Since my complaint dated[protected] is not resolved till date. I am constrained to write you again. I had, prior to my visit to u. S., on[protected] requested for safe custody of of my mobile connection no. [protected]. I also requested your vodafone center at bodakdev, ahmedabad to let me know the entire dues up to 2-02-17 including safe custody charges. Accordingly, i paid rs.570/- (Rs.300/- + rs.270/-) and my request for safe custody was accepted. I left for u. S. On[protected]. I returned to india on[protected]. As such, my mobile was not under use during period[protected] to[protected] and even thereafter. To my surprise, after my arrival to india when i contacted your vodafone center, i was asked to pay rs.617.37 as previous dues. As i had cleared entire dues prior 2 — 02-2017 and thereafter the mobile service having remained out o[censored]se, there is no question of there being "previous dues". I have asked to let me know break up of the amount demanded. I have not been provided with the details and my connection has still not been restored. If my complaint is not attended to properly shortly i will be constrained to take harsh steps which please note.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
