Dear sir,
I, ex-customer of vodafone mobile service ltd, i had already complained you before about my mobile no.. After that one of your office staff mr. Sanath ji. Had contact me and i had told him each every things..
First let you know my issue
1) i had requested to change my plan from red499 into 300 plan/- in july month in vodafone stores,
But my plan not changed and i got bill with rental of 499.
2) then again i reached there told to mr. Panckaj and he had again requested and also called customer care spoke about that, i also spoke him and complained same. He suggested new plan and i requested the same plan to activate. (Again my plan was not changed).
3) i got bill rs - 1800 something, and i also paid rs - 1500/-. Since that period of time my no. Has been suspended...

My issue is not about money, the issue is bad services which i had from vodafone.

And mr. Sanath ji has told me to pay rs-976/- after listen my issue for restart my no.
I paid rs-1000/-, but the result is no reply and no service... Ok.

My father no.. Has been suspended bocoz of bill amount rs-412.18/- and paid 412/- only...18 paisa was not paid... And mr. Sanath ji asked me to paid more rs-120/- and i paid rs-200/-... Now, outgoing still closed.
The conclusion is no service,,, vodafone 18 paise is about to means.
And customer rs-80 extra is no means.

    I am a vodafone user my mob no is - [protected] i have activated plan of 349 as the date of 21st sep and since that day i am not able to use net properly due to net speed it is very slow even it is not working as 2g net is working regarding this i have complained so many times to customer care still i didn't get any response and any resolution so i want action on this asap

      I have almost used every network but this is the worst operator till now.
      Every thing about vodafone is worse.
      From network to services.
      And their untrained staff, they don't even know the work process they have to follow, worst response from the customer care.
      I got my main and official number port from idea to voda postpaid (Corporate plan-as per need of my new ofc), worst decision.
      First the executive took five days to deliver me the sim,
      And after using the services for like two days, 13th of sept, they revoked my outgoing services, the executive from whom i took the sim took two days to react over the issue, then i had a word with customer care, asked for reason and was told my verification was declined, without providing any proper clarification.
      I took an appointment for re-verification, and kept waiting like a fool for 5 hrs and no one visited and they declined my verification one more time.
      I took the matter on mail on 18th from my official id and got no revert just an system generated response, i mailed them again after patiently waiting for 24 hrs, to which they replied, my services are revoked due to verification issues and will resume in 72 hrs.
      I kept waiting meanwhile my incoming services were also barred.
      And in between i had a conversation with customer care executive 4-5 times for the confirmation that my sim services will resume or not and every one confirmed they will.
      On 23rd sept around 1:29 pm i got a call from vodafone executive confirming is it my new connection or i got it port, i confirmed them the status (Port), and the lady reverted that till 3 pm my services will resume,
      At 3:41 i received the mail from vodafone that they declined my verification one more time and my services won't resume.
      I called their customer care, had a word with their executive pooja yadav who said i have to submit my documents again, i was very angry as no one informed me this before i asked her to call her team lead to confirm the process and then mr rahul mathur came to line and confirmed i have to submit a security fee for the connection.
      After `# 20 days i was told to pay extra for the connection.
      Which i actually paid to get my number working.
      I wonder what kind of services do you all provide, this number was linked to every account of mine and i was not able to do any transaction. Being official number i could not make so many important calls.
      My life was on hold due to your stupid staff and services,
      You people have no `# idea how tough it was, i could not even make payments for my medical bills, couldn't activate my salary account,
      I request the `# vodafone to first train your staff and improve the services then promise customers.
      I wonder they serve their corporate clients this way, how badly they would be serving others,
      I was using the same number from 2015 first in airtel (Delhi circle) and then in idea (U. P circle) i never faced any issue, not even one,
      But you spoiled the taste for life i won't let anyone buy this network in my family or office now.
      And will switch to other operator after 3 months.
      Thanks vodafone for being a nightmare for 20 days.

        Hi. I had paid my bill no. 15imh[protected] of rs. 550.84 against my connection 88xxxx9331 on 16th sept'17.in 15 minutes i received a msg that my payment has been reversed n that my outstanding bill remains as of the previous amount. I again paid my bill amount of the said amount on 18th sept, but i haven't yet received my previous amount which was reversed. Whenever i call them they're giving me some or the other reason. I'm literally tired. Including the official twitter account @vodafonein... Pls help

          Hi

          I am an postpaid customer of vodafone india. I lost my phone in stockholm today, 24 september 2017. International roaming is enabled on my phone.

          I would like to block the sim. I have no way to report it to vodafone india as i cannot sign into my vodafone. I can not make a call to the customer care either. Please advice how i can apply for a new sim.

            Sir, i want to ackowledge you that my neighbor has started to construct a mobile tower on his roof top. Many o[censored]s object him but he denied to listen anybody. Our children play every evening at terrace. And it's very harmful to all o[censored]s. His address is a16, adjacent to naseem dairy wale ki building, okhla vihar, jamia nagar, okhla, new delhi -110025.
            The area is full of people, schools and hospitals. I request you to send the authority concerned to stop this work immediately.

              Dear sir, i had number [protected], this number i closed due to bad service and even paid 505 rs for not using it as cc adviced me to pay as it process is slow and it will take time to disconnect, now after 2 months i was again given the bill of 550 which is saying zero usage. After following up cc told me that someone activated my number as retention.

              Please help.

