I had already informed so many times to customer care & also your legal adviser about my concern as below :

1. The bill you mentioned for [protected] is wrong as I am using simple GSM Nokia phone at that period and the services has been barred between that period ; from which you say the 203:50 min calls on special numbers in bill dated 06-Feb 2017. So, how it is possible?

2. Second thing I am using my number [protected] for a long period but did'nt face any billing issue. Also my previous number [protected] which I use for 6-7 years not faced any such type of issue. You can check my these number records.

3. Again, I have shared my concern so many times to your support team, but sorry to say now a days nobody is listening to me and instead of this you are sending me mail daily for legal action Is this the behavior a service provider company with his customers?.

    Lifestyle activation pack is installed yesterday on my nbr [protected] & they deduct 35 rs. From my vodafone account when i complained about that they said we will refund you those 35rs & stop your lifestyle pack. I have received the msg of package stop but i didn't get my 35rs now when i called on vodafone care they said we will not refund your money bcz of our 24 hours refund policy. Some months before also they have deduct money from my account 3-4 times by saying lifestyle pack activation on your nbr.

      I have submitted my complaint regarding uniqeindia fraud on 12th of sept'2017 later i received a confirmation mail that my complaint has been received and asking for my contact number so as to contact to resolve the issue from karthikeyan (Key account manager). When i gave my contact number i received a message from consumer complaint on 12thsept'2017 that karthik will be calling me regarding the issue along with his contact number. I received a message that the my refund has been marked up and will be credited to my account within 48 hrs. Later karthik said that i need to pay an amount of 7900 which i transferred through mobikwik in 5000 and 2900. He then said that 2900 amount has not been recieved by them so i again made a transfer of 2900 from paytm to [protected]. Later he told me that he needs to show a transaction ofone rupee tobank and to maintain a balance of 5000. He took my card details and did a transaction of 5000. Day before yesterday hecalled me again that by mistake that transaction has been done and agai told to maintain 5000 for which i told him to credit that amount of 5000 which was mistakenly debited from my account. But still i havent received the refund amount neither the agreement letter. I would like to get the refund for this.

        I had approached vodafone gallery in dombivli west near vishnu nagar police station (Only one in dombivli west) to convert my number from post to prepaid. Intially the vodafone represntation was reluctant to take my application after lot of questioning (As if i have done some kind of crime), she agreed to take an application. Then she asked me to take a plant for 450 rs which has only 72 calls and 1 gb data, i could not see that plan in vodafone's list of prepaid plan and i asked her about that, she said, i have to take that plan, other wise conversion will not happen. Are you charging penalty in this way to customer for converting from post paid to prepaid.
        This is form of cheating from vodafone.
        Why i have to pay penalty to convert to prepaid??

        I am facing coverage problem in Mox darshan co.op.h.s.ltd b/h nagarpalika office vapi(Pincode-396191)Gujarat. The signal is very poor and does not work.Many time complain but not solved my problem.Kindly look into the matter.
        I made a recharge of Rs147 under Vodafone's special offer plan which provides 2.5 Gb Data to the user.

        But i received only 500 Mb data .

        Please rectify the error as this reduction of data is not justified on your part because when i made the recharge it showed 2.5 Gb data offer.

          I recently recharged for rs345 to get unlimited calls and 1gb/day for 28 days. I'm now in tamil nadu in vellore and the sim is not in roaming and i'm still not getting the unlimited calls option whenever i call it's saying you have low balance. I know the capping is done to 300 mins per day but i haven't used any of it.. Every time i try calling my balance goes off. I took this offer in order to get the calls option too so that i don't have to recharge my phone again and again. I would really want someone to look into this.

            T is very unfortunate to see how vodafone workes. I will make sure that in my family and me we will never use the vodafone services again.

            I had a had a number ([protected]) which i was using on 1 july i have paid 11k bill amount and called customer care to suspend my number as i was not using it. As a result, it was not suspended.
            Then i called you guys on 21 july to again close the number and they again have taken the request and i have taken a bold voice to tell him this is the second time i am calling you guys and i have told him to take my alternative number for the same as i was not using vodafone number (I request you to listen to the call records for the same).

            I got multiple emails for the bill payment and i have replied to all of the emails and the number mentioned on the emails but they never picked up the calls and i never got the replies from their end. Once i spoke to a girl name reshma, she said she will get back to me in 2 hours and then she never picked up the call.

            Now i got a court notice to pay the bill of 5k which i am not supposed to pay and i am not going to pay because i have written profs for requesting to close and the email records for the same.

            Request you to take action on priority basis else i need to file a harassment case against it.

                I converted from vodafone to airtel i last year and i used vodafone for 21 days, but i received a bill of 437 (Actual plan 299), in the initial month i received a bill of 270 because i used it for 22 days, then how can you charge 437 for 21 days usage? Regarding this i written a mail and asked them to call, they havenot called and a maximum of 2 calls i received and the person replued that his higher official will contact me, after that i havenot received any calls but yesterday i received lega notice regarding this, even then i contacted the person which having mobile number in the mail, he too had not received the call, without having proper communication how you send me a legal notice?

                  I already complained but there will be no response from your side till one week. Still i am tolerating this problem. Can you give me atleast some response. Is there any people who tell me what's the problem? Why am i facing this problem. I think like my money is totally wasted. Your 4g is like 2g and also 1g. What's the held! Give me reply as possible as fast.

                  Vodafone has activated A Fashion Zone Service on my number without my consent. They are charging me 35 rs per week for this service when i am not even using this. When called on the customer care they say that i have activated this service when i have not done any such thing.

