    I have submitted my request to vodafone office burdwan west bengal circle, for convert my postpaid connection to prepaid on dated 22/09/2017, duly paid all the outstanding with all the formalities required for, but till date no initiative have been taken from company end,
    Please help me& do the need full as your earliest, so that i could get my prepaid connection as early as possible.

      I was vodafone customer till may 26 2017. After that i have changed my telecom provider from vodafone to jio. I paid my bill twice while porting. I have called multiple times to customer care, even visited vodafone store. I got a response on email that will get my access amount in 15 days on jun 14 2017. After 1 month that i visited vodafone store where i was supposed to get my cheque. They told ne that they didn't receive any cheque till now. Once they received, will get call. Almost 100 days has passed still no response from vodafone. These companies put late charges if customer doesn't pay bill on time. But during refund, they never show professionalism. They should refund with interest if they don't pay on given time. Please help.

        One of vodafone agent named most probably mr. Sukanta debroy ph no [protected] agartala based has approached me and tactfully convinced me to buy vodafone post paid plan with monthly plan of rs.299 only. But end of the month i got a bill with monthly rental of rs 499 minimum. I asked the agent he said it will be solved by next month with monthly rental of rs.299 minimum. But it is 2nd month and still plan has not fixed. I contact to the vodafone care to convert the postpaid plan to prepaid plan and i was replied that the service cannot be chang before at least run for the 3 month. It seems a mentally harassment i am going through, with doubt in my mind that vodafone may charge any type of hidden extra charge by adding some valuadded service or anything similar. Now i want to simply convert the postpaid plan to normal prepaid service.

          This bring to your kind knowlede that vodafoen india excutives couldn't fullfilled their commitment as they committ to provide wave off of rs 300/- which were extra added in my bill cycle but they couldn't. My mobile no. Is [protected] they have added 300/- again in my current bill.

              I am suman banerjee had a prepaid no. Of vodafone ([protected]). I received a call from vodafone toconvert prepaid to postpaid. I agreed to convert & vodafone company sent a person to deliver sim card. Next day another person came for verification. Next day i got a message that my post paid connection withdrawn for negative verification. On 23 sep 17 i went to vodafone store & applied for reverification. The same day outgoing facility & data service have been withdrawn without intimation.
              Till date services are not started & i am unable to make any call for any emergency for last 2 days. I am feeling helpless & extremely harassed. I want compensation for this harassment.

                Promised to give 349 recharge in 24 hours. But it is 72 hours and offer not activated on my number. As i have raised port reqeuest to change to other network. I called to the customer care 198 and they are speaking rudely and there is no concern about the customer. How cheap is the vodafone service. They are not about customers and they will show attitude on customers in call centre. I don’t want ur offers as we have so many networks treat customer as valued ones.

                  Since last two months i am following with vodafone customer service provider about my false data usage. Last month they did not charged me but in current bill they charged me 849 rs. I am continuously following with customer service provider they confirmed it will be reverse and after so many calls they said it will not be reverse. Vodafone service is really worst. I am having 4 numbers and i am going to close all of them due to this worst service.

                      I have paid my postpaid bill amount through state bank rewardz web site of sbi for mobile no.[protected] but still not received by vodafone as i have also submit transaction details to vodafone that payment is done on 20 sep 2017 of rs.177.00 but still not resolved even if i also send emails to sbi and vodafone customer care and nodal officer of gujarat.

                              I have tried repeatedly to send the requisite 'port ' sms to 1900 for number portability. However, i have been unable to do so with a constant 'unable to send message' reply. All other sms (S) from my number to another number are getting sent - i have even tried to change my handset and location, but to no avail. I have also tried to contact your customer care, which seems to be constantly flooded and unable to resolve complaints. I have also sent 3 emails with no constructive reply. I am extremely disappointed in the service of vodaphone and wish to change it. Kindly respond asap, and resolve my issue.

                                I have paid rs 3000/- towards deposit for international roaming for my mobile :[protected] in march 2016.
                                I have requested for refund in feb 2017.
                                Till date vodafne has not done anything to return my money.
                                The say cheque was despatched. But the courier is not there. No phone from courier. We are always at home, but courier do not come. Vodafone is following deceptive ways not to pay my money

                                  On 16 sep 17 i receive a call fm your network regarding port my number i told them don't call me agian and agian i dont want to port then your representative told me that sand a massage of port number and share port code with us we will never call u again bt when i share the port code my number got ported to your network and i m out of station and face mental and communication harassment due to this kindly take a favourable action otherwise i am goin for legel action against company.                                     I converted it to postpaid.
                                    First week it worked fine.
                                    I did tele-verification also.
                                    Then suddenly service got stopped.
                                    After calling vodafone care,
                                    I came to know that
                                    My address verification is pending
                                    Then i got an appointment,
                                    He came and verified my details,
                                    Then after still service is not active.

                                      Whenever i try to send a port sms to 1900 with my phone number, i get an error. Error 50 is what it says. If this is an intentional move to prevent people from porting, it's a shameful move. Fix this as sokn as possible. There is no legal way you can prevent me from porting. I have rights, vodafone and you are violating them. Phone - [protected]

                                      My complaint on slow data speed has not been solved inspite of making numerous calls and complaints at the vodafone store in Gangtok.
