I have post paid number [protected]. The same submitted to migrate to prepaid to vodafone nasik road, maharashtra as on 10th october 2017. We have visited the office at least 5 times till date. First they have not done, since the amount informed was rs.200 less. The same remitted. Promise after promise, they could not do the sim through. The worst one was after the deficiency of services, one smt. Sushmita was shouting on us and teaching us, we should not make the complaint. Always she make promises, which never could get through. That girl have not having the courtesy to call and tell me that the work is not through. Still she is shameless to teach me, asking not to make any voice against the service deficiency, which vehemently, i rejected. Today, she promised the phone will be through after 8.30 pm. But till this time 9.30 pm the same not through. Is this the service we have to expect from vodafone.
