    Actually i want to ask for offer otherwise i will change from your network
    So when send port msg not go
    Next call for complaint doesn't work even work but not connect to customer
    Why they create like that
    I never stepdown from this complaint
    I lost patience irritated a lot
    I get a headache

      90 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number without any confirmation, when i called customer care he said i have clicked one of the ads, but i clearly closed the ad with the x button.

      No wap consent gateway confirmation was asked, amount just got deducted just like that.

      How come money can get deducted just by clicking on ads by mistake that come from spam sites.

        I was using [protected] number which i ported from vodafone prepaid (Tn) to vodafone postpaid (Kk) until june. I was in the plan of rs.499.in june 8th, i paid all my dues and made a porting request to airtel on june 8th. But, vodafone network delayed my porting and ported my number on june 26th. They charged me rs.1, 500+ blindly. I receive many torture calls from vodafone to make payment for nothing. I explained my issue to useless customer care people who never understood my query. Now i started getting calls like, if i don't make the payment my number will be barred. I want a relief from this torture.

          Disappointing from the service of vodafone store. This is being informed you that my vodafone no. [protected] has been no network since sunday 8th october 2017. I have the complaint this to nearby vodafone store and they exchange my sim and they told me that within 4 hours your number will be activated. But till monday 9th october 2017 evening number had not been activated.

          Now, today it's the 11th october still my number has not been activated. Nobody in the vodafone store may help to activate my number.in these 4 days, i have around 2 lakh loss due to this not activation my number.

          The complaint against below-mentioned staff and vodafone store for not supporting any help to activate my sim.

          Can you tell me who will bearer this loss? You entire vodafone team have not sincerely work. I don’t think exchange sim activation will take more 4 hours but it’s 4 days. Shamefully response from this store. I have written this mail because the staff of this store is very careless. I request you to please close my number. I have never ever taken service from vodafone. This was the worst experience from vodafone in my life.

            Most pathetic service. Voda has been unable to resolve my voicemail box issue. It says voicemail has bee permanently locked. Call 199. I have called 199 and 98200 repeatedly in the past 5 months and every time the complaint gets closed automatically from the back end - nobody bothers to check whether it has been really resolved or not. Service agents want me to repeat the complaint over and over again and it is very frustrating. Request for someone senior from voda to call falls on deaf ears.

            Frustrated - voda seems to be taking its customers for granted. Only alternative left is to switch service providers.

            Kindly check your tower at puranabazar, bhadrak (odisha) we are suffering in net using since last 4/5 data.Resolve the problem expeditiously. Otherwise we remain bound to walk with another network.

              Balance getting deducted automatically (Vodafone prepaid)- [protected]
              In my vodafone number my balance getting deducted automatically. Something just automatically getting subscribed without my consent and choice. I just really dont know whats happening and the amount got deducted is not small, the deduction was in the range of 1000 rupees. This happened to me more than 10-12 times. There is seriously something wrong with the service provider. I am an old customer of this company. If this continue to happen i really need to sue you guys. Need all my balance back.

                I am using the number +[protected] since 12 years and now when i was out of the country for 2 months and without consent, vodafone gave my number to another guy.
                Now that guy has activated whatsapp and is receiveing my messages with could be misused. I need vodafone to give me my number back.
                My security is at stake
                Clearly its breaching into my personal space.
                This is unacceptable.

                  Since i am using vodafone number for more than 17 years, last one 2 weeks i am facing problem with network like calls are not connected properly, messages not receiving, if i am getting first call after that network is disconnected automatically. I wil not get another call after that 1st calls.in vice versa same scenario for out going calls. I have raised this complaint through customer care as well as walkin to store. Not resolved.

                    I am pranav modi i am a vodafone customer from last 1 year.
                    I was uisng +91-[protected] number from a long time.
                    There was a pending bill of 5000/-
                    A vodafone assistant called and said to pay 2000/- and will start all services on your no.
                    I paid that amount to vikas vodafone assistant
                    +[protected] this is the assistant no.
                    I paid the amount 1-2 days before dusshera but till now he is making excuses.

                    Please try to solve this issue asap

                        Sir, our company dgvcl's cug number [protected] has some technical problem. Earlier only cug number's incoming call were allowed. But since last 4-5 months, all customers can contact this number. This is 66 kv power sub station's number. So due to incoming calls of other than cug numbers, operator gets disturbed and we engineers cannot contact him in some emergency. So you are requested to stop other incoming calls other than cug numbers as soon as possible.

                            I took a plan of 249 on my mobile number [protected] initially 2 mnths were good with the bill amnt reasonable but today they have billed me for 1211 rs stating that i made calls in special number 56789 (For entertainment and by virtue of common sense one must understand there is no need at all to call here and during this time i usually remain in my never ending classes thanks to my ca inter examinations) and 221717 (I dun even know if there is any such number plus the calling time is night 2 am) both the calls are fake please find my call log from any other source apart from there bill since they have deliberately added these two numbers to snatch amnt from me this number is precious to me and i cannot loose it hence i need an urgent action to be taken om this matter and yes these two call amounts to 778 rs apart from my rental which is one third of it 249

                              The sim which was issued to me on the same number after i requested it to block as i lost the sim card. I visited the vodafone store to issue the same number but it hasn't been activated yet even after 2 days time. The number is [protected], punjab number. It is being used in delhi.                               I have visited the vodafone store thrice, i have been told that it will get activated it some but turns out it still not activated. So disappointed with the service of this company.

                                Today i recharged 55 rs as i wanted to make conference calls in vodafone. Already i am in unlimited plan. After recharging that 55 ra has gone to spl account it seems so now i am not able to use that 55 rs. And the customer support people also very worst behaviour no concern about their customer issues. One of the worlds worst company which i have ever seen in my life. I was happy other networks which i have used earlier. Now i am feeling very bad about porting from my previous network to this waste vodafone network. Please don’t prefer vodafone.

                                  From last 3 years all the residents of my society are facing constant network issues. We have tried multiple time to work with vodafone and get this issue resolved. However every time we received a response that it will be fixed in the future and the good days never came in last 3 years. Constant call drops, network issues, no network inside flats.

                                  Few complaint numbers i am providing and i can provide more if required as we have at least 30 - 40 connections in a single building. Most of them are corporate connections. We all have decided to move to a different vendor if it is not resolved at the earliest.

                                      I just did an online top up for full time of 99 rs and I was deducted of all the amount of 81.39rs as well as get 15.10 I have never heard of anything like this before is vodaphone into fleeting money from it's customers based on our limitations my number is [protected]
