I want the benefit of 1gb/3g data/day for 56 days on recharge of 354 rupees. As i'm a student so i can't spend 354 rupees every 28 days after. I have appealed for this service before 2 days. But no response i have got. Today (13 oct, 17) i have appealed for the same issue but they are showing me silly reasons. Now it's my humble request to take step against this soon as possible.

      I submitted my documents at vodafone store (For porting from postpaid to prepaid) in okhla industrial area phase ii around the end of september (28th i think). I was told that since i had bills pending i'll have to wait till the 6th of october (My billing cycle starts this day) and once my bills had been cleared/paid. I gave them all the necessary documents and info and was given a prepaid sim from their side. I paid my bill on the 7th of october and have been waiting since then for the prepaid sim to get activated ever since (Almost a week now).
      I have been told by multiple agents from vodafone that it takes 48 hours and it will surely be done this time.
      I have also been assigned a couple of complaint numbers which i use to contact the agents but it's not helping as i am only getting false promises, like, it will surely be done this time, from their side.

        For the past few months, every few days a value added service is added to the number without authorization. I need to keep calling in to say i do not need any vas but it keeps happening again. If i call to deactivate the vas, the balance that has been deducted does not get reimbursed as well. I've never had any issues with vodafone in the past but this harassment needs to stop.

          According to company if you buy a red plan in postpaid it will cover your phone from physical theft and liquid damage. i have reported an issue 5 days before. but all they doing is giving a new date and blaming to each other. this is the worst experience with any company

          i suggest everyone who is reading article do not buy any insurance from Vodafone company because the time when you need them they will make you stupid nothing else.

            Sir i have recharge in my phone with RC 249 at 10/10/2017.i got a massage after recharge this is the wrong recharge.and after 24 hours my money refund with cuttings.and again recharge 50.now total my balance is 252.today 249 rc is showing in my number.please actvate RC 249.please respond my problem.THANK YOU.

              I am using your vodaphone delhi ncr no [protected] in the name of sanjay kumar saxena from last 5-6 months i am having bill of more than 10, 000/- everytime i am told that i am talking to special numbers. After many complaints i could not get any response. Now iam unable to afford the services so kindly do needful.
              If you can give some discount i will be obliged as i am closing the number. I am using airtel from last 15 years but never got any problem

                Recharged for unlimited callswith rs 299, but on immediate next day i asked customer care executive to deactivate it as rs 299 is not for unlimited calls, at that they said yes. On the same day i recharged for another 295 for unlimted calls. After 4 days i asked executives to add the deactivated amount to main balance, on that day they agreed to refund, also told that i can use it whenever i need. But after 28 days they said money is not in main balance. Unnecessarily 299 is lost. I request please refund the amount from the vodafone.

                  My name is sukesh marla.

                  September 4 i received a call from one person from vodafone about new new plan. Her name was priya and mobile no was [protected].
                  Here is the detail of the plan she shared
                  Monthly rental 349 (Lifetime) (It is actually 399 plan but for idea porting customer 50rs additional discount)
                  Unlimited incoming + outgoing (Lifetime)
                  Free 1gb usage of 4g internet everyday (Lifetime)
                  100 sms every month (Lifetime)

                  I am author + trainer by profession and keep travelling across india so i requested for a plan where unlimited incoming and outgoing will be free across india. She said in that case only plan available is 649.
                  I said, it wont be feasible for me because my current plan is better and able to cater my requirement.

                  I used to like vodafone personally, so if suitable plan was available i would have thought about porting.

                  They called me again few times with same number and few times with another number [protected].
                  They made me talk to one of their senior mr. Roshan as well (Mobile no is [protected]). He said - one patch will be activated from their side which will cost additional 75rs and after that all over india all incoming and outgoing will be free.
                  So monthly rental will become 349+75+tax.

                  I said how should i confirm the same once sim got activated. He said exactly same plan will be shown in myvodafone app and my bill.

                  I said ok.

                  They sent their person to my place. He collected all information. I asked him for plan sheet. Surprisingly that sheet didn't had any such (349) plan. I spoke to roshan again, he said its a special plan. No need to anything worry (Just to note i again repeated the same plan to confirm, including 75rs unlimited all over india outgoing plus incoming).

                  Few days passed, no update on sim activation (Old one was still working). I called them (Roshan - the senior). He said some wrong input was done by the guy who collected information and handed sim card. He asked me to send documents again online. I send him via whatsapp. Again i conirmmed same plan in whatsapp. He said "yes".

