I am prashant kumar. I work in hyderabad. Yesterday 04-11-17 was on travel from hyderabad to lucknow. On my way i lost my phone with vodaphone prepaid sim card with mobile number [protected].
I will return to hyderabad on 14-11-17. I want to block that sim for time being. After i will reach hyderabad. I will go to vodafone store and request for new sim card with same number and also file an fir if needed. So block the sim card with that number.

    Sir, very bad experience, hate of vodafone, maine 460 ka bhul se recharge kiya.. Jabki muje 459 ka karna tha... To muje 386 rupey mile.. Maine compny me phone lagaya ki kripya iska koi solution lao.. Magar unhone meri koi madad nai ki.. Aur mere me pahle ka balance pada tha.. To total 465 rupey total mere me balance tha.. Fir kuch use kiya.. Aur 460 bacha... But jab maine aaj ek aapp par se 459 ka pack karvaaya to wo 460 rupay mese sirf 1 rupya bacha.. To app par 459 diye wo alg.. Aur andar 459 kaat liye wo alg.. Esa kyo...???

      I recharged for data from the vodafone website but the offer as mentioned in the website has not been credited to my number. I recharged for rs.392 only because the website showed it as an offer applicable to my number with 84days 1gb per day. But once i recharged my main account has got credited not data. First time i called customer care i was told it was mistake from theor end n to wait for 24hrs before it got corrected. I called back after 24hrs and they say this offer is not applicable n tell me to recharge with other plan. Why do you give false information and loot your customers? Either you correct this or refund my money.

        My connection [protected] and the sim was surrendered at vodafone store dunlop on12.08.2017 (Docket no sr#[protected] and the connection was suspended on 17.08.2017. Now the telecallers from vodafone are continuously harassing me that my bill for last 2 months is due. Now today it became a question of my prestige when one person came to my house to collect the outstanding bill. I immediately rushed to the vodafone store and to my dismay found out the connection has been restarted on 31.08.2017 under docket no sk#[protected]. Now when i questioned the customer care on whose instruction this connection was restarted they told me on the basis of telephonic instruction. When i asked please tell the telephonic number from which i made a call to restart my connection they cut a sorry figure. The sim is with vodafone the connection has been surrendered and all outstanding bill up to 12.08.2017 has been paid then on what ground they are demanding money from and harassing me. I demand an apology and compensation of rs10lacs otherwise legal action will be taken.

            My number is [protected] and i am working in it so i receive calls from us numbers but after receiving the call my balance is deducted without any reason and sometimes it deducts balance even though i did not make any calls. Many times within calls some alsh message comes with bomb tickling sound and the call is blocked and thus dropped without any reason.

            I have to throw the prepaid sim if this type of issues and balance deduction takes place without any reason as i am not in roaming area still for any incoming calls, money is deducted. This issues are increasing very much and now i cannot ignore.

            Please look into the issue and i will wait for few days but after that i will just change to different operator.

            Vodafone has a good network but these issues are playing a huge negative roles. Do not repeat it as it will hamper your brand name only.

              Hi sir/madam,

              I call vodafone customer care and ask information about adhaarcard link with my vodafone number because my finger print is not accept in bio-metric authentication and need other way to authenticate bio-metric i called vodafone customer executive and got suggestion about ratina acceptence is also available as bio-metric authentication at vodafone store. I got generate message in my vodafone number about address near kharghar locaction from vodafone care. I gone on that location and found there is no such kind of facility due to that i bested my time and money. I again call customer care and one (She) customer executive answer me when i describe about detail, she suddenly disconnected my call, which was very embarrassing to me.
              So please provide retina authentication also because lot of people is not able to link adhaar card number with vodafone number because biometric authentication is not working properly.

                I have recharged to my mobile number through online for data pack last month. My transaction was failed. I have called customer care they told to recharge again and failed transaction amount will be credit in your account. I have recharged again for my number with different pack and got activated. With in 10 mins my last recharge which one got failed also activated. I have again called customer executive and enquire for that. That time customer executive told like we will deactivate one pack for this month and reactivate it next month and you will get notify message for that in 10 days. But still i don't get any message and called customer executive today and asked executive to transfer call to manager and my call automatically ended. I have again tried to connect but this time i couldn't connect with option to speak with customer executive. They have somewhat banned my number.

