Hi,

This is to inform you that i replaced my sim dated on 19th oct 2017 from vodafone gallery but till date my sim is not activated also note that i am using this sim last 7 years.

I went two times at vodafone store but still card is not activated, i am totally fed up with your service i think u don't care of customer value and time. If my sim is not activated then i will escalate this issue to higher level and social media.

    Hi, i collected the replace sim on 20th october'2017 from vodafone store shakar pur regarding my number [protected] but sim not activate till now. I'm using the number from 10 years. pls activate sim asap. No one responds the my query and tell me why u not activate my number. service provider the is said only for wait. your query is under process. my mobile phone has been not working form last 6 days.my alternate number [protected] .

      Sir/ madam,
      My sim is not working as i have applied for the new sim on 15/10/2017 as my phone was lost and the sim was working properly. But as i have found my lost phone and inserted the sim, it was not working since then i have visited thrice in the vodafone store they are giving me new sim and the condition is same. They are not working, when the third time i have visited the store on sunday as the employ of the vodafone mini store said that the store will be open on sunday you can go to the store sunday, but as i have visited the attitude of the employ is not good as they are saying that the store is closed, it is open only for construction purpose even they are not responding properly

        Sir i ported number from chennai to raipur b4 4 month in postpaid scheme now i shifted from postpaid to prepaid after 6 days my number is not activated i have paid arrears and extra for 5 days and recharged 175 after several complain on twitter. I am senior citizen heart and depression patient but they are asked me to come personally number 1 fraud vodafone company

          Hello,

          I'm facing issue in vodafone network even though my sim card is 4g.
          I've already registered multiple complains to vodafone support but still no actions are taken.
          The network range is very bad and worse. This is not only in few areas but in most of the places i visit have to face this issue.

          Kindly check and take action on this.
          Attached is the screenshot of the network speed.

            I am using my mb. No. ([protected]) since 9 years last 2 years before i ported my no.in vodafone and till i am on thier network but now i want to port my no. To any other network but i am unable to do it in last six months everytime when i send msg for port code. I
            They reply me that this no. Is allocated for internal purposes.
            As for your information this no. 1st time i bought from idea store in 2009 then i use it 4 years then port it to in aircel and thereafter 1 year i port it to in vodafone.
            But now i am unable to port because of vodafone.
            I want to resolve this for that i have called on thier customer care but they said contact headoffice when i came to their headoffice they tell me same that i have mentioned above that this no. Is allocated for internal purposes.
            Please help me to fight with this problem..

              I had recharge 1 hour internet pack at 19:45 to 20:45 but you cut my total 170 rupees balance and also data pack end at 20:15.
              Refund my total money 170 + 21 = 191.
              I am disappointed service of vodafone and your 4g speed in delhi/ncr like 2g.
              You are the black spot on the name of 4g you can not provide your customer 4g speed.
              At the end refund my money.

                This complaint is regarding a 4g data card no [protected] which i opted for a plan of 5 gb per month costing around rs 700/-pm.in may 2017 i got a bill stating that my plan has been changed without my consent to 20 gb per month and was asked to pay an additional amount over rs 2000/-. I contacted your panampliiy office and after enquires i was told that this is being rectified and i need to pay only the actual amount around rs. 700/-. For the last four months the same story repeated every time and i was advised by the staff to pay the monthly amount. I was attended by your staff, anumol and riswan. They were very helpful also. This month now i have received a letter stating that i should appear before an advocate on 30th regarding nonpayment. Your letter states that i refused to pay the amount. But if you contact the above mentioned staff they know it was only under their advice i paid the monthly bill. Immediately i contacted your office again and the staff member anumol informed me that my case was put up several times and the person concerned mr bhavish in your office located at aashish building near high court never responded so far even with repeated requests. This is totally unjustified since i have not authorized any one to change my plan. They also told me that this could be a mistake happened through the call centre. Although i am having four vodafone connection in my house i never expected an action totally against natural justice. They also mentioned another name sebin shah who also never responds to customer needs. This is quite unwarranted and shameful to a national organization to have officers with poor customer relations.
                I am a law abiding citizen and i request you to waive the amount billed to me all because of a technical fault from your side. If not please let me know whether i should pay the amount and please discontinue my connection fore with.

                I am by mistake recharge rs 399 for vodafone and request to refund same amount or adjust less than amount from rs 399 but, not both things happen by vodafone so we are highly dissatisfied with vodafone

                    I would like to inform you that, i was called [protected] nodal nodal officers ankit (Mumbai) dated 17.10.2017 time 16:47 to 17:26 betwen not responding satisfaction he was disconnect my no [protected] also blocked this no form [protected] nodal nodal officers why he is doing this my mobile number (Prepaid) is [protected] / [protected] kinldy track my phone records,
                    Kindly look this matter as high priority asap. So plz take a suitable step to vodafone officers otherwise i complained to consumer court... Or we will switch mobile portability to other service provider...

                      My vodafone number got deactivate because i recieved a message from trai that someone has complained that i have messaged or called any dnd number but how do i know that this number is dnd so i request you to please activate my number again it is so important please.                         My phone was lost. Went to vodafone store at vashi on 22/10/2017 to get a new sim with same number.
                        The lady at the counter says that your aadhar is not linked to simcard and since the deadline for linking has passed. You'll have to pay rental for 3 months. I objected by saying that court has put deadline as february, 2018. How can you say deadline has passed on 22nd oct, 2017. She then understood that she is scamming wrong person and hence directed me to another counter, where they processed my request very smoothly.
                        They were tricking me to convert from prepaid to postpaid by lying about court orders.
                        Such cheats!

                            I was using a vodafone number [protected], yesterday i got to know that my said number allotted to someone else. I dont know how is it possible, if i am using that number then how can you allot the same number to other.
                            I have given this number everywhere like banks, institutions etc. This number is so important to me. I dont know what to do now.
                            Can you please help me regarding this.

                              My mother just received bill for sep-oct 2017. Vodafone has charged 1200 for dialing 51717 for speaking for more than 90. Mins.. On top of that they stopped her outgoing facility. I don't know what to do. But i will raise my voice against it. I didn't know about this fraud case. I jst googled by 51717 and automatically find same complains of many people. This is a definitely fraud case.

                                  Rchrg of mrp rs 399 on 19/10/17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 0, gst rs 60.86, accessfee rs 338.14, new bal rs 0. Transid onr[protected]..
                                  Above message i have received after recharging of ₹ 399 which was wrong recharge amount instead of that i want recharge of 348. So please give me return my wrong recharge amount because i didn't get any benefits also of my recharge.

                                      18th october, around 2.30pm, i took new 4g sim to replace my old 3g sim. Store girl registered a sim and then when i tried to open the pack it was empty. She gave me a new pack and said it will be active in next 30 mins.
                                      I chatted with vodafone care and i was informed that the active sim number does not match with mine. The new sim registration is not processed correctly.
                                      Its been 3 days now and i am still waiting.
                                      Also activated a sim which is not with me causing a security breach. What if someone misused it?
                                      Started on wednesday, today on saturday i received an email that they need 2 more working days to resolve.

                                        The cheap ad that vodafone plays before the caller tune starts totally ruined the purpose. They are charging money and doing their own marketing... Horrible. These companies have so cheap mindset of fooling their customers. I am paying for caller tune service. I dont want my callers to hear vodafone marketing ads instead of the songs. Please help poor customers...