                  After few days, sim got activated. First thing i done is downloaded myvodafone app. It was showing very different plan.
                  499 monthly rental
                  5gb monthly internet
                  100 sms
                  I tried to call roshan (Switch off). I called call center. They confirmed the same 499 plan. I asked them about email id where i can raise complaint. They gave it and suggested to talk roshan once before raising the complaint. May be as an executive he may have some special plan. I did the same (Next day). He said, nothing to worry. Plan will be reflected in myvodafone app after 86hour. I said ok.

                  86 hours passed, no update.
                  More time passed no update.
                  I called him again. He said, he checked it and the plan he said is in the place, app is not reflecting it. But final bill show correct plan.
                  He said, his system is reflecting the correct plan. Just app is not getting updated. It will after first bill.
                  I said share the screenshot which is showing correct plan.

                  He said ok and never did, i asked several times. His reply is either he is out or he is busy with something (Month end).
                  As a professional i respected month end load and wait till month end.
                  Octover first week, i asked for screenshot. He said he will do it and havent done anything.

                  Days passed like this. Received bill today. Bill says it is 499. 100 rs discount for only first three months. Shocking.

                  I tried to call roshan - switched off. Called other two number - not reachable.

                  This is the complete story.

                  I was planned following plan
                  Monthly rental 349 (Lifetime)
                  Unlimited incoming + outgoing (Lifetime)
                  Free 1gb usage of 4g internet everyday (Lifetime)
                  100 sms every month (Lifetime)
                  Additional 75rs to unlimited incoming + outgoing free across india
                  But i got some very different plan.

                  Its complete cheating. I called customer care. They took the complaint and asked me to go to vodafone care where i can get different plan (One plan is there of 399 rental with similar feature. Its 399 not 349 which i was promised + for that i have to visit vodafone store for the same + roaming incoming/outgoing is chargeable).

                  Now i am in a position where (As per customer care discussion) i cant port to another provider, i cant convert it to prepaid and i cant even disconnect my number. (Its the company policy)

                  It seems like vodafone company train there people to do such things (Because at the end they have policy which will ultimately trap customers)

                  Its not about wrong infromation here. There are many poor people in india for whom 100rs is too much. Who are not well educated. : (
                  How many such people who have cheated because of such things.

                  Right now the only solution i am interested in either disconnect or convert it to prepaid.

                    Vodafone me mene kai bar complained ki (By phone or visit at vodafone store).
                    Mera issue last march april se chal raha hai. Mene postpaid ke liye 250/-rs. Ka security cheque diya tha. Jo mujhe abhi tak nahi mila. Iske liye m kai bar email likh cuka hun or kai bar phone se or kai bar store visit kar chuka hun. Vodafone se last call mujhe lagbhag 20din pahle hui thi. Jiska aaj tak koi solution nahi hua.

                          Pls stop fooling.. By doing this.. What is the meaning of "re-connection debit".. You are doing now just like unprofessional people doing... Pls inform about what charges need to pay.. I have visited the customer care at hiranandani powai.. Customer executive not informed me about this un-common "re-connection debit" charge... Ever i not seeing in term&condition while accepting any thing..

                            Customer service manager,

                            I got fraud call, on 9/oct/2017, at 12:08 pm, and till 12:38 pm, from vodafone customer mobile :[protected], and mentioned that they are from sbi head office, and need to deposit, my sbi reward points amount, and repeatedely convinced that they are from sbi head office, and took my otp number and fraudelently transfered the amount of 4994 rs, 4994 rs, 4994 rs, 4994 rs and 4998 rs, totalling 24, 974 rs, from my sbi, savings bank account.

                            From vodafone management and leadership, i request to take all steps necessary and reimburse the total amount of 24, 974 rs within one week.

                            If you will not be able take responsibility for this fraud done by your customer, we will have to take to vodafone, headoffice and escalate the matter, and even to ombudsman process.

                            I also request you to highlight it to ceo, of vodafone, provide my reimbursement immediately.

                            If you want me to show the fraudalent transactions, pls let me know, i will send the scan to you. Also i will let you know my sbi account details, where you can reimburse the harrasment and fraud caused by your customer.

                                Vodafone customer care number is not working. When we press 9 after 199 process, it is going back to main menu.

                                They started cheating people. Without any reason, they are deducting main balance.

                                I have 3 monthes unlimited calling pack.but before validity, they are deducting the main balance.

