Hi, i am using vodafone network for past 5 years. Recently i moved from bangalore to chennai. For that i went to vodafone store for porting from karnataka circle to tamil nadu circle. I don't know what happened during porting, i can't able to send/receive messages. Also, if someone try to call my number, the system saying that the number is not in use in kannada language.

Issue duration: past two months (No response from vodafone)
I have visited the store which is located in omr road regarding this issue for 6 times. They keep on changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid and prepaid to postpaid continuously. But. No improvement on my issue except my money for recharging and bill payment. I have spent more than rs500 to resolve the issue with vodafone store. They are concentrating on my money instead of my problem.
I can't able to port to other network also. Because, message won't go from my number. I can't go for new connection. Because, all my contacts, banking and govt. Related documents are in this number ([protected]). Mobile number changing will ask for otp. But, i can't receive otp for changes.
Vodafone executives are giving irresponsible answers. Due to this problem in porting, i am facing mental torture, money loss and time loss. I can't able to concentrate on my work.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
