Hi am vikram from chennai, am using vodafone postpaid connection i have big network issues i gave many complaints regarding this but no response, but they correctly sending my bill i haven't pay past 3bills for that they contact me from some private people and blackmailed me to pay amount or they will know how to collect bill amount and they spoke something rude to my wife. Kindly take action regarding my complaint i have mentioned details below

    Hello i was using the vodafone number ([protected]) since 2011 but unfortunately the number got deactivated and now showing not registered. As due to my work deputation i was out of city and left the phone and after returning i realized the number is deactivated. I am helpless as this is the number provided at banks and also for aadhaar and now i cant update anyone of them as otp is being send to this number and i need to physically visit all of my service provider to get the update.
    If the number as for lifetime then how could you deactivate the number without intimating me.
    Please resolve this asap.

        I have been prepaid customer of vodaphone from 2008. To be complient of aadhar linkage requirement, i took appointment in local office. I took token in their office and waited. As per the process, i received an otp from vodophone for linking my mobile with aadhar number. When i submitted my aadhar number, computer system found that there was a mismatch in the address which is on the aadhar card and in their system. Software they were using did not allow adhar linkage to happen.

        So i was told to go for post paid connection for 4 months which starts from 300 per month, so that they can accept my address as in aadhar instead of old old one along with a fee deposit of 500 rs. I think it is insane of mine to accept that offer because my monthly bill is only around 100rs. Representative rejected my application to link my telephone number with my aadhar no because of mismatch of address.

        I am sure govt wants to improve security of our nation by this exercise, but corporates like vodafone use this opportunity to loot people in the name of aadhar linkage.

        What a shame.

          My mobile no is [protected].
          I am using this no at okha pin code 361350.
          I have made no of complaint to cc of vodafone regarding very poor network in even 2g and call drop. I have to run outdoors from indoor in fear of connection being cut or call drop. My issue is not resolved and on date 16.10.2017 i talk to mr bhagirath at about 3 pm and he was also not able to resolve my issue and he bluntly told me that they can't to much in this poor network issue. I suggest to go through the conversation i had with nodel desk and consider my issue to resolve poor 2g network.
          This issue i am facing since 2014.

          After lodging this complaint I received call from mob no [protected] and said me that he was calling from Vodafone and he will resolve my complaint if I give him my aadhar card no.As I said no one can ask me my adhar no he cut the conversation.

            I recharged my mobile number:[protected] through state bank reward points amount 500/- on 11/10/2017. Since then my no is being charged for in coming calls. I contacted to customer care executive, but he is unable to solve my problem. Request to look into this matter earliest. I tried my level best to convince your executive for the said reason but all my efforts were in vain.

              I was having vodafone 1299 plan but after speaking to the customer service of which i have proof and got my plan chnaged to 699plan and canceled the red family plan but last month they generated my bill on 1299 again which is just not don.
              We went to the store at sarat bose road kolkata, but the store manager was pathetic.
              I dont mind paying but please sort my bill first.

                I may arrive for asgar linking they try to give me a new card instead of linking with my old sim card while other providers registered normally without such condition as i used your services from past 12 years on same number so how your staff behave with me like this.. Kindly contact with me as well they waste my lot of time while i wait for my turn..

                  I’m a customer of airtel for better services i switch to voadafone. And after port i made frc rs 449 for plan 1gb per day and ul calls for 84 days for my iphone 6. But after recharge there is only 2 gb data is credited and there is no calls moreover it is only for 35 days.
                  I think vodafone is worst. I’m accounts manager at mnc my company is currently using airtel and i thought i’ll give suggestions to company to switch it to vodafone but now i’ll twll them about the welcome that vodafon gives me. Vodafone provide me 2gb data for 35 days at rs 449.00 while i’m using iphone6...
                  I don’t understand that whether i’m on right way or not but surely its not fair. After many calls to your customer care representative but no satisfaction level achieved.

Why is it that everytime i have to do only etop or online recharge in order to activate any of your special pack when there is sufficient amount of core balance in my account.                         I have opt rs 348 plan for mobile number -[protected]. I have made payment for it by debitcard ophpg 780475mobikwik gurgaon. Transaction id-55b92f7459e2d. My problem is when i call some one i surpriced to hear a voice that there is no balance. Look in to the matter atonce.in this regard it is to inform you that i have contacted to vodaphone and they have directed to contact youas you have not transfer the payment.

