Facing frequent network and data outages in the area. There should be some pentalt to these companies for such poor services. Why should we pay for services which we never recieved. Each month when there are service outages the bill must be waived.

    10 rupees has been deducted from my account today (Feb 1st, 2022), i got an sms saying "thank you for choosing to Access Games World. You have been charged rs.10". Without my confirmation how it will happen.

      This has happened many times. Vodafone sets some callertune without my permission or any action and deducts amount for it. For now, it was less but today it deducted 99 Rs. from my account which is very unnecessary and problematic.
      Please look into it as soon as possible because this is a big problem in your service and I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

        I am in 600015, I lost my network connection yesterday around 7PM (I noticed only that time)

        I tried restarting phone, trying different sim slot. SIM does shows connected but no signal. I lost contact with people I used to call daily. Kindly look at the earliest or let me know I need to switch network

              I have logged complaint Today morning 6.54 am regarding Internet services are not working in my mobile since[protected] but the same still not actioned by Vodafone company neither I got call from them. Also I have called thrice to customer care but still issue unresolved. Today when I have visited to VI Store Kalwa at that point of time my Internet services are working. When I have inquired at my Society, then I came to know about Internet services are not proper in my area pin code 400605 for which I have made complaint to customer care but the same is still to be resolved. Pls check the issue and resolve urgently as I am really disappointed for such poor services given by VI company.

                I have 2 Vodafone idea number both has sudden internet speed issue. I have sufficient network in my place. Before 2 weeks internet speed was good enough to do my work but now it's dropping the connection and speed is worst. I have registered a complaint with Vodafone but it's not get resolved. Please resolve my issue earliest possible.

                  Suddenly internet speed is very slow and even dropping the connection for my 2 Vodafone numbers. I have registered complaint on Vodafone but it's not get resolved. Before last 2 weeks it was good speed and I was able to do my work. Please get this resolved sooner possible I don't have network issue in my place.

                      I am very frustrated with vodafones service and writing this complaint. I had a company connection which I raised a request for changing to personal. On 19th January I raised request, and yesterday ie 28th Jan my company SIM got disconnected. And personal connection is not activated till now. Now I don't have a mobile connection. I should say very pathetic service. I'm following up with their store manager but till now nothing has been resolved. Need your help to get this resolved ASAP. This is Bangalore electronic city phase 1 store where I applied for change to personal

                        I got a new Vi sim card yesterday. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 10 hours - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59050 for tele verification. The Vi agency I got the sim card says that the number I got is showing activated in their system. Vi customer care so far has been of zero use.

                        This is my main number not able to do bank transactions and other important work

                            They have simply deducted money from me for some inbuilt games which i have never chose.
                            Vodafone has stolen money from me!
                            Refund it ASAP!!! OR ELSE I AM GOING TO FILE A THEFT CASE TO THE POLICE ON YOU GUYS.

                                With utmost Regret and disappointment I beg to state the trouble I faced with Vi Services. I am Sanjeev Kumar Mishra residing in Rohtak since last 3 Years. I am using the Vi Postpaid number since long . My Phone lost in a journey on 17th of January 2022 in Delhi. Since then I have visited Vi Stores 5 Times for issuing my new sim as a replacement and each time I got a new one . but nonetheless made active and working since then. I even lodged a complaint to customer care on 21st January 2022, but that too got cancelled. The worst part is that, the requests are getting repeatedly cancelled/rejected without any notification to me on my alternate number/ registered e-mail ID.

                                On Asking about the update, the Vi representative told me that my sim replacement/ exchange request keep getting rejected due to some documentation issue.

                                  I want to register a complaint about call drop, every call I make or receive gets its voice-breaking continuously. My family is also using the Vodafone network and facing the same issue. Kindly rectify it asap else I would be left with no other option than porting out.

                                    I have never requested any services from Vodafone. But you are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my Vodafone topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. Vodafone is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance.

                                      Rs.15 balance was deducted for "Bcafe Portal" value added service without my consent or approval. I had chosed or asked for the service by any means as such, and yet the money was deducted.
