Dear sir/madam
I had taken vodafone postpaid connection about jan 2017 and i had given requisition for disconnection on 8th april 2017 having paid all outstanding amount and i have received acknowledgment also from vodafone distributor, naihati where i had submitted requisition for disconnection and outstanding bill. Same day i had thrown the sim.
Now from 3 months vodafone people calling me and stating that please pay outstanding amount rs 1025 rupees. More than 50 times vodafone people called me and i have told full story as i have already paid all the outstanding and given requisition for disconnection. I have met vodafone distributor they advised me as try to ignore phone from vodafone. Then i have sent mail to vodafone customer care more than 5 times and talked to vodafone care and told all the story. They assured me your outstanding amount will be waived immediately and now you will not get any phone from vodafone regarding above issue. But two days begore once again i have received phone regarding outstanding. I am feeling harassment. Please do needful whatever possible.

    I had submitted a request in a vodafone store to deactivate vodafone number [protected] (Post paid) two months back. My bill is still getting generated. I had already paid 1800inr as full and final settlement. This time again i have received a bill of 2100inr. Since i have not paid amount of 2100inr, my outgoing on a different vodafone number ([protected]) is barred.

    I am 65 years old. This is pure harassment. Customer care not helping. Please help in getting the number [protected] deactivated. I cant afford to pay 2100inr again.

        I requested for mnp from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid on 28 sep 2017 with porting upc code vm117363 and i have completed all the documentation necessary with airtel. After one hours i have make extra amount of 250 rs to vodafone for upcoming bill that is in advance payment. Also i have clear the previous outstanding bill amount before mnp request and bill paid on 23rd sep 17.

        But the request has been rejected by vodafone on 04 th oct 2017 with the reason that there is some outstanding bill, in actual bill was cleared before the due date given extra payment also (My vodafone account credited with -250). Again i gave the port request with upc code vm117363 on friday 6th oct 2017. After that, there were no calls or sms from vodafone about the status of mnp.

        I have received only one calls from vodafone (Retain team) i. E on 29 friday oct 2017 saying that, please don’t port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and don’t want to use vodafone any more with strong reason for network issue at my home address but still no action from them (Compliant given many times about network problem, yet no resolution).

        As of now my current outstanding amount is in rs -185, but till now my porting request is under hold from vodafone or in process. I don’t know exact status for that.

        Please note: i have asked customer care (199) to take a compliant, but they did not take any complaint on that for mnp, even vodafone store also rejected to take a complaint against retain team

        So, kindly check the actually status and take appropriate action for that.

        I hope you will understand my problem and give me the correct status for the same.

        No Update on this!!!

        Rejected again with expire of old UPC code.

        I have shared the new UPC code VM187636 for MNP with airtel operator on 10-10-17 and new UPC Code will be expired on[protected]. So request you to please port out my Vodafone number to airtel before expire date o[censored]PC code.
        Also, I have inform Vodafone that there is an excess credit of Rs.485.54 (I have credited 300 more today(12/10/17) on my above mentioned number.

        Raise a Mental harassment case on Vodafone India (Maharashtra).

          Hi,
          On 4th oct i got a fraud call from some woman posing as icici credit card person. This was in the evening between 5-7pm. She took my details very convincingly and fraudly billed me for rs 7456. I am looking for help to trace the number from which the lady called. The call log for that day is not showing on my phone.

          Requesting vodafone team to help me with the voice call log so that i can submit it to the cyber cell team.

            Vodafone network issues started some days before it merged with airtel. First vodafone was giving 25-50 mbps in 4g and now after competing with jio it is giving maximum of 3 mbps. Vodafone was a great brand which has now became the worst brand according to its service which it is giving to its customers. After getting irritated since last six months i talked with an apple customer support team and they confirmed & said me that vodafone is forcefully deducting ₹5 from every iphone india customer. And this deductions is done when a user restarts the iphone or switch on/off imessage or facetime for its activation. Today i was talking with vodafone customer care executive for network issues and unnecessary balance deduction they disconnected the call without solving the issue as they do everytime and from today morning i can't call a single person and not even vodafone customer care and when i call someone it says " you are barred because you have no service ". I don't know when this # problem will get solved.

            Below i have many proofs and some i given below.

              International roaming has been activated and 99rs deducted from my prepaid balance without me requesting. My number is [protected]. Please put back the money to my balance. This is such an injustice. I would like this the 99rs to be credited asap or else i am planning to dump this connection and move to something better. Please do the needful asap.

                I am getting constant sms alert that my sim will get expire dating 10th oct, visit vodafone store or near by retailer for upgrading your 3g sim to 4g free.

                My question is what if i dont want 4g service, and without my consent how vodafone is alerting for expiry. Why during purchase of sim, this validity information is not given? What kind of service you are offering?

