I was used vodafone postpaid number.in the month of july I requested to port my number in jio. My last bill was rs 1137.in this bill Rs 501 extra charges of internet has been charged. Bt my internet already balanced 2 gb.why the vodafone service charged extra charges.i have paid bill. I wanna refund

    I am using 168 sim cards from vodafone under vts plan. Last 6 months, we have been getting inflated bills and asking people to correct them. No one listened and then i wrote on vodafone facebook page... I have been getting same response for last one month saying they will be calling me shortly and i never get any update from them... I had expected a better service...

    Hope you fix this asap... My number is [protected].

      Voda phone is calling (Recorded as well as personal calls) and soliciting number portation to their network. They are very adamant and rude in their behaviour. They are telling that they have all the numbers of other service providers and are calling all of them for portation. Call came from [protected].
      I have registered for dnd 0. Even on reminding that, they do not bother and continue calling. Today was third call.
      I do not wish to get any call. Kindly look into.

      Almost from 3 months, my number has some [censored] subscription to WWE zone and I'm unable to unsubscribe it.deductions have been taking place every week. I really don't understand why is it so and why is Vodafone making a fool it's customers.highly irritating !!
      I have purchased this Vodafone supernet 4G dongle. Now to know the speed, Data usage and to change company password, I need to access the online account of Vodafone dongle. But the company password does not work. I am unable to change password. I have contacted Vodafone customer care but they did not help. Please help.

        I have no clue why i have charged additional 800 rupees to my mobile number?

        100 rupees was charged as for late payment fee but i have paid the mobile bill on time and not sure why i have been charged???
        I was also charged as additional 700 rupees as adjustments and not sure why i have been charged.

        I have requested vodafone to provide the details but vodafone denied to provide me any details further.

        Please take corrective actions against vodafone.

        These Vodafone guys deactivated my no without any notice and now saying visit vodafone store. they stopped my no after receiving payment.

          Hi

          Got a call from vodafone itself for a netpack that in the same charges of 25 0 you'll get 2gb internet instead of 1gb, should i activate it, i said ok if in the same package net is getting increased why to stop it. I asked about the charges and the guy said no no there will be one charge and beyond 2 gb the net speed would be 2g and unlimited net.

          But when the bill arrived, whole thing was different, 2 tariffs are applied and beyond 2gb i am charged rs. 350, so the total bill increased by 550, why should i pay this when the wrong information was given by the vodafone. I never called that i have an issue with net pack or i want 2gb data. I was quite satisfied, why should i bear the cost???

          I also have the audio clips.

            On october 17, 2017 i made an online payment of rs.399 vide transaction no.[protected]. I received an sms to visit the local vodafone store for further details. Likewise i visited the store on october 23, 2017. I was informed that the recharge amt rs.399 was an offer for blackberry phone. I told them i do not require any offer and to reimburse the amt to my vodafone a/c.

            This has not been done inspite of repeated complaints which were were made vide complaint no.22454929. I was assured that within 48 hrs. My problem would be resolved, which did not happen. After 48 hrs. I gave a call once again on october 25, 2017 at 6:17 p. M. I was assured that i would receive a call from vodafone before 8:00 p. M on the same day, which again i did not receive.

            I made a call again on october 29, 2017 at 8:26 p. M and i was informed that the system was down and to give a call after 1 hr.

            Once again i made a call today i. E. On october 30, 2017 and i was given a new complaint no.[protected] and now i am told that my problem would be resolved by october 31, 2017.

            A simple issue of crediting my vodafone account with the recharged amt takes so many days/calls.

            Pls help!

              I am very sorry to say that vodafone is such a bad customer oriented.
              When customers call for a concern or issue they do not have the patience to listen neither give a right solution.
              The way they talk rudely is a shame on the customer service team.
              Chandan and manjunath was the executives whom i had discussion about my issue. The way they portrayed themselves was to a 3rd class level.

              Vodafone you seriously have to take an action on this. Please select the right people for customer care and floor supervisors.

Vodafone october month offer rs345 plan 84 days 1gb data per day plan is rechargeable but i am not satisfied with his network an d customer care service, very bed service provide by vodafone, i complain against 4g network commed but speed not commed in any area of dharumapuri district my vodafone complain in castumer care in 13 thdate to 29 oct2017, but than after not come single answer from them... Customer care is not responsible in my complain.. Plz slove this problem

                I am Vodafone prepaid user and suffering from call drop issue from last 3 weeks in Gurugram (Delhi NCR location).
                I complaint to customer care but they said all okay with there network and change your sim, I did the same but still suffering from same issue.
                Too much frustrated with Vodafone service., Not able to talk even 2 mints continuously.
                I want to change from vodafone prepaid to vodafone RED postpaid plans.kindly assist me on this, as i want to use postpaid sim as soon as possible. I am also a corporate employee who is willing to take corporate plans if available.
                I have paid my bill on 9-10-17 but I wonder the bill payment is not updated yet. Please look into this matter ASAP.

