They routine excuse of vodafone executives are as under

(1) system not working
(2) system error to update father's name
(3) person not available

      I was provided with a special offer of local calls 30p/min for 28days in ₹26. I recharged this on my number via paytm and the payment is successfully made. But the recharge wasn't done by vodafone. I called them up regarding the problem i was experiencing and was told that my complain has been registered and the recharge will happen in 24hrs. But the recharge didn't happen. I call them again the next day, and was told that the recharge would be done in half hour, but same, the recharge wasn't done.
      So, i am writing here hoping this lazy attitude by vodafone gets noticed, and i get what is rightfully mine.

          I would like to inform you that, i was called [protected] nodal nodal officers ankit (Mumbai) egarding my 3 g sim to convert 4 g sim on dated 17.10.2017 time 16:47 to 17:26 betwen not responding satisfaction he was disconnect my no [protected] also blocked this no form [protected] nodal nodal officers why he is doing this my mobile number (Prepaid) is [protected] / [protected] kinldy highlight my call phone records,
          Kindly look this matter as high priority asap. So plz take a suitable step to vodafone officers otherwise i complained to consumer court... Or we will switch mobile portability to other service provider...

              I had 2 tata docomo numbers 92*91 & 86*33 which vodafone representative (Mr. Ravi [protected]/[protected] sitting outside top 10 gallery in mira road, thane, maharashtra) promised i would get 21 gb data every month for 6 months on porting to vodafone. Suprisingly this never happened after porting successfully on 14th october 2017 i have only 1gb data per month and now mr. Ravi is telling nothing can be done by vodafone customer care also. My advise to all, please don't port to vodafone instead go for jio or airtel.

                Hi, i am using vodafone postpaid connection which will provide just 10gb data and unmelted calls at 699rs with tax 750 around, monthly 10-20 days the network won't work properly in my area and when i call to customer care that simply says that we are trying to fix it, worst network vodafone,

                No proper response from vodafone about their service, around 50% of city they won't have proper signals, but the charges are very high,

                  2 to 3 months before i started using a postpaid number internet usage was not so much and calling was also not too much at that time bill was not so much it was 500rs. But according to the usage it was a lot. So i reduce the usage of no. And day by day they are increasing the amount of bill and stopped that particular no. Using after one month and fifteen days (Approx.). Now recovery boy are regularly asking to pay the bill which 500rs. Then became 700rs. Then 900rs. And then directly it reached to 1600rs.
                  Is this is way to provide services to the user ([protected])?

                    My customer relationship no. With you is[protected]. I had applied for the closure of my postpaid no. [protected] on 11-jul-2017 at your mng-pune-chinchwad outlet. You customer care executive contacted me on 12-jul-2017 asking the reason for the closure of aforesaid number and asked me to email a confirmation mail and then the process would be over. I mailed him accordingly. But, to my amazement your customer care representatives are still asking me to pay dues as my no. [protected] is still "active". It is to be noted that i have already paid the entire dues (Rs.457/- as told by your customer care executive at mng-pune-chinchwad), the receipt no. Being mhg022r170711_37116170, dated 11.07.2017 and communicated to your representative through an email as well. I am much harassed and request you for the final time to close the number and stop harassing me. I am enclosing herewith the email correspondences on the issue.

                      Dear team,
                      Greetings!!

                      I had very hopefully and happily opted to port my number from airtel to vodafone on october 10th, 2017, when vodafone team was providing corporate assistance and plans in ibm silokhera office, gurugram. I have to submit with grief that, "today it seems to be the biggest mistake".

                      Sequence of events, is as follows:
                      1. I was welcomed to use vodafone services on oct 16th, 2017.
                      2. I got sms from 86323663[vodafone], on 17th, 18th, 23rd, 24th oct 2017 stating:
                      "our specialized team was trying to call you to fix an appointment for verification purpose, however was unable to get through. Please contact on [protected] between 09:30-18:00 mon to sat to complete pending formalities."
                      3. I was happily enjoying my services till today evening, when all of a sudden my car met an accident and i tried calling my wife in this urgency and was unable to call b'coz of vodafone.
                      4. I somehow managed to reach home, with help of passersby & had to call someone for official purposes at 08:00 pm and was unable to b'coz of vodafone.

