Hi i ported my airtel no to vodafone last yr n since then i have to go out in the balcony otherwise phone gets cut... I complained tht time also.. They said it will take 3-4 months to solve this network prob... I said i want to switch back to airtel for which they said i can't do tht before 6 month's... I mean when network is not coming inside my house still i have to suffer for 6 month's!!! Tht was a big torture n now from last 3 months am giving request to port n every times i get endless calls tht why i want to port... I have told my prob soo many times... Nothing is being done nor vodafone is letting me switch to airtel... My mom is paralysed n is on bed... N then they call every hr... I mean 15 calls a day and everytime same question why i want to port n inspire telling my problem 100 times again call again same ques... This is such a mental torture for me... I have told them soo many times not to call me today but since morning i have got 15 calls!!! I want to file a legal case against them... I have been suffering a lot... Everytime leaving my mom to attend call in the balcony n these guys calling me again n again. Please file a case against vodafone for giving me soo much of torture.

    Dear respective sir/madam,

    I'm a tata docomo user from past 6 years, i requested for a porting through customer care via phone and got the best offer as well. However, when i visited to the vodafone store of kundanahalli 560037 branch. When i spoke to 'nirmal prasad d'he said that there are no such offers/option for pre-paid sim and he forcefully made me to purchase the post paid sim instead of pre-paid.

    This is happening in all the stores, fooling the customers by saying we can't get pre-paid connection for porting option. This is all to just achieve their incentives and targets. If, i'm not at all interested to purchase the post connection; then it doesn't make any senses to purchase post paid connection. Now i'm actually thinking whether to port or not until and unless i get pre-paid connect. I'm hoping to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

        Hi, my self recharge my vodafone number unlimited call & 1gb data per day from vodafone website.. Find attached screenshots where you can see the details displayed by vodafone... But when i check my balance 3/4 days later post recharge my balance has been deducted by vodafone. I have called up customer care they are telling there are capping of 250minutes per day for this plan.. But if you see the website screenshots no clarity has been given to client.. If they mentioned 1gb /day 4g/3g data then y vodafone not mentioned regarding the calls.. Its a completely false presentation or misguided by vodafone.. They should replace the website add with proper details...

          I hold a 15 + years of relationship with vodafone bearing number[protected]. Off late, past 3 months, i started getting a very poor service (Frequent call drops, very low signal strength etc.) in my office premises, which is situated in dadar (West) near tilak bridge, supposedly a central location of mumbai.

          Upon several follow up mails, i was told that there could not be any service level improvement as vodafone doesn't own any tower in the nearby vicinity. To me the reasoning was absurd, as earlier i was getting a good service at the same office which suddenly turned bad later. Upon requesting a mail confirmation, your officer didn't do so.

          I have escalated the matter couple of months back to the nodal and appellate officer of vodafone; however there is no service level improvement nor any feedback from any one of them.

          It's surprising that in spite of so many mails in vodafone's mailbox on the subject matter from end, your billing department is religiously sending me a monthly bill. I don't know for what? Looks like they are not aware about my concern or just doing their job.

                    Hello, i have a plan of 1gb each day for 3 months on my number [protected].
                    Today i. E.12/10/2017 i got a msg from vodafone at 4.50am saying that i have used 50 percent data. The fact is my data was off from 12.00 to 4.00 and then i have hardly used for 15min. This is very dissatisfying. I will have to change to other services if such issue can't be solved.

                      Hi,

                      I was using Vodafone wifi portable corporate connection [protected] and on first week of June I called customer service executive to terminate the connection, But connection was not terminated instead the executive had made incoming barred on wifi connection!!! However received next month bill and called customer care again in the last week of July and again requested for termination, customer service executive requested to make the June month payment and in next 7 days they will process the connection termination request.

                      On 4th August got confirmation from the Vodafone customer service that connection is deactivated and no payment is pending from my side since I had made the June month bill payment.

                      However next few weeks got call from Vodafone customer service again for confirmation on cancellation/ termination of the connection, which was acknowledged by me. Customer service also confirmed me that in the system the connection is deactivated but bills are getting generated from the local Vodafone Center and asked me to contact Reshma Khan ( Reshma.[protected]@vodafone.com) and Mr. Datta ([protected]), when discussed with Mr. Datta, he enquired whether I have made payment for the month of June if so then they will terminate the connection, again confirmed that I have made the June month bill payment.