                  I'm using vodafone 4g and have been facing network issues. I had registered complaint with the vodafone customer care on 8th and 23rd october respectively and they assured that the problem will be solved within 48 hours but i've not received any call and still i'm facing the same problem. There is no network beyond kalyan station. I don't receive any call beyond kalyan station.

                    I got [protected] and [protected] from the retailer kannan [protected] and [protected] as i was using that number nearly 1 year. I closed both number before april month by paying remaing amount with dealer of 1300rs. But he got amount and he closed only single no and another no is active and i am getting bill report for that but am not using that no. So i already raised complaint on that dealer eventhough they didn't consider that and they are telling me to pay amount again and again. The request id is[protected]. This number [protected] he didn't get closed. Kindly take seviour action on him.

                      I have been using vodafone/orange/hutch, since last 15years almost.
                      Since last 5-6months all of sudden my registered email id has-been changed & my e-bill is not being posted at my actual e-id. I have gone to nearby vodafone store (Naktala, garia, kolkata) 3-4times. But every time, even after their assurance, my proper e i'd is persistently not updated.
                      Also all of a sudden my postpaid bill date has been pre-scheduled to 2from 3, of every month, without any prior information to me.
                      It is gradually being extremely horrible & pathetic experience to stay with vodafone...

                        2 days back went to mupusa bodaphone store due over crowded waited
                        For long but when my turn is come staff of your store not ready to talk
                        Properly even given the wrong information i want to reactive of this sim
                        No they said cannot be activated need to take new number. Then i called
                        At call center they replied it is still on only need to install at mobile, also told them regarding this incident.
                        1) is your staff do not know how to check?
                        2) are they thinking they doing favor for your client?
                        3) are they trained proper how to deal with the client?
                        4) why you recruit this kind ill mannered staff for you company?
                        5) did you check the back ground of your staff?
                        6) did you do the mystery audit
                        7) are you interested for increasing the business or declined the business?
                        8) are you thinking giving some package policy will increase your business? Or your client are fool?

                        You should not encourage this kind of staff in your organization because of then can declined your goodwill of company.

                          I would request you to share my last week call report since i lost my number and it was miss used to call someone. I would like to know the call report of my vodafone prepaid number. Even after visiting the nearest vodafone store couldn't find a solution for this.                             I am using a vodafone prepaid sim card. Usually i lives in mathura (Up) but now i came back to my home town, shamsabad agra (Up). There is a big network issue. And we can't browse website cant play video. Network strength is too poor sometimes it works like a 2g network instead of 3g or 4g. Pls do something to resolve my problem. Otherwise i have to leave your your network.

                              I have used the vodafone post paid connection since 2009 on words, now the days when i was applied and changed my plan for roaming free allover india zero cost of their red#999 plan by the vodafone store in ambattur. The store executive would have cheated by himself activated existing discontinued which was i requested to deactivated plans and whether plan also fixed in red business plan is no roaming charges payable but the monthly bill came one plan is roaming rs.1500/- (Deactivated plan rs.450/-) and another red # 999 is only rental charges only, here i will ask one question the customer is one but consuming the 2 to 3 plans running by the same period, how it is possible. When i was rises the inquiry there is no response from customer care and their lie executives sending the pending payment demand notice legally, the consumer as a fool looking like me make the payment whatever they want to be collect from me unwanted means whomever consume the service any time carrying sufficient fund to pay for their employees will entertain the life in vodafone but how can i here earn the money to make the cheated post paid bill for every month without consuming the post paid service. This is one type of hassle for the customer like me. So please avoid the money making from the poverty.

                                My vodafone post-paid connection ([protected]) has been barred of out going calls, the reason for that they has said is address verification negative. I didn't receive any calls, no one came to residence and none came to my office address as well. I have raised the more than 10 service request and every time address verification is negative; without even being verified. Thank you vodafone your are providing a excellent customer service, i felt you guys had an excellent network coverage but this is really pissing me off. I have no intention to put my complaint here, but my out going is barred and you guys have a very good customer service; who care very little about customer and what is their issue. Is your customer service policy like, get the customer, give him the bill and only ask him when he doesn't pay the bill; whatever happens to the customers connection in between is not your problem. I hope not, i have provided my service registration number below and contact me asap.