                      What i discovered was not only shocking, it caused me business loss and mental distress. I found that, my services were barred\deactivated on [protected].

                      My inputs on point 2 :-
                      2. A) the whole world was able to call me on the mentioned days, you can check my call logs in your systems. But, vodafone's specialized team was unable to. Are you kidding me?
                      2. B) i tried calling "[protected]" many a times, every time, i received the sms. But, "[protected]" was always found busy. Are they be-fooling customers by providing this number?

                      I have got complaints registered with vodafone: #[protected], #[protected]. But customer care is incapable of helping me in any ways, except registering complains.

                      Now, though i know, i have made a mistake by choosing vodafone. Can you please help me:
                      1. Please get my services activated asap, i actually need to make official calls using my number: "[protected]"
                      2. Please guide vodafone's specialized team to try actual calling to customers, not just sending a false sms on daily basis.
                      3. I know, just their apologies won't make for my emergencies today.
                      4. For verification, of the corporate sim holder verification - reach out to me on [protected]. And even if you can't get connected, let's pursue it on email.

                        I have 3 vodafone numbers under 2 corporate plans. Now i have been requesting vodafone for the last 1 year, through various means - submitting papers to their office in person, making umpteen calls and writing emails, sending new residence proof, but to no avail. I am now fed up with this company and i think they need to be taught lessons through other means, like legal.

                        I wonder what kind of organisation is this that to correct their own records their people are so lackadaisical.

                          Dear sir, with due respect i would like to say that the customer care no. 199 (Or any other customer care nos. Like [protected], 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive from both of my mobile phones. Whenever i call to 199 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, the machine always instantly redirect me to the main menu of the 111 number without any notification. My vodafone mobile phone numbers are: [protected] and they detucted my money without my permission by activating some flash msg news now i cant get in touch with customer care i would hope to get my complaint responded and resolved as soon as possible...

                              Vodafone sales executive called me to vodafone when i was with different service provider. They offered me 18 gb data per month which i'm still not getting. After several complaints and arguments, i settled down for 3 to 5 gb data per month. Now vodafone has started activating some or the other vas on my number without my concern. I informed them that i use this number for my business purpose and asked them not to activate any services without my concern. I complained end number of times but of no use. Finally when i asked to complain to higher authority, the executive assured me that he will blacklist all those services and this will never happen again. Still it kept happening. So being very irate, i asked for superior authority, but the executive didn't bother to transfer the call. Finally somehow, some so called floor supervisor assured me the same thing that he will blacklist all those services and this will never happen again. Within few hours, same services are getting activated.
                              Seems they hardly want to resolve customer complaints and just make addition to customer bill. Soon i'll be porting out of this service provider and will never recommend it to anyone. I'll port all vodafone numbers in my family.
                              Goodbye vodafone, never see you again. Worst service.

                                    I have post paid number [protected]. The same submitted to migrate to prepaid to vodafone nasik road, maharashtra as on 10th october 2017. We have visited the office at least 5 times till date. First they have not done, since the amount informed was rs.200 less. The same remitted. Promise after promise, they could not do the sim through. The worst one was after the deficiency of services, one smt. Sushmita was shouting on us and teaching us, we should not make the complaint. Always she make promises, which never could get through. That girl have not having the courtesy to call and tell me that the work is not through. Still she is shameless to teach me, asking not to make any voice against the service deficiency, which vehemently, i rejected. Today, she promised the phone will be through after 8.30 pm. But till this time 9.30 pm the same not through. Is this the service we have to expect from vodafone.

                                      W. R. T to request[protected] raised on 15 oct 17, i would like to bring your notice regarding my service request. Your team closed ticket without giving resolution, even i get to know by your app. I have been continuously following up with your customer care but they are giving false assurance. This was very casual and intolerable approach with client. There is no place where client know about service request progress. Even though they are not sending any communication regarding same.
                                      Every time they told me your case is escalated and it will resolved soon. Every time when i spoke to cso, i have to told entire story again. Why your executive is not see remarks before speaking client.
