    To mera men balance se amount deducted hu aa to mene vaps call kiya 198 pe meri baat nand kishor ji se hui mene unko pucha ki mene mere number pe 148 ka recharge kiya hai fir mera men balance se balance q deducted hu aa to unhone bataya ki apka all networks ke liye unlimetd call ka plan nhi hai to jab mene frist time call kiya tha to q shi information nhi thi

        I did not start any kind of wwe service on my vodafone number, but still it got activated. I received a message to stop that service and i stopped it to prevent any money loss. According to customer care the service was started on 30th august (Which i did not start). I sent a message to stop that service on 11th sept, but the vodafone people did not stop that service. Luckily, i did not have any balance in main account and therefore no amount was deducted.
        I recharged my phone with 250/- on 8th oct and 90/- was deducted due to that service.

        I immediately called vodafone complaint (198) and asked them to refund my amount. The customer care executive registered a complaint on 8th oct and said that my money would be refunded by 10th oct.
        When i did not receive any amount, i called vodafone customer care again and they said that no complaint for refund was registered with them. Also, they said that the previous complaint with registration number [protected] was for de activation of some service. The customer care executive also said that the amount was non refundable.

        What's the problem with vodafone?
        Firstly, how can they start any service on their own? Who gave them this right?
        Secondly, even on sending a stop service message the service is not stopped.
        Thirdly, why dis the customer care lie about the refund? Or why did i receive two different responses from the executive.

        I was even told there is no email to register complaint, am not sure if this is true.

          I requested for mnp from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid on 19th sep 2017 with porting upc code vm129565 and i have completed all the documentation necessary with airtel. By that time i have an outstanding bill to pay so they rejected my porting request. Later on i paid my total outstanding bill and our airtel operator resend the request to vodafone. Still they are saying that the amount is in due. But as of yesterday morning my total outstanding bill was -9.30rs (I have paid extra amount as well).

          I called to 198 and raised a complaint yesterday (09th oct, 2017 morning around 11 to 12 am). They told that "i will get the call back within end of the day". Still i didn't get any call from any executive or superiors and my issue not yet resolved.

          I am facing lot of issues on network as well and i called to customer care executives many times and they used to say we registered the complaint, we will get back to you but i didn't get any call from them. (I am facing this from past 9 months).

          I have ever seen this type of worst service providing to valued customers. But during port time one of the executive called me and requested to stay back on the same network so we will provide the best services for you.

          Is it the best services providing to customers? And also i have cleared all my outstanding bill amount as of date. May i know the reason of rejecting my port request?

          I have received only calls from vodafone (Retain team) by saying that, please don’t port out, they are unnecessarily wasting my time by calling me when i clearly told them that i want to port out and don’t want to use vodafone any more with strong reason for network issue at my home address but still no action from them (Compliant given many times about network problem, yet no resolution).

          As of now my current outstanding amount is in rs -0.71, but till now my porting request was not approved.

          When i called to customer few days back they have been informed me that my request got approved from vodafone. Again i call back to 198 yesterday they were saying the request has been rejected.

          Even now am trying to send the port message to 1900, but it seems the outgoing message service has been stopped for my number (I am receiving the messages). May i know the reason immediately why the outgoing service has been stopped? I need an immediate resolution for this. For this again i have given a call to 198 to register a complaint (Dated on 10th oct, 2017), they told that please be on hold we will check the availability of the senior levels and will connect my call, executive put me on hold for 5mins, and later on call got disconnected. But i didn't get any call back yet.

          So, kindly check and take appropriate action for this.

          I hope you will understand my problem and i need resolution for my issue asap.

            I was being followed by vodafone for a mobile bill of amount rs. 1072, which is completely fake. I was undertaking the service from voda & ported out to airtel cellular clearing all the previous bills as said by vodafone store employee at sector 50 noida. Now voda is asking again to pay a bill of the said amount and not in the position to clarify of the same. After asking about the bill, they said since i have ported my no., they will not give any bill.
            I was just considering it as a fake or ghost calls, but today they have hand delivered me a lawyer's letter with all illegitimate words of cautions.
            Now please guide what should i do? The company wants money without any reason (Unable to produce an invoice) & threatening for lea-gal actions for not paying the same.

