I have done recharge of Rs 65 on [protected] for FTT but the talktime is not reflecting in my main balance. I am not able to use this balance. I am already having free calling and now I am unable to use this 65 Rs. Vodafone have not mentioned that the balance will be in form of minutes. I am getting worse response from Customer Care.

    I recharged my vodafone number with 346 for data pack through paytm. If you use paytm then you know that it has an option to browse data plans for your phone number. I selected the data plan costing 346. Soon i got the message saying 290 rs were added to my balance. Being confused, checked about the issue with vodafone.

    After 30 minutes of pain in the #, i got connected with the service executive. They informed that the recharge was done for 346 while actual cost for data pack was 347. Paytm showed 346 for the same data pack.

    And as you know the balance amount is always less than the amount paid for it. So i couldn’t even deduct that balance (I got 290) to get a data pack.

    I found it difficult to connect to a paytm executive. So i mailed them and got a reply saying that they didn’t get any update request from vodafone informing them to change the cost of the data pack from 346 to 347.

    Piling up to it, they blocked me from the customer care. Kindly take a strict action.

      Hi, i am using vodafone network for past 5 years. Recently i moved from bangalore to chennai. For that i went to vodafone store for porting from karnataka circle to tamil nadu circle. I don't know what happened during porting, i can't able to send/receive messages. Also, if someone try to call my number, the system saying that the number is not in use in kannada language.

      Issue duration: past two months (No response from vodafone)

      I have visited the store which is located in omr road regarding this issue for 6 times. They keep on changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid and prepaid to postpaid continuously. But. No improvement on my issue except my money for recharging and bill payment. I have spent more than rs500 to resolve the issue with vodafone store. They are concentrating on my money instead of my problem.

      I can't able to port to other network also. Because, message won't go from my number. I can't go for new connection. Because, all my contacts, banking and govt. Related documents are in this number ([protected]). Mobile number changing will ask for otp. But, i can't receive otp for changes.

      Vodafone executives are giving irresponsible answers. Due to this problem in porting, i am facing mental torture, money loss and time loss. I can't able to concentrate on my work.

        My number is [protected] which has been temporarily disconnected by vodafone. I have a 10 years old number that i ported to vodafone postpaid few years back (Biggest mistake of my life). I have been regularly paying their high bills from many years and many times they themselves changed the usage plan without even my consent and authority. Despite of that i was regularly paying their bills. All of a sudden they started sending me emails and calling to pay bill for a number that i don't even know or recognize. I told their customer care representative to raise a ticket that it was mistake from their back end to put my number as a reference number to [protected] (Number with outstanding amount). Not sure what they did but things did not get resolve and vodafone kept pressurizing me to pay the outstanding amount for some unknown number. Problem here is all of my otp's and secure sign-ins' are connected to 10 years old number and i am not able to access many things due to vodafone's negligence.

          I have a vodafone prepaid sim which is in the name of my father. Now i want to transfer this ownership from my dad to me.in order to do this i contacted vodafone customer care and also visited vodafone mini store (Focal point) wadala, mumbai. Both said me to avail these service i need to convert my plan from prepaid to postpaid. Is vodafone discriminating between prepaid and postpaid user when it comes to services?

            Time and now, invariably vodafone operator has been deducting amount from my balance for vas which i don't have any idea about. Additionally there is no direct way to even speak to a customer care executive to resolve this matter. So many times earlier also this has happened. Are we fools to keep calling them back for the same thing?? Is this a way of doing fraud with the customer without her authorization. Vodafone in respond this?
            In last 2 years i was paid near about 24000 rs approximately for my two mobile no ie [protected] and [protected]. But the response coming from assistant is very poor. I want all records​ from last two years whoes aataning my camplents and i will file sue agenist them in court for without my consent thoes company as well as assistant change my plan, poor network while debiting charge for 3g and 4g servises but from last 1and half years i don't get caverge and speed of even 2g in prime location hadgaon.. Now whatever the amt i was paid to you for 4g, i want to reemberse my amt otherwise i will see you in court.

              Such a pathetic network facility at all places. One time it was best network. Now since 1 year facing lots of issues. No network at home. Even after writing so many complains no solutions. Really fed up. Going to consumer court for this issue. Wasting money on poor connection and call drops.

              This issue is raised may a time to vodafone customer care executives. Company is not rally keen to provide a value for service to its customer.

              This is not faced by myself alone. There are more than 5 mobile numbers of vodafone in my home and near-about 500+ connection in my area.

              Please provide some resolution at the earliest.

                I have a phone from chennai, which i lost in when travelling. I could block the phone number, i got a sim card from vodafone office in chennai when i came back. But here is the problem - even after visiting the store they have not bothered to re activate my number for over 2 days now.. Where the commitment was given was it will get activated the same evening! Their customer support is
                Practically useless, and re visiting the store is even more hopeless. Stay away vodafone in india. They just lost a long standing customer and i will port my number to a different operator very very soon.

