Hi,

My number is +[protected], and i am using vadafone as service provider from past 6 years. I have 349/- monthly plan with having unlimited calls and 4 gb 4g data. But from last 4 month i am getting access bill and when i complaint against that i knew that 1 used more data over 4 gb. When i told neither i received any sms nor i used more than provided as i am having vodafone application where we can check the usage. And...

I am using a vodafone karnataka prepaid sim connection. I have 1 gb data usage limit per day. But i am not able to use the mobile internet as it goes off suddenly and then i am not able to connect again after all kinds of troubleshooting.
Issue started happening from 6th oct 2017 within 3-4 days o[censored]sage.
The handset i am using is panasonic eluga turbo.

Please look into this asap....

This is to inform that i buyed a no. From vodafone consult a no. And vodafone have delivered that some where else for which they are not providing me information. As after getting bill i came to know the usage of my no. By unknown person isd messages and internet usage and unlimited calls. And they have posted some bill on me after asking the vodafone they said me to pay the bill and not providing me any detail to whom they have delivered...

I am very upset with the services of vodafone. Whenever i visit the vodafone store to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid they deny to convert it. My mobile number is [protected].

Moreover they suggest an attractive postpaid plan but do not activate it.

Sir, i am a vodafone punjab customer ([protected]) i lost my phone and registered an fir. I completed my documentation and got a new sim from vodafone main store, tilak nagar, new delhi.
Its been more than two months and my sim is still not working. I went to the vodafone main store thrice. They said your sim will be activated in 2 working days but still no progress. This is my only permanent number. An early action required....

What a hell service provide by vodafone, that even after there is no dues the outgoing call service not active during a full day. The customer care personnel name krishna (Most probably) misbehaved like a neglected tone that due to technical fault service will be start after 2 hours. I have following vodaphone phone nos-[protected] and [protected]
I want to close above nos and i have given request to chembur vodaphon center, but no positive response from center. No of times needs to visit for resolving the problem. Bill charging is very high
Starting a phne in 4 hrs but if any body want to close then it will take more than one months is it justice.

I recharged vodafone account with rs 347, which is free calls and 1gb data per day for 28 days. I recharged through paytm. After recharging the calls were not going, after calling the customer service, they told that the service will not work when under roaming as my sim is under tamil nadu and i'm currently staying in bangalore, karnataka. But this information was not conveyed before recharging....

Vodafone network is not supporting my mobile at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The network comes and stops at 2 minutes and then goes back. My calls do not have to be Automatically disconnects and if desired....

First question: why you do not have marathi customer care service?
When i was talking to your executive he was not able to understand marathi. On top of that he was very rude. Unnecessary without listening my concern he cut phone call. Is this is the way vidafone serving the customer?...

This is probably 1000th time i am complaining about vodafone.

First of all if you recharge on my vodafone app it will show recharge got failed and recharge again to avail the services but after recharging from other source it will show the previous recharge got updated and your money got deducted from your account.

I had recharged for inr 1295 for which they deducted the amount from my account twice. Again when...