                I was a vodafone telephone subscriber. My telephone number was and still is [protected].

                I went to us in may-june of this year. Vodafone is turning on iroamfree service on customers phone travelling abroad without informing them and without seeking their approval. Customer is charged rs. 5500 even if the customer does not use his phone for calls or data. When the customer questions about these charges vodafone lies and makes up all kinds of stories to justify the charges without telling the truth. One vodafone employee himself admitted to this practice over the phone. This is not only completely unethical but in my view a very criminal behavior. Please tell now how to stop vodafone from this fraud.

                    I have been waiting for the reply since september and i did not receive any. Can you please tell me why am i not getting any replies?

                    I have been trying to change my monthly package since august and i have not received any prompt response from vodafone ap.
                    As i am not able to change my circle to delhi due to a name change that was done in july, and because vodafone ap does not have any roaming plans (As per customer care executive) and with no response to my emails, i am just stuck!

                    I am paying heavy roaming charges for all of the above reasons!! Hugely disappointing!

                    I have been a vodafone customer for over 7 years now and this is the worst phase i have seen.

                    I would like you/vodafone to wave off my september month bill as i was not able to get assistance or information regarding the roaming plans until i got a reply from you.

                    If i am not getting any reply on this, after 7 years with vodafone, i am thinking to get my number ported.

                    Recently i had applied for the change of my name from yash prints to parag singhal @vodafone attapur store and that process itself took over a month. It was disappointing to witness such a slow process from vodafone.

                    I had moved to delhi and i am trying to shift my circle to delhi and vodafone executives ([protected]) inform me that i cannot change my circle for 3 months from the date of the name change process.

                    Before moving to delhi, i had inquired at vodafone stores about the roaming plans and there was ¿699 roaming plan where in incoming and outgoing of roaming calls were unlimited along with a minimum 5gb/per month data package. Now i am trying to change my plan to a roaming one and that plan does not exist!!! I inquired at delhi stores and they have the same ¿699 roaming plan but vodafone hyderabad doesn't!! I was shocked and could not believe that the 699 plan got vanished from hyderabad circle.
                    Vodafone executives ([protected]) also tell me that there are no roaming plans available at hyderabad circle!!

                    Not changing or porting to another network for 3 months in understandable but changing the circle should be allowed at least one month after the change of name. If that cannot be done, at least provide a suitable and competitive roaming plan.

                    I sincerely request you to look into his matter and provide me with a solution at the earliest. Either allow me to change my circle to delhi or provide me with a good roaming plan.

                    I hope this gets resolved asap as paying ¿1200 monthly for a phone bill in this competitive market, is not acceptable.

                      Vodafone's service is the worst service they provide to there customer from last 3 month i m suffering the problem of sim card because of vodafone guys.

                      They supposed to do post paid of my number from prepaid.
                      Procedure done document given verification done after that they keep calling me for verification i told them its already done but again they were calling.

                      So i told them please cancel it i dont want to convert in postpaid let it be prepaid only i cant verify again n again, they said ok after that my network got disappeared. I called customer care they said they will give card and i have to insert that card.
                      I was waiting for that but they have not given. I have done many follow ups. But they are ignoring me and disconnecting my calls again and again.

                      Now i m very frustrated. I have many contacts i will tell everyone to not use vodafone service.

                          I had deposited 5000 rs as security deposit for activating international roaming on my phone, when i was activating the services the customer care had told me when i will be back and when i will deactivate the roaming services the amount will be refunded back. Now it is almost 2 months i am behind customer care asking for the refund, i had multiple tickets which were closed without any resolutions. Every time customer care tells me a different solution, i have an email saying that amount will be refunded within 7 days, then again when i followed up they told me that it will be refunded after 3 months when i will deactivate this number of mine, in other words they are directly asking me to get lost without having any hope of getting my 5000 rs. The worst experience ever, i was with airtel from last 5 years with the same number i never had any such issues, this year in january i ported my numbrer to vodafone and i now know that this was my biggest miskate of my life. I dont know how will a common customer fight with these people to get their hard earned money... Worst mobile network provider, i will never ever ask any of my family or friend to use vodafone.

