Let me introduce myself. I am ramakrishna, holding two numbers - 974*9991 and 974*9991.
Just one last attempt to reach you guys before i port out.
I have been in vodafone since last 3 years and have been a loyal customer always.
I had a very bad network issue last two months. Also i had a good offer outside. I tried to portout and these guys have called me and offered me vodafone red plan. They also have promised 20gb data free per month for 6 months without any hidden charges. I was happy with the plan and have decided not to port out.
I believe i regret my decision now. When i checked this months bill on both my numbers, i have been charged 1000 extra as one time charges. These guys have called me and said they have happened to be due to an error and promised to refund them and confirm the same via message. Even this didn't happen.
I have no issues in paying the extra 2000 bucks for both my phones. But they would loose me. I don't think thats a big deal for them, but i have much more options out in the market. Trying to be a customer again, i have taken the pain of written this.
It only depends on how fast you respond and how you would respond on this mail, my decision would be. I would be clearing all the dues latest by 4th nov end of the day and would submit the documents to other provider for both the numbers.
Well, just to add, you would loose [protected] as well. Even this guy is equally frustrated and just waiting on my word. Can call him and confirm if needed.

Now I think my other Vodafone No. will have been terminated...
