    Following Charges has been charged to my Prepaid phone without authorization or knowledge and has depleted my account balance significantly, it started as soon as I flew outside India for visit:
    17th Oct 2021 - Bcafe Portal - 15 Rs.
    20 Oct, 2021 - mydelights powered deal - 49 Rs.
    23 Oct, 2021 - Telsync Games - 10 Rs.
    24 Oct, 2021 - Handset Inbuilt Games - 25 Rs.
    25 Oct, 2021 - JuiceUp Videos 30 Days - 10 Rs.
    14 Nov, 2021
    - Bigwin Battlefield Games - 49 Rs.
    - Games and Videos - 7 Rs.
    16 Nov, 2021 - mydelights powered deal - 49 Rs.
    19 Nov, 2021 - Sports Pack 15 Days - 75 Rs.
    30 Nov, 2021 - Re.1 Store 7 Days - 25 Rs.

    Total Fraud Charges = 375 Rs.

      I'm vodafone user and due the poor service i want port my sim to airtel. But vodafone not allowing me to send porting message.

        It's a corporate number and we do have a few corporate numbers with Vodafone, I went recently overseas and when I came back this particular number is not working anymore I did send many emails to Vodafone but they keep sending the automatic reply that they will contact me in the next 48 hours but no one contacts me so far its been like more than one month now.
        One person told me this number is maybe port to another person?
        it was a special number how come this is port without my permission?
        we just can't understand what is going on here.
        we need this number it is printed on the business cards of the director of the compnay.

          Vodafone had Deducted money of Rs 25 for some contakt gaming service without my consent. And there is no way for unsubscribing from this service..
          I want to unsubscribe out of this service and my money had to be returned back

            By mistake I transferred Rs. 5, 000.00 to my Vi mobile No. [protected] (Ref. No. ONR[protected]) instead of transferring it to my PayTM account on the same mobile Number on 2nd Nov. 2021. I did not realise this mistake at the time of transferring and even after transfer of funds till I checked my PayTM Account recently. On 22nd November 2021, I visited Vi Customer Care Centre in Dwarka Sector 11, New Delhi with a request to refund the amount. To my utter surprise and disappointment, I was told that It is not possible. I was told that just like after booking an air ticket if you do not travel the money is not refunded. This is unbelievable. How can any one be so stupid to draw a parallel between air ticket and mobile charging.

            On 22nd Nov., 2021, I sent a request to Appellate authority of Vi to refund the amount in question. Through autogenerated mail, I got a response that "we shall get in touch with you within 3 working days". I got a call from Vi reiterating that funds can not be refunded. I refused to accept it and asked
            them to escalate my complaint.

            On 23rd Nov. 2021, I got another mail from Vi Appellate Authority stating that "we are working on your concern and will connect with you within 72 hours". Nothing happened in next 72 hours.

            On 26th Nov., 2021, I got another mail from Vi Appellate Authority stating that "we are working on your concern and will connect with you within 5 working days"

            On 2nd Dec, 2021, I got another mail from Vi Appellate Authority stating that "we are working on your concern and will connect with you within 5 working days".

            Sir, it is obvious that Appellate authority of Vi is wasting my time instead of holding my money without a reason. Sir I request you to kindly get my money refunded and compensate for the harassment that I have suffered on hands of Vi authorities.

            The resolution process is described below: 1. Visited Vi Customer Care Centre in Dwarka Sector 11, New Delhi on 22nd November 2021 for refund. The Centre advised me to contact Vi Appellate Authority. 2 I received al call from +91-11205184500 on 23/11/2021 at 17.44 informing me that money once received can not be refunded. In addition I received the following three e-mails: 1. Mail from [email protected] on Monday 22 Nov 2021, 20:44 (13 days ago) (automated response) 2. Mail from [email protected] on Tue, 23 Nov, 17:48 (12 days ago): Promising that company is working on my concern and will connect with you within 72 hours 3. Mail from [email protected] on Fri, 26 Nov, 17:27 (9 days ago) Promising that company is working on my concern and will connect with you within 5 working days 4. Mail from [email protected] on2 Dec 2021, 18:23 (3 days ago):   Promising that company is working on my concern and will connect with you within 5 working days.             I received al call from Vi Customer Care ([protected]) at 16.29. The Caller was Ms. Kanika Sharma. She asked me to provide her receipt for payment made to Vi. Although VI has already admitted that they have received the payment and II have already provided the required documents. Inspite of this fact, she asked to submit the documents again. I have resubmitted the documents.

            After acknowledging the receipt of documents, VI has once again asked for 72 hours of time for response.

            I believe that Vi is delaying the process of refund. I request you to get my money back with interest.

                Kapurthala Punjab Vodafone Idea number [protected] and more vi number [protected] etc network issue more time 9month .i am daily compaint Vodafone Idea customer care but not solve issue and close the compaint daily so i am very useless internet, calling .

                I upset join this network Vodafone Idea company

                I hope you are solve this problem hardful this company soon possible and all number Vodafone Idea number is working properly network so use internet calling properly thank you

                  I am using Vodafone number for more than the past 5 years and was using the corporate plan on my number with a monthly tariff of Rs. 199.

                  Without any notice and prior consent, my tariff was increased and I was not notified.

                  This unnecessary increase is not at all acceptable.

                  I am not willing to pay for their unfair services hike. Also Vodafone has irresponsible customer care teams who are not able to resolve my problem after two months of rigorous follow-ups.

                          I have accidentally recharged a wrong number([protected]) instead of ([protected])on today 1st Dec 2021 from Amazon pay. I am trying the WRR sms service but it is not working .

                          I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of the same .

                            I haven't activated any games portal in my phone (Mob. No. [protected]). I am being charged for access of Becafe Portal and Handset Inbuilt Games. But, I have not activated any such services. So please deactivate these portals as soon as possible.

                              My recharge amount is deducted for services which I didn't subscribe in vas. Vi chat shows no active vas but regularly amount is being deducted from my account. Contakt gaming services and players club services amount is being deducted please do stop it.

                                I lost my phone so blocked my number. I got a new sim replacement from the vi store, now Vodafone is not activating my sim for more than 10 days. When I visited the Vi store to enquire about non activation of sim, they are forcing me to convert to postpaid in order to get the sim activated and get the kyc done.

                                    I am unable to send porting request from my idea number. The sms keeps failing. I have recharged with extra talktime balance and have sufficient balance but the message keeps on fails. Tried from another phone as well as another sim slot but similar issue. I want to port to other service provider as I don't have proper service from vi.