                      I visited vodafone store at vijayapur karnataka region for transferring postpaid connection to prepaid connection. They behave very unprofessional and they were not giving proper given information. They harass customer like government offices. It affects very badly to you.
                      I approached vodafone store for postpaid connection to prepaid connection. I have taken token at 6:52 pm. They rejected to process further. They asked me to come tomorrow. I went on next day while processing they asked id proof, i would show soft copy and photocopy of aadhar card. They were asking backside of aadhar card for further process

                        My self a vodafone consumer i have made recharge of rs 398 on 1st sep 2017 as per which 1gb data and free unlimited call is permitted for 84 days but since last two days ie i am not able to call even 198 toll free no. I have visited vodafone office at nashik but they did not helped i contacted mumbai office but my no is maharashtra no so i contacted maharashtra pune call center.

                        Using my other mobile even i lost 200 rs calling vodfone.

                        Now i have contacted my advocate and will be filling case with consumer court for not allowing me to use free calling for which the company has taken my rs 398 for 84 days since last 2 days i am not able to call.

                        The mental and physical disturbance which vodafone company has given me will be calculated by my ca.

                          I recently ported my vodafone no. From delhi to vodafone haryana. I was guided that the previous recharge would be carry forward by the vodafone store. Yesterday, morning i recharged my no. With 465rs for internet and 85rs for talktime, by evening my no. Got closed so as per the guidelines i inserted the new sim for haryana. Now my earlier balance is nt carried forward. After speaking the customer care, i got the information that balance doesnt carry forward. I have paid 550 rs for recharge, which is not waste even though i am oj the same network - vodafone. The vodafone store cheated me and i want you to take an action asap.

                            I referred mob no. [protected] to the vodaphone customer care, according to ""vodafone's bring a programme"" for postpaid connection. Then on 14/09/2017, one person fro vodafone office came to my reffered person. I also was there. He told plan of 199/- rupee, and this plan will be valid upto 3 month. And after 3 month this plan will be converted into 299/-.
                            Then he received 250 rupees and he gave bill receipt, and followed the procedure, gave the sim card and returned back to vodafone office.
                            After some days sms came on my reffered person's mobile no. Your no. Will be deactivated bcoz your verification is not done. And today my reffered person's mobile no. Is deactivated now.
                            My reffered person is helpless. And vodafone customer care is demanding 500/- and saying your plan is of 499. They misleading me and my reffered persons. What to do.?
                            Tell me something. What can i take action against vodafone.

                              I have ported my idea no [protected] into vodafone. The gave my offer of 299 and for initial 3 month it will be in 199. And after pi have ported my no for 299 offer they told me that ur activated plan is in rs 499. I have paid 250 rs for it in advance. And nobody is coming for my address verification even after many complaint and scheduled date. And ther r sending the messege that your no will be decativate in 24 hour. And now im totaly in trouble because this is my 5-6 old no and i cant not go back to idea before three month. And vodafone is deactivaed my no,

                                There is a value added service named fone masti is activated in my account by vodafone with out my concern and they deducted the amount from my account for past 6 months, and when complained this with the customer care it has been told by them that they can not refund the money which is already paid and that is ridiculous. So i am going to deactivate my vodafone connection.

                                  I kamala kempanna narewadi of gokak karnataka using [protected] from last 8 years, and myself plus 4 members of family members aadhar, ration card, bank and etc, have registered with same number. Now, last month i have linked sim to my aadhar number. But, 2 or 3 days after by mistake my sim was puk locked.in that time i have contacted ur ministore gokak, it shoked me that, the sim is in the name of others and till date my sim lock is not opened. The mistake o[censored]r distributors of sim seller while updating the name in the website, facing myself the problem. Plz clear the issue as early as possible.                                     Hello, i am vodaphone (When it hutch) customer since 2011. I am complaining because of internet speed. I have 4g sim, data plan as well 4g device (Nexus 5) resident area bodakdev ahmedabad. But speed is very slow i have to complain every month to customer care about same. But they slow it then after 15 days same issue occur. I tried of this and i want permeant solution because i am spending 12k/year on internet. If they are not able to solve issue then tell me to switch. I have also attach screen in attachment.

                                      I have a vodafone prepaid number [protected]. My unlimited offer expires on 26/09/17 midnight. I have not received any reminder message that my offer expires and vodafone play this as a trick and as soon as the unlimited offer expires, vodafone empty our total balance with the help of data charges. But i was on emergency during that night, i need to get recharged to make calls and use data, i did not find even a single recharge shop open. Vodafone offers chota recharge 10rs. But that's not enough during that time because in 4g in 2mins the balance again come to zero. I called customer service and the person told me that he can't recharge with my debit card. He don't have that facility. He said there is no option to recharge at this time. I asked him twice and thrice but he said there is no options at all. Finally an automan helped me to recharge. Even vodafone customer service did not know that we can recharge in bank atm but an expert automan knows that. How stupid is your customer service that you can't help me or guide me on emergency situation. You have a poor customer service. And you have a tricky stealing habit that need to be changed. If you can't send the reminder message before offer expires to drain my balance on kidney get without my knowledge then please don't send me all caller tunes and postpaid advertisement calls. Over all very poor customer service, we can ask local automan instead calling customer service for help.

                                        Hi, my name is darshan chheda. My number is [protected]. I reside at gorai borivali west. I don't get 4g network at my home location. I am paying for 4g then i should get the network. Vodafone website is also not working from past few days. I've tried to make the complaints also but i was kept waiting at vodafone customer service number. Please look into this matter as due to this i lost around 10 lakhs rupees which i earn while trading online.
