Earlier this month, i along with 15, 900 students of assam were being awarded with the anandoram barua award which included a laptop, a vodafone 4g dongle and a new connection[the above no.]we were said that we will be getting free internet connection for two years with a daily data usage limit of 1gb. The sim took 7 days to get activated and only 5gb internet has been provided. All of my friends just after 2hrs of activation got a message that they will b getting 1gb data daily, but i did not get so. And now when i called your care executives, they said that i will b charged after this 5gb net gets over.
So my questions are why did i not receive a message of confirmation and that why am i not getting that 1gb perday 4g data. Plz look into the matter, and get me a solution to it at ur earliest convenience.

    Mobile no.[protected]

    I bought this sim in jaipur using my maharashtra aadhar card by doing ekyc through a retailer in month of september 2017. Sim got activated immediately & was working properly for 15 days, then suddenly they deactivated it few days back.

    I tried to call customer care, everyone is going the different reasons.

    Even i visited their vodafone store, they give me different reasons.

    Now i m wondering what is the exact reason???

    Customer care said that i have activated more than 9 sims using my aadhar, when i asked them the details they refuse to give away. Its an really pathetic & invalid reason.
    I emailed them, but their is no response so far since 4 days.

      With due respect i would like to state that my in my vodafone prepaid number my outgoing kol have been disconnected since yesterday i. E 29.09.2017
      Though i have unlimited kol and few amount of main balance i can't kol at all so i wanna know why it is happening

            Mobile number with aadhar no.

            Previously, i have visited vodafone store at veraval for link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no. On dated 09.09.2017.
            But, vodafone store member has failed to link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no. On dated 09.09.2017.
            Again, i have visited vodafone store at veraval, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 for link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no. On dated 29.09.2017.
            I have taken token no. (Token no. :- 216) from that vodafone store at 05:32:01 pm on 29.09.2017.
            The otp no. (Otp no. :- 112343) as verification code for updating my ekyc details with vodafone, message received in my vodafone mobile (Mobile no. :- [protected]) at 18:06:16 on dated 29.09.2017.
            But, vodafone store member has failed to link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no. And also the manager, vodafone store has failed to link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no.

              Hi sir,

              I had this vodafone number [protected] on my co-operate plan, i was promised 32 gb per month and i gb per day, i work in office and get free wifi for 10 hours of my shift, also my current bill usage is 11gb which is not even half of 32 gb. Still i am being charged 499 rs for 1gb extra internet whereas my entire plan is 349 rs for 32 gb and they are charging me 500 rs for 1gb and the excuse they say is one day i used more than 1gb on 18 th of september. Also i never use even 1gb and my total internet usage is 11gb. It seems to me like a fraud that is happening. So i am also going to report this to higher authorities as i haven’t even used my plan internet and i was never told about any capping for 1 gb per day. I also have vodafone app and i monitor it on regular basis and i believe i have never used any extra as my total usage is 11 gb for the entire month. I think you do not deliver what you promise so i am thinking to port my number to airtel as there is no such capping over there also i get internet carried forward not only for a day but for the coming month. I feel cheated so i will report this on the site and everywhere as this is an absolute fraud.

                  Again vodafone has proved that this is the worst connection ever. 2days back i recharged for 49rs for which i should get 1gb data as i am eligible by recharging for 1500rs data pack. Instead i got 38rs talktime & for calling customer care they charged additional 11rs.

                  And now when i recharged for inr 1295 through vodafone app it showed the recharge got failed and it couldn't get processed, so i again recharged through paytm app.

                  After 10mins its showing money got deducted through vodafone app.

                  This is how vodafone is surviving on others money.

                  Can you please make your system updated so that it can serve your customers better. Rather than make them spin around your network issues leaving all their works.

                    My vodafone number has been deactivated without giving me an intimation about it. I spoke to the person on customer care she said the number has been stopped by the company. It has cost alot of inconvenience to me as it was the number which was circulated to all my known ones. I want my number to be reactivated again.

                      From three months and more i am running to them to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection, convey my request several times either convert it or port it. They kept on giving excuse that your request has been forwarded and we will be revert back. I am visiting to their outlet for conversion but they kept on giving excuses that portal is not working, internet connection is not there, system is not working etc. I had submitted all the documents but still they do not process my request. This south extension part-1 branch is useless they have time for everything except working and looking into the problem of customers. They kept on raising bill and i kept on paying it like a fool and today i went to them, they said madam your bill is unpaid and another bill cycle for next month, illegal/ unfair deductions were charged from me in order to punish me for shifting my connection from postpaid to prepaid.

                      I have 3g net pack but I'm getting 2G network in my place I really unsatisfied with your's network I recharged for getting 3g network but getting 2g

                        I had already informed so many times to customer care & also your legal adviser about my concern as below :

                        1. The bill you mentioned for [protected] is wrong as I am using simple GSM Nokia phone at that period and the services has been barred between that period ; from which you say the 203:50 min calls on special numbers in bill dated 06-Feb 2017. So, how it is possible?

                        2. Second thing I am using my number [protected] for a long period but did'nt face any billing issue. Also my previous number [protected] which I use for 6-7 years not faced any such type of issue. You can check my these number records.