                  Since my complaint dated[protected] is not resolved till date. I am constrained to write you again. I had, prior to my visit to u. S., on[protected] requested for safe custody of of my mobile connection no. [protected]. I also requested your vodafone center at bodakdev, ahmedabad to let me know the entire dues up to 2-02-17 including safe custody charges. Accordingly, i paid rs.570/- (Rs.300/- + rs.270/-) and my request for safe custody was accepted. I left for u. S. On[protected]. I returned to india on[protected]. As such, my mobile was not under use during period[protected] to[protected] and even thereafter. To my surprise, after my arrival to india when i contacted your vodafone center, i was asked to pay rs.617.37 as previous dues. As i had cleared entire dues prior 2 — 02-2017 and thereafter the mobile service having remained out o[censored]se, there is no question of there being "previous dues". I have asked to let me know break up of the amount demanded. I have not been provided with the details and my connection has still not been restored. If my complaint is not attended to properly shortly i will be constrained to take harsh steps which please note.

                    Porting has been initiated on 20th sep 2017 but its not completed even till 23rd sep 2017.. Kindly please help..[protected] is issue number. The sim was taken few years back from bangalore and when i moved from banagalore to kerala. I have given it for porting to the same operator vodafone, the signal has been lost since 21st september 2017. Even on 23rd morning 8 34 am the signal has not come.. Kindly do the needful as this is my main contact number given to all.

                    Just called vodafone customer care and they said the number is not a vodafone number????!!!..please help..this is been 2 days..this is the third day..i dont have another number to communicate

                      Sir my number is [protected] this number is new number i activated before 3-4 days.in this number i was activate the 396₹ recharge this offer to 84days 1gb/days. But in this number only 2098mb valid on 25- oct-2017. What is this. I registered complain in vodafone customer care on 198. But not any aware about it, why 4 to 5 time i complain to customer care. But customer care only speak that your problem solved in 4to 5 hours but i wait to 5 days no any reply of the vodafobe company.

                        Sir/madam,
                        I had recharged 4g internet plan of vodafone, i am getting full tower but my internet doesn't give me average speed, even if it doesn't give a speed of 3g also. Sometimes, my 4g lte is converted into 3g and 2.5g at any time. What's the held! That's very bad. Please! Check my number and give me response what should i do? Please kindly note down my complain and please i request to work on it.

                          I have a vodafone postpaid number. I have made bill payment today and the amount has been debited to my bank account. But a message from vodafone came:
                          Alert! Your online txn id no. Jcit[protected] for rs. 480.89 has failed. Please retry online payment or visit a vodafone store near you to pay. Thank you.

                          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            We had recharged 398 rs after confirming from customer care executive but i did not get any net balance
                            I had recharged my prepaid number with amount 398 successfully but i didn't get the internet data on the specified number amount is also get deducted from my account. Please have a look into this.

                              I have recharged a sms pack of rs. 33 on sim no. [protected] at around 8pm today. But till now it has not been activated yet on the mentioned mobile no. Therefore i would like to request you to solve the problem at an early time so that i can enjoy my facility of sms pack. Also i recharged the no. [protected] by rs. 33 two days back.                                 This is 1000th time... Activations are being done on its own which are not at all useful for me... Whenever i call the customer care.. They just blame it on me.. Unnecessary activation of net pack twice.. Just wasting money on these unnecessary things.. I have been a vodafone user more than a decade.. But still no change in this.. And moreover 4g is worst than 2g..

                                I don't know what to say.. Seriously it's a thing that should be considered by vodafone.. Or else i'm going to switch from these and will not recommend to anyone..

                                    I and my wife have been constantly harassed by vodafone collection payment team for a mobile number, which is not our number and we are not responsible for this mobile usage. My wife has also been getting calls in the late evening. We have been getting calls from these numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc... On asking, these people are not even ready to reveal their identity. I request you to get this stopped in immediate basis.

                                      I ported my number from airtel to vodafone and i think i made a big mistake.

                                      I am really pissed off calling vodafone every month and ask for the correction in bills, this is like monthly activity for me i have to call vodafone.

                                      Every month i am getting some 150 - 200 rs extra added in my monthly bill and when i call them they says this if for value added services. I never subscribed for any vas and these charges added every month and every time when i call them they wave-off the amount.

                                        I have been a customer of vodafone from long but this time i am really disappointed with my bill because i dont know how there backend calculate the bill. My monthly rental is 349rs but bill comes 780rs, i dont know how the additional services are added to my number and when i call to backend they say you have subscribe that service how it be possible when i dont know about that service. Just kindly remove the unnecessary services and charges from my bill. So that i can use your service for long and kindly recheck the bills before sending it to the customer.
