I have recently port airtel to vodafone ([protected]). But today i am faceing online recharging problem. Before recharge my no. See whats a my full talktime plan on my voda number. Than i see 110 to110. Than rechage but not give me fulltalk time balance... Than after i call custumer care but not friendly talking to me.. He is saying online recharge is not applicable of all custumer...??? I want my full talktime (110) on my no. [protected].

    I, frenie rambhia am a vodafone customer for the past 12 plus years. My current vodafone number is [protected].

    I had taken an add on card from vodafone bearing the number [protected]. I had this number disconnected sometime in 2016 after making all payments due on the same. Currently my vodafone number [protected] has been disconnected (Outgoing and incoming) for non payment of [protected].

    I fail to understand why an esteemed company like yours fail to upload details of the payment despite doorstep verification of the same as well as gallery verification. Why is it that my number is disconnected now when its been over a year if your company claims that payment is due?

    The above number [protected] is being used by someone else currently who i have no connection with.

    I have made payments which have been verified by vodafone staff who had visited my residence about 4-6 months back. My payment was made is cash unfortunately i don't posses the confirmation receipt of payment anymore and have no proof of the payment now since its been over a year since the payment was made.

    An harassment agency is given my number who have absolutely no knowledge of the above matter and no details of the account and talk utter rubbish. Any information we ask them, they have only one reply which is they don't have access to it.

    Would request you to reconnect the above number at the earliest.

    It's pathetic that a customer of over 12 years is treated like this.

      I received a bill for rs 20000 inspite of repeated requests to vodafone care to deactivate all the services and keep minimal service active.
      After a lot of to and fro on good will i did pay an amount of rs 14000 after getting an assurance from mr khemnar in ur billing department that the remaining 6000 amount would be waived off (Thank god i have a recording of the same)
      Now i receive a bill of the same amount and my services have been barred.
      I am planning to approach the consumer court now to teach u guys a lesson not to ever cheat anyone

      Yes I agree the same problem I am facing now, Actual plan 499 I have taken bill generation would be around 700 to 800 max including all tax.I was using this network for last two years suddenly I am getting bill around 1750/- per cycle . When I approached customer care they are saying I have subscribed many value added packs on my sim .Hence the bill amount would be like that. I said without using any service how could i pay, so they have taken the complaint and raised the ticket .But after few days they are threatening me like if you are not paying we will file a complaint against you.they are speaking rudely and arrogantly . I requested the lawyer to check with network provider

      They are spoiling their brand name ...VODAFONE Even i too have the recordings when they provide wavier for one cycle and next cycle when they are making prob... Its too bad for VODAFONE service worst customer approach.Even I am ready to provide all the copies and bills which is required.

        Vodafone is sending me incorrect invoice from past 2 months. I have provided all the issue details to vodafone customer care team, they have mailed me that in next bill, your charges would get adjusted. But they are not. I have been raising several complaints and they are resolving it without taking any action. One of the employee has clearly stated that the monthly rental of the plan would be flat 399. But, they are charging 498 in one bill. Whereas, 408 in another. I am calling them from last 3 days and they are assuring the optimum solution. But on the next day, they are closing the same without any action.

          Tried to find out some personal whom can be, reported
          During processes he started to misbahave
          I asked who is senior to contact he told contact tel no 198,
          Is it a system to resolve issues
          Why senior personal name plate is not available in office who can be approached for problem solving
          Why personal available tried to misguide people
          If your company can not able to give sims or not able to resolve issues simply put a notice on gate, insulating is not the way
          If coupons machines not working find out way
          Pl post a senior personal displayed name
          Pl put a complaint register to lodge complaint
          Office coupons issue area and waiting area should have fans for out side personal to make suitable arrangements where one can wait comfortably
          When coupons machines are out dealing personal deal relaxed and waiting personal let them wait if that is approach then nothing to say

            3 months in july as i moved from andhra pradesh to mumbai, i kept my old no on roaming. It worked fine for a month and then suddenly one day the sim stopped working and even after trying to put it on different phones, it kept showing "no service".

            Even after multiple visits to the vodafone store at hill road, bandra, mumbai, the issue was not resolved. Everytime i went the store guy said that since the sim belongs to andhra pradesh circle and the number was on roaming before it went out of service, hence the mumbai circle cant do anything about it or issue a new sim card till the andhra pradesh circle deactivated the sim at their end. They issued me a new sim too which did not work and when i again went back and asked for it they said that since the old sim has not been deactivated by ap circle, they cant do anything about it. I cant port the number since the sim isnt working, so i cant sms from my old number for porting the number to mumbai circle.

            The issue is 3 months old, i have been a vodafone customer for more than 6 years and this is how they treat me. I have made multiple visits to the store, caled up mumbai and ap helplines, emailed to vodafone people.