                      I was expecting full closure on this since had contacted multiple SPOCs to terminate the connection.

                      However shockingly I received a mail from Vodafone legal team on non payment and next 2 days a legal notice from Shastry co.

                      I fail to understand why Vodafone making Just connection termination so painful and I feel completely deceived by multiple point of contacts who confirmed of deactivation of the connection.

                      Request your support in closing the connection. Also I have e mail documents on multiple mailers to the concerned if required will share the same.

                      Requesting immediate response.

                      i am facing a similar problem. I had two number and i closed down both in july. i made 2100/- excess payment in one and asked them to adjust the bill of the other number from the same which later came out to be 1000/-. i asked multiple times through emails and telephone to adjust and refund the extra amount. yet they continued to charge me for late payment each month and have now send me a legal notice. They are not listening even to the consumer court.

                        I have been charged Rs.1260/-by Vodafone stating that I made a call to the number 51717 for 90 mins. I do not know which number is this. Besides, no telecommunications company has a 5 digit number where you can make a call. All mobile numbers have 10 digits. No landline number has five digits either.

                        Vodafone sent me a sms stating that you have crossed your credit limit of Rs.1000/- and you need to make an interim payment or else your phone will be deactivated. I visited the Vodafone Store and inquired about it. They told me that the bill hasn't been generated as of now, but if you do not make an interim payment, your phone will be deactivated. I told them to provide me the details of the numbers where I made calls but they stated that they will not be able to provide those details before 9th Oct, 2017, the day when the bill will be generated. So I had to make an interim payment of Rs. 400/- on 22nd Sept, 2017 to avoid deactivation. I received an e bill which stated that I made a call on 51717 for 90 mins and the call charges are Rs.1260/-

                        I have to bring to your notice that the monthly bill of this number never crossed Rs.500/- in the past 10 years. This number was in my wife's name up to 15th July, 2017 after which it was transferred in my name.

                        I am a senior citizen, aged 68 years, and this act of Vodafone has caused me mental harassment .

                        I therefore, request you to resolve this issue and ensure a refund of my interim payment of Rs. 400/- already made on 22nd Sept, 2017.

                          The last 4 to 3 month i have facing network issue on this number (Incoming & outgoing calls issue) so many time i have to informed online customer care executive. My last complaint number :[protected] on 05-aug-17. And i have complaint (Network issue – incoming and outgoing) this same issue so many times. This is my 5th complaint at the same problem (Network issue – incoming and outgoing).
                          But at the same time past three month i can’t use this number due to network issue in - and out going calls issue then how can i pay the monthly bill amount without using this number. Today and last three month i have inform to customer care executive he told me please pay last month bill amount i resolve this issue but every time your end customer care person using this same word but my problem was not solve. So
                          1. Please resolve this issue. (Or)
                          2. Kindly convert this same number from postpaid to prepaid. (Or)
                          3. I have surrender this number and i have not paid in future in this same case issue.

                            No speed for network. Always search for networking option for 4G support, otherwise ur sim providing only 2G speed. Most of the time irritating with this sim no network & no coverage.. I am really upset with ur networking.😠😠😠🙇🙇🙇

                              My mobile number +91 [protected], registered under vodafone maharashtra suddenly stopped working on 30th of september. I was using this number in gurgaon, haryana since 1 year. When i contacted vodafone store on m. G. Road, gurgaon they told me the sim needed to be replaced. They took 1 week to bring the sim from maharashtra, which was fine. Later, when i got the sim, they filled up a form for me and told me that the sim would be activated in 48 hours. When the sim wasn't activated even after 72 hours, i called maharashtra customer care and they told me there was a mismatch in the simex number so the request was rejected. I went to the same store again. They did not accept their mistake, but refilled the form for me and said that the number would be definitely activated within 24 hours. The number still did not get activated. I can only visit the vodafone store on weekends as their limited timings make it impossible for me to go on working days. However, on weekends, the people from store always tell me that it would be activated on a weekday after some stupid approval. Whenever i call vodafone maharashtra customer care, they tell me that the number is active but my phone never detects it. I have tried inserting the sim on other mobiles and it still does not get detected. I have also tried selecting mobile network manually from settings and even that does not help. It is now 11th of october and my number is still not working. I have had this contact number since 4 years and i depend on it very much. Please help me get my sim activated!

