Hello sir i m a vodafone customer and my sim is not activating. Plz activate it fast. I just ported my sim because i lost my phone. Though i was pleased with the network at the begining but now i bought the sim 2 days ago it is not activated still now. I lost my another sim also the relaince smart but it activated in 2hours. And plz build mini stores in kalyani, nadia and kanchrapara. And my another complain is that very rude customer service. Plz fix this bugs fast or i will complain in the forurms and i will leak this in the social media. Thank you.

    Am a vodafone customer for 10 yrs & very frustrated & sad to type this compliant.
    Sentence in inverted double columns is my feelings abt the whole incident
    I had received a msg on 27th sep 2017 at 11:23 am to submit documents, as documents submitted by me doesn’t meet their requirements by 29th sep morning or number will be deactivated & fresh documents will have to be submitted for reactivation. "why such a short notice is given to customers for submission of documents? If documents did not meet their criteria then how did my number remain in active state all these years? Did company release only now?"
    On 29th sep 2017 my number got deactivated, i was really shocked that after being customer for 10 yrs & with just hardly 2 days of notice to submit documents. Same day i went to vodafone store in gandhinagar (Megh malhar complex, sector 11, gandhinagar, gujarat) a small store with hardly 20 customers capacity it was overcrowded. They have weird way of calling customers to solve their queries it was not by the display of token number in screen but by calling of token numbers manually. I had received a token number of 252 while 230’s number was running in display & suddenly numbers in display started having a jump & my number came to counter # a, but manual number which was running was 241 on being asked why such a system when display is there executive over there refused to answer & asked security personnel to turn off the display
    After all this i met mr. Sandip told him that my number has been deactivated after checking details he told me i would have to resubmit my documents. On asking him as to why such short notice was given to submit documents he responded stating msg has been shooted by trai and not by them. "i was amused as the msg which i had it was clearly written vodafone care. As i recollect if any msg has been shooted by trai sender name is shown as trai other than mobile operator name. If mr. Sandip didn’t knew the answer he could have told that he is not aware or he will check & get back but he choose to tell a lie." i submitted my aadhaar card & marriage certificate (Sim was in my name before marriage) xerox to them as documents proof & was informed that within 48hrs sim will be activated. I have not received any proof of submitting documents.
    On 4th oct 2017 i called their customer care number ([protected]) on entering my number it said invalid on reentering my number again it went to an executive but to a postpaid department. Telephone executive mr. Shail refused to solve my query as he was from postpaid service. When i had called their customer care i never got an option to choose prepaid whereas their executive had told me if you call from your any other network operator (I had called from landline) you will get an option to choose prepaid i tried but again twice it went to postpaid service. On asking them transfer the call to prepaid service or to their senior manager they told they will be able not be able to transfer the line as they are able to resolve my query. "but my query was not solved? Cant their system identify their number if it is prepaid or postpaid?"
    On 5th oct 2017 i went to a vodafone store near my home in evening (6:45pm) i met executive ms. Bhagyashree on telling my query to her she told me as you have submitted your documents in gandhinagar store you will have to check the status there only we will not be able to do anything from here. On asking them then what the use of vodofone is having multiple stores in a city she told samething i told her i just want to know the status of when my number will be activated you will have your internal medium of communication (Mails. Instant message etc.) she refused they don’t have anything called internal communication she asked another executive to take me to store manager & she said and started discussing to her other colleague on a different case and after 5 mins in front of her after her discussion got completed with her colleague she went inside & after 5 mins she is dropping a mail to gandhinagar store manger if i know full name of mr. Sandip which i didn’t knew. Her store manager ms. Shefali was trying to reach gaandhinagar store manager through call but no luck. Ms bhagyashree informed as store gets closed by 7:00pm person would have left for the day. On asking again on status ms shefali tells we are trying to reach for you only "as if a big mercy has been done on me". At 7:15 pm ms shefali wanted to talk to ms. Bhagyashree on something she told me from here we will be able to do only this & you will have to check the status with gandhinagar store after 3 to 4 days. How will i know full name of mr. Sandip i can only read what is written on the batch of the executive chest.

    6th oct i again went to gandhinagr store to ask my sim activation status. My token came to a different executive (Forgot to ask name & also there was no name batch in executive’s chest) than mr. Sandip. As soon as i reached executive’s desk mr. Sandip told him that madam’s number will be activated by tonight by 9:00 pm to 9:15 pm on me asking it took a week than 48hrs executive told me it will take atleast 7 days for activation. Then when i asked why mr. Sandip told 48hrs there was no answer either by executive or mr. Sandip. Executive asked me to connect with mr. Sandip he told that he has taken all approvals to retain my number in prepaid only. He also gave me his number to call him if my number has not been activated by specified time. "mr. Sandip acted as if he did a big mercy by retaining my number in prepaid i suppose that’s their job". As number has not been activated till 9:45 pm i called mr. Sandip to someone else has picked up stating he has forgotten his mobile at home.
    "i never expected that with such an international brand will have such lazy or laid back attitude. As am a customer for 10 yrs my number is present in all important places due to my number has been deactivated my all other works like bank related, adhaar, voter id etc. Has been stopped. What if i have misplaced my wallet with all my cards in it i would not even get a notification if my card has been misused. Request your help in getting my number activated & i request for a compensation from company for the mental harassment & torture i have faced from them till now."

      What a hell service provide by vodafone, that even after there is no dues the outgoing call service not active during a full day. The customer care personnel name krishna (Most probably) misbehaved like a neglected tone that due to technical fault service will be start after 2 hours. But question is why the service disrupted hole day?
      Please active my mobile services immediately.

