Dear sir,

I am having vodafone prepaid connection with mobile no.[protected], last night (5th nov 2017) at 11:59:59 my previous data & voice pack was expired so i have recharged it with rs. 409 for daily 250 mins & 1 gb 4g internet for 70 days

After recharge i got sms for successful recharge and after 10 mins. I got sms that my data service is active.

But on data on mode i got 0 bit transfer speed so tried to reconnect after restart the device but the situation is same, so i called to 198 and vodafone lady representative says that your device is not working please change your device,

After that i told representative that the same device was working still last night and it is not working after new recharge, so she said that i book your complaint and you will assist on 11th nov. 2017 at 12 noon, after that she cut the phone.

So i call again to 198 and ask if you solve my problem on 11th nov 2017 then will you extend my scheme for next 5 days after expire of current scheme?, and will you pay the loss to me because of your company problem?, she said that company will not extend a single day (Means vodafone company is establish to robbed indian citizens, and as per my view it is my duty to tell this matter to supreme court regarding vodafone company policy)

I checked the same sim card in another mobile but the situation was same (Data is not working in another handset also), so i add another card in my regular device and start the data service and data service is working on another sim

So i visit vodafone care office and he talked to their head office and they reset my setting at their level and told him to switch off the mobile and power on after 10 mins. And data will working, but after 15 mins. When i switch on the mobile the data is still not working and due to this i loss peace of mind, and i also my health is getting weak and i am not able to fulfill my work as i am completely busy in thought that what should my future will?

Whats my fault that i am unable to get service for which i already pay in advance and also the company said that they will not extend the same period for which they were unable to provide me service?

Is indian government sleeping?

Is news papers and channels are right that indian government is only for these foreign companies who robbed the country?

    My number [protected] is changed from airtel to vodafone usin mnp 2 months before. I had problem with online recharge from the beginning and so, i logged a complain in cc. They told me to change the circle from chennai to tamil nadu by vodafone store on 2nd november. From tat day, i lost network and i found tat my sim was blocked. I contacted vodafone store and they told it was a mini store and asked me to contact main branch. I asked the address and it was about 200kms away. I'm so much frustrated with the response from cc. My email id [protected]@live.com. My alternate number is [protected]. I[censored] cant resolve the problem, please again allow me to port another network. I had a very bad experience from vodafone... Thanking you.

      This is sambid kumar mahapatra, vodafone prepaid number:[protected] karnataka circle. I have recharged on 06/ nov/2017 for rs:48, rs:48, rs:99 all money debited, no recharge sucessfull. I recharged from https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.

      Till now no refund and no message also.

      Again i recharged from freecharge it sucess. I recharged for rs:48 and rs:54 from freecharge it goy sucessfull.

      What about rs:48, rs:99 and rs:48???

      Where is my refund

        I asked vodafone services to shut down both my postpaid mobile numbers

        [protected] and [protected]

        In december 2016. I wanted both my numbers to be shut down completely and permanently and i asked them to do the same. However, i keep receiveing monthly online bills and phone calls to this day.

        I have ont used either of those numbers in literally one year. I have thrown away the sim cards as well. But i keep getting billed and harassed.

        Please shut down both my numbers immediately, permanently and completely.

          Actual plan is 299 but they are offered for me 499 plan as 199 plan, but they are charging as 499 rental for August and September months. So I did not paid the September month bill and I had switched to Idea network, but now they had removed my connection.

            For the past couple of months I notice vodafone deducts balance unnecessarily and then I am supposed to call the customer care for refund which takes hell lot of time and sometimes I am not even able to connect.

              Hello,

              I just want to bring the issue to your notice which i have faced with internal roaming facility.

              Recently i have traveled to italy on for 25 days. Out of 25 days i have the signals for hardly 4 to 5 days. I just got an opportunity to utilized to use just 1mb data and 1 missed call. Apart from that always i use to await for signals or network support.

              Once i am back vodafone surprised me with bill. You cannot imagine hot it was …… charged rupees 574/- for just 1mb of data and as a special gift they have charged rupees 70/- for incoming missed call and they response is very diplomatic simply said this is as per their policy.

              But i wonder how they can charge for incoming missed call? And i don’t have signals (Services) for almost a day but they have charged the rental for that, how it could be? If we failed to pay the bill on time they are charging minimum rupees 100/- but there is no liability from their end if they filed to provide the services.

              On the other part i have also experienced with other changes for calling to international numbers even they don’t pick the call (Rs : 180 for 9 missed calls).

              Everyone know that we are into digital transaction and can assume how it will trouble us when you don’t get services.

                In my sep-oct bill cycle vodafone india has fraudulently charged me approx rs. 6000 for international roaming when

                1. I was on a flight
                2. I did not have international roaming activated

                They have since in emails provided me with 2-3 different time slots for which the charges have taken place and refuse to answer question in a straight forward manner. As such i'm contesting the same.

                I got call today from Vodafone service call and they said 349 plan u will get unlimited calls 1 gb data per day
                I have done the recharge and no response and mny is deducting from my account
                Please check
                Bogus network, Call drop, network issues
                I am not able to make a single call from yesterday morning, though I have recharged with 349 recharge pack. Its pathetic... :( kindly help

                  51717, vodafone doesnt take complain regarding this number. Also they regularly charge customers for this @ rs.14/- per minute. This can appear in your bill unknowningly whenever vodafone feels they are short of profit. If a customer says they had not dialled the number, it doesnt matter to vodafone.

                  Then why cant the said number be blocked by vodafone, if they feels customer is not right? Rs.588/- + taxes gone.

                    Hi, i m kingshuk nag. My mobile no. Is [protected]. On 03/11/2017 a caller tune was activated in my ignorance.

