Company has made me buy the scheme by fraud. They did not tell me about the roaming charges considering i have already told them about my roaming situation. Also, my credit limit is rs. 1400 and still they eceed my bill till rs.2038. And they didnt give me any notification about the bill payment in between. Not any kind of email or message has been given before deactivating my no.
Then, they suddenly deactivated my no.

    Vodafone has charged me rs. 1106 for using special number 51717.
    Looks like this issue is faced by many consumers hence seeking intervention to ensure my charges get reverted back and vodafone finds a permanent resolution so that nobody faces this issue in future.

    Additionally, this month again i was charged for services which are already included in the vodafone postpaid plan.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear sir

      I am using this number from 3-4years and 3more vodafone connection.

      Last month bill was left unpaid as i was busy due some urgency and vodafone has disconnected my connection on[protected] i have deposited the chq of 1300/- at vodafone store.

      Is this the way to treat your customer. I am very annoyed with your service and leave vodafone services with immediate effect.

      I am not able to make any outgoing calls now and since morning i have called 3-4times at vodafone care but my problem is still not resolved.

      Can u imagine if a person is associated with you for so long and just because only 1bill reminined unpaid you disconnected their services. I am feeling helpless and not able to digest you such a big brand can do this.

        I am yogesh gautam i have recharge my mobile [protected] rs. 349 rupees for unlimited calling along with 1 gb daily data. But i have not received desired recharge. Vodafone website showing unlimited calling along with 1 gb data daily. When i have contact to vodafone for the same they have responded me that would applicable for mumbai location. Mumbai location are showing very small font.
        Vodafone is cheating with the customer.
        Snapshot are attached for your convenience. Kindly look into matter and try to restrict them don't be make such type of cheat to customer.

          I am having network issue at my shop for more than 45 days and i have complained about it on customer care more than 10 times. They provide a timeline that issue will be resolved in 7 days and a person from network team will contact me but no one has contacted me since last 45 days and i am still facing this issue.

          I have been associated with vodafone for more than 10 years now and still such a poor service and no regards for the inconvenience caused.

            My vodafone number [protected] got deativated on 1st october 2017 the number was in use but still vodafone deactivated my number i also tried recharging it but it was refunded as the number was deativated i visited nalasopara east vodafone gallery near sunshine the rude guy started telling me number ab chalu nahi hoga aap ne bohat dino se band rakha hai. And was constantly telling me abi agar number chahiye toh sirf ek option hai postpaid me hoga and after 10 mins of conversation he said agar prepaid me krna hai toh main gallery me jao yaha nhi hoga. This kind of service wasn't expected from vodafone really bad service. Kindly help me get my number back

Now to their poor co-operation we want divert our connection to airtel. We have no outstanding regarding the bills. We are repeatedly requested them for the porting for our connection but they are rejected due to “athourization letter “. They are giving no value to our authorization letter.                   I am a loyal customer of vodafone for last the last apx 8 years, having 7 numbers on my name under corporate scheme. Vodafone charged on my one of the 7 numbers rs 448 in my september 2017 bill for a single call dated 15.09.2017 for 32 minutes on 51717 which i never made. It is not good on the part of such a reputed company like vodafone to penalize their customers. I lodged a complaint with vodafone.. What they are not ready accept their mistake... I once again request to vodafone to rectify above error in billing of september 2019

                          I recharged for rs 5751 to get international roaming pack of 28 days instead of that i had got balance of 4716 which is of no use as for every incoming call rs70 for 1 sec and outgoing its rs110. I have been facing this issue for last 3 days and spent around rs1050 to talk to customer care executive through international number because they are not taking customer support call on their number.

                          I want complete reimbursement for the calls from customer support and to customer support.

                          I am being harassed mentally, emotionally and financially i am unable to get in touch with my family for last 3-4 days.

                          I will take action against you on social media and will share with people what i am suffering from.

