Please dont take any vodafone connection.
Vodafone is frauding customer by making fake promises. They change plan whenver they want without any information.

I have purchased one vodafone sim with Rs. 450.
Customer care team told me that
--1 gb 4g data per day for 68 days.
-- unlimited local and std calls.
-- validity 68 days.

but after 8 they convert my plan to 3g plan with...

Hi, I have to port my Vodafone Haryana number to Vodafone Maharashtra and I have send a SMS to 1900 for the same. However I am trying to send the message since afternoon and getting message could not be sent error. It seems that Vodafone is blocking the messages to 1900.
When googled I observed many people have raised a concern regarding the same and would like to get it resolved at the earliest.

    Sir / Madam,
    I got basic vodafone sim in 2013, presently i am using the smart phone. the vodafone sim is not compatible to my mobile,
    For replacement of the sim, i visit 29/04/17 to Vodafone store at Warangal.
    The collect all my information, like Photos, Id proof and amount for Sim also.
    But not activate till now.
    After that, i visit the same store in Monthly once & twice, for the same issue.
    They are not doing work, & not solved the problem & not issuing the new (micro / nano sim).

        I have called vodafone customer care on 30th august at 8PM and asked him to activate the international roaming pack of 149 right away and 500rs plan for 2days from 31st august at 4pm as i was travelling to france and was expected to reach by 5PM on 31st august.i dont know if the executive forgot or he intentionally did not activate the plan at 4PM, rather he has activated the plan at 10Pm.i have made approx 20-25 min of calls and used internet for watsapp chat till 31st midnight and received a message stating that my current usage of rs5500 has exceeded the credit limit of 3600 and so i have switched off the internet.The very next day they have barred my number so i have paid 3500 but my number was still not activated.when i have called vodafone customer care they said that an unbilled amount of rs 12000 is generated on your number and you have to pay atleast 80%of the amount to activate your number.since i had high dependency on number i paid 6500(total of 10000) and used the number only for incoming messages(otp from bank).The bill of 16k was generated on 9th in which i have already paid 10k and not used the number after that.i have dropped several mails to them stating that i have already asked customer care executive to activate the plan and he did not do it on time but they are not ready to rectify the mistake and are constantly asking me to pay this amount.i am a student here and in no position to pay such a huge amount for someone's mistake.please ask vodafone to check the recording wherein i have made the request and rectify the mistake and regenerate the bill.this is a clear extortion and harrasment.

          I am having datacard no.[protected], since june 2017 i am not using the device, but an accumulated bill of 6051/- send by vodafone jaipur -Jai Bhawani-
          and continue follow up for the due bill, As per the attached communication through e- mail, I have make a payment of 3500/- and they assured to deactivate the no. but Today I have receive a call from same agency and ask for the same payment, finally the agreed for 1500/- for settlement ogf my bill and the bill is not for usage charges that is for VAS service activated for a dead no. And they are refusing for giving me revised bill of settlement amount
          I want to take leagal action against the agency in Jaipur-- Please Advise

              I initiated port request to other service provider on 18th august for my postpaid vodafone number # [protected] and paid bill of 450/- in advance on 22nd august (Bill cycle is 28th), i was getting almost 20 calls a day from vodafone from different people repeating same plan, i asked to provide specific plan suits me and when they said vodafone doesn't offer my required plan then i asked them to convert the postpaid number to prepaid on 24th august by visiting nearby vodafone gallery and submitted required documents as well. I stopped using outgoing services since 24th august onwards from my number ([protected]) to make the shifting request smooth.

              On 30th august my postpaid to prepaid request got rejected with reason "oustanding bill is due", i was surprised with the rejection as i paid the bill well in advance, when i got the august bill, it shown my plan got upgraded to 499 without my knowledge. How can vodafone do this without customers's permission, because of this wrong bill my request got rejected. I paid remaining amount of 140/- on 2nd sept and visted vodafone store to initiate the request again on 4th sep. I paid additional 160/- (Total credit balance become 300/-) to make sure this time request doesn't get rejeted, i called mumbai nodal office on 8th sep and was assured by nodal officer that the request will be processed by 11th sep. Surprisignly the request got rejected again on 9th sep with same reason "oustanding bill is due".

              I called nodal office again and the nodal officer said he will send personal mail to responsible department and someone will call me soon to resolve the issue, but nobody called me, i visted the vodafone store on 11th sep asking for reason of rejection, the store guys are also not getting the reason of rejection, he sent e-mail to vodafone mumbai office asking them the reason of rejection but he also didn't get any reply. I raised the request again on 11th sep and it is also got rejected third time.

              I am not really getting why my request is getting rejected repeateldly and why i am not getting any reply of e-mails sent to -

              As not getting replies on e-mails, i had to post my complaint to vodafone india on twitter but they are saying we will call you shortly and nobody is calling.

                My vodafone services are stopped since one month (No outgoing calls or messages) and a huge bill of 35k generated in my number.

                I was out of india for 5 days and before leaving india, i had a talk with one customer care guy on 4th august, 2017 stating that if i will activate 149 international roaming service, then also i would be able to use my balance data (My balance 4g data was around 8 gb).
                Then on 5th august, 2017, saturday i went to near by vodafone store (Before kirloskar bridge, pune-solapur road, hadapsar, pune, maharashtra 41101) and from the vodafone store also similar information was given that if i will activate 149 international service, then i would be able to use my outstanding data there.