                The vodafone company charging me an extra amount of money to the bill for no reason, when i requested them to port my vodafone no. To airtel they did not.
                I made payment by cheque, still, they are saying your payment outstanding. Billing amount, not 300 or 500 always they send me bill 1000 or 2000

                Such third class service they are providing now when consumer need their help the consumer have to wait for more than 7 days but when they need money immediate within a second they said sir make the payment in 2 hours otherwise your outgoing calls will be disconnected

                  Sir i have recharged for 344/- and got the above mentioned offer for 56 days. Even i didn't do a single call now it says unsufficient balance on my number to make a call. When i try to contact service care they said wait for two hour and then will say for few days (Last time happened so)... Its my third time iam facing this problem. My number is [protected]

                    Hello sir/madam,

                    I am a senior citizen of age 63 and have recently requested for conversion of my postpaid number [protected] into prepaid by paying all the due amount to the vodafone store person. I have requested on 22nd september 2017 morning and on today morning the connection has been refreshed, but still i am receiving the message that i have to pay the 238rs as a postpaid due bill.
                    Another issue: i have also paid the first recharge amount to the vodafone store for this prepaid conversion, but still it is showing my balance amount is 0.
                    I tried to call the customer care, but all in vain, there is no option for talking directly to customer officer.
                    I strongly doubt about the honesty and business policy of this cheap mobile service provider.
                    Please help me out in this issue. At this age i really can't tolerate this kind of harassment.

                      I have received a bill with 141 rs as an internet charges which is haven't used. On calling the customer care and stating the query they said i have used the internet and they have sent the intimation in regards to data usage which i haven't received and when asked them to transfer the call to supervisor or manager they denied and started speaking in tone which is not customer friendly.                         Since past one week getting the sms from vodafone stating that the, my sim card is going to be expire on 30th sep 2017, and asking for to take the free 4g sim card. Today, 23 sep 2017, visited the vodafone store, they provided the new sim card, and said, "after 24 hour old sim card will stop working and new one will get activated."

                        But after 3 hours only old one stopped working and new one is not active. There is singal in mobile, but unable to call 59059 to activate.

                          On 29/08/2017 i recharged of 399 rupees in my vodafone number ([protected]). I got unlimeted all calls and 1gb per day 4g data for 84 day. On 30/08/2017 i was register complaint for network issue. The internet is running very slow, giving 2g speed. I registered complaint many times every time they told it will take 6 to 7 days for the solution. But the speed is as it is. Now they take 24 days. Speed remains same. Now i want all my money back please help me to withdraw my money.

                                I have done recharge of Rs 65 on [protected] for FTT but the talktime is not reflecting in my main balance. I am not able to use this balance. I am already having free calling and now I am unable to use this 65 Rs. Vodafone have not mentioned that the balance will be in form of minutes. I am getting worse response from Customer Care.

                                  I recharged my vodafone number with 346 for data pack through paytm. If you use paytm then you know that it has an option to browse data plans for your phone number. I selected the data plan costing 346. Soon i got the message saying 290 rs were added to my balance. Being confused, checked about the issue with vodafone.

                                  After 30 minutes of pain in the #, i got connected with the service executive. They informed that the recharge was done for 346 while actual cost for data pack was 347. Paytm showed 346 for the same data pack.

                                  And as you know the balance amount is always less than the amount paid for it. So i couldn’t even deduct that balance (I got 290) to get a data pack.

                                  I found it difficult to connect to a paytm executive. So i mailed them and got a reply saying that they didn’t get any update request from vodafone informing them to change the cost of the data pack from 346 to 347.

                                  Piling up to it, they blocked me from the customer care. Kindly take a strict action.

                                    Hi, i am using vodafone network for past 5 years. Recently i moved from bangalore to chennai. For that i went to vodafone store for porting from karnataka circle to tamil nadu circle. I don't know what happened during porting, i can't able to send/receive messages. Also, if someone try to call my number, the system saying that the number is not in use in kannada language.

                                    Issue duration: past two months (No response from vodafone)

                                    I have visited the store which is located in omr road regarding this issue for 6 times. They keep on changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid and prepaid to postpaid continuously. But. No improvement on my issue except my money for recharging and bill payment. I have spent more than rs500 to resolve the issue with vodafone store. They are concentrating on my money instead of my problem.

                                    I can't able to port to other network also. Because, message won't go from my number. I can't go for new connection. Because, all my contacts, banking and govt. Related documents are in this number ([protected]). Mobile number changing will ask for otp. But, i can't receive otp for changes.

                                    Vodafone executives are giving irresponsible answers. Due to this problem in porting, i am facing mental torture, money loss and time loss. I can't able to concentrate on my work.

                                      My number is [protected] which has been temporarily disconnected by vodafone. I have a 10 years old number that i ported to vodafone postpaid few years back (Biggest mistake of my life). I have been regularly paying their high bills from many years and many times they themselves changed the usage plan without even my consent and authority. Despite of that i was regularly paying their bills. All of a sudden they started sending me emails and calling to pay bill for a number that i don't even know or recognize. I told their customer care representative to raise a ticket that it was mistake from their back end to put my number as a reference number to [protected] (Number with outstanding amount). Not sure what they did but things did not get resolve and vodafone kept pressurizing me to pay the outstanding amount for some unknown number. Problem here is all of my otp's and secure sign-ins' are connected to 10 years old number and i am not able to access many things due to vodafone's negligence.

                                        I have a vodafone prepaid sim which is in the name of my father. Now i want to transfer this ownership from my dad to me.in order to do this i contacted vodafone customer care and also visited vodafone mini store (Focal point) wadala, mumbai. Both said me to avail these service i need to convert my plan from prepaid to postpaid. Is vodafone discriminating between prepaid and postpaid user when it comes to services?