                            I have recharged rs 347 on 29/09/2017 through internate banking but from my account no rs 347 was debited two times. I have received only 56 gb for 56 days, but other 347 deducted from my account is not recharged. So please return the amount in my account so that i am able to recharged in next month. Other wise i will be looser of rs 347.00. So do the needful

                              I have been charged extra amount twice for wrong billing and after complaining they are saying that you have used these services and you have been charges for it, in the 1st issue i ignored it and paid the amount but they have repeated it again, they say i have been charged for roaming whereas i haven;t went outside
                              My place since past 1 month, they have also said that i have send international messages but i haven't send any still they are not listening to my complain and pushing all charges on me and forcing me to pay that charges.
                              These company thinks that who's going to check the bills even if they charge extra also they have thought that common man cannot reach till them as they have huge networks but please remember your company is in the top position only because of common peoples, keep this in your mind vodafone...

                                I stay in shiv om tower, chandivali, mumbai.in our flat/building there is very less range, because of which the call gets drop frequently and half of the time, we could even hear properly what the other person is trying to speak. Please set up new tower near our area, so that people residing in our building may use vodafone network with ease. Being in metro city like mumbai and having very low network for years is very tiring and irritating, so please expedite this matter and try to get some us really good network.

                                  I was lied by vodafone staff that i would be getting 20gb data for the first 6 months and 10gb data lifetime. However after signing up i find that im getting only 15gb data. After following up with them continously on this matter, i have now been informed that i cannot get 20gb data on my plan. This after following up with them continously. So now im stuck with them for 3 months. I have been properly lied to at all levels including the vodafone verification cell. I was so happy with the plan that i got both mine n my father's number shifted to vodafone only to find out that i was completely fooled!

                                    I am siddharth from lucknow, up and i have used two vodafone numbers, [protected] & [protected], for two years almost. I mailed in july 2017 to close both these numbers and made excess payment in [protected] against the bills. I received the final bills in august of 1003/- in [protected] and extra payment of 2172/- in [protected] exclusive of security deposit of rs 500/-. I have attached the images of bills and other details.

                                    Till date i have sent several reminder mails and several telephonic conversations regarding the deactivation of both these numbers with bill of [protected] to be cleared from the excess payment in the other number. However, till date in october, i am receiving monthly bills and they are putting late payment charges each month. They have not yet closed the number. This month for september bill, they have sent me bill charging 1503/- for [protected] and they have charged 118/- on [protected] by activating the number for two days in september without telling me.

                                    I have attached july bills, sept bills, emails, for your verification. Kindly do justice and ask them to close the numbers and give me noc without charging any penalty for late payment as i had made all payments in advance and the delay has been entirely from their end even after several mail reminders and telephonic conversations.

                                    please find attached the mail i received today regarding refund amount. as you can see, they are paying Rs 382.08/- after deducting 117.9/- for some dues from Rs 500/- security deposit. This is very much unfair as i have made no use of the number at all since my last payment of excess amount of Rs 2172/-. if there were any dues, it would have cleared at that point of time.

                                    Also, i would like to mention that they are not refunding the excess amount of 2172/-. nor are they adjusting it with the other number. As per provided bill at the time of payment and bill generation for july, the vodafone company had Rs. 2672/- total of my money extra in [protected] and i had to pay 1003/- for [protected]. It is clear that they should refund me 1669/- without any deductions. I have made absolutely no use of either number since the night of July 31. All delay has been from Vodafone's side in adjusting my bills since then even after continuous mails and several phone calls. Therefore, there should be absolutely no charges levied on me at all.

                                    Kindly ask them to refund my 1669/- complete without any deductions.

                                    Today i have received a legal notice from their side forcing me to pay 1504/- for [protected]. This is an incorrect action to take. They have excess money. yet they demand more instead of adjusting me. If i make this payment, then vodafone should payment back the entire excess amount they have for [protected], i.e., Rs 2672/-. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. I do not want to be harassed any more by them for making payment when they already have all the extra money.
