I have been using vodafone/orange/hutch, since last 15years almost.
Since last 5-6months all of sudden my registered email id has-been changed & my e-bill is not being posted at my actual e-id. I have gone to nearby vodafone store (Naktala, garia, kolkata) 3-4times. But every time, even after their assurance, my proper e i'd is persistently not updated.
Also all of a sudden my postpaid bill date has been pre-scheduled to 2from 3, of every month, without any prior information to me.
It is gradually being extremely horrible & pathetic experience to stay with vodafone...

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I complaint to customer care but they said all okay with there network and change your sim, I did the same but still suffering from same issue.
Too much frustrated with Vodafone service., Not able to talk even 2 mints continuously.
