very bad internet service

Dear Vodafone, I believe I am a true fans of your service as I am continuing your services from last 7-8 years. During this years I never used any other operators for my daily communication and for internet. During this long period I never satisfied with your Internet service. I always feels pain when I use your internet service. I am sorry to say that, like a brand so called Vodafone and having so pathetic network services makes me disheartened....

main balance deduction without permission

outgoing call is barred through train

My vodafone number is not working since last 3 days. When i went to vodafone store they told me that someone filed a complain regarding my no. As they were using dnd service and they got a call from my number regarding job. As per the information they informed me that my number got blocked through ur platform. unable to send port message to 1900

I have called to vodafone customer care and they have informed that i need to pay my bill amount and then only i can send port message to 1900.

bill discrepancy and wantedly customer care dragged the issues without resolving

They have discrepancy in bill and when asked about it, they purposefully delay and provide contact numbers which wont work or no one picks... Like ms. Ashwini & contact no [protected]. improper fraud billing

3g data exhausted within few minutes

I am living in a ahmadabad. I am facing some strange issue.. Purchased 3g data pack twice in a day and both got exhausted within a few minutes. How that possible when i have not used data that much.. I am using mobile data with my laptop so i know how much data is consumed with every applications. When called customer care they don't have any idea about this issue....

I traveled to uk for work and got my international roaming activated 20/07. On arrival in uk on 22nd july i connected to vodafone uk and checked for data allowance in the vodafone app. It showed 23gb which was not present earlier as i had gotten my postpaid plan changed from 499 to 149rs. So i kept data pack on and consumed 270mb of 2g data by mistake.

postpaid connection not being disconnected

vodafone india value added service activated without my consent

Hi,

In the current bill of september as well as in august month,
I can see there are additional 20 rs & 35 rs for value added service which were i never activated.

I got a call from vodafone and msg that convert it to post and i did recharge in prepaid of 347 before 2 days only so she said that it would be reversed in first bill so yet it is not reversed... And customer care ones are helpless just saying that be on hold for 2 min and keeping on hold for half and hr...
