18th october, around 2.30pm, i took new 4g sim to replace my old 3g sim. Store girl registered a sim and then when i tried to open the pack it was empty. She gave me a new pack and said it will be active in next 30 mins.
I chatted with vodafone care and i was informed that the active sim number does not match with mine. The new sim registration is not processed correctly.
Its been 3 days now and i am still waiting.
Also activated a sim which is not with me causing a security breach. What if someone misused it?
Started on wednesday, today on saturday i received an email that they need 2 more working days to resolve.

    The cheap ad that vodafone plays before the caller tune starts totally ruined the purpose. They are charging money and doing their own marketing... Horrible. These companies have so cheap mindset of fooling their customers. I am paying for caller tune service. I dont want my callers to hear vodafone marketing ads instead of the songs. Please help poor customers...

    The ad "gana copy karne ke liye * dabayen, shulk laboo". Still keeps onplaying before the caller tune. Horrible this feels. Gave a call but did not help. Customer care exec Bapon Karmakar

    Want to update that customer care has helped. The caller tune is now free from the AD. Thank you Bapon. This can be marked resolved for now. I hope the ad does not reappear after a few months.

      I'm really struggling to get my post paid no to prepaid no, but no help from customer helpdesk or corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com.

      They are just hararssing me stating with no definite solution;

      I have gone to one of the vodafone store in karnal, the representative told, i can email @ corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com with soft copy of my aadhar card and local reference no. As i dont have local address proof, however the customer care team is asking me to visit vodafone store with valid id and address proof details.

      They are not helping me with either vodafone store near my address (I. E sector 57, gurgaon-122011), nor providing any solution.

        I have got verbally abused at below vodafone gallery when i went there for linking my aadhar card.

        Shop 9, surabhi enterprises, brindaban, mahakali caves road, poonam nagar, andheri (East), mumbai -400093
        Contact person: sameer

        I went there since i got assurance from vodafone nodal officer that the request will be served properly but shocked to see such behavior at vodafone store.

        Now i have no option left but to port my number to some subscriber who treats their customer with some respect & atleast don't abuse them.

        So i wanted the claim the full refund of my vodafone number which is around 200 since

                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                    I am a prepaid user of vodafone india. As i was recently out of balance, i received several sms regarding vodafone prepaid recharge. One of them read
                    "56 gb internet + unlimited call from vodafone. Recharge with rs 352 to get unlimited call + 1gb/day 4g/3g for 56 days. Daily 250 min, weekly 1000 min cap." so today i went on to make an online recharge for the same at www.vodafone.in for my mobile number [protected] which comes in ncr. First when i entered the amount rs 352 in the prepaid option it changed by default to rs. 365 which i proceded to pay for. When i got the confirmation regarding the same it said "your 3072 mb data pack is valid till 16/11/2017". Now when i went for a full talktime why am i made to pay for a data pack? Please i want my money back. This is the second time vodafone has done this. Earlier they made me pay rs.499 in the month of may when too they gave me not talktime but data pack. I even tried to deactivate the data pack hoping to get a refund. Kindly help with the issue and make them refund the entire amount to my balance.

                      I have been charged inr 150 every month for the 'top doctors online' pack, which is not even useful for me in any way, and although i got my refund for the present month i. E., inr 150, that too after a stern discussion with the vodafone executive, a total of inr 535 (Inr 150 in june + inr 75 in july + inr 5 in july + inr 5 in july + inr 150 in august + inr 150 in september) has been deducted from my balance.

                      The executive told me that my flash-notifications were turned off (I don't know why i'm still receiving them), so how is it possible that i activated the pack with my own will?

                      I am a 22 year old guy with a perfectly sound health, and am not in the medicine - related profession. So i don't understand vodafone's logic of providing me that paid service. I have not even used that service yet, and don't know what the service is.

                      This is a big breach of compliance from vodafone, and i want my money back.

                        Internet connectivity at my residence remains very poor or nil at all.
                        So I have switched to some other service provider. Any how I want to disconnect this no.

                          I saw 342 offer by dailing *111*1*1# today morning and recharged for the same amount. But instead of the 56gb for 56 days pack being activated it got credited as normal balance of 291 odd rupees. Tried calling customer care but the call goes into a loop.in th afternoon wen j checked *111*1*1# the plans have changed. Kindly revert back 342 for misleading me to recharge for 342.

                            Sir i have ported the sim from rajsthan to himachal pradesh. The portability in actually sense came into effect from[protected]. One of foremost cause which led me to complaint on this forum is that instead of repetitive request vodafone was not able to clear my text message issue. I felt totally subdued when all this drama continued till now and might be forever. I m using [protected] as my number in himachal pradesh on vodafone network. The only good reason i felt to port it to vodafone is their good services in himchal but seeing the response of vodafone team i m guilty of being in this network. As i m business man you can link up the importance of text messages for me. I called around 20 times to customer care and mailed around 10 times from my mail id lucky. [protected]@gmail.com but the only i got is bad experience with vodafone. Still i know you are good company but some of your subordinates are tarnishing your image of good caring for customers. Please do the needful in this regard and let my messages continue without any further communication. I have tried everything from changinf handset to configuring call centre number but the problem still persists

                              Vodafone, without my knowledge has cut 5 rupees, told me to call me at the office, you did an international massage, i could not understand that my phone is automatic, when the international message goes away, in this way vodafone has already cut me the money.
                              If i continue this way, i have to go to another service provider. Within 24 hours, a vodafone representative will be forced to change the service without calling me.

                                I am getting spam calls from mobile number [protected] and [protected]. When i take the call he don't say anything, and keeps silent. After that i search this mobile numbers details on truecaller and it shows these are spam numbers. I want to register a complaint for these mobile numbers as i am continuously recieving silent calls from these mobile numbers after 2 to 3 hours. Thismy first complaint so if i did any mistakes to write a complaint then forget it.

                                    We are using leased line 10mbps speed, we already mailed to disconnect the line asap due to mentioned that bussiness gone down, but still they are not doing any reponse from them, i called him and asked him to terminate the connection immediatly, but still they not do anything.                                       I obtained one sim (Free issue) on 16 oct from vodafone store at ghode vala chauraha circle, near vallabh nagar, kota rajasthan. The sim was issued on my name mr dinesh kumar shringi, after furnishing necessary documents and formality and as per instruction i got it activated on 16 itself. On 17 oct, i recharged the sim by paying 100 rs and i made two-three calls also. On 19 oct, the sim got invalid. Customer care replied that they do not know the reason why it got deactivated. Please go and enquire from vodafone store from where you obtained the sim. At 1330 on 19 oct, i rushed to vodafone store to rectify the problem, the employees one lady (Muslim), and male refused to entertain saying the system is not working so they cannot do any thing and asked me to come next day. Again when i called customer care he replied that vodafone staff is working till 15:00 hrs and staff cannot refuse to hear your complaint. Dear sir, i moved from bsnl to vodafone to get good services and not harrashment and rude behaviour of your staff at vodafone store. The number which i obtained is [protected].

                                      Summery of complaints;

                                      1. Cheating by vodafone store.
                                      2. Misbehavior by vodfone staff (Present at that time)
                                      3. Mental harassment.
                                      4 loss of money (I had to visit vodafone store about 50 km twice to attend my complaint)
