I had requested for safe custody of vodafone mifi sim [protected] under relationship number 68918371 in may, 2017 after paying the required charges of rs.150/- for safe custody for 3 months. The reason being i was going out of the country for 3 months from june 5, to september5, 2017.
Instead of safe custody, the company adjusted
The fees of rs.150/- against the bill for june 2017, and sent me the bill for june 2017, for the difference amount.
I paid the bill for june under protest and requested cancellation of internet
Service with immediate effect.
Instead of deactivation, vodafone company, kerala region, issued the bill for july, 2017. I sent an email again asking them to deactivate the service.
Instead of deactivation, i was again issued bill for august, 2017.
I refused to pay the bill and again sent a mail asking for deactivation
Of service.
Vodafone, kerala region did not comply and again the bill for september 2017 was issued. I did not pay the bill and informed the company that i was out of the country for 3 months and i have not utilised internet service.
On my return to india, i received abusive calls threatening me to pay the bills.
Again, the bill for october was issued and i received phone calls from mr. Sujith babu to pay the entire oustandings.
I have forwarded all my emails to him, and informed that i will not pay for
Non utilisationof internet service.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
