On october 17, 2017 i made an online payment of rs.399 vide transaction no.[protected]. I received an sms to visit the local vodafone store for further details. Likewise i visited the store on october 23, 2017. I was informed that the recharge amt rs.399 was an offer for blackberry phone. I told them i do not require any offer and to reimburse the amt to my vodafone a/c.
This has not been done inspite of repeated complaints which were were made vide complaint no.22454929. I was assured that within 48 hrs. My problem would be resolved, which did not happen. After 48 hrs. I gave a call once again on october 25, 2017 at 6:17 p. M. I was assured that i would receive a call from vodafone before 8:00 p. M on the same day, which again i did not receive.
I made a call again on october 29, 2017 at 8:26 p. M and i was informed that the system was down and to give a call after 1 hr.
Once again i made a call today i. E. On october 30, 2017 and i was given a new complaint no.[protected] and now i am told that my problem would be resolved by october 31, 2017.
A simple issue of crediting my vodafone account with the recharged amt takes so many days/calls.
Pls help!
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
These Vodafone guys deactivated my no without any notice and now saying visit vodafone store. they stopped my no after receiving payment.