                                  I was resident in mumbai and had a mobile connection from vodafone,
                                  I have since relocated to delhi and changed the connection to delhi circle of vodafone after formalities of porting.
                                  The address of the connection was changed to the delhi address on submission of proof of address (Adhaar card)
                                  On 10th of october i received an email stating that my total deposit was being returned to me
                                  Cheque no —
                                  Dated 10/09/2017 to the mumbai address and if i wanted the delivery address to be changed i shoulkd call the helpline no [protected] and or visit any nearest vodafone store with new address proof,
                                  On 11 th october i called the helpline (10.35 am) one ms sonali was the helpline representative who categorically stated that the cheque can only be sent to the mumbai address and she was not accepting what was communicated to me by the vodafone email.
                                  Today i visited the vodafone store where i had got the connection to delhi circle and the representative there stated that as per his records the address is changed to delhi and he expressed his inability to do anything further.
                                  I am amazed that an international company has such contradictions in their dealings with customers
                                  I made the change in my address while the connection circle changed to delhi,
                                  The refund arises because of this change but the address is not changed for the refund,
                                  The cheque is dated 10/09/2017 and the email intimation is made after one month.
                                  As per the rules the cheque validity is three months out of which one month lost in intimation,
                                  The cheque will be sent to an address where i no longer reside,
                                  The cheque will be returned to vodafone and i do not know what happens next,
                                  Maybe i will get another email intimation after a month and by the time the cheque validity would have expired,
                                  I will have to go thru the process of seeking re validity of the cheque and the process starts denovo,
                                  Vodafone in principle has refunded the advance but the consumer has not got the credit.
                                  Is this the way bureaucracy works in vodafone or is a deliberate strategy to deprive the customer his due,
                                  I have my job to attend to and for how long and how many times will i be able to follow up to obtain my legitimate payment.
                                  After some time i will give up the effort and vodafone gets to use funds not belonging to them,
                                  A simple step of sending the cheque to the new address already in vodafone"s record brings service standards acceptable to the consumer and is that something being asked to difficult to implement,
                                  Can i get an answer?

                                    Vodafone network zero we can't even make calls there is no 2g network only showing emergency calls.Vodafone tower is just 2or3 km away from my village 3D BADI.PLEASE give me a solution or i port my number to another network.

                                      I had opted for a prepaid to post paid migration for my existing vodafone number - [protected]

                                      But never realised this is going to be a big mistake.

                                      I had approached the vodafone store at kharadi, pune for this porting.

                                      The csr was sanjay, who was looking into my case.

                                      Its been 3 days that my number is deactivated. Upon reaching out to the vodafone store, and waiting for hours, i got the response that the verification is not completed, which i had done and can be verified from your records.

                                      When i reached out at the customer care, they said the sim card is not inserted properly, therefore tried it in multiple phones, but still nothing worked.

                                      I had even tweeted regarding this, got a response that your guys will revert still waiting to hear back.

                                      When i had again gone to the vodafone store this morning. The csr sanjay said, this issue is sorted and that sim will be activated in an hour.

                                      But like every time, another false assurance.

                                      Due to such pathetic service of yours, i am not able to do any bank transactions due to otp dependency.

                                      Also, i have no clue how many important calls have i missed.

                                      It has been truly pathetic experience to upgrade to post paid, should have never fallen for your migration offer.

                                      Your customer service is of the lowest standard in industry.

                                      Should have opted for better service providers, i am sure they would be the ones to keep to their words and not leave the customers hanging around.

                                      Let me know if you guys are capable of solving this any how.

                                        I am using vodafone network for the past 6-7 years and was on prepaid plan for the previous 5-51/2 yrs and changed to postpaid after a marketing group visited our office and offered certain plans for govt. Officials. Also i availed one more no. Though i had not opted for any internet plan i was provided internet and charged exorbitantly for it. Then i visited the vodafone store and requested for basic call plan for my 2 nos. And basic net plan for 1 no. They suggested some plan at rs. 249/ - for net plan and rs.99/- for basic call plan and said that i have to pay 249/- plus taxes for 3 months and then it would come to 99/- plus taxes but after 3 months when i visited the store for change in plan they said that the request has been made and will be considered within 3-4 days but nothing happened and next month again i visited the store to set it right. Now suddenly rs. 249/- plan has changed to rs. 499/ and as per store people its 6 months since i am in 249/ plan and hence it has changed to 499/-. I did not get any intimation regarding change of plan and the store people said that these plans are at store level and hence no intimation. When other networks are offering unlimited calls and data pack for rs.250-300/- i am being charged exorbitantly for being with vodafone. It is daylight robbery and the store people are also not approachable in this regard. Should i be visiting the store every month to ensure that i am in the right plan, i am in my limit o[censored]sage and i am not being provided certain facilities with out my knowledge and charged for it citing my ignorance. I feel that i have been cheated royally for being loyal to the network. Plans convenient for the network applies on its own andwe will be billed accordingly while for those convenient for us have to be begged for at the store. Once billed it has to be cleared no matter whatever might be the discrepancy and it can be set right only in the next billing cycle and not in the current or previous bills