                          This is hrishikesh patil, i have two sim cards [protected]/[protected]. I have been using these two no. From last 6 years. This two cards were on nikhil shelar's name so i wanted to convert the same on my name and also wanted to change it to prepaid for which i went to kharghar vodafone store where i was convinced by a female executive (Ms. Urvashi) for not changing the no's into prepaid & offered a very nice and affordable plan of rs.199 rental, which will give me 1gb data, 1000 local minutes free & 100 sms free. Hence i liked the plan & signed on the form for change of plan which was supposed to be filled by her with the right information given as per the plan offered. I am a 6 year old vodafone customer & was very happy with the services given till date, the only concern of changing the plan was high billing due to data usage charges which was also taken care by giving the said plan.

                          Eventually when the card got activated i got a wrong plan naming red4buisness_349rental that has unlimited talk time (Local & std), 3000 sms free, free internet only100 mb (3g) data.
                          I did not expect this kind of lie business done by the vodafone executive, where they give wrong plan to the customer by offering something else. This has made me really upset as i had already confirmed with the executive for the plan that was explained by her.

                          Since the goo[censored]p has been done by your side, i will not be liable to pay the charges that will be applied after the activation of the said wrong plan on both the mentioned nos.

                          Still i request you to rectify the mistake by giving the offered plan (Rs.199 rental, of 1gb data, 1000 local minutes free & 100 sms free) asap, if not i would not take much time to change it to prepaid and further port the card to a better service provider.

                              Hello sir,
                              I am vikas. I am very disappointed by vodafone customer care service.
                              @1.38pm on 7th october i call your customer care number on 198 for ask any best offer on my vodafone number [protected] the agent who received my call he told me that i will get 300mins and 1gb data every day till 56 days on recharge of 352. I repeated atlease 4-5 time that are you sure i will get 300min and 1 gb data every day he told me yes every time. Then i cut the fon and recharged my number [protected] by 352. But after that i got talk time on my number rather than 300min and 1 gb data offer.
                              For this wrong information i again call customer care for complain but sr. Exicutive mr abhimanyu kumar yadav clearly denied about my talking with agent before some time, also mr abhimanyu told me that they have not any log of my conversation with agent. I am very disappointed by vodafone's lier and fool agents. They totally waisting my time and money. I am attaching snap of my calling 1st call @1:38 when agent gave me wrong information about offer here around 5 minutes of conversation (That is denied by sr executive - abhimanyu) and 2nd call @1:55 when mr abhimanyu talked with me. Sir please check snapshot as evidence and i want that you have to take strictly action on first agent who gave me wrong information and on mr abhimanyu who tried to make me fool and denied about my first conversation also i want my 352 rs in my account because they gave me wrong information and anyhow i will not accept it i want my money back in my accounts.

                              Sir i requesting you please take strictly action on both agent so they not try to make any customer fool in future.

                                I visited 3 times to noida center to change plan of 3 phone nos from post to pre paid, on 07.10.17 there foolish representative shamsher & ashish of center issue wrong sim for all nos cause till date i am facing lots of trouble to receive and make calls. There is always high bill received and paid the same, last bill hard copy to pay cause late fee also paid, for hard copy also requested so many times but situation is remain same.13.10.17 and today also we requested in punjabi bagh center. Lets see what service they provided. Lots of trouble facing not an single mail and calls received to resolve. Horrible service. I am not interested to continue with vodafone.

                                  Sir, I bought 4g sim in Rajasthan. And now I am in Jharkhand(827013) where 4g network is available. But I am just getting 2g network and only able to use 2g data.I have done preferred network in auto mode.
                                  But still Why I am not getting 3g/4g network ?

                                    I surendra kumar tiwari the authorization signatory of m/s s. K. Tractors (Name of the body corporate etc.), hereby authorize the porting out of the following mobile numbers, allotted to m/s anand motors (Name of the body corporate etc. From m/s vodafone (Name of the donor operator) to m/s bharti airtel ltd (Name of the recipient operator) in faizabad (Name of the service area).

                                    Please help and resolve, we have requesting ported out vodafone to bharti airtel ltd., i have already clear all outstanding amount of vodafone, but they have rejected under "authorisation letter issue" so please resolve this issue. We have again applying porting out to vodafone. Kindly escalate this to higher authority
                                    Of vodafone officer so that this time easily ported out all numbers in airtel.

                                    I have attached authorized letter please find.

                                      Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [[protected]] and i had done a recharge of rs.29 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs 29.0 on 15-oct-17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs0.57, gst rs 4.42, accessfee rs 24.01, new bal rs 0. Transid oa [protected] dial *111# for a/c info.." now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the gst of rs.4.42, why was additional amount of rs.24.01 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.0.57 as talktime for the recharge of rs.29ftt..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same
