Hi,
This is regards to my vodafone mobile number [protected]. I currently use this contact from past more than 5 months and i continuously face recharge issue. Why is it that everytime i have to do only etop or online recharge in order to activate any of your special pack when there is sufficient amount of core balance in my account. The service given by u is pathetic in roaming, constantly i face network issues. And certainly i would like to make u notice of the partiality done to every different no, special offer are given only to special no

    Take care of it. Else change in network is better.

      I have opt rs 348 plan for mobile number -[protected]. I have made payment for it by debitcard ophpg 780475mobikwik gurgaon. Transaction id-55b92f7459e2d. My problem is when i call some one i surpriced to hear a voice that there is no balance. Look in to the matter atonce.in this regard it is to inform you that i have contacted to vodaphone and they have directed to contact youas you have not transfer the payment.

        This is hrishikesh patil, i have two sim cards [protected]/[protected]. I have been using these two no. From last 6 years. This two cards were on nikhil shelar's name so i wanted to convert the same on my name and also wanted to change it to prepaid for which i went to kharghar vodafone store where i was convinced by a female executive (Ms. Urvashi) for not changing the no's into prepaid & offered a very nice and affordable plan of rs.199 rental, which will give me 1gb data, 1000 local minutes free & 100 sms free. Hence i liked the plan & signed on the form for change of plan which was supposed to be filled by her with the right information given as per the plan offered. I am a 6 year old vodafone customer & was very happy with the services given till date, the only concern of changing the plan was high billing due to data usage charges which was also taken care by giving the said plan.

        Eventually when the card got activated i got a wrong plan naming red4buisness_349rental that has unlimited talk time (Local & std), 3000 sms free, free internet only100 mb (3g) data.
        I did not expect this kind of lie business done by the vodafone executive, where they give wrong plan to the customer by offering something else. This has made me really upset as i had already confirmed with the executive for the plan that was explained by her.

        Since the goo[censored]p has been done by your side, i will not be liable to pay the charges that will be applied after the activation of the said wrong plan on both the mentioned nos.

        Still i request you to rectify the mistake by giving the offered plan (Rs.199 rental, of 1gb data, 1000 local minutes free & 100 sms free) asap, if not i would not take much time to change it to prepaid and further port the card to a better service provider.

            Hello sir,
            I am vikas. I am very disappointed by vodafone customer care service.
            @1.38pm on 7th october i call your customer care number on 198 for ask any best offer on my vodafone number [protected] the agent who received my call he told me that i will get 300mins and 1gb data every day till 56 days on recharge of 352. I repeated atlease 4-5 time that are you sure i will get 300min and 1 gb data every day he told me yes every time. Then i cut the fon and recharged my number [protected] by 352. But after that i got talk time on my number rather than 300min and 1 gb data offer.
            For this wrong information i again call customer care for complain but sr. Exicutive mr abhimanyu kumar yadav clearly denied about my talking with agent before some time, also mr abhimanyu told me that they have not any log of my conversation with agent. I am very disappointed by vodafone's lier and fool agents. They totally waisting my time and money. I am attaching snap of my calling 1st call @1:38 when agent gave me wrong information about offer here around 5 minutes of conversation (That is denied by sr executive - abhimanyu) and 2nd call @1:55 when mr abhimanyu talked with me. Sir please check snapshot as evidence and i want that you have to take strictly action on first agent who gave me wrong information and on mr abhimanyu who tried to make me fool and denied about my first conversation also i want my 352 rs in my account because they gave me wrong information and anyhow i will not accept it i want my money back in my accounts.

            Sir i requesting you please take strictly action on both agent so they not try to make any customer fool in future.

              I visited 3 times to noida center to change plan of 3 phone nos from post to pre paid, on 07.10.17 there foolish representative shamsher & ashish of center issue wrong sim for all nos cause till date i am facing lots of trouble to receive and make calls. There is always high bill received and paid the same, last bill hard copy to pay cause late fee also paid, for hard copy also requested so many times but situation is remain same.13.10.17 and today also we requested in punjabi bagh center. Lets see what service they provided. Lots of trouble facing not an single mail and calls received to resolve. Horrible service. I am not interested to continue with vodafone.

                Sir, I bought 4g sim in Rajasthan. And now I am in Jharkhand(827013) where 4g network is available. But I am just getting 2g network and only able to use 2g data.I have done preferred network in auto mode.
                But still Why I am not getting 3g/4g network ?

Tractors (Name of the body corporate etc.), hereby authorize the porting out of the following mobile numbers, allotted to m/s anand motors (Name of the body corporate etc. From m/s vodafone (Name of the donor operator) to m/s bharti airtel ltd (Name of the recipient operator) in faizabad (Name of the service area).