                                  I complaint about 2gb rental during period was actveted during period 04 july 2017to 03aug 2017which charged 350. Same plan deactivated and 1gb data rental activated for 4aug 2017 to 03sep 2017 but when bill genrated vodafone people added 350rs and 250rs both rental even though 350 plan deactivated. Also they charge roaming charges even they promise no roaming charges vodafone having million of customer then how much they are extra looting people. Kindly look matter and reduce bill for mobile no. [protected] due their bill issue i aleady portable no. To jio operator after this complaint vodafone
                                  Customer care called and told to reduce 100rs in bill instead of 350rs why should i pay 350rs rental data tarriff even i recieved sms of deactivation plan. Customer care told that it activated on my no. Then there were no notification of activation of plan by sms.

                                    I lost my vodafone postpaid sim on oct 2, i went to vodafone tuticorin store on oct 3 for blocking my vodafone no [protected]... Thy asked me to come after 4 days... After 4 days on oct 7 i went to the same store for getting a new sim... They gave new sim saying it will be get activated on oct 9... But its oct 11 now till it not get activated... This is my major number and all my frnds are having this number... I dont know what service u guys are prividing... Im a corporate customer...

                                    To all my work related contacts i gave this number...

                                    Its taking nearly 10 days now... Still my services not renewed...

                                    Now i got transferred to tamilnadu... I want to port my sim from kerala to tn...

                                    And if you are providing customer service like this means how would i still continue to be a vodafone customer...

                                    I have so many contacts... I will directly tell everybody not to use vodafone.

                                      I am one of the customer from long time period of vodafone care having number-[protected]. How many times i was committed for better service whether related with billing issue or internet service. I have raised complaint from may'17 continuously regarding not getting the internet connectivity, but every time from 6 months i was only giving the assurance that it will be solve by blaaa. Blaa... Till this date or that date?? From may, i was given time till 20th july, then again its extended till 20th sep and now its again extend till 20th oct.
                                      Every time i was told that there is an issue in my area for net connectivity and service team is working on it. I really don't understand that before 6 months its working fine but now what happened??? Now i am fed up with vodafone service and whenever i go for port my number, again an executive give me another new assurance, and i am too much fool, for trust them again & again. Now i am too much harrased for service issue since i am unable to use net connectivity, moreover daily 1 gb data is provided me forcefully where daily on afternoon i got an sms that 50% is used, now it will be chargable. I ama unable to use data from 6 months then how its possible that i 1 day i consumed 50%???
                                      Pls help and take an action pls.

                                        I am really unhappy with the dirty tricks vodafone has used to retain a customer.

                                        I am on a rs 49 rental corporate plan.
                                        My initial porting request raised on 20th september 2017 was rejected stating i had overdue balance. When i checked some additional charge of rs 38 was put on the bill.
                                        I made a payment of rs 70 on 24th september.
                                        After which my last generated bill as on 25th september 2017 was for rs -116.85. As i am on a rental plan of rs 49/ month., there was no need for me to pay the bill. However my request was rejected again as i had overdue balance.
                                        I raised another porting request and this time it was rejected again stating i had an overdue balance of rs 32.15.
                                        I have not used my phone at all. I just wanted to know how did my bill from 25 sep 2017 to 29th sep 2017 amount to rs 149.
                                        I raised a new porting request and this time i made a payment of rs 10, 40 and rs 200 just to avoid any hassles this time. So another payment of rs 250 was made, still some additional packs were activated on my account leading to an overdue of rs 31.85.

                                        When i called customer care an advisor named arvind asked me not to pay this amount and said the request will be approved this time. When i asked him where my additional amount of rs 250 go, he said some additional packs worth rs 250 was activated on my account. I asked him to revert it but he said that he has done it. When i asked the confirmation number, he failed to give it and when i was adamant he said i will receive a message with the confirmation.