                            Respected sir my mobile no [protected]. I'm not access vodafone highspeed internet and get only 30/40kb speed only... So please improve ur network in amroli chhaparabhatha road... And increase my network speed in using 3g/4g pack.. Some time what's app messages also not send and receive quickly and take more time to sending what's app messages... And also download speed was only 30to kbps received.

                                I had taken vodafone postpaid connection about jan 2017 and i had given requisition for disconnection on 8th april 2017 having paid all outstanding amount and i have received acknowledgment also from vodafone distributor, naihati where i had submitted requisition for disconnection and outstanding bill. Same day i had thrown the sim.
                                Now from 3 months vodafone people calling me and stating that please pay outstanding amount rs 1025 rupees. More than 50 times vodafone people called me and i have told full story as i have already paid all the outstanding and given requisition for disconnection. I have met vodafone distributor they advised me as try to ignore phone from vodafone. Then i have sent mail to vodafone customer care more than 5 times and talked to vodafone care and told all the story. They assured me your outstanding amount will be waived immediately and now you will not get any phone from vodafone regarding above issue. But two days begore once again i have received phone regarding outstanding. I am feeling harassment. Please do needful whatever possible.

                                  I had submitted a request in a vodafone store to deactivate vodafone number [protected] (Post paid) two months back. My bill is still getting generated. I had already paid 1800inr as full and final settlement. This time again i have received a bill of 2100inr. Since i have not paid amount of 2100inr, my outgoing on a different vodafone number ([protected]) is barred.

                                  I am 65 years old. This is pure harassment. Customer care not helping. Please help in getting the number [protected] deactivated. I cant afford to pay 2100inr again.

After one hours i have make extra amount of 250 rs to vodafone for upcoming bill that is in advance payment. Also i have clear the previous outstanding bill amount before mnp request and bill paid on 23rd sep 17.

                                      But the request has been rejected by vodafone on 04 th oct 2017 with the reason that there is some outstanding bill, in actual bill was cleared before the due date given extra payment also (My vodafone account credited with -250). Again i gave the port request with upc code vm117363 on friday 6th oct 2017. After that, there were no calls or sms from vodafone about the status of mnp.

                                      I have received only one calls from vodafone (Retain team) i. E on 29 friday oct 2017 saying that, please don’t port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and don’t want to use vodafone any more with strong reason for network issue at my home address but still no action from them (Compliant given many times about network problem, yet no resolution).

                                      As of now my current outstanding amount is in rs -185, but till now my porting request is under hold from vodafone or in process. I don’t know exact status for that.

                                      Please note: i have asked customer care (199) to take a compliant, but they did not take any complaint on that for mnp, even vodafone store also rejected to take a complaint against retain team

                                      So, kindly check the actually status and take appropriate action for that.

                                      I hope you will understand my problem and give me the correct status for the same.

                                      No Update on this!!!

                                      Rejected again with expire of old UPC code.

                                      I have shared the new UPC code VM187636 for MNP with airtel operator on 10-10-17 and new UPC Code will be expired on[protected]. So request you to please port out my Vodafone number to airtel before expire date o[censored]PC code.
                                      Also, I have inform Vodafone that there is an excess credit of Rs.485.54 (I have credited 300 more today(12/10/17) on my above mentioned number.

                                      Raise a Mental harassment case on Vodafone India (Maharashtra).

                                        Hi,
                                        On 4th oct i got a fraud call from some woman posing as icici credit card person. This was in the evening between 5-7pm. She took my details very convincingly and fraudly billed me for rs 7456. I am looking for help to trace the number from which the lady called. The call log for that day is not showing on my phone.

                                        Requesting vodafone team to help me with the voice call log so that i can submit it to the cyber cell team.