                Upon confirmation, i have activated the service and went for the international business trip. When i returned, i get to know that my service is barred and my bill generated is approx 35, 000 rupees!!! This is totally insane and not tolerable from a trustable service provider like vodafone.

                Till now no one helped me or heard my concern. Most irresponsible telephone company is vodafone. They provide wrong information to customer and customers have to face all difficulties. I would never encourage anyone to take vodafone connection for sure.

                  I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] with rs. 210 on 15 sep 17 through "just recharge it" & paid through net banking. The amount has been deducted from my account but not processed by vodafone rather i received a message from 190 quoting 'your request to recharge 210 cannot be processed & your transaction number is uer[protected]'.
                  Again i recharged rs. 110 on 16 sep 17 through the same medium & again, money was deducted from account but i received a message from 190 that 'your request to recharge 110 cannot be processed & your transaction number is uer[protected]'. I don't know in present world of competitiveness, how much time vodafone want to so called "process". Kindly help

I request vodafone much time that close my number i have cleared my all due last month and request vodafone to close my number but they are generating bill everymonth. How i can pay that i m not using the number. Help me please. Last month at 6th sep i got a call from vodafone regarding my due i pay and request to close but they do not. At 13th sep i again request to vodafone care to close my number but they do not. What i do now. Every month bill is regularly generated.

                      I receive messgaes to link adhaar to my vodafone number. But there is no staff available in mini store in working hours. Store always open that time but executive is always unavailable. How to link my sim with adhaar number. Shut down that store or take some steps to resolve this problem.

                        I am having network issue in my Vodafone since 3 months... I have complain to customer care and registed it on 25/08/2017...but no any action taken regarding it... Today i called them 3 tym and talking about my complain then they said my complaint is closed and it is resolved... Bt i haven't confirmed its resolvance... I'm applying for port out of Vodafone they use to give me offers of 25 gb etc etc... Bt internet speed is soo slow that i couldn't use 3 gb of data... I use to get a speed of 20-30kbps in 4G...Now i'm not going to pay my last 2 month bill... Since my complaint is not resolved and nw when i call they are rejecting my call... My bill fr every month is of rs. 550 approx bt i don't use to service of even rs.200...then why should i pay.. Please help

                          I tusar kanti roy. Customers of vodafone india. I have rechargeed rs 396 to get 84days unlimited calls and 84gb data for as per offer shown in my mobile number. Recharge successful transid rb[protected] at 8.34a. M. 09/09/2017. But i have not get that facilities still at date. So i request you please take necessary action.                               Dear appellate office,

                              I am receiving unanimous calls from vodafone on my number [protected] very frequently at-least 3-4 calls on daily basis regarding mnp (Porting) of my number to vodafone since long (More than 6 months). Every time i deny the request very politely stating that i am happy with my current service provider and do not wants to port my number to vodafone and if in future i feels any requirement of so, i myself will contact vodafone in this regards. Also, every time i mentioned vodafone cc executive to not to call me back in this regards and to update the same in their records. But again and again i am receiving calls from vodafone even after i have blocked many of their numbers through truecaller app.

                              Now, it feels very irritating and i am not sure if i may loose my temper on such unnecessary calls from vodafone and could misbehave to vodafone cc executives regardless of their gender. It feels very disgusting that when you are busy and occupied, driving and receives a call just for this purpose, also there is no time management even sometimes call is at early morning by 7 am, in noon and even at night after 10 pm also.

                              I am a central govt employee and am occupied to carry out important official work during working hours and such unnecessary calls disrupts concentration and delays my work and work efficiency.

                              I request you to kindly take strict action in this case and stop such calls from vodafone.

                              I will be very thankful to you and will be very relaxed if this stops.

                                Dear sir on 22aug 2017, i have recharged rs 398 for benefits 84gb 3g data+all local calls free for 84 days. No doubt i am using the service. But it is between 10am to 6pm. I can't use 3g service in night and in early morning that fodafon never explaind. I solved all technical issue if there is any problem. I made call to vodafone and it advices me to visit its vodafone store and exchange sim with a charge of rs 25/ but it why it did not mention the issue before it pro missed me to give service?. Although i went vodafone store at balotra and he asked me rs 100 to update sim and rs 150 to replace the sim.
                                Totally vodafone makes the consumer dull and gumraah. I further want to carry the message to all indian consumer to avoid vodafone service. It always cheats and make the money.
                                Kindly help me sir.

                                  In my vodafone mobile phone, outgoing sms is barring. Please help me and activate the outgoing sms.

                                    I Had Vodafone Postpaid Number([protected]) Port To IDEA Now Outstanding Amount Payable In Vodafone is 334Rs And Deposit Credit to Vodafone is 300Rs I Had Requested Vodafone to Adjust Outstanding Amount Against My Deposit Credited at Vodafone store, Motibaug, Junagadh, Gujarat But They Deny And Temporary Deactivate My All Services By Requesting Idea To Do So.

                                    Now I Request Vodafone to Either Release my Deposit As Soon As Possible or Restore My Service .

                                    I Have Mailed Above Complaint to IDEA And Nodal Head of Vodafone But Till Now there is no reply from both companies, so it has proven that there are no values of customer.