                Dont know what kind of service it is? My same number is connected with several id's, bank account and etc.

                Request immediate action or resolution for the same.

                    I am so terribly unhappy with the 4g connection which has been given. It is so pathetic i have a mumbai circle number and no where in thane and mumbai i don't recollect ever that i got a good 4g connection.
                    Last bill payment was done in july / august when i moved from maharashtra circle to mumbai circle and was told that there are no dues pending. Suddenly i get a huge bill of 3000+ and told that i have unpaid dues from earlier bill. If that's the case, y was i not informed of the same in time.
                    I have been a loyal customer of yours but i repent of leaving another company and coming to you as you don't serve your customer right,
                    Please trace back my records and tell me how many times i have called you seeking explanation. You don't even have basic trained executives who attend and understand the problem.
                    Im so unhappy, would like to get explanation on why i was not given a 4g connection as promised and why such a huge bill when the service was not offered.
                    Currently, my phone is disconnected and you may please right back to me on my personal id

                      I have an vodafone prepaid number and i bring that one to abroad and it get disconnected. Later i go to vodafone store in kerala and they told they will activate the number as postpaid and later they will convert to prepaid. And i took postpaid connection in my name for the same number. When i request for the same after 3 months they don't respond. Just taking money every month and no use now. Such an irresponsible customer service from the great vodafone. Even we are getting sim cards easily for other networks for small amount but i choose vodafone and paid postpaid bills because of trust and for my old number. But now i decided to disconnect the connection because of this irresponsible customer service. So sad to say that i am not satisfied.

                          I recently ported my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone, the sim card was delivered to me at my home and the person took all relevant documents directly from me including my adhaar verification and a copy of my address proof (Rent deed).

                          During the process he had entered the pin code incorrectly as 110020 instead of 110093. Although the correct pin was mentioned in the rent deed attached.

                          After about 2 months o[censored]sing this vodafone sim card, on 4th october 2017 i received a call from vodafone saying that my number needs reverification of address. I told them to do whatever was needed and ask if i need to provide any help.

                          No one turned up for verification but my outgoing and internet was barred from 5th october.

                          Despite repeated requests for completion of the requisite verification the company neither completed the process of verification nor did they resume my service. I also visited the nearby vodafone service centre for help but to little avail.

                          I suffered a lot of difficulty and embarrassment in view of my phone being barred. Moreover i was made to suffer because of the mistake committed by the company executive.

                          I requested for a port out back to airtel but was denied that saying that i need to be part of the network for a minimum 3 months before i can opt for port out.

                          This filthy company is fleecing people of their money and provides a very # service. Every time i call they talk sweet and assure resumption of service in 2 days time but a full week has gone by with no relief in sight. The most worthless telecom company in india.

                          I request you to kindly take them to task for the same.

                              I have a corporate connection (Cocp) in vodafone. I have an issue of call drop and phone number being not reachable most of the times and also my plan is vodafone is not worth it. There are so many other better after-market plans that i want to choose from. I have filed all the documents thrice for porting into airtel. Everytime vodafone end up denying the porting request.

                                I was using a vodafone postpaid number from last so many years (Almost 8 years).. One day because of ongoing bill disputes due to incorrect charges, i asked them to close my connection and settle outstanding from my security deposit and refund the remaining to me. After months of effort we settled the outstanding account balance and there was a refund amount of rs. 3000 towards me, which vodafone was suppose to payback and they acknowledged the same..

                                Since then it's now almost 1 year i am still waiting for my refund. Sometimes they reply back my mail says that cheque is sent by mistake to wrong address, i gave them my address several times. Last communication in month of may 2017 was that i will receive my refund in september 2017.. So i decided to wait.. It's now october 2017 and still no luck..

                                Highly unprofessional and irresponsible attitude from one of the largest operator in the country.

                                  Hi, this ashraful from new delhi. I want to port my existing number. [protected] from vodafone to other telecom company. I have sent sms to 1900 several times, but i am getting the 'sms sending failed' error everytime whenever i am trying send the port msg to 1900. I have enough balance in my number to send a sms. Still it's not working. Kindly resolve this matter asap.

                                    Someone gave my number while procuring a vodafone sim and company did not verify his credential now i am getting calls for last 6 month for bill recovery for person whom i do not know. From yesterday vodafone goons are calling t harm me but after multiple complaint no one from vodafone helping me other than saying to call em shortly i have collected all tweets and dm messages form them.

                                      I had done with a recharge of 348 which was a unsatisfied service so i told them to give me refund as the service was deactivated by them on the say day they took away the benefit of the net. And now as i have not used only any service how can they keep my money.. Its my money and for no reason they are keeping it with them under the name of policy and terms and operators will so on.. I want them to pay back 348 rs or give me a plan of 349 where in i will pay 1 rs for it.