                        3. Again, I have shared my concern so many times to your support team, but sorry to say now a days nobody is listening to me and instead of this you are sending me mail daily for legal action Is this the behavior a service provider company with his customers?.

                          Lifestyle activation pack is installed yesterday on my nbr [protected] & they deduct 35 rs. From my vodafone account when i complained about that they said we will refund you those 35rs & stop your lifestyle pack. I have received the msg of package stop but i didn't get my 35rs now when i called on vodafone care they said we will not refund your money bcz of our 24 hours refund policy. Some months before also they have deduct money from my account 3-4 times by saying lifestyle pack activation on your nbr.

                            I have submitted my complaint regarding uniqeindia fraud on 12th of sept'2017 later i received a confirmation mail that my complaint has been received and asking for my contact number so as to contact to resolve the issue from karthikeyan (Key account manager). When i gave my contact number i received a message from consumer complaint on 12thsept'2017 that karthik will be calling me regarding the issue along with his contact number. I received a message that the my refund has been marked up and will be credited to my account within 48 hrs. Later karthik said that i need to pay an amount of 7900 which i transferred through mobikwik in 5000 and 2900. He then said that 2900 amount has not been recieved by them so i again made a transfer of 2900 from paytm to [protected]. Later he told me that he needs to show a transaction ofone rupee tobank and to maintain a balance of 5000. He took my card details and did a transaction of 5000. Day before yesterday hecalled me again that by mistake that transaction has been done and agai told to maintain 5000 for which i told him to credit that amount of 5000 which was mistakenly debited from my account. But still i havent received the refund amount neither the agreement letter. I would like to get the refund for this.

                              I had approached vodafone gallery in dombivli west near vishnu nagar police station (Only one in dombivli west) to convert my number from post to prepaid. Intially the vodafone represntation was reluctant to take my application after lot of questioning (As if i have done some kind of crime), she agreed to take an application. Then she asked me to take a plant for 450 rs which has only 72 calls and 1 gb data, i could not see that plan in vodafone's list of prepaid plan and i asked her about that, she said, i have to take that plan, other wise conversion will not happen. Are you charging penalty in this way to customer for converting from post paid to prepaid.
                              This is form of cheating from vodafone.
                              Why i have to pay penalty to convert to prepaid??

                              I am facing coverage problem in Mox darshan co.op.h.s.ltd b/h nagarpalika office vapi(Pincode-396191)Gujarat. The signal is very poor and does not work.Many time complain but not solved my problem.Kindly look into the matter.
                              I made a recharge of Rs147 under Vodafone's special offer plan which provides 2.5 Gb Data to the user.

                              But i received only 500 Mb data .

                              Please rectify the error as this reduction of data is not justified on your part because when i made the recharge it showed 2.5 Gb data offer.

                                I recently recharged for rs345 to get unlimited calls and 1gb/day for 28 days. I'm now in tamil nadu in vellore and the sim is not in roaming and i'm still not getting the unlimited calls option whenever i call it's saying you have low balance. I know the capping is done to 300 mins per day but i haven't used any of it.. Every time i try calling my balance goes off. I took this offer in order to get the calls option too so that i don't have to recharge my phone again and again. I would really want someone to look into this.

                                  T is very unfortunate to see how vodafone workes. I will make sure that in my family and me we will never use the vodafone services again.

                                  I had a had a number ([protected]) which i was using on 1 july i have paid 11k bill amount and called customer care to suspend my number as i was not using it. As a result, it was not suspended.
                                  Then i called you guys on 21 july to again close the number and they again have taken the request and i have taken a bold voice to tell him this is the second time i am calling you guys and i have told him to take my alternative number for the same as i was not using vodafone number (I request you to listen to the call records for the same).

                                  I got multiple emails for the bill payment and i have replied to all of the emails and the number mentioned on the emails but they never picked up the calls and i never got the replies from their end. Once i spoke to a girl name reshma, she said she will get back to me in 2 hours and then she never picked up the call.

                                  Now i got a court notice to pay the bill of 5k which i am not supposed to pay and i am not going to pay because i have written profs for requesting to close and the email records for the same.

                                  Request you to take action on priority basis else i need to file a harassment case against it.

                                      I converted from vodafone to airtel i last year and i used vodafone for 21 days, but i received a bill of 437 (Actual plan 299), in the initial month i received a bill of 270 because i used it for 22 days, then how can you charge 437 for 21 days usage? Regarding this i written a mail and asked them to call, they havenot called and a maximum of 2 calls i received and the person replued that his higher official will contact me, after that i havenot received any calls but yesterday i received lega notice regarding this, even then i contacted the person which having mobile number in the mail, he too had not received the call, without having proper communication how you send me a legal notice?

                                        I already complained but there will be no response from your side till one week. Still i am tolerating this problem. Can you give me atleast some response. Is there any people who tell me what's the problem? Why am i facing this problem. I think like my money is totally wasted. Your 4g is like 2g and also 1g. What's the held! Give me reply as possible as fast.

                                        Vodafone has activated A Fashion Zone Service on my number without my consent. They are charging me 35 rs per week for this service when i am not even using this. When called on the customer care they say that i have activated this service when i have not done any such thing.