            It is shameful and disappointing how they treat their loyal clients and still wish us to carry on with the network.

              I have mobile sim of vodafone and it is not catching network signal at my home, where as sim got signal outside home/building area. Actually there is no network signal of any sim of any network provider's company inside the building/home. That's why i request you to kindly provide/enlarge/expand the network area near my home.

                I am vodafone network user.. I bought a number from vodafone store sector-15, chandigarh. The number they provided is [protected] and asked me to recharge the calling and internet pack for rs 445. After 15 days, my number was barred. I had to visit the vodafone store to ask the reason. They suggested incomplete verification is the reason and asked me to take another new number which is [protected] and they also said that recharge money will be transferred to my new number. The money has not been transferred yet on the new number. Again i visited vodafone store, this time the reason stated was activation of multiple numbers on same identity proof which i have never done. I have used only two vodafone numbers in the past. Even if this was the issue, its their duty to prior check for it and not to ask the customer to buy number again and get it recharged. Now, i am badly tortured and i don't want to use vodafone number. I want full refund of rs. 445.

                    Company has made me buy the scheme by fraud. They did not tell me about the roaming charges considering i have already told them about my roaming situation. Also, my credit limit is rs. 1400 and still they eceed my bill till rs.2038. And they didnt give me any notification about the bill payment in between. Not any kind of email or message has been given before deactivating my no.
                    Then, they suddenly deactivated my no.

                      Vodafone has charged me rs. 1106 for using special number 51717.
                      Looks like this issue is faced by many consumers hence seeking intervention to ensure my charges get reverted back and vodafone finds a permanent resolution so that nobody faces this issue in future.

                      Additionally, this month again i was charged for services which are already included in the vodafone postpaid plan.

                        I am using this number from 3-4years and 3more vodafone connection.

                        Last month bill was left unpaid as i was busy due some urgency and vodafone has disconnected my connection on[protected] i have deposited the chq of 1300/- at vodafone store.

                        Is this the way to treat your customer. I am very annoyed with your service and leave vodafone services with immediate effect.

                        I am not able to make any outgoing calls now and since morning i have called 3-4times at vodafone care but my problem is still not resolved.

                        Can u imagine if a person is associated with you for so long and just because only 1bill reminined unpaid you disconnected their services. I am feeling helpless and not able to digest you such a big brand can do this.

                          I am yogesh gautam i have recharge my mobile [protected] rs. 349 rupees for unlimited calling along with 1 gb daily data. But i have not received desired recharge. Vodafone website showing unlimited calling along with 1 gb data daily. When i have contact to vodafone for the same they have responded me that would applicable for mumbai location. Mumbai location are showing very small font.
                          Vodafone is cheating with the customer.

                            I am having network issue at my shop for more than 45 days and i have complained about it on customer care more than 10 times. They provide a timeline that issue will be resolved in 7 days and a person from network team will contact me but no one has contacted me since last 45 days and i am still facing this issue.

                            I have been associated with vodafone for more than 10 years now and still such a poor service and no regards for the inconvenience caused.

                              My vodafone number [protected] got deativated on 1st october 2017 the number was in use but still vodafone deactivated my number i also tried recharging it but it was refunded as the number was deativated i visited nalasopara east vodafone gallery near sunshine the rude guy started telling me number ab chalu nahi hoga aap ne bohat dino se band rakha hai. And was constantly telling me abi agar number chahiye toh sirf ek option hai postpaid me hoga and after 10 mins of conversation he said agar prepaid me krna hai toh main gallery me jao yaha nhi hoga. This kind of service wasn't expected from vodafone really bad service. Kindly help me get my number back

                                With due request i would like to inform you that our company majestic bottlers pvt. Ltd is running our mobile connection vodafone pvt. Ltd. Now to their poor co-operation we want divert our connection to airtel. We have no outstanding regarding the bills. We are repeatedly requested them for the porting for our connection but they are rejected due to “athourization letter “. They are giving no value to our authorization letter. All the documents needed submitted to them. But every time they are rejected our application with the cause which is not applicable to us. We are looking forward your kind co-operation.

                                  My vodafone number [[protected]] was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Everyday i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?Pls help me soon..

                                    I am a loyal customer of vodafone for last the last apx 8 years, having 7 numbers on my name under corporate scheme. Vodafone charged on my one of the 7 numbers rs 448 in my september 2017 bill for a single call dated 15.09.2017 for 32 minutes on 51717 which i never made. It is not good on the part of such a reputed company like vodafone to penalize their customers. I lodged a complaint with vodafone.. What they are not ready accept their mistake... I once again request to vodafone to rectify above error in billing of september 2019