          I have following vodaphone phone nos-[protected] and [protected]
          I want to close above nos and i have given request to chembur vodaphon center, but no positive response from center. No of times needs to visit for resolving the problem. Bill charging is very high
          Starting a phne in 4 hrs but if any body want to close then it will take more than one months is it justice.
          As i am not using this no please close the sim

            I recharged vodafone account with rs 347, which is free calls and 1gb data per day for 28 days. I recharged through paytm. After recharging the calls were not going, after calling the customer service, they told that the service will not work when under roaming as my sim is under tamil nadu and i'm currently staying in bangalore, karnataka. But this information was not conveyed before recharging.

                Vodafone network is not supporting my mobile at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The network comes and stops at 2 minutes and then goes back. My calls do not have to be Automatically disconnects and if desired.

                  I called from number [protected] on 6th october 2017 8:15 pm.
                  First question: why you do not have marathi customer care service?
                  When i was talking to your executive he was not able to understand marathi. On top of that he was very rude. Unnecessary without listening my concern he cut phone call. Is this is the way vidafone serving the customer?

                    This is probably 1000th time i am complaining about vodafone.

                    First of all if you recharge on my vodafone app it will show recharge got failed and recharge again to avail the services but after recharging from other source it will show the previous recharge got updated and your money got deducted from your account.

                    I had recharged for inr 1295 for which they deducted the amount from my account twice. Again when i enquired yesterday they assured that they have registered a complain for recharging twice. Hence they will refund the entire amount as my talk time balance but today when i checked i only received inr 1061 out of inr 1295. Who has given them the rights to deduct money after saying recharge failed and update the pack. And when i enquired again today they are saying inr 234 they have deducted as service tax. This is an awesome way of looting your customer.

                    After all these now my net pack is also not working and when i enquired again they are sayin there is no current data pack activated from my account & the person over call is saying all the servers are down and they can't do anything.

                    What the hell. Vodafone just survives by keeping on looting their customers. I think in order to compete with their competitors like airtel they are putting some offers but at the end they are surviving by charging 4times more.

                      Yesterday my recharge expired because of that reason i call to customer care service and take information regarding special plans when i end the call after one hour i'm not able to call anyone not even customer care. Their is only one error message beep "you are barred, because you have no service." then call disconnected automatically.
                      This is humble request to the service provider to take a step and solve this issue this is the only working number i have.

                          I bought a new sim for my old vodafone number from a vodafone store. 3 days have passed ever since, but my sim hasn't been activated yet. Neither the customer care people nor the vodafone store people are able to tell me anything useful at all. This is highly unacceptable from a company like vodafone. I was told the sim would be activated in 48 hours but nothing has happened yet.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            My mobile no. Is [protected]. I purchased a vodafone unlimited local + std calls + 1 gb data for 28 days validity on 4th october, 2017. The sim card is purchased from up east but at present i am in delhi. As per vodafone, roaming is free in my phone so i purchased the above plan.

                            When i purchased the above plan through vodafone app and it was not mentioned that this plan not be working in outside up. Now as per vodafone, if i want avail the above plan, i will have to go to up. There is no other option either by paying charge of roaming to avail the above facility.

                            It is clearly cheating with customer otherwise customer can choose other option also. Now my rs. 194/- has gone. Vodafone will not return the same.

                            Kindly take some action to refund my money as well as impose some penalty for displaying wrong information or mis-communication to the customer.

                                Vodafone, please launch 1800, 2300 and 2500 frequency 4g, to allow mi note 4 users to use 4g. Its only vodafone who is havinf such a weird configuration, all other network providers do have this bands, which allows red mi note 4 to use 4g.
                                Please confirm when should we expect vodafone to fix this issue, in mumbai circle 4g works on mi note 4, but in maharashtra and goa 4g wont work.

                                This issue has been reported by many, but vodafone dont have answer on this, vodafone why are you treating your customers like this, do you wanna loose business? Because there are 3lac+ red mi note 4 users in maharashtra and goa circle, and its only vodafone who do not support 4g.

                                  I was using a postpaid numbers i. E [protected]. And from starting every month i was getting extra bill till 3 months, and so i didn't paid the 3rd month bill. Due to which they deactivated my number. Everyday i get calls from vodafone executives to pls pay the bill and one day i agreeed to it and he settled the bill of 1700 approx.in rs.1000 and assured that he will settle the remaining bill in future bills and i had also paid the amount. His name is rohit and his number is [protected] and [protected]. As i have thrown my sim as its of no use to me earlier and now when i go re-issue it again the retailer said that you need to pay the entire amount then only i will the sim.
                                  Rohit just cheated and i am not able to contact him as he does not pickup the call and the calls also doesn't go to his number.
                                  I request vodafone to pls do something for it or i'll had to take a legal action against you.

                                    Contact no -[protected]. It's been more then 2 weeks now i have raised a porting request to change my circle from mumbai to delhi. People have collected documents from my home (Proof), everythign is completd from my end.. But sim is not activated yet. When i call delhi customer care they are saying pending at mumbai team. Calling mumbai team they are saying call 199. When calling 199 they are not responding correctly..

                                    I'm fed up with the services provided by voda. Please let me know the status and get this activated soon. Else i'm plannign to switch to airtel.

                                        I've been experiencing network issues from past 6-7 months, so i made a complaint to appellate authority of vodafone 2 months back and was assured that it will be sorted till 20/09/2017. However, the deadline has passed and the issues hasn't been resolved. Now, they are again telling me to wait till 20/10/2017. Is it a joke??? Now, i've asked for porting number to which they have declined to provide (Call reference number: [protected]). Email reference docket no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
                                        I would like some compensation for charging me from past 6 months and not providing the services i was paying for and upc to take my services to another provider.