                  Please help and resolve, we have requesting ported out vodafone to bharti airtel ltd., i have already clear all outstanding amount of vodafone, but they have rejected under "authorisation letter issue" so please resolve this issue. We have again applying porting out to vodafone. Kindly escalate this to higher authority
                  Of vodafone officer so that this time easily ported out all numbers in airtel.

                    Myself vodafone customer, contact no. [[protected]] and i had done a recharge of rs.29 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs 29.0 on 15-oct-17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs0.57, gst rs 4.42, accessfee rs 24.01, new bal rs 0. Transid oa [protected] dial *111# for a/c info.." now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the gst of rs.4.42, why was additional amount of rs.24.01 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.0.57 as talktime for the recharge of rs.29ftt..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. I have visited vodafone showroom at chennai maraimalanagar for my sim postpaid to prepaid on 7th oct 2017 they collected all the documents and i have cleared all the dues. And they asked me pay first recharge 550rs for prepaid sim. I paid and they told within 5days your sim will get migrated. Till today they didn’t respond for my request. I have compalained to vodafone customer care on 12th oct 2017. They took complaint and they told with 2days your issue get resolved. For this also they didn’t even responded simply closed the request without informing me after 2days. My sim still not migrated. I don’t know what to do now. Here i am attaching sim card no of prepaid sim. Such a very bad and poor response from vodafone team. Please take a complaint and support me.

                          This kind of workers are working in india most of the companies having the same issue with this kind of workers. That’s why companies are not growing in india. With this culture only india is not growing.

                            Sir, my bill was pending with the compamy .a person from the collection team on tge behalf of company misbehaved with my family members he threated the ladies which were in my house . I made him payment with the cheque.all the payment has been made nd he commited thet ur number will be activated after few hours.but after 2 days when i contacted him he again misbehaved with me on phone and talked in abusive words.

                              Hi, my number is [protected] and i called up the vodafone customer care number 199 on 12th oct 2017 to get information on a recharge that allows calls @ 1p/sec. The executive told me to do a recharge of 56 rs, which i did. My account was deducted with rs 56 but my call charges remained the same. I also informed the executive that earlier i did a recharge of rs 41 which gave me the benefit of calling @1p/sec but he specifically told me to do a recharge of 56 and also told me that rs41 recharge does not exist anymore. I have been tricked and i am extremely disappointed. Since then i have been calling your customer care number but no body helps.

                                वोडाफोन का नेटवर्किंग हमारे आवासीय क्षेत्र में काफी दिनों से ऑंख मिचौली खेल रहा है कभी पूरा नेटवर्क गायब होकर No Service इंगित करता है और कभी Emergency Call इंगित करता है ।कस्टमर केयर सेंटर पर कम्प्यूटर काल फारवर्ड के बजाय लाइन ही काट देता है । वोडाफोन लुभावने योजनाओं के तहत जनता की जेब पर अर्थप्रहार कर रहा है ।
                                उक्त समस्याओं का समाधान त्वरित आवश्यक है तथा वोडाफोन को भी इस तरह की समस्या के निराकरण हेतु अग्रणी भूमिका अदा करने की जरूरत है ।

                                        I am santanu banerjee, from noida. I have recharged a mobile no. [protected] with rs. 5000 from my bank account, which was previously my father's however now belongs to another person in west bengal. I have recharge the above mention number on 11/10/2017 with rs. 5000 incorrectly. Then and there i have called to my bank to reverse the amount. But unfortunately they are unable to do that. The bank person told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, as i told them that this number of my father may be deactivated due to not usage. I have waited for 24 hours but the money was not reversed. So i called on the number [protected] and the other person picked up the phone and confirmed me that the mention number belongs to him and it was recharged with a very huge amount and the mobile balance is showing rs. 4200. I tried to convince him to pay the money back. But he completely denied as he was too poor to pay the money back in cash or in bank account. He agreed for the reversal of money recharged if the money will be revoked by the vodafone service providers from his mobile balance. Then i called the vodafone customer care in west bengal to resolve the matter and they have completely denied to help. I have tried to call the vodafone mumbai head office twice and they pick up my phone and cut it without saying a word. I have tried the vodafone reversal format and tried to transfer the money back to my mobile number. But it was showing wrong input. I have tried the below format: transfer wrong recharge amount from wrong number to correct number:
                                        Send sms – wrr (Wrong number) (Transaction id) (Amont) (Correct number) to 54045/144/198/199. I have tried to mark a complaint to the vodafone complaint only number which is 199/ 198. They put my call in hold for 15 minutes and not answered. I have made the transaction from my bank account and i have the bank statement for the same. I am complaining against vodafone. Vodafone is such a big company and they are denying to help me out in any manner. They can verify all the information i have given above from my bank account details (Which will be given on request from vodafone authorities) and the given number and can pay me back the amount which i have recharge to the number [protected]. If they are unable to do the same then i have to file a legal complane against vodafone in consumer court. I am also a customer of vodafone. Please let me know what should be done.
