happening for more than one year to numerous Vi customers, this is clearly a fraud by Vi. Otherwise why haven't they resolved this bug yet? Shame on you Vi.

                I recently moved to Ireland, and I want to send sms with my Vodafone number. I have talktime over 100rs and an unlimited call/data/sms pack for a year active. International roaming service is activated. Haven't opted for international roaming pack as I am ok for the standard rate of 15rs to be deducted for the outgoing sms. I am getting incoming msgs from all sources. Please help.

                  I have done the recharge of 100 rps on my VI SIM card but still I was unable to take calls or calls anyone. When I raised it to CC team then the guy was rude and not kind enough to resolve my issue. Instead he was hovering over incorrect recharge without providing any proper solution. Dear VI team, please provide some training to your CC team on how to speak with customer and solve their genuine issue.

                          Hi There

                          I am writing is email as I have extremely frustrated with my service. My Vodafone number is +[protected] and it has a roaming pack activated. I am in Dubai and from past 1 month, there is no internet service coming on my phone. I have contacted you guys several times over WhatsApp, have done troubleshooting several times and nothing has helped and now I am tired of it. I would like to get my refund on my bill of entire Dec to date as I haven’t received the service you promised to deliver. Also please advise once it is done I would like to transfer my number to another provider and disconnect derives immediately

                            I am unable to make call on landline numbers. I have also complain the above concern to VI representative. But after more than 15 days no satisfied reply has been received from VI. and on present day i a unable to call on landline numbers.....

                              My Vodafone no. [protected] has been deactivated due to some issues. This is my Bangalore's no. however I have visited the store in Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) and they don't have any solution to it.

                              A couple of days prior I had gotten the message from Vicare that "Your Vi Connection will be discontinued within 48 hours as your documents have been found non-compliant as per Govt. norms". Post getting that message I promptly called customer care where I got a confirmation that I don't need to stress over this is on the grounds that all is great and I can disregard that message. Again I have the pop-up expressing that it will be discontinued and again I checked with customer care and I have gotten a similar reaction.

                              Today around 12:30 PM my services have been stopped when I visited the Vi-Store and didn't get any proper way out. I called customer care to check that what would be the alternative so someone said that I haven't recharged my number which is incorrect because I have recharged in the previous month and had a word with the Floor support Supervisor and Manager Ms. Soujanya regarding the same then I got to know that my number has been deactivated due to document issues apparently there was no solution except that I'll have to travel to Bangalore to get it sorted.

                              This is how Vodafone Idea is treating their customers that for a single issue that customers have to spend a lot to travel from one state to another state just to get documents verified or renewal of sim?

                                I like to drag your attention that I am facing
                                Huge indoor and outdoor network coverage problem which presiding for long time.

                                I am frustrated from your network coverage and mute calling or call dropping issues.

                                I have raised many times Complaint KOL-V[protected] to your firm.

                                But problem haven't fixed till date.

                                I also face more problems I travel to my home town outside the urban areas.
                                Please do the needful as soon as possible.
                                I am attaching a photo of my signal that exsist all time in my phone.
                                I have tried to changed the network settings of my phone hundred times but no use.

                                If it goes not get fixed then I have to forcefully Port myself to a better network and I am serious about that.

                                    Worst Service levels at the Vodafone Gallery - Santacruz (West), Mumbai branch.

                                    I have been facing non availability of Mobile Data since 31st Dec hence called up the Customer Care No. 199 only to be told that I must upgrade my SIM only then will the Mobile Data start working properly. How does one upgrade their SIM ?? Only by visiting their Vodafone Gallery and not over the phone. I have visited the Vodafone Gallery multiple no. of times since yesterday but to no avail. First met a lady named Ms. Madhu Gupta at around 11.30am who did something on my mobile phone, later took a Live photograph of mine and also verified my ID documents (Aadhar Card). This process took approx. 30 - 45 mins. Post which I was given a New SIM Card and told, now your calls (Incoming & Outgoing) as well as SMS will not work for atleast 2 hours (ie around 1.30 pm). Diligently I waited longer and replaced the Old SIM with the New SIM at around 3.30 pm & to my surprise, it just did not work !! I called up Customer Care on 199 again (Since I believe No Vodafone Gallery has a dedicated No. of their own and everyone has to route their issues/concerns through Customer Care only !!) to be told that the request for the Change of SIM has been rejected. When I questioned them WHY the only reply I got was, visit the Vodafone Gallery they will give you complete details. SO again, I land up at the Vodafone Gallery at around 5.30 pm & when I ask for Ms. Madhu Gupta, she obviously was ignoring / avoiding to attend to me hence I was asked to meet another guy by the name of Mr. Sohail. Fine - it didnt bother me much as long as my issue was getting sorted but alas again the same story. False assurances, again checking and rechecking of documents which were uploaded by their team itself. The worst is - Mr. Sohail asking me why did Ms/ Madhu give me a New SIM card ? I mean - how on earth would I know that ?? Isnt there any kind of internal coordination ? Anyways, again at the end of this 30 odd mins I am told, everything is sorted, wait for an hour, it will all start working properly & I will give a call personally at 7.00 pm to confirm the same. As I type this message on 02nd Jan (11.00 am), neither has anybody bothered to call the alternate no. shared nor has the problem got resolved. Later last evening at around 7.30 pm, I called up the Customer Care on 199 again and insisted on speaking with the Supervisor/Manager - after about 15 mins I get a call from Ms. Riddhi who supposedly was the Floor Supervisor. I narrated all my issues again with her only to be told in the end, that Customer Care attends only to Billing related issues & for any other issues we must visit the Vodafone Gallery personally which is absolutely ridiculous !!

                                    Being the Customer Service industry myself, this no. ([protected]) is my sole primary no. used not only for personal but also all my official transactions which is now completely out of action since yesterday !!

                                    My Vodafone Bill is due today but how do I pay ?? since all my Bank Accounts are linked with this No. only ...

                                    Is there any solution at all ??

                                      These people are the worst in terms of actually providing smooth services other than their special packs they keep charging for. Unfortunately, i may even part with the phone number if they continue doing what they doing. I can't afford them and can't send sms to port out.