                    I did not want to activate any caller tune. But a caller tune is activated anyhow & deduct rs. 30/- from my talktime balance.

                    I want to deactivate the caller tune which is activated without my knowledge.
                    Refund rs. 30/- for this activation to my phone.

                    Please take necessary action.

                      Dear grievance team,

                      This is inform you to that yesterday i've visited green park vodafone store for port in my number [protected] reliance (Premium) to vodafone and token no. 322 at 5:00 pm. After log time your executive maybe miss. Neha she took my new postpaid request but i've 100 times said 'i don't want to postpaid my number' also she said 'sir only you can your number port in to pre to post & its showing to mail came from vodafone india (Marketing team). This is happening in all the stores, fooling the customers by saying we can't get pre-paid connection for porting option. This is all to just achieve their incentives and targets. She did not understand my concern why i don't know???

                      Today i've called your customer care many times from [protected] call taken miss. Smiriti, puja, mr. Avishekh (Sales department from postpaid) & t. L miss. Nidhi she did not take any responsibility and forcefully call disconnected but after 1 hrs over no one call my number for resolved this matter what the hell man??? Even many times called your appellate desk from [protected] call disconnected from appellate desk miss. Charu.

                      R you joking with me???

                      I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with ​vodafone customer service.

                      Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked to your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.​

                      Such is the pathetic situation

                      It's a totally miss managed service that vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                      Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and ​​ highly unprofessional​ ​vodafone india marketing team​. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum​ nothing more else.​

                      Reliance:

                      I am a consumer of reliance communication since 2011 (Blue category)
                      I would like to kindly draw your attention towards reliance 4g network.
                      Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my reliance number.. I had sent already mail for same issued but i am not getting any response from reliance team.. Which is very painful for me to handle its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.
                      Ii don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering.. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate asap..

                      Trai:

                      Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against trai portal & of-course you too.. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else.. I am using 4g phone, when i had change my location still poorest service getting from operator in my location... No work done. All you are hopeless
                      I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.
                      Some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also maybe deleted mail from there mail box.
                      I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them.
                      If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.
                      Please take some urgent action and if you want to know any thing from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

                      What i am looking for against my complaint

                      1. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile in prepaid with password protected before expiry (14th november) with incoming and outgoing services.
                      2. The network problem should be resolved as soon as possible or i should be given a deadline for resolving the same.​

                      Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable customer.

                        I am using phone no [protected] from 2012.
                        Initially it was with airtel where i was facing severe issue of incomming calls. I made several complaints for resolution but they could not. Finally i ported to vodafone thinking that problem will be solved but it is partially resolved.

                        Incomming calls from airtel network are not comming.

                        Incomming calls from other networks are working fine.

                        I am complaining vodafone since last one month but till date no solution.

                            Hi sir, madam,
                            On wed evening - 15th nov i took 2 4g sim cards for myself and my wife and after that issue started, i am using this vodafone from many years never got any issue related to network, but now am facing network issue/internet issue 24*7 on any location, am getting all the time weak connection, no service, i only carry one number and its so frustrating as i need to attend and make important calls every single day. On friday eve i visited the vodafone store and registered my complaint but i didn't receive any message or any phone call to resolve this issue, please provide the immediatesolution, i guess i did big mistake by upgrading to 4g sim.

                              I have already raised a ownership transfer request for my mobile number which is on my father's name. I want it to transferred to my name. I visited sangli, mh vodafone store for help, they raised the request, but, i am not sure if the ownership was transfeered or not as when i tried to activate the new sim they gave to me, it took all my father's details as valid details. I have already submitted my aadhar, father's aadhar and one photo of mine. Please help.

                                  I had been using vodafone postpaid connection for more than a year. Then i wanted to drop the connection and i asked them to discontinue the service. They said they would initiate the process.
                                  What happened next?
                                  They send a bill for the next month. I didn't use the service but they sent a bill. They sent another bill on the next month again. Then they started calling and saying that i had to pay the bill amount and threatening me. I simply denied to pay but they said once you pay the bill for the last time, we will discontinue it otherwise we will send you legal notice to your local address.

                                  I had to pay unfortunately. Then on the very next month they sent bill, i didn't pay. Again they said the same story, if i don't pay they will send me legal notice.

                                  I am really frustrated and scared now, i don't know what to do. I have never seen such poor service provider. Please help me out and take necessary actions.

                                    Here network problem occurs incessantly plz fix it and you are giving a least speed on internet i have a pack done on my no. Of 347 rs and you're not giving a satisfactory speed quality llease fix your network problem it shows again and again the same thing emergency calls only hope you'll look into it and solve it as soon as possible thanks get a good speed of internet

                                      Sir, i am from goa, borim village (Area - shirshirem) pincode 403401 requesting you to kindly look into the matter of network coverage in the area specified above. Majority of people here use vodafone sim card. We dont get proper network to call someone in the case of emergency. We need to walk on the road to search for network.                                         I have recharged my vodafone prepaid number [protected] for rs.349 (Unlimited local+std), even though rs.26 had been deducted on same day from my balance so when i asked for justification vodafone store guy told me that you have made a call to axis bank[protected] which is chargeable hence i asked to saw me the policy or t&c but they (Chandanagar hyderabad vodafone store) refuse to saw me and behave like i did a criminal activity for asking him justification.

                                        And the weird thing is now i am unable to call vodafone cc (Since last 5 days) through ivr from this number and i was totally shocked after seeing the reason from vodafone store ("you made a multiple call to cc hence they temporarily blocked your number to speak with cc").

                                        I am really disappoint with cc behavior and service and honestly speaking i don't want to continue with this cheater company.

                                        I would request you to please saw me the policy on which basis you had deducted my amount.