                I am using vodafone number for more than 5 years. They are not listen to the customer's complaint. Also, customer executives are not provide solution for the customer's enquiry instead they just put call on hold and automatically it will end in few minutes. Vodafone network would need to take this complaint as serious and need to take action for customer complaints.

                I had call from Vodafone customer executive and they asked details about the problem which I had. They have recharged amount except 18% of original amount for GST to my vodafone number in main balance. Thank you so much "Consumer Complaints" to make this issue resolved.

                    This message i received as a popup window at every 3 minutes. When i received this message it creates a sound which is not a notification tune.
                    My phone is not working properly because of it. I request you to please stop it.

                      My 4g net of vodafone is showing very slow speed . Sometimes it shows only 2g speed and only two lines of signal is available. This problem persist after diwali and there is no improvement in networks. Please fix this problem immediately.

                          I was using standard corporate post-paid plan till last month and vodafone offered me with red 699 plan which includes national roaming free for all incoming & outgoing calls. But once the bill for last month generated i've been charged rs-200 extra for national roaming. I asked them regarding this, but their answer was "you were using bsnl network and the plan is for vodafone network only". As the network selection is automatic and i haven't told about this before activating the plan, i m asking for refund and change of plan to the old corporate plan. Vodafone customer care is asking to email to corporate customer care to change the plan. Since 3-4 days i m emailing them, but they are not at all replying.

                            Hi there, i am kusum, vodafone customer. Recently i migrated from vodafone postpaid to prepaid. I was told that my security deposit will be refunded within sixty days. But opposite to that, out of rs.250 only rs. 177 is refunded. How is this possible when i have already paid all my dues. Either specify the reason or refund the full amount.

                            This is the message i got from vodafone:

                            "hello, we have successfully credited the refund amount of rs. 177.72 for your postpaid mobile number 999*02 to your new prepaid account on[protected] thank you"

                            Relationship no is.[protected]

                            Either specify the reason or refund the full amount. Otherwise i shall go to consumer court. I am damn serious.

                              Customer was offered a rental discount for the 699 plan for 599 for 6 months when he sent the port request. Then the app showed an offer (As in the pic) that provided unlimited calls, even outgoing in roaming, with 40gb data base plan and 10gb for 6 months, all for rs. 499. After activating from the app, normal red for business plan 499 was activated without any discount; so 6 month discount gone in just one month.

                              If it is a bug with the app, vodafone app development team and vodafone as a whole should be responsible for that. If it is cheating, vodafone should be punished for the same.in any case. Vodafone should be accountable for the same. Cutomer is looking at legal options for taking this to consumer court or trai. Until then, he plans to share this in social media.

                                As being a postpaid customer of vodafone, each month i get 500 minutes of free talktime allowance (For which i pay in advance in my monthly tariff).
                                In october, i used 325 of these 500 minutes. So 175 minutes were unused.
                                In november, as i checked my talktime balance, it shows 175 on first day itself.
                                So instead of giving 500, vodafone gave me only 175 minutes of talking allowance this month.

                                  I port in vodafone on 28th october.
                                  Retailer recharged with frc with rs51
                                  After that my amounts has been deducted wrongly.
                                  I called customers care representative informed me there is server problem call us after some time.
                                  Later call was not going to customers care.
                                  Today i called to customers care representative informed me that it was deducted for sms on a number and calling for some numbers
                                  But neither i message nor i called any number.
                                  I requested the representative to transfer the call to senior he didn't transfer.

                                      Mujse apne anroid mobile mai use karne ke liye mini micro sim chayeh tha tab maine apna vodafone no ko ja ke replace sim karwaya 100rs charge de ke uske baad. Sim chalu karaya naya purana wala band ho gya phir jab se mobile chalu hua na msg ja raha hai na aa rha hai. Koi bhi msg. Customer care se baat kiya par koi jawab nhi. Unse bola ek baar ki [protected] pe kuch bhi likh ke msg kare uske baad mibile band kar ke on kare. Par msg ja nhi raha hai unable to send message likhta hai customer care ka koi jawab nhi hai.
