Sir i have ported the sim from rajsthan to himachal pradesh. The portability in actually sense came into effect from[protected]. One of foremost cause which led me to complaint on this forum is that instead of repetitive request vodafone was not able to clear my text message issue. I felt totally subdued when all this drama continued till now and might be forever. I m using [protected] as my number in himachal pradesh on vodafone network. The only good reason i felt to port it to vodafone is their good services in himchal but seeing the response of vodafone team i m guilty of being in this network. As i m business man you can link up the importance of text messages for me. I called around 20 times to customer care and mailed around 10 times from my mail id lucky. [protected]@gmail.com but the only i got is bad experience with vodafone. Still i know you are good company but some of your subordinates are tarnishing your image of good caring for customers. Please do the needful in this regard and let my messages continue without any further communication. I have tried everything from changinf handset to configuring call centre number but the problem still persists

    Vodafone, without my knowledge has cut 5 rupees, told me to call me at the office, you did an international massage, i could not understand that my phone is automatic, when the international message goes away, in this way vodafone has already cut me the money.
    If i continue this way, i have to go to another service provider. Within 24 hours, a vodafone representative will be forced to change the service without calling me.

      I am getting spam calls from mobile number [protected] and [protected]. When i take the call he don't say anything, and keeps silent. After that i search this mobile numbers details on truecaller and it shows these are spam numbers. I want to register a complaint for these mobile numbers as i am continuously recieving silent calls from these mobile numbers after 2 to 3 hours. Thismy first complaint so if i did any mistakes to write a complaint then forget it.

        I did replace sim from vodafone store sector 50 noida one month back against my no [protected] as the old sim got damaged but despite visiting the store 5 times the sim is still not working.           Dear sir/madam,
          We are using leased line 10mbps speed, we already mailed to disconnect the line asap due to mentioned that bussiness gone down, but still they are not doing any reponse from them, i called him and asked him to terminate the connection immediatly, but still they not do anything. Kindly consider the mail as compliant.

            I obtained one sim (Free issue) on 16 oct from vodafone store at ghode vala chauraha circle, near vallabh nagar, kota rajasthan. The sim was issued on my name mr dinesh kumar shringi, after furnishing necessary documents and formality and as per instruction i got it activated on 16 itself. On 17 oct, i recharged the sim by paying 100 rs and i made two-three calls also. On 19 oct, the sim got invalid. Customer care replied that they do not know the reason why it got deactivated. Please go and enquire from vodafone store from where you obtained the sim. At 1330 on 19 oct, i rushed to vodafone store to rectify the problem, the employees one lady (Muslim), and male refused to entertain saying the system is not working so they cannot do any thing and asked me to come next day. Again when i called customer care he replied that vodafone staff is working till 15:00 hrs and staff cannot refuse to hear your complaint. Dear sir, i moved from bsnl to vodafone to get good services and not harrashment and rude behaviour of your staff at vodafone store. The number which i obtained is [protected].

            Summery of complaints;

            1. Cheating by vodafone store.
            2. Misbehavior by vodfone staff (Present at that time)
            3. Mental harassment.
            4 loss of money (I had to visit vodafone store about 50 km twice to attend my complaint)

                pre call announcement

                This is beyond annoying, there are ads before every outgoing call now. In case of emergency it's really hard to get to someone fast enough because of the stupid pre call announcements.
                I called Vodafone CUSTOMER CARE asking them to remove it. But they said it's not possible as TRAI made it mandatory for every operator. This ### should be illegal, if you wanna advertise you can do so through messages but before every call is...

                After calling vodafone customer care 4 times since yesterday and all of them said just 3 hours and it'll be ok but so far still facing the same problem. It's been 12 hours since i called them but no positive response by them so far. I tried everything but all in vain. I even checked message center number of vodafone. Why they give false assurance of checking and lodging complaint?
                I'm highly disappointed with such a poor service given by vodafone.

                  I have port my airtel number in sept '17 in to vodafone. I have got red 399 plan with unlimited calls and 3gb per month, no sms services. But actually i have to get the 1gb data and sms facility and unlimited calling as per the sales representative of vodefone, but actually not getting. I have contacted sales person many time and he agree that wrong plan assigned on my number and it will be corrected soon but till now after 1 month passed away not getting solution and any positive response received from vodafone.

                  Looking for solution.

                      My number is continuously being charged on daily and weekly basis for vakue added service though none of them are activated by me. The customer care executive first assure to refund the balance on calling them. But no balance is refunded, on again calling them they refuse to return balance. This has been going on for quite a while now. So, i was plannning to port out from vodafone services to some other operater but to do so i am not able to send port message from my number and no care executive is available to take the call too. I guess they have intentionally blocked the port message on my number and not providing me the option to speak to customer care executive too. All other messages are successfully delivering though. Only problem is with this port message which they have blocked. Please take suitable action. Number is[protected].

                        Myself chandrashekhar shedge using vodafone no. Is [protected] a postpaid connection back two year.
                        In month of may i have requested for to stop the roaming charges which i had paid two years, and for that i visited vodafone store to change the location or circle which can get benefits against roaming charges.
                        That time the porting department has requested me not to port and they will reveal me the maximum amount of rupees 500 and from next bill they will not add any roaming charges.
                        Then also the months of june and july the provide me the bill including roaming charges. Which i had paid. And requested them to close the account of this no.
                        Three month continue requesting for closing the account of this no. Then also they are providing the bill which u have not use.
                        And already i have paid the two month payment without using any service of this no.
                        So kindly requesting to close the account of this no.

                          I was doing a recharge of 10 rs from paytm and it was somehow became of 1097 rs. When i called to vodafone customer care they were giving ugly excuses. One is saying that the amount is big thats why it will not refund back and other is saying that online recharge are nit refunded or converted they had given me 5gb data for
                          28 days costing 1097 rs which is of no use for me. So i want that either they refund my money back or they convert thus net recharge to main balance.

                            According to 347₹ recharge 28 days plan, which i recharged for day before yesterday, 1gb per day data, unlimited local and landline calls had to be activated but i received a message saying the internet data validity has expired and i am no more able to use internet connection.

                            Please look in to the above details, solve it as soon as possible and do the needful.

                              This is a rather shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking all the smses send to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port', an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. You will be able to send sms to all other numbers except 1900...!!! This is seriously a crime breaking rules and regulations of trai

                                Hi,

                                I am currently out of India and using my Vodafone India number to receive OTPs.

                                I've just noticed that my number has been allotted to someone else without my knowledge! I used it on 11th Sep 2017 last time. After that, I tried to top up on 9th Oct 2017 several times and it failed every time!

                                When I was trying to call on this number 3 days back, I was getting message like 'this number is not active due to operational reasons'! Now, when I called yesterday, someone else picked up my call and got to know they just bought this SIM from Vodafone!

                                I am too much tensed as all my confidential information going to this number as it’s my main number registered everywhere, mobile banking, e wallets, income tax.

                                I’d already raised this issue yesterday to vodafone as URGENT, but there is no satisfactory revert yet!

                                I am not able to do any online transactions as all my OTPs going to that number!

                                This is same as hacking my number and it should be considered as crime as per Cyber Laws, as all my confidential information are stolen now!

                                I can't change my number at banks! I want this number back at any cost!

                                Firstly, for whatever reasons they decide to deactivate my number, I should be informed which didn’t happen.

                                My number has been allotted to someone else without my knowledge.

                                I was receiving SMS till 11-Sep. I tried to top-up my number several times on 9-Oct but failed all the times. That’s when I realized something is wrong!

                                I WANT THEM TO STOP THIS NUMBER ASAP AS ALL MY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION INCLUDING BANK OTPs AND MANY MORE STILL GOING TO THIS NUMBER. I AM NOT ABLE TO DO ANY ONLINE TRANSACTION AS I AM NOT GETTING MY OTP. I WANT THIS NUMBER BACK ASAP!

                                  My vodafone no is [protected]. It was working properly but sudden it's service stop and i'm unable to make calls and texts. And i don't know any reason of it. Please resume my service. I'm in very tense. I tried to contact customer care but can't make calls. And please provide some special offers. Respected sir, i will wait eagerly for your reply. Thanks

                                    This is to inform that vodafone is the most fraud telecom provider. My friend was going abroad from india and requested for international roaming which was not activated, he never used the sim for any purposes during his stay for 2 months and they issued a bill of 60, 000 per month for no ligitimate reason. Vodafone stop fooling people like this otherwise this could harm your very existence in india and now they are threatening with court case and all.

                                      My vodafone number [protected] was requested for porting by me as i have very limited connectivity of vodafone services in my area.

                                      My porting request was reject for 4 times saying i have outstanding due amount every time i have requested, i have raised request for porting after talking to customer care people and clearing the outstanding amount requested.

                                      My number is in advance rental plan and below are the details of the amount paid my me with in this month with transaction details. I would like to know the correct escalation point to resolve the issue and over bill demanded from me.

                                      I would like to know the clear details for the amounts requested, i am about to post the same details with in the consumer complaints form and as well as in the social media to reach out to people for the false billing given by the vodafone team.

                                      And the pretty thing is customer care people were not able to say the details of the amounts that were requested and they say they were not allowed to see the details of the billings.

                                      Hope i expect to receive a response before escalating the issue to next level and filing a complaint against vodafone.

                                      Plan was changed to advance rental as said by the executive that bill will be generated upon usage and without single call i am getting bill generated every month so requested for number portability to other provider.

                                      Request customer care people to educate correctly so that customer will not be spending their time turning round and round around vodafone service.

                                      1) bill paid on 30th july 2017 – rs - 292.64/-
                                      2) plan change and amount paid – advance rental plan for 1 year amount paid. On 1st july - rs 673.48/- transaction id-[protected]
                                      3) bill paid on october rs - 115.98/- transaction id-[protected]
                                      4) bill paid on october rs -5 /- transaction id - [protected]
                                      5) bill paid in october 75/- transaction id[protected]
                                      6) bill paid in october 35/- transaction id - [protected]
                                      7) bill paid in october 150/- transaction id - [protected]

                                      In spite of multiple payments i still see outstanding amount of 46 and my porting request was rejected.

                                      Issue was not resolved but they marked it as closed, representative who doesn't know English called me up and spoke in Hindi . Asked him to speak in English he disconnected the call and marked the complaint as closed worst service from Vodafone.
